I guess you didn't see the news in the Summer (it was posted here also) where channel 4 was interviewing the "Hangdowns" and a local business owner was joking about them going on vacation. because Uncle LEO was enforcing laws. Up to 7th St and K and NY Ave is definatly hangdown territry.

Ahh, I long for the good old days, when the loop was as far south as NY Ave, as far north as Logan Circle, as far west as 17th St, but it never has ventured east of 11th St, the hangdowns have squatters rights.

Also remember the days you could go up to the boarding house on Rhode Island and find girls in the waiting room. The days when there could be as many 20 girls on one block (some in lingerie or bikinis) and they were coming right up to your window and pleading to get in. I just returned from Baltimore and on my way home from visiting my sis at around 10pm I drove around Washington Blvd between Cary and Monroe and found this BSW on S Cary. The SW's on the block are a little too out in the open for my tastes I've seen some Baltimore dancers out there trying to hustle but in between the crowds of hustlers and lookilu's it's easy to miss the cops watching you since they're down there anyway watching for robberies and crowd control. Besides the cruising situation is worse than the DC downtown track.
Other than that there are girl's out there but you can't tell if their out to make money or simply looking for a hack. I wouldn't recomend Baltimore to anybody who didn't know the city well. You may find a gem but it would be easier simply to get at the ones who dance in DC.

The Loop has been pretty damn dry for the last 4-5 months b/c of the LE crackdown. Word has spread around the country the DC is too hot! As a result, no new talent is comin' here and even talented vets are stayin' away.

Now obviously theres always a chance of getting caught but LE in Baltimore aren't concerned with SWs nearly as much as the LE in DC are. The one downfall is in the winter it goes completely dead, unless you get one of those rare 50-55 degree nights.

However, consider that 1) the LE crackdown started last summer so the # of SWs has been way down since Aug and 2) even factorin' in the snow, this winter has been terrible for the Loop compared to other recent winters.

This board is made up of mainly dudes who are very causal mongers; They may make a quarterly arrangement with a chick visiting the area through the internet and that's the totality of their mongering. In this case they don't really have much use for much of this board since they already know what they want and how to get it. For example I almost never go to the Massage Parlor section because I'm not interested in AMP's the only reason I ever went to any in the first place is because of Love Los's excellent reports.

Street scene, not so bad. Late last week Courtney was out, but gained some poundage. For those that like the "phat azz", she should fit the bill. I liked the old Courtney better.

The numbers have remained steadily poor @ 3-5 on the low end and 6-8 on the high end -- there were 6 this (Sat) morning. New faces only account for 1-2 of those.

Plus I still have not seen any new or old top talent (like Janae) since the early fall. Lastly, if the sad news recently reported here is true, the crackdown isn't going to stop anytime soon and may intensify.

Funny, i was thinking about it this morning. Why are stings usually on Thursdays? Anyway, usual crew not out later in the morning and about 5-6 BSWs out, some new some not. Two were smoking hot. No. Pimp Trick is always on foot or alternate transportation surveying the LOOP. It is really no one that comes out on foot. I have not had a reason to bring out the Bat-mobile. It is close if I need some extra utilities for the Utility Belt.

On foot is the best way. So, I second The City with that observation. There is a lot of management out. I would say most are out of work and trying to get a job. It is rare when they are the problem. I have seen some dumb stuff done by management.

LEO is easy to find, if you are in tune to the LOOP and what goes on day to day. I could take six months off and still find LEO like a needle in the haystack.
