I just went to this place on Thursday evening. There was no shower available as the girl told me that they were having a water problem. Friday night I decided to check out a different place so I called Miyako Spa, I saw an ad on CL. When I called the woman on the phone told me it was on 23rd St between Madison and Park (sory I forgot the actual address but phone number available, just pm me). You were smart to delete the outgoing call from your cell phone. Helps protect you in the short run, though in the long run the call/phone number will show up on your monthly bill.
In and of themselves, the business cards don't prove anything - you can always say that someone gave you the cards. Actually, there's not much that LE could have legally done to you anyway at that point, since you're out on the street, not in the establishment itself. But they certainly could have made your life miserable for a few hours.
Hard to believe that NY LE would have committed so many troops to bust a mere massage parlor, makes me think that something else was going on there - drugs or immigration issues maybe.
In any case, I'm glad to read that you made it out in one piece. Next time maybe try the 4 Hands establishment, or Sticky's 8 lips place, or else my apartment in Chinatown.
Odd story - but never, ever admit to doing anything illegal. Even if they say stuff like, "We dont care about what you did, we're after the girls", or some such nonsense. Once you admit to anything, you'll get busted too.
You could also say you just had a massage for your back and that was it. Nothing was offered to you , so you cannot add anything to their knowledgebase.

On the real though some alertness is warranted in this hobby but if you were going to be busted you would have never made it to your car.
Before you go into these places keep your eyes open 2 or 3 blocks before you go in the place. I am no expert but from what I have seen they don't use 1 car to bust a place and they usually have a le van and squad car in addition to an undercover. Lets face it 2 le can't bust a house of 8 or more people.
This whole deal is about fun so let go of those fears and chill. it sounds more like guilt is making shadows appear as ghosts. Relax and chill.

If you read the story its was five LE, two in the car that asked me where the spot was, one driving the cab, and two in the unmarked that was driving behind me.
As far as before going in, I never go into a place without driving around to check the area and even then I look around again before walking in.
Plain and simple, I just didn't want to deal with the hassle. I have a couple of friends who are lawyers and they've always told me to say nothing until one of them (my friends) gets to me. They told me horror stories of guys confessing to things they didn't even do.

It's difficult to know whether I can trust you or not. You have 13 posts, which is a lot better than 0 or 1 post. But I did a search on your name and discovered that most of your posts are questions, seeking information, rather than giving info to the rest of us. So, until you start posting some reports with substantive information, you may find it difficult to get much info from us.
The Chinese AMPs are in two main locations, around Chinatown in Manhattan and in Flushing, Queens. The Flushing places often advertise in the Chinese-language daily newspaper that is easily available, but unless you yourself are Chinese you might not have much luck getting in the door at some of these places.
The Chinese AMPs in Manhattan are very discreet, as there's more pressure from LE here.
Sorry, but I have to be cautious as I don't want any of my favorite places to be busted by LE.

OK mongers, haven't seen any specifics on Chinese AMPs in Manhattan and I will be there in the next couple of days so would appreciate any info on good ones. I'm stuck here in Eatontown, NJ for a few days with nothing to do but did run into a Korean AMP on Route 35 near Industrial Way tonight. It's in a dental building and there's also an adult bookstore next to it. Can't miss it on the right when driving down 35 near Industrial Way. On occassion, there is several fukanese guys(Under the Bridge on Division St) handing out business cards with # on it offering FS but it was in chinese, & wouldn't you know it, they only cater to chinese, no foreigners.

But I assume that "pulled out the plastic" meant that you paid by credit card. With all due respect, IMHO that is a big no-no!
Too risky, not only that your number may be swiped and mis-used, but more importantly, that now there is an electronic and paper trail proving that you (well, at least your card) went to that AMP/MP.
Several AMPs and MPs have busted in recent years in Connecticut (most recently, the coordinated raid on 10 AMPs in Waterbury), and in every case, the police and the Feds went through the credit card records. While it is difficult to prove that a guy participated in any illegal activity just from a credit card, the authorities can certainly make your life difficult if they decide to publicize the names that appear in the credit card records.

Last weekend I checked out this new spot on 38th between 6th & Broadway. The house fee is three Jackson's for a table shower and a massage. Great price, but no extras. I guess there's too many LE that are Cantonese these days. The best dialect is probably Fukianes. Even LE can speak Mandarin.

I went there this morning and the second floor is closed. The elevator doesn't even stop there. I don't know what the deal is.
Well, after making the jaunt around the base of the Manhattan Bridge, and the surrounding steets (Pell, Broadway, Bowery, Eldridge, Grand etc) for several hours these past couple of weeks, here's my assessment.
Many of the girls down there (wearing tight pants, skirts, etc) I don't believe are sw's. It's like saying that half the attractive girls on St. Marks or even Park Ave. are SW's s well. Chinese Massage Parlors and Korean Massage Parlors are both classified as Asian Massage Parlors, but they are as different as night and day. You will always get a great massage at a Chinese MP, usually at a Korean MP, but that is about where the similarity ends.
I've been at Korean MPs where no table shower was given, or no massage (though both were on the menu). The girls will often be ready from the start to do everything. The full package at the 20 or so different Korean Massage Parlors I've tried in 3 states runs $140 to $200. (Half of these were in Waterbury, Connecticut). The most distinctive trait of the Korean Massage Parlor is probably the table shower (which feels great, thoroughly disinfects you, and lets the girl examine you for outward signs of STDs etc.). The sign outside may say sauna, accupressure, massage, or just the name of the establishment. Although a Korean MP will have Korean ownership, management, and girls (with a few exceptions) the name might be Chinese (like "Hong Kong"), Japanese (like "Tokyo"), or general "Asian," or "Oriental."
A fellow member has written that at a tuina place [a Chinese Massage Parlor] you never know what you're going to get. This isn't quite true. You can always expect a legitimate establishment giving a great massage. At the most upscale places you will find posh quarters, high prices, and all you will take off may be your shoes. I suspect this is adaptation to prudish western traditions. The literature of one place even states that "proper draping" in accordance with "Christian" values is practiced. In fact there are respectable Christian nudists, swingers, and non celibate singles. And the USA does not have a state religion anyway.
At both the upscale and "normal" Chinese massage parlors the sign may say Tui na (or variants Tuina, Tui-Na, Tyi Na) or Qi Gong (variants Quigong, Chi Kung). A regular place might offer the prosaic "Chinese Back Rub." A shower is usually not included though you might find a regular shower. Curtains or flimsy folding doors will offer a modicum of privacy. I believe it is customary to get fully undressed and that nudity is not a big deal (though I could use more experience). You start out lying face down. A pole or parallel poles might be attached to the ceiling so the girl may walk on your back. A hard massage seems to be the norm, whether very firm stroking or grasping, or vigorously pushing pressure points. Less time is spent on the front and it may or may not include HJ. Don't expect FS. I would absolutely recommend Chinatown. Take the subway to Canal Street and walk a few blocks and you'll lose count of all the places offering tuina and chinese backrub. From what I've read there have been raids here not long ago so many places are very carefull Speaking Chinese my bet is you could find BBBJ. In my last report I neglected to pass on a tip I learned from reading some Mighty Spearsman posts. If you are going to a place that is HJ only but you think you might be able to talk an individual provider into further services, bring your own condoms. AMPs can be very careful. Thanks for the reference to an old tip, one that I've used with success a few times in the past.

When I went to my first massage parlor (The Oasis, Broadway, NYC) in July 1974 the standard was the regular stand up shower, usually solo. My first table shower was at a legal brothel in Nevada in the 1980's. A Japanese lady gave me a table shower, then on to the main event with the American provider. WGS apparently still has an arrangement something like this. In the last couple of decades Korean Massage Parlors have dominated the industry. When Waterbury was shut down this year there were 10 Korean Massage Parlors, none of any other kind. Table showers are a fixture of KMPs.
When the Korean masseuse returns to the massage room after you've undressed, she will usually ask you if you want a shower, meaning a table shower. You don a robe or a towel and go to a specially constructed table shower room. Usually the "door" is just a waterproof curtain. Walls and floors will be tiled. There will be a circular drain in the middle of the floor. There will usually be buckets, and often sponges or loofahs. On the wall you will see a shiny array of chrome plumbing with a spray attachment. The central feature of the room will be the shower table. It is pretty much like the massage table, but with no opening for the face. It is generally dark brown, covered with a waterproof vinyl or such. A cushion, towell, or flexible cube will be in place for a headrest.
The masseuse will usually hose down the table. Or she might splash a couple of bucketfuls of water on it. Then she says "You lie face down" or the equivalent. She might wash you with a sponge, a loofah, or with her bare hands. She generally starts with the shoulders and arms and works her way down. Everything is thoroughly scrubbed, even the crack of the ass. Sometimes the anus will be delved into. Then she says "turn over" by which point you may be hard or well on the way. First, you should never ask the question that you did over the phone, since you are asking a question that implies illegal activity. Actually the web site does not say anything about the girls' ages, so no, they are not lying. Yes, several of the girls' bodies look pretty good in the photos posted on the website, but I can assure you that none of them are in their 20s, they are all in their mid-30s.
Someone here on USASG once referred to the "Asian anti-aging gene" and that applies here.
Check out the Norwalk, CT board and read the post about the recent bust of one of the AMPs there, the Nirvana Spa - all of the girls who worked at the AMP were in their late 30s or 40s:

This is a followup to my posting #157 on here.
I went to Manhattan/NYC (my 1st visit) about 1 week ago.
However, my plans changed, as I ended up bringing a kinky chinese **** of my own along with me on the trip. Also, about 5 feet from her and using the "W" Hotel overhang as a covering was another white girl, this one wearing short shortie pants; possibly another SW using her cellphone, who looked more petite, possibly more attractive, but I didn't stop my walking.
I guess it's possible they could have also been undercover cops? I really don't know the Manhattan scene, though there is a chance I might come back for another visit in November or December; depending on how last weeks business meetings went.

Stopped by Rainbow Spa the other night. Was greeted at the door by Yang?, a Japanese woman. Looks and body looked to be both 6. It's part of the marketing - an AMP or MP is guaranteed to attract customers if they advertise that the girls are "college girls" or in their early 20s, and in the case of the Korean girls, they can easily fool us guys, so why not lie? I have been to Lucky Footsie 8 times, three of which I've posted. Obviously I like it very much or I wouldn't come back. However, I've never received FS (full service) there. Let us not forget that this is a legitimate therapy place with certificates and diplomas on the wall. The staff are well trained in the disciplines of Hand and Foot Reflexology, and Qi Gong Tui-Na - "Chinese backrub" to the semi-literate. I always feel like I'm walking on air after my session. A "Happy Ending" is not automatic but the masseuse will probably provide one if you desire it. If you are a pleasant and polite repeat customer a girl may promote you to "boyfriend" status. Do not forget that not all girlfriends give full service. Those of you whose pre-teen daughters have boyfriends are probably happy about this. If you think your "girlfriend" may go all the way be sure to bring your own condom as they do not keep any here.
I've only seen three "girls" here lately. And the second floor which is not a part of Lucky Footsie now has a metal grill that is kept closed when this floor is not open. Well, I struck out looking on a visit to LF the other night. After more than a little walking, I arrived and went in the open first door. Rang the second door buzzer repeatedly and was let in. I was greeted at the third floor door by an older Chinese man - not a good sign. Also in the lobby were another man and an older lady (50s). She asked if I wanted the man to give me a foot massage. I said no, I would like a massage and pointed to my back. She replied that "no, we don't have that; just man".
So that was that. There were no signs of other ladies or anyone else at all around, so I just left. I was so beat at that point that if I had only received a nice massage, w/o any extras at all, I wouldn't have had a complaint.
I wasn't shocked, as other posts (even before the latest one from Double Nickle) had indicated YMMV. The only obvious reason I can think of is that I may have arrived too late (~11pm).
So, add my brief experience to DN's authoritative post: YMMV. If you are really after FS only, you will probably be better served elsewhere.

Most of them quoted 80 and so I guess it has gone up from 70. I think you can haggle to 70 if you wish (I didn't try). Seem to be cheaper than my last visit to NY, probably due to greater supply than demand. I even saw advertised latina places for 35 for 15 min quickie. Not many deals can be found in the city but glad to hear that amping is still a great deal.

Spent an hour under the bridge today trying to get the guys with cards to give me a card. I asked one guy, and he said no. I asked another guy, and he didn't even respond. Went back to the first guy, he said he can't speak (gestured to his throat) and so I start gesturing to my back and saying "But it hurts! Ow! Ow! Need card! Need Massage!". He laughed but walked away. In the meantime, both of them are handing out cards to Chinese guys like it's going out of style. So I just stubbornly stood there and kept asking random people for cards. Some drunk Chinese guy walked up and mumbled in Cantonese, so I had a full 10 minute gibberish conversation with him, all the while asking "Card? Card? Give me card?". I felt like at some point the card guys would either 1) have pity on me and give me a card or 2) get annoyed of having a lao wai standing around, and give me one so I'd leave. No dice. They just kept whispering to each other, which I thought was either a conversation speculating on whether I was LE, or deciding whether or not to curb my teeth out right then and there and be done with me.
In any event, getting back into the apt. scene is tough. I miss my little place on Allen. Went by and knocked afterward, but no one home. If anyone has any leads please PM me. There's got to be something better going on in NYC than just HJs in Chelsea AMPs.

Chinatown got busted I think last year or 2 years ago on prostition charges, illegal gambling, & smuggling of illegal immigrants around the Pell St & Mott St areas.
Here is a Suggestion, when You're at it again under the Bridge(Division St):
1)Watch them handing out cards & either wait for one patron throw it away or just go upto him & ask for the card, IF he has no use for it.
2)If you hear any asian that is speaking english & they are approaching the guys with the cards, just go upto them & ask if they can help you out by grabbing for one; If that is successful, ask him/her to call the # for you using your cellphone; This, Of Course, required some money on my part.
Checkout the Hotel Entrances along Bowery & Hester, Bowery & Grand, & Bowery & Kenmore; At one time, I saw alot of guys going in & out of the front entrances. A asian friend of mine said there is a young chinese girl selling herself @ night to get by & pay for her rent. So far, I haven't seen any asian giving me the EYE!

Ok guys, first things first, I reported on GS a while ago, but there seems to be an error in the report. Simple really, it wasn't gold spa! Went to west garden instead. Not sure how I got the names screwed up in my head, but hey live and learn. Saw a post about an elevator related to GS, and I realized "There was no elevator, and the stairs went down... uh oh"
Now a review on the real GS.
First, location is easy to get to ring the right bell and go up to the proper floor in the slow moving elevator.
The interior is.. office like. WGS is impressive with a few orchids and nice textures and well thought out paint/layout. Makes you feel very comfortable, although the public undressing area is a bit strange. If the girls were hot, they would be awesome. GS is on the other end of the spectrum in terms of looks, the entire visual experience is fairly boring when you walk in, they need paint or something.
Facilities are also fairly office like, but they work. Decent sauna, table shower and massage rooms, what else do you really need? The massage tables could be great as they have a nice warming circuit in them, but they don't have enough padding around your face, same thing for the table shower with the brick like thing they use under your head.
This is where the story gets weird, cause the 1 hour fee is high, really high. I could see 60, but not 100. Normally, this would be the time to walk out, but hey why not go for it once. Back to the room. "Please wait here"
5-10 minutes goes by and wow... 5'4, 34c no fat and a short little skirt walks in. Age... not sure. Not sure I care either. Somewhere between 30-40 is my guess, but she could be 25 or 45, you know the drill.

I thought at first maybe her hands hurt and she was rubbing them for relief, but then I heard the clothing hit the ground.
Damn. I am a sucker for perfect, if fake, boobs and a flat stomach. I'll tell you what, these were ideal.
Lets just say the rest ended well and she is very dedicated to her craft, though needs to be cautioned that faster is not always better. Fortunately she listened well and knows what feels good. No full or other creative service on the menu, at least not as I could tell, but then again I am not out for that so ymmv.

In the end, if the price could be re-adjusted towards reality GS could be a real bad habit. As it is, one return trip was required to make sure but until that price changes, no more.
You may or may not appreciate her as much, but we each have our own fairly specific tastes for the different races and general classes. She hit the nail on the head in her particular grouping. Face was pleasant and thank god, none of that super thick makeup and aweful super bright shadow/blush that some seem to love to wear. Nothing looks worse on an asian than trying to cover up their beautiful skin. The rest of her body was awesome, and was a pleasure just to witness up close.
There was no up-selling, and tip was NOT discussed. I put down what I thought was appropriate and left with her escorting me out and the tip left behind. She didn't even look at the tip when I put it down but said thank you anyways. That is the way it should be.
The only caution is that the other girls walking around were not worth the time or effort IMO. Looks matter, so be prepared to either make a request or ask to see your choices.
Hopefully this is appreciated and has earned me the ability to make a simple info request, and its definitely one I haven't seen covered so far and won't raise to many hackles.

Shortly afterwards, I was led to the massage room, where I received a good head to toe massage. She put a sheet on; I asked her to remove it; she complied and she used no oil. Received a great scalp and foot massage. Her leg and butt massage was great, paying some attention to the good areas. Pre-flip, standard nail all over body. Ending was good, albeit short. Massaged the legs, arms and scalp a bit more before session ended.
Good table shower, great massage, great conclusion, and the best part was that I was never haggled for tips; tips were never brought up. I might have been able to use the steam/sauna room if I was there earlier. Tipped forty in her money pouch and left with a smile. I would recommend this place and I would like to go here again sometime.

I stopped by Evergreen Tuesday. It was my first time at their new location and I was impressed with the size of the room. There were two massage beds in the room but one was off to the side. There is still no shower. There were two women on duty but I was the only customer. I requested Sophia because I had been happy with her on my last visit. One of the main reasons I like an AMP is because I can usually get a good massage and Sophia did not disappoint me. The house fee was $55 for the hour and I added a $30 tip. Sophia has a good attitude and is comfortable with roaming, but she is quiet.
So I decided to wander around 33rd street to see if I could find any massage parlors, my leg has been cramping up on me but I mostly stayed around the east side and a quick trip around the empire state building.
Well I saw a sign for Happy Foot near the empire state building but it did not seem very inviting, I had read a report on here that they don't offer our services but then again maybe I misread.
Finally I found a place called Spa Sol, it had tinted windows (which is always a good sign) but once I went in it seemed a little bit to fancy to have what I wanted (wooden floors and a fountain). The people their were asian, the woman at the desk was nice but seemed disapointed that I went directly for the brochures (I was nervous! ). So I bailed.
On the way back to the subway I did see a massage parlor on the second floor near madison, upon futher inspection the sign read "Love Touch" but being the lone traveler (who is new to the city) I was too timid to investigate.
Can anyone offer any tips or advice to me when it comes to hutting for decent parlors?
