I wrote this when this came up but sat on it for a while. I think there is a generational issue here and where you have been issue here.
I'm going to defend the person who put up high numbers of girls he had sex with without getting an STD.
Having spent a long time in SEA those numbers are exceedingly small. Any guy in SEA during the last part of the 20th century easily put up having sex with thousands of women. Most of it would have been bb. Plus chlamydia was not tested for in those days. So they can probably say they never tested positive.
The math is simple. My first time out in Bangkok I had three girls lined up on the bed my first night in town. I had already gotten laid once at that point but that was at lunch and I was young. But "diplomatic" salary scales don't enable that every day.
365 days / yr x 1 fuck / day x 10 yr = 3,650 times.
Plus there was zero work involved and it was everywhere. Yes BJ bars really do exist.

Assuming the woman you have sex with BB is HIV+ the odds are about 1 in 2,000. They may have changed since I retired in that field. It's even lower if you eliminate other factors. So what does 1 in 2000 mean? It means if you have a bag of 2,000 marbles 1,999 are orange and one is puke green you have a 1 in 2000 chance of drawing the puke green one. If your partner is negative your chances are zero.
The caveat is that your next girl, if positive, is also a 1:2000 chance.
Can you draw 2 puke greens in a row? Of course you can.
Can you go 5,000 fucks without HIV. Mathematically yes?

One last insider note. Often you will see a number that shows a fairly high rate of HIV infection because of BB sex that doesn't match the medical research literature.
