I'll be visiting the area on business in a couple of weeks, and have begun reading up on the availability of options in the Ronkonkoma area.
There doesn't seem to be much of anything around. Specifically, I haven't seen any mention of anything available in the greater Islip/MacArthur airport area.(I'll be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn on Veterans Memorial Highway.)
If anyone has a recommendation for a local AMP, I'd be very grateful to hear about it. I don't care if it's FS or not, as long as there are extras available. Recent pricing info would also be greatly appreciated.

Guest123 When I used to be in that area ( a few years back) there were some mp's within walking distance (a mile or so) of that hotel. These places dont last all that long so I would not think the same ones are there. I'll do a few minutes of research for you in the next couple of days and will let you know. The idea of travel by cab on Long Island borders on the absurd. Public transport (bus) is a slight step above absurd but since you are close to the airport may be possible.

Recently went to the AMP Classic Body Work in Great Neck, on Northern Boulevard very near the Queens/Nassau border. Contact info can be found by searching Craig’s List using the term “classic bodywork”. Just don’t search LI, even though it’s in LI.
$60 for the hour, had Amy, tipped her $20, no indication she was unhappy with the tip. (But I haven’t yet been back lol!) She’s mid-to-late-40s, doesn’t speak English, cute face, short and chubby but not fat, with some of the extra weight right where you’d hope it would be (C-cups), and a very good attitude.

Recently saw Lily at Classic Body Work in Great Neck.

Is the island really this dead? I was really hoping for info on a good AMP without going to Queens. Other cities seem to be more active on this board.
Stopped down at the "exit 39" AMP from cl. No shower, and the first girl was so ugly I almost left. Second girl came in, probably a 7 or 8, so I stayed. Having spotted an ad in Newsday, I decided give this place a shot as I was passing through that part of the Island. Neat and clean facilities, curtains for doors. Was greeted by Mimi, who escorted me to the massage room and assigned herself to me. Mimi is tall, which is a good thing, but she is a bit older than I expected. Given that I been traveling through Long Island recently and that I wanted to see if I could find one of my favorites from the past, Dr. Amy (who often operated in Hicksville), I called a venue listed in Newsday.
Located in small commercial strip, it's a typical venue with quickly assembled rooms where the dry walls don't reach all the way to the ceiling. It appears to have about three rooms; didn't have time to look around. Funny price structure: $60 for one hour; $50 for 45 minutes.
I was assigned Lily, a 40-something Chinese girl. She has a bit of a spare tire, but nice tight athletic legs and a decent rack. Lily discreetly watched me, from outside the room, to make sure that I removed all of my clothing. I selected one hour and asked for medium-to-light massage.

Hello all, Chicago poster here, that just found out I am going to be staying in a hotel near the Islip Airport for a week. I have done a little reading of posts, and realize i need to do some google mapping, some reading of CL and Newsday before I can figure out the lay of the land. However, I am hoping for some first person info on locations in that area for Strip Clubs and/or AMPS. Not sure if I am going to have access to a car yet, but I probably will. I am more used to being in the City, so this is unkown land for me. Is Queens an option....as i said i still ned to look at a map and figure out where I am.

One reason for the type of service (or lack thereof) that you received was that you inadvertently violated one of the basic rules of visiting an AMP, which is: always strip naked ASAP! even if it's in front of the 65 year old mamasan who answered the door and escorted you to the massage room.
If a guy walks into an AMP but keeps his clothes on until the girl tells him to strip naked, or "motions for your clothes to go on the hooks on the wall" then the AMP employees will become suspicious that the customer is LEO.
Don't feel bad, I made this mistake once a long time ago, before learning an important lesson.

4 women charged with prostitution

Four women were arrested and charged with prostitution Thursday at massage parlors in Hicksville and Mineola, police said.
Nassau vice squad detectives also charged the four, along with two other women at a separate Mineola massage parlor, with unauthorized practice of massage.
The prostitution arrests were made at the Graceful Service parlor, at 246 Mineola Blvd., Mineola, where two Flushing women, ages 44 and 46, were charged; and at 11 W. Marie St., Hicksville, where a Woodhaven woman, 58, and a Flushing woman, 52, were charged, Nassau police said.
At a parlor at 307 Willis Ave., Mineola, a Flushing woman, 40, and a Monterey, Calif., woman, 38, were charged with performing massages without a license.
All six were scheduled for arraignment Friday in First District Court in Hempstead

Went to Jeni's, my favorite AMP on LI. They don't provide anything beyond HJ, but I like this place because of the good quality massage, as well as the fact that the girls here tend to let you roam freely. Yes a chiropractor will take care of your back. For recovery from an accident, I would not go to an AMP. See a fully licensed therapist.

Babylon Town announced Monday that it collaborated with Suffolk police to close 14 illegal massage parlors for town code violations.
The massage parlors were located in Copiague, Deer Park, East Farmingdale, North Lindenhurst and West Babylon. Working with Suffolk's First Precinct, the town's Quality of Life Taskforce effectively shut the establishments using building and fire code violations, said Supervisor Steve Bellone. One other business was shut after police filed prostitution charges, he said.
The town began investigating the businesses several months ago, Bellone said, and has issued more than 100 summonses. The town said each violation carries a fine ranging from $250 to $2, 000.
Bellone and other officials gathered Monday outside the Happy Smoke Shop on Grand Boulevard in Deer Park. The massage parlor, they said, operated illegally and received seven violations, such as a lack of building permits. The owners, who the town identified as 209 Riverside Drive Corp. In Smithtown, could not be reached for comment.
'Places like this that could easily be missed have been shut down, ' Bellone said, pointing to clues outside the store seized on by investigators — cameras, a buzzer to get in, windows covered by blinds.
Suffolk Police Lt. Thomas Kelly said investigations of these businesses can be time-consuming and expensive: 'This streamlines the process. '
Both town and police officials acknowledge illegal massage parlors pop up frequently and owners could easily open up other stores but said they hope this disruption and pressure from the town will drive them out.
'This is the equivalent of going after Capone for tax evasion, ' Bellone said. 'We're shutting down prostitution through town code. '
But the manager of one shuttered business, The Lindenhurst Natural Health Center Spa, said her establishment had no prostitution. Tina Zhang said she has gotten all the required permits since the town issued summonses Feb. 3. Still, she said her business, in operation for eight years, has been unable to reopen. 'We cannot do anything right now, ' she said.
Town spokesman Tim Ruggeri said the spa has been cooperating with the town, but still needs a massage license before it can reopen.
