After seeing all the fuss about about Relax I pulled the trigger on going for the first time.
I get there and it seems to be just me, I didn't see any other cars, not an issue. I walk up and get let in by who I later learn is "Lilly". She takes me to the room and lets me get myself set up. I have had situations were I thought it was full service, put on the counter full service money, only to have her say that they do not do full service and keep the money, or state that she is on her period, or that you are too big and they keep the money.
