Did not, however, remember to ask for some particular flower and was instead dealt Diane. she's not a spinner and is a bit older but we both had an excellent time. Have any of you found yourself feeling extremely selfish and lazy and opting for a BJ at our beloved DC Amps? What have you paid for this? Normally I don't go out to New York, but I had the chance the other day and decided to go anyway. Met a technician named Tina. Gentlemen, here is a rare gem. Stopped by Oriental today. It's now Eyebar.
So I made my way over to 14K. There was a new girl named Bebe (pronounced like Beebee). Younger looking with a smokin body. So I decided to TOFTT.
Unfortunately, she didn't have the service to match. TS was perfunctory. Massage was so so. Here's the worst part. The main event was cut short. Been working hard recently and I felt I deserved royal treatment. Greeted by ginny or was it gina? What's with this name guessing thing? Are they trying to pronounce western names poorly or are they saying some korean name I've never heard? She was no spinner but not bad looking and excellent body. If this is my old friend Nana from Supra/14K/MStreet, then Royal's stock has risen greatly. She was pretty and curvy, and you always got good bang for the buck.
THIS REPORT WAS INADVERTENTLY PLACED IN THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA.
I literally hate downtown and get lost everytime I go, and then there is the Saturday traffic on 95/395. However, after all the great reports, I thought I had to see this lady. To my surprise, traffic was extremely light and I made it downtown in record time. The location was very easy to find and I was fortunate enough to get a parking place right in front. Damn, what luck! Greeted by mamasan and since I had called to make sure I was at the right place, she knew I was a first timer but she still asked the question. I told her that I was and that I had heard great things. I requested Rose, hoping she was not busy. Mama took me to my room and said she would be right there. So far, everything was going perfectly. I was prepared to pay .8 for the hour and was happy when I was told only .6. I always enjoy the TS and she was very thorough. I couldn't wait to get back to the room for the main event. In conclusion, I want to thank all you fellow mongers for your reports which convinced me to make the trip. Seniors who are interested in a full report you know what to do. She came back and told me to lie down. I politely asked her for a shower. She said “No, the shower is broken. Fix two three days.” It’s was hot and I was sweating.
The possibility of them being open without running water is slim to none. Lazy! Lazy!! Lazy!!! I should have gotten dressed and left. But somehow I didn’t. So we settled for the towel treatment which last very brief.
She gave me a light massage. My shoulder was killing me so I asked her to focus on it. She said to me "tired" and gave the annoying look. I was surprised at her response. She asked what I wanted. I asked her how much. She said $150. I asked "For what." She said "Everything," but I didn't want everything. I didn't feel it with her so far.
I told her I wanted just a handshake. She said $100. I paid the ransom and suffered through the mechanical actions. This place only wants my money and offer no service. I vowed not to return to this dump.

JJYes, not doubt 160max. Hey, anyone know what happened to the AAMP over in Tysons at the Condos/apts by the metro stop/toll booths, near the Gannet/usa today building? I called the number and it was out of service. Did they move or are they just gone. Any recommendations for AAMP near Tysons, etc or in FFX? Hit me up on the back channels as well as here.

Went down to 14k. Hadn't been there in over a year (knee surgery. So I had been stayin local over in Dulles area with some local providers that I know, both AMP and reg prov's). KNee good now, can stand the hard service of some of those massage tables for doggie. Saw this lady named PHeobi, I think thats what she told me. 14k use to be my ATF along with the old Eye Street place, but anyway typical situation, mama saw me in, took the $. 6 and I just usually take who's ever available. This one was nice and the TS was nice, I got my feel on in the shower and she laff'd but in the room, fireworks shot. Half way decent massage, on the flip I grabb the tits and suck 'them, she bends over and I grab the butt. I walked over to 14k last week for lunch, and there were 3 guys just standing there, leaning on the railing and hanging out. I dont know if it means anything as I haven had a chance to go back by, and it appears that others have, but I thought it worth mentioning.

I think that one has shut, if it's the same one I'm thinking of. The one off of Tyco rd is still open, however, its hit and miss...and pricy. You're better off venturing a CC in the tysons area, which is near the location you've mentioned below. PM me for number.

Actually, he didn't mean hyenas, nor was he subsequently referring to them as dogs or animals.
He was calling them "heinas." Its slang for a beautiful woman. Overall, I don't see too much to get offended by in the post. He was asking for advice on how to get a successful lineup.
My advice would be to establish a relationship with the mamasan. But often by the time that happens, you know who's there anyways. I find it most successful when you are friendly and ask very politely. If she says no, don't be a afraid to be a little persistent. If you can be respectful by greeting and knowing a few bits of small talk in Korean, that goes a long way and, for me, gets the best results.

Had a meeting in the District, so I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to make a follow-up visit to what is becoming my favorite establishment. I thoroughly enjoyed may first experience with the Rose and thought I would repeat with her. However, during my first visit, I was able to see at least 3 other ladies that looked great, so figured I would let mama make my selection for me. I was greeted by Bebe, could have been Phoebe, who was reported on earlier. I don't care to rate these ladies, so I will describe her as 24ish, tall and attractive, with a smoking body; spoke very good english. She was very friendly which helps me to relax, particularly with a new girl. I should add that she had great legs. We transferred to the TS and everything proceeded as usual. Back to the room and requested light touch, which she performed well. My overall experience with Bebe was actually a little better. She is a new girl, only two weeks, so I think she may have been trying a little harder. She asked me about the internet and if I had seen any reports on her and asked if I would make a report. She also told me she was taking off next week. She said they were too busy and she was tired and needed a break. If you go to see her, let her know you saw my report and make her feel welcomed. Went to the olympics again...most of the time i get great service there, and that still is the case!
I'm so happy to find out that one of my ATF is still there, Gina. There's been a few previous reports about her already and none of it has changed. I haven't really tried 14k recently despite the exciting reviews since IMOHO, I find participating in the olympics, especially with G, is satisfying enough for me.
So if you guys decide to play with Gina, please handle her with care.

She has a very athletic body, almost a Latin American kind of body, not very thick but with a few more curves than you average K-girl. Very firm with hard but nice-looking add-ons. I'd give her around 8.5 for her body. Face is OK but maybe only 7 to 7.5.
She speaks good English and is a bit more take-charge than most, so not a geisha. Most AMP menu services but she asked for a doggie finish. A good hard massage.
Not much kissy-face but after warming up she seemed to ease up so maybe on the second visit.
Overall ranking 7.5 to 8 so a good choice along with Rose (whom I like but I think I've explored most possibilities with her). Saw a small waiflike girl I may want to try out next time.
Whatever her name, you described "my" Bebe." Her name could very well be ViVi, but Koreans have a very difficult time pronouncing the V. Well, it is not. I am glad the previous fellow had a good time with her, my mileage was very low. At best 4's. Plus I was in and out in thirty-eight minutes.

Finally had a chance to meet the lovely Miss Rose at 14k and, for once, reality lived up to the hype. Very nice body. I'll spare the minute-by-minute except to say that what blew me away was the slow pace of everything. My experience has been that once girls reach this notoriety, they get overworked and just start going through the motions as quickly as they can.

She is not anything speacial. But when I said beautiful. I meant as a whole. Warm personality, well dressed, well spoken. You get the picture. I was expecting something out of an old jackie chan movie. What I got was something out of emmuelle or something. She's is chocolate (darker then her only photo that you saw on CL). Hope this clarifys it a bit.
Also. I don't know how to move this post. I kow it would make more sense in the N. VA section (didn't know they had a seperate section). Admins. Can y ou please move this.

After getting put into a room I asked how much and she asked how much I usually pay. As she was about to walk out she turned around ans asked how old I was. I said 20 and she said I had to leave because I'm not 21. I had no idea you needed to be 21. I also mentioned that I was a firefighter. Maybe that scared her? I had a dream that I broadening my scope of activity in the area. I decided to start the Olympic ceremonies early, fresh off disappointment in NoVA (see recent post in NoVA MP thread), so I went for the real deal in DC this afternoon. The place was easy to find and parking was no hassle. But that probably would not be the case at night.
My draw was a kind and petite therapist with a sweet, permissive attitude, with a name like a red gem. I think I got my karma back for last week because she was very accommodating (everything available incl. AR) and made me exit with a huge, silly grin on my face. Area but have only driven/walked by the local stops (aways too many people outside for me). My questions are about busts. Has anybody had any experience with this? What happens? What could the customer face and how exactly is the customer busted? What to the providers face and how are they busted? Thanks in advance for any valuable input.
BTW. I walked past 14k the other night. Bouncers outside for the club upstairs and too many people on the street for the night life in the area. What is the best time to stop by this spot? I also drove to Conn. , and New York, both of them also had too many people loitering for me to enter. I prefer places back in the cut or with more of a private entrance. I am not really sure of the ramifications of getting caught in a bust. If you mind your manners to the abusive LEO and suck up a little verbal abuse I would imagine that you will walk out. With the camera set up I do not believe they will get inside before Ajima sounded the alarm and you could get your pants on. If you are ball deep and they walk in the door I am sure you will get a nice shnny bracelet to wear for a while.
Question.... I notice a lot of people state they do not go inside an AMP if people are outside or can see them. Why not? I mean who cares if a person you will never see in your life sees you go in a door. If they know what's there then they have probably been there. If they don't know what is there do you really think they notice you? Do you notice every person that goes in an unmarked door going down a street? The bouncers at the club... Who cares about what they may think? If you are not causing a scene at the club they will not care what you do.

I have never had any problem around 14K, but I go early in the day. I know that is not possible for all Mongers, but it does have another advantage - better choices and a more awake staff. I tend to shy away from attention also, so this works well for me.

So I decided to head down town this afternoon since I got out of work early. Great idea heading into our Nations Capital on a Friday afternoon. NOT! I was looking to check out some of the new talent at 14K, but parking was a nightmare! I was even going to break down and actually pay to park, but when I pulled into the $8 garage, they said they were full and pointed me to the next garage. They wanted $16 for an hour. F that. I have better things to spend my money on; wink, wink. Anyway, with the lack of parking, I decided to go over to the tourist district and see if anything was happening over there. I immediately found parking on the street and wandered over. 520 had the tell tale camera outside, the other place next door did not. One little problem though as I approached. A family of 4 tourists were resting on the front porch of the place. What was I to do? So I went accross the street and sucked down a couple of cold ones until the family had moved on.
Rang the buzzer and was let in. A chubby early 30's non-mamasaan let me in. This must be my girl. She said they only had two girls working because business was so slow. I've found that the less-favored therapists do tend to give better service. Asking to switch to another gal will cause her a bit of shame and can potentially make you lose some face, too.
Now, if you get a therapist who has given bad service in the past, then by all means talk to mamasan and request another gal.
The best way to avoid all these unpleasantries, though, is to call ahead and make an appointment with the therapist you want. That way, there's no disappointment for you or the therapist.

I'm curious. Anyone been to Green lately? On the AMP list (many thanks Wayward One) it shows June 30 is the last time it was visited. I was wondering if the "renovations" were finished?

In the AMP, just like in ANY other business, YOU are in charge! If the business tries to provide you a substandard product (girl you do not feel attracted to, maybe) then YOU have the right of refusal.
Don't let me or anyone else bully you into taking on anything you do not like or want.
I have asked for a different girl a few times and all that stuff about "losing face" is simply not true.
YOU are the customer! You must be satisfied to the greatest extent possible!
Also - you should always commend the beauty and talents of the girl you choose and pump up her ego and feelings from the time you give her the $60 until the time she gives you some candy on the way out. THAT is most important! If you are expecially happy with her, tell the manager too!
AND - forget about making appointments. That has never worked for most people here.

If you get a therapist that doesn't "float your boat" due to looks, etc. , it might be better to stick with her and not let your disappointment show. I've found that the less-favored therapists do tend to give better service. Asking to switch to another gal will cause her a bit of shame and can potentially make you lose some face, too.
Now, if you get a therapist who has given bad service in the past, then by all means talk to mamasan and request another gal.
The best way to avoid all these unpleasantries, though, is to call ahead and make an appointment with the therapist you want. That way, there's no disappointment for you or the therapist.

Some places, like supra, ask for house fee before you have even seen the provider. Don't hand over house fee until you at least have some idea what you are getting. On the other hand don't expect a provider to explain what services she will provide. It is obviously not a good idea for her to explain that.

I find a majority of AMPS will ask for the house fee up front, (I always give the house fee to the provider and not the mamasan), and take the service fee or tip at the end of the session. (moreso, if you are a steady customer). I usually turn down proposals when they ask for all the money upfront, but it is pretty difficult to get out of a deal when they collect the fee up front and then after you agree on the level of service they ask for their tip up front. When you walk out on this arrangement you could lose .6. You will also find that when they want all the money up front you will usually get bad service. That is why they want it all up front because they know they can't provide quality service.

I hope I am misunderstanding you. Are you saying you only brought $60? With nothing for the provider? if so you are in the wrong big time! They ONLY make money on tips. You need to RTFF and understand the rules.

I gotta agree with Sleaze. Unless you do the right thing (I. E. , return and bring Rose a double tip, without asking for any further service when you do so), you are simply a Class A turd. And you sure as heck ain't gonna get any intel from the rest of the members here.
If a monger makes an honest mistake, and thought he had sufficient funds but come to find out that (ooops! ) he didn't, then he is obliged to rectify that. It does happen.-- I know, because it happened to me. Once!.-- but you must correct the situation pronto! When it happened to me, I went to the nearest ATM, withdrew the right amount for tip plus extra, and went right back. I'll admit, when I did that the girl was very surprised (she thought I would just skip out). But, when I returned to that AMP on future visits, I was always viewed as a trustworthy customer and never had a bad experience there. (Even got FS on a few occasions, without asking for it! And this was in NoVA, in Fairfax.)
So, do the right thing, right NOW. Don't prove to be what it appears you are. Okay?

I haven't visited any AMPs recently. That's because I am still basking in the glow of a recent trip to Tokyo. Even though Tokyo can be quite expensive, the quality is off the charts.
Still, I will need my K-Girl fix and I plan to drop by one of my favorite KMPs/AMPs soon.The Last time I went there, It was in Arlington off of 66. (I went to new location about a year ago). I don't know if she's still open.

Seems you & I may have had slightly different experiences, Sleaze. I can't/won't deny what you say --- after all, the monger is the customer and is in-charge as long as he holds the cash-ola. I'm simply saying that, unless a gal has given BAD service (as opposed to not being the best looker in the place), it's sometimes better to accept the gal and go for the session unless the gal is a total cow or has some other terminal quality about her. Sometimes, you'll find a diamond in the rough. It's worked with me on more than one occasion. As for making appointments, I've seldom found that NOT to work. Again, as with anything in this hobby though, YMMV. I can only speak from my own experiences.

I am not really sure of the ramifications of getting caught in a bust. If you mind your manners to the abusive LEO and suck up a little verbal abuse I would imagine that you will walk out. With the camera set up I do not believe they will get inside before Ajima sounded the alarm and you could get your pants on. If you are ball deep and they walk in the door I am sure you will get a nice shnny bracelet to wear for a while.
Question.... I notice a lot of people state they do not go inside an AMP if people are outside or can see them. Why not? I mean who cares if a person you will never see in your life sees you go in a door. If they know what's there then they have probably been there. If they don't know what is there do you really think they notice you? Do you notice every person that goes in an unmarked door going down a street? The bouncers at the club... Who cares about what they may think? If you are not causing a scene at the club they will not care what you do.
Just my 2 cents.
BDDI actually got caught up in a Bust at the old place on FLA AVe and they just questioned me like "why are you here? " "are you trying to get sex", "told me cross sexual massages were illigal in the District" and I just kept saying I was here for a massage. They ask me did the girl offer me anything and I said "yeah, a massage". So, you have to just play the game, keep your kool. And I walked out unscathed.

Rose was at 14K today, though I did not see her. She is one class act. But, Vivi (Yes Gentlemen, it is VVVVVVV, even though the Hostess again said Bibi.) is a class act too. Vivi told me that she is also going to take a couple (or 3) weeks vacation, but it is to move to the area from NY. She says she will be back. Might get kinda sparse around there in a week or so!
Vivi was great today. Very caring and gentle and totally unhurried, even though they were busy. I had to wait for the first time, but only 15 minutes. All 3 girls (Rose, Sophie and Vivi) were busy. I told the Hostess I would accept any of these providers as I like them all.

Great visit this past Friday early PM all is well and Miss Bee Bee was outstanding.
After complaining that I couldn't get to DC much on the VA board, I decided that it was like anything else, if I wanted it bad enough, I'd make it happen. So took a half day Friday and visited K and got Sophie. Body was incredibly thin and nice, and boobs looked tremendous. Later, realized that sometimes looks are better than touch, as I am not a fan of touching the bolt ons. But looking is nice. Anyway, very friendly right from the start. Felt like I was her only customer of the day. She doesnt have the best face, but makes up for it with attitude.
A Prior poster mentioned the teeth on the cbj and that was also noticed. But I liked how she got into position for it. After some lackluster AR, followed by good AR, then more lackluster AR, SHE flipped onto her back and slid up under me and allowed me to pump my hips for the cbj. Fed her nicely!
Then it was my turn to give some AR and I made a true meal of her. Asked to use backdoor but was told she wanted front door so I entered, and knocked and banged and banged some more. Very nice time.

I'm new to this, but decided to give it a try last month. I flew in from Milwaukee, WI for something. I found the place and finally had the guts to walk in. After getting put into a room I asked how much and she asked how much I usually pay. As she was about to walk out she turned around ans asked how old I was. I said 20 and she said I had to leave because I'm not 21. I had no idea you needed to be 21. I also mentioned that I was a firefighter. Maybe that scared her? Maybe she thought it was close enough to being LE. I'm flying back Thursday and thought that I would try it again and just say that I'm 21.
Also, because this is my first time, I'm not sure how much to bring for the tip. (anything after the. 60) It would be nice if someone could PM me with the prices.

I am not really sure of the ramifications of getting caught in a bust. If you mind your manners to the abusive LEO and suck up a little verbal abuse I would imagine that you will walk out. With the camera set up I do not believe they will get inside before Ajima sounded the alarm and you could get your pants on. If you are ball deep and they walk in the door I am sure you will get a nice shnny bracelet to wear for a while.

You should have ample to time to get your stuff in order before LE bust in the door. In my situation, i was in the shower area, and heard the door being kicked in, when i and the girl quickly jumped up and i had just enough time to get my towel on and make it half way to my room before MPDC (most were plain clothes, but some in uniform) came in the door. Strangely, mamasan stood right in front of the door, but didn't utter a single word. :huh: Obviously i was stunned as this kinda scenario plays out it every mongers mind, during this risky hobby, and i wasn't sure if it was a bust or a robbery attempt. Strangely, i breathed somewhat of a sigh of relief when i saw it was LE, as a robbery could have easily ended up grim.
5 mongers plus myself were all made to sit inside a single room, before which, i was allowed to place my clothing back on. What i wanted to note is that, as much noise as LE made coming in the door, one monger and a girl apparently didn't hear them come in and were caught 'in the act'. Now I'm not entirely sure if they were caught actually engaging in any kinda of act, or were just both nude, but the two of them plus the mamasan were the only ones arrested that night, and the rest of us released (after having our polaroid pic taken, and collecting info from our ID's) My point is, you won't go to jail unless you're actually caught doing the deed, or, if both you AND the girl are nude. I think that's how its works. The establishment during this encounter has long since closed. And i've waited this long to share my experience, for obvious reasons.

Sounds like Rose is starting to think a little too much of herself to be demanding extra. She has been getting a lot of attention on the board and she is hot but her performance is not any better than I have recieved from Happy or Sophie.

Mr.SnipesI was in M spa 3rd floor when the cops came to ICM a couple years ago. I was there to pick up a lady and some cartons of cigerettes to take to Atlantic City. I was eating a meal when we heard a loud crash and yelling. I thought it was a robbery but one of the girls came running and said the police are downstairs. The girls hid their money and got changed. They locked the door and turned the lights out. The police ripped the camera out of the wall so we could not see what was going on. I was a little scared and so was on of the girls The other two were not. We looked out of the window and saw cop cars, marked and unmarked all over M st. They did take some people away. Finally they came upstairs. The cop took my ID asked what I was doing here and I told him I was eating dinner. He told me to get out of here right now and not to ever come back. He took the girls Id's as well and told them to go home.
I found out later ICM was raided because of drugs. Don't know if they found any or not. A girl that used to work at M spa named Susie was really nice, but I lost contact with her. She had a horrendous gambling problem. Does anyone know her?

Didnt ask for a lineup and drew Ruby. Upon first sight, I almost changed my mind because she looked older than I'd like around late 30ish.

Today I got off work a bit early and wanted to relax a bit so I headed downtown to swing by 14K but the gate was locked. I thought maybe I was just a little bit early so I walked down a block and came across Vermont. I either read up about it too long ago to remember or just forgot so I decided to check it out for myself.
Headed upstairs, handed over the 4J's for Mama and had a small wait. Katie comes in. TS was good. Back to the room, great massage 4/5. The only thing I didn't like about it was that she used a lot of lotion and I don't like the oily feeling I have afterward. She starts getting a little closer and on the flip a nice HJ. She just went right into it, no discussion, which kind of threw me for a bit of a surprise. I was expecting a bit more than a NoVA experience in DC. Afterward she finished the massage and I was out the door back on my way. As I walked back past 14K I noticed that the gate was still closed, something new going on? Or was I just early? Saw two guys hanging out looking like they were waiting for it to open.
Two other points. One, Katie was great, looks = 3/5, very nice, great english, no accent at all. I thought that was a bit unusual for the standard experience. And Two, there was a little dog in the place with the Mama when I opened the door and during the walk back from the TS to the room Katie brought the dog inside our room! As for 14K, there has been at least one report of LE activity there, so they might be closed. I haven't been by in a while, so not sure.
For "that place on Vermont", it used to be Downtown, and was a great place to go, until they had to close for good after one too many busts. Now it is exactly what you described -- an overpriced HJ place. The rest of DC is much better.
If you try 14K again and they're closed, try checking out Rio over in the U Street area. It's just as good if not better, and you can grab a beer afterwards at one of the nearby bars.

This report is about a week late, but still very sound. Rio is still going strong as of Saturday afternoon, and not getting enough love here as of late. I, on the other hand, got lots of love there.
I had been to Royal Palace the night before (don't ask, just don't ask), and manage to get swindled a bit by one of the actual attractive girls there. I'm not newbie when it comes to AMP's, but I am a novice at picking up strippers. I'm not stupid, but every guy thinks with the wrong head when the right buttons are pushed. I got a number, made a date for the next day, and ended up near Howard for the "date". Well, in my mind, it was for a bit of fun, in her mind, I was there to buy her some medicine or something before any extras, but most likely before she wanted me to buy something else. I have my limits, and knew that I had a sure thing a few blocks away at Rio.
I headed in, and neither mamasan (is there seriously 2 of them, or am I just crazy) recognized me (it's been a few months), but I had indeed been before and knew names. They hooked me up with Gina, who's been mentioned here before, and is about a 7 or so. Not the hottest AMP girl I've seen, but not bad either, and well, great attitude.
TS was nothing special, but attention was definitely paid to the right spots. I think some other monger had a midday woodie right after me, though, because we were rushed out fairly quickly. It's one thing for that sort of thing to happen at night, but I thought I'd have some free time in the afternoon. Oh well.
From there, the drying, the massagi, everything was very well attended. Gina is spot on with the service, reminding me exactly why I go to AMP's (outside of the obvious). She didn't watch the clock, and paid attention to every little thing. The precursor to the main event was great, and included the closest thing I've ever had to a BBBJ at an AMP. I imagine if I went back a couple times, that could be had.
Everything was so good that when the main event came, it wasn't quite as good in comparison. Don't get me wrong, the main event was damn enjoyable, but just not quite up to the level of the rest of the service.
After the main event, she cleaned me up and continued massagi for a while. I think we may have gone over our hour, and she just stopped at what felt like a natural ending. It was a nice perk of heading out in the mid-afternoon, and I forgot all about that stripper.
On leaving, mamasan apologized for not knowing me, and made sure I was well taken care of. She also informed me that the parking lot across the street will take validated tickets from them. I had to chuckle at that once I got out, because I'm not sure I'd ever want to get validation at an AMP. What's next, valet parking?

Took my first trip south of the border, walked by all of the Ethiopian places, rang the bell, and found my way into a room. Had never been before but said I had, and was fine.
Drew Ruby. Ruby looks like she's in her 20's, 5' and maybe an inch, with a great thin body with some nice natural B's. She looks like a hot little Korean co-ed.
Had a good TS, good massage, and then before the flip, had my first experience with AR. Asked to flip, and had a great time. Had some cuddling after, followed by an extended continued massage of the front, then a shoulder and neck rub while sitting up, and then was dressed and cared for the whole time.

Not to dispute the prior comments, but I think a number of factors are in play here. I think Black Wednesday a couple of years ago was an immigration raid that was based on a long investigation.
For 14K, we don't know why they were closed yet. I think if they were busted, there would have been some news report somewhere. If that shows up on the police blotter, reporters love to see a juicy story.
There could be some economics too. The spas don't appear to be able to advertise in the Post anymore (it's a bit inconsistent, I know) so it's hard to get new customers other than through the board. The new countries in the Visa Waiver program (starting in 1/09 I think) are: Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, and South Korea. Hopefully DC gets flooded with AMP (and non-AMP) providers from these countries.
14K It was hit by local LE after an investigation turned up they have no license. From what I know no one was arrested they were told to lock up and leave. Nothing at all like what happened two years ago!

Not to dispute the prior comments, but I think a number of factors are in play here. I think Black Wednesday a couple of years ago was an immigration raid that was based on a long investigation.
For 14K, we don't know why they were closed yet. I think if they were busted, there would have been some news report somewhere. If that shows up on the police blotter, reporters love to see a juicy story.
There could be some economics too. The spas don't appear to be able to advertise in the Post anymore (it's a bit inconsistent, I know) so it's hard to get new customers other than through the board. Some time ago (ie, many years), there was an AMP on wisc ave near the safeway and holiday inn, and I was caught in a bust.
Thankfully all action on my part has finished and I was putting on my shoes when suddenly plainclothes LE came through and opened all the doors. I realized what it was and just sat there; DC copdude in charge came in and asked me what I was there for; I responded very respectfully and with a lot of "sirs" that I was there for a massage; he asked if there was any "masterbation"; I interpreted that as me jerking myself off and said no; he says "we're after the girls, not the Johns"; he asked again and I said no; then he looked and me and basically said "dude, I'm a man, ok, I know you're lyin"; I remained mute, because anything you say can and will be used against you; they led me downstairs where they were taking polaroids of the girls; he asked the other cops if they wanted my pic; they said no; I walked out.
What I learned:
1. Stay calm even though you're freaking out inside.
2. Remain respectful; look LE in the eye and use the word "sir" or "officer" or both.
3. Do not rely on promises made or implied in questioning, or any threat that. They "know" you did something, or "man-to-man" speaking style like you're both in it together.
4. Understand that. With some exceptions for on-street activities. LE views this as enforcement against supply, not demand.
I actually got caught up in a Bust at the old place on FLA AVe and they just questioned me like "why are you here? " "are you trying to get sex", "told me cross sexual massages were illigal in the District" and I just kept saying I was here for a massage. They ask me did the girl offer me anything and I said "yeah, a massage". So, you have to just play the game, keep your kool. And I walked out unscathed.

Regarding ICM. Used to be a frequent visitor there and glad I didn't experience that one first hand
But I still miss that place. ICM body concepts. Something fierce and often wonder what happened to the girls, or that type of girl, who used to work at that place
It's hard to find chocolate non-FS love like that at reasonable prices. Any Intel appreciated.
I was in M spa 3rd floor when the cops came to ICM a couple years ago. I was there to pick up a lady and some cartons of cigerettes to take to Atlantic City. I was eating a meal when we heard a loud crash and yelling. I thought it was a robbery but one of the girls came running and said the police are downstairs. The girls hid their money and got changed. They locked the door and turned the lights out. The police ripped the camera out of the wall so we could not see what was going on. I was a little scared and so was on of the girls The other two were not. We looked out of the window and saw cop cars, marked and unmarked all over M st. They did take some people away. Finally they came upstairs. The cop took my ID asked what I was doing here and I told him I was eating dinner. He told me to get out of here right now and not to ever come back. He took the girls Id's as well and told them to go home.
I found out later ICM was raided because of drugs. Don't know if they found any or not. A girl that used to work at M spa named Susie was really nice, but I lost contact with her. She had a horrendous gambling problem. Does anyone know her?

AjI agree 100%. However, I wouldn't know about the dc scene when I first started the hobby without the help of this board. For this I am grateful! But like AJ said, I do see the correlation between reports here and closings. Is there something that we could do to sort this thing out? How can we continue sharing info and helping new "legit" guys into the hobby without destroying our own lifestyle?

This is true .. All of us have used the board and would not have had a lot of the great experiences without it. So how can this be remedied? Maybe like on other boards the public could have access to just basic info with full access only for reviewers. It might or might not help.

There is no way we can type in code or speak in tongues that LEO cannot figure out. It makes no differnce if we say she is a good kisser or if she can deep throat for days. Numbers will not serve either. Whatever is posted here in open forum is just that - OPEN and anyone with half a brain can figure out whatever code or number or cutesy buzzword we use.
My only suggestion would be to simply post that we have been somewher and others may PM for details. However; even that will be compromised as soon as LEO gets up to Trusted Senior status.
Who can say who here is LEO and who is not?
AND - these places don't usually get busted for selling sex, rather they get hit for some immigration or license issue and any sex business is found out about AFTER the raid has begun.
So - what is the answer? Maybe we should shut down this board and start having regular "club" meetings or pass intel to each other via out personal email accounts? (If anyone wants a GMAIL account I will send you an invitation if you ask and give me a current email address to send it to.)

What was funny is that every monger in that place didn't have any ID or his driver licence on him, so one by one, we were handcuffed and walked back to our cars to get our wallets. I'm not a frequent hobbyist, but I've relied on the reports here to figure out where to go and where not to go. The point of this forum is to share info, not to boast that you got some without providing any real details. If, and thats a big if, places get shut down because of reports here, thats just the price to be paid. More places will open up to replace the closed ones because there is a true demand here. Fellas, I was able to pluck another Rose at another location.
Very pretty, probably around mid-30s, and with real handfuls of frontal assets. Friendly and with a take-care-of-you attitudue. Only thing was that she kept asking me about my relationships and when I'm gonna get married. I'm not really into that. But otherwise, this is a definite recommend. She thorougly used all her tools for the massagi, which included BL, and gave AR both before and after the flip - though admittedly, it was by far not the best AR I've ever had.
Strange thing was the fee. I gave the full $.6 right up front, but she came back and gave me .1 for change, telling me that the fee is $.5. Afterwards I gave her .2 as tips for her great service and honest business.
I'm not going to mention location here, but vets can PM for info.
Well, fellas, this is probably my last report in DC as I will be relocating to NYC. Lucky coincidence for me since the scene is really going downhill in DC. After I get settled in at NYC, I'll be doing research and recon. The hobby must live on. Vets, please feel free to PM me if you ever visit NYC.

I posted most of this on a Maryland board, but it is true for here, too.
I went to One Spa in Ellicott City. This is the old Hana Spa, with a new owner. I had not been there in a long, long while, so I decided to check it out. Turns out the two ladies working were old friends from long ago.
Mamasan, however, could be on the cast of "The L Word." Very masculine.
I had a nice session with Nana, a heavy set gal who was very nice to me.
The three of us got to talking about recent LE activity. They said that at 21 Spa the ploice took secret pictures of men coming and going, and their license numbers. They got thirty men, and tracked them down to their homes. Then, perhaps in front of wives, girlfriends, or even children, they tried to browbeat them into testifying.
Of thirty men, twenty-seven remained quiet and said nothing. Three talked and even testified! First, this is police harassment. Second you have the right to remain silent. Don't talk to the police. Everyone should see this video.

You can Google "Don't talk to the police." This is even more true if you are innocent. They will try to trip you up, bully you, and make you talk. 14K: open (I didn't expect it to be). Had food I'd just picked up so sat in the park across the way and watched the coming and goings. No one going in or out of 14K, but a good number of people hanging around the area... maybe I'm paranoid.
Anyway, pretty much same protocol as of old: pushed buzzer and let in, asked to see the girls but first one walks up, my jaw drops and I forget that I asked. On my way to a large pic nic/cook out, etc. Stopped by AROMA, saw new faces in the place but didn't think anything as the other lady told me she had new faces on the horizon. Went in, she didn't close the door all they way (so I knew something was wrong). Got a rub but no tug.

This is late because I have been out of town a few days. After learning 14 K was back in business, I decided to make a stop on my way to the airport. Read the report on Julie and thought I would see if she was available. Of course, I thought I had read her name as Janice and like an idiot asked mamasan if Janice was available. She don't know Janice and I told her I read about her on the internet. As she was going through names, she asked me did they say she was beautiful and I replied, that's her. In comes Julie and she gives me this big smile and was immediately playful. Her looks and personality were unlike any I have experienced. Went straight to the TS and she was thorough. We had a nice chat before and after the session which I enjoyed and I found she is 24 y/o and has been in the US for 3 years and she has lived in the area the entire time. Ok, I visited the Royal two days ago. I was buzzed in amongst about 100 tourists. Who would have thought for a Monday morning? Certainly not me.
First of all, at 10AM the place is deserted. First I go to room 4, then immediately get moved to room 2. I don the towel an sit for a few. In comes Nana. A bit too much make up but still doable.
Off to the shower, good cleansing, all over. Midway through she moves my hand under the little skirt she's wearing. I smile and she proceeds to rinse me off. Back in the room, I get a quick massage then get rolled over to move to the final event.
She has the most perfect breasts out there. Yeah, a bit older but that ass and those boobs, I simply don't last much into walking the dog. We hit the missionary first then walk the dog. After maybe 50 min I'm done and walking out the door. Place was still deserted, even though the bed was squeaking somewhere down the hall. I ventured to 1413 Tuesday at 1630. Door locked, no answer to the bell. I was disappointed.
So I went to NY and met Yoyo. 5'7 slim, A's, nice hips and ass. I finished fast so it was a 40 minute session, and I was out the door. No kissing, no licking, no AR, everything was very standard without a ton of enthusiam, but I didn't have an alternative cure for yellow fever.

Been very busy for the last few months, so this was my first trip out in a while. Tried 14K -- no answer at the door. I peeked through the blinds and the lights were on, for whatever that's worth. I don't look like a cop so I'm sure they were really closed.
Tried 1333 Green and there was a "closed for remodeling" sign. Too bad.

I just tried calling and did not get an answer. What's the deal with 14K. Although it is a drive for me and I hate going to downtown DC, it is fast becoming my number one spot. Anyone know the deal?

Anyway. I saw earlier posts indicating this, but I went up to supra today and there was a "closed" sign on the door. Has it been closed for a while? I've been busy recently and kind of out of the loop, so I'm not entirely sure what's going on.
I tried hitting up supra last thurs. Too, but there was someone posted outside the door for a while and he wasn't moving. I thought he might be LE, so I bounced; although that could just be paranoia.

Hey all,
This is my first time posting here though I have been looking for months now. Just figured I would return all the good info I have gotten. I went to 14K yesterday around 11am and got no response. Some guy was hanging over the rail but he just seemed to be reading a paper so maybe just me being paranoid. I will try and post more in the future. Thanks again and be safe!

I was in DC on business the week of July 20 and paid a visit to 14K early in the week and had a reasonably good visit with Sophia.
On Thursday i decided to make a second visit and was surprised to find the gate to the stairs locked at about the time when I had made my first morning visit. I was frustrated so I walked over to make a visit to the 4th floor. This was open and i had an OK visit with mimi?? On my way back to where I parked my car I detoured to walk past 14K and it was still locked and the same man was standing there watching who approached the gate. I also drove past Green and saw the infamous sign. Too bad about these places as i had some really good times at Green and it is so much out of the way that it shouldn't bother neighbors.
Thanks so much to you DC fans for your reporting. I do not get to DC very often and I is nice to know where the spots are that are open so i do not have to drive all over to find a good visit.

It's been going on all summer too.I didn't notice it until now. Weird! I'm thinking the simple fact that a lot of good locations have closed may hinge on the large amount of posts about 14K. Simply put, either more locations need to open or we need to start visiting new haunts. Rio seems to be kicking, NY seems to be a good option as well. We've lost some winners like CPHC and Sun. Maybe when things cool off in another month or two.

A lame way of creating credibility.Agree. There's one individual who posted something like 10 brief messages in a single day/night. I'm not gonna make any judgments, but it did seem as though he was trying to artificially inflate his post count.
With AJ's and Monke's concerns in mind, here's a couple suggestions for the board. (1) Some sort of ranking system, a la the type that eBay uses, that let's others rank a poster's reliability / trustworthiness level. (2) An option that allows a poster to set a threshhold for others to be able to read his post (i.e., a variable setting that would, for instance, prevent anyone having less than 20, 30, 40, or 50 posts from reading the note), which would effectively prevent LEOs from scanning these forums unless they have a significant level of participation...an unlikely chance.
Granted, this would mean Jackson would have to develop & implement updates to the code for this site. And he probably has other things that keep him busy, too. But, in one sense, these "updated" would, in the long run, actually facilitate more openness and sharing of information. But only among those who are actually in the hobby and have demonstrated a level of reliability. Food for thought, only. After all, Jackson rules.

Its been a while since I have posted but I figure this is post worthy.
So I've been really in the mood for a good time at an AMP but I was looking for something different. After reading this site I found a post about how a certain place H & H was non asian. I thought this sounded like what I needed so I decided to try it out.
First attempt: I rolled up there with a friend (didn't call) and we walked in, there was no one there so we sat down and waited for a bit. After about 10 minutes a little hispanic woman came out and started yelling at us about how there is nothing for us there and we needed to leave. So we did, hit up 14K and all was good. (first time at 14K btw, will go into more detail later on)
Second attempt: After about 2 weeks I decided to try it again (my friend was in vegas and had just went to one of the bunny ranches so I was jealous and wanted to do the same). This time I called, she asked me if I had been there before and I said yes and I made an appointment. I showed up for my apointment and she gave me a really hard time saying I had never been there before and all this other crap, I was very persistent in saying I had been there before and she eventually introduced me to a woman. This very chubby mid 40's woman. I didn't know what to think and since I had actually never been to this particular place before I figured she was probably just for the massage and then I would get someone else. So I went back to the room and took my shower and then did a light massage and she asked what I wanted, I said everything. She then proceeded to undress. I had to stop her immediately because I wasnt feeling it. I asked if I could possibly have another girl and she said she would check. She came back about 5 minutes later with the bad news. I declined to go further and left, I tried to pay for the shitty massage but the old woman wouldn't take my money.
So, I am wondering, what the F did I do wrong? I called, made an appointment, showed up on time (I was a little early, could that be it) and was greeted with a horrible attitude and a really bad experience. I have read on here how some people are having great experiences there. Can anyone give me some details on what I did wrong?
First attempt continued: After the disaster at H & H we went to 14K. Nice drive through the city, not a bad location, great parking (Sunday afternoon). Walked in, was greated by mamasan (who was pretty hot by the way, I wanted to do here LOL) and then was taken to the rooms and went through the ordeal. I finished up a little earlier than my friend so I was waiting in the waiting room and I see this guy with an overnight back walk out. I hid my face and didn't see his face but I thought that was really weird since I had never seen anyone else there other than who I went with. I thought they were more discreet than this. Anyway, had a wonderful time and want to go back.
I tried last week and was greeted by an empty house so I started reading on here again and saw it was closed. I logged in this afternoon and saw someone called and they were open so I called and sure enough, mamasan answered and I was on my way there. I decided to go in the evening after the football game (Go Skins! ) and when I got down there the area was packed! I had no idea the place above was a bar and bouncers would be blocking the entrance. I freaked and got scared so I just went home. On the way home I called and mamasan said they were open tomorrow morning so I think I will try again during non peak hours for that area. We shall see.
Anyway, that is my update for the past months. If anyone can help me figure out the enigma that is H & H I would greatly appreciate it. PM's are welcome.
I been reading reports about AMPs closing and I really wanna try 14k out but I gotta find out more myself if it is open since there is confusion about whether or not it is. I'll call later on this morning. I actually been looking on CL for local providers as well but a lot of them are not picking up phones and don't have reviews on TER. I need to fulfill my dream this weekend! Wish me luck guys.

After months of researching and watching these boards I finally get to share a recent dream of my own. I havent had such a dream in a long time. Today I dreamt I went on a metro mission to that place we have all been discussing on these boards. I know my post count does not make this dream look real but I swear this dream was legit. The place in my dream is indeed open. Here's my report.
When I get to the city I walk to where the place is located. I had called earliar that morning and the lady confirmed they were open. When i arrived I called and am told which door to go to. Finally got around to visiting the infamous 1413 K this morning. I was a little hesitant and on edge, as my last AMP visit had me facing off against DC's finest (or not so fine!) in the Sun raid of last spring, so my paranoia was understandable. I got there around 10 AM ( i figured if a raid was to transpire, a Sunday morning would be the last time they'd come a'knocking), parked on Vermont and walk around the corner. Alot of ppl walking about, but nothing out of the ordinary of downtown DC.
Rang the bell, mama yells to me to pull the door thru the speaker and in i go. She greets me and walks me to my room. I asked for Rose, but was told she was on an 'extended vacation'. I undress and in comes Tammy. Tammy's about 5'4, i'd say about mid to late thirties; shoulder length hair; no tattoos; decent bod, although not very curvy. Flat backside, and she sported A cups (though her top made them look bigger, until she undressed). Now Tammy was what i'd call 'a business woman'. She's not there to make friends, meet her future husband, nor listen to the everyday monger's rants about how ungrateful his wife/girlfriend is, she's just there to make her money, and in return she'll give you the 'basic' AMP service as it's required by the biz. She was extremely quite; pleasant, but very quiet.
She uttered just 6 words, or phrases, during the entire time i was there:

"Tammy" only after i ASKED for her name, right as i exited the place.
Her TS was standard, but her massagi was probably one of the worst i have ever had at an AMP. Very mechanical. Did go by to 14k today, asked for Rose but was told that she will be back next week. Did see another therpist name Diane. Not trying to get into to much details, but everything was standard from what you would normally expect from 14K. Just was to return the favors to this forum, since I did manage to get help from others here.

The issue of overpaying is a touchy one. However, seeing as you paid two bills for a babe w/smoker's breath, let me give you (and others) a suggestion: every AMP in these United States has some Scope, or a Scope-like product, either in the bathroom or the TS room. Since you mention that we're all "fellow" men who are out for the same thing, here's a little advice, man-to-man:
1. First and foremost, understand that the members on this forum gained their information via the expenditure of no small amount of time and money. Once you get to know folks here, you'll find that the guys here are more than willing to help one another, even relative newcomers. What they don't appreciate and won't tolerate is a newbie or a total stranger who, with his first post, asks a question which demonstrates that he's just plain lazy. And when this newbie/stranger gets uppity (please note the spelling) and starts calling other members names (I. E. , "Ass"), he's not doing anything to help his case. Take a clue for the clueless on this point, and adjust the attitude.
2. Show that you've done even a modicum of research, before posting a question for info that's readily available. READ the file, using the 'Search' function if necessary. Or, simply choose a point some months back, and read forward from there. It won't take long, trust me.

3. When I started out, my first experience was at the old Sakura Spa on Wisconsin Avenue in DC, just across from the Safeway. I went there a second, third, fourth, and fifth time, too. That was the only place I'd ever been to. But then, I found out about another place and decided to try that one. I didn't know anything about it or its rules, but I went anyway. Guess what? If you keep going like that, you'll find very quickly that you're not going to gain any more friends, new or otherwise, on this forum. The only thing you'll succeed at doing is making it onto most members' Ignore Lists. Then, the only ones you'll have to converse with are other lazy newbs.
So, take two GIANT steps backward and try starting over with a whole new attitude. Do a little research, try out a few new places, and post your findings & results. Your new experiences might not turn out exactly as you expect, but the 'homework' you do beforehand will help minimize most surprises that you may encounter. Guys here are also a forgiving lot, and they'll be willing to overlook earlier stupidities. But, you've got to be willing to do your part. If you're unwilling to do that, and you'd rather hang onto your 'tude and your pride, well then, it's been nice chattin' wid ya.

Haven't done the AMP thing in a bit, esp since HWC and Downtown closed. So I headed out to Jasmine Therapy in DC (on stripper alley; Camelot is a few doors down). There I met Julie, who guided me to a room.
She asked me if I'd been there before and I said no. She then quoted me $170! I'm used to paying $60-70 for the message, then negotiating for extras later. Not knowing what kind of service that all included, I declined and left.

Here's an idea. If you're not sure if a place is open. Being as we do live in. What year is it. 1953. 1967. No
2008
1) Get a phone. I know new technology scares some people but try it. It's pretty cool. Look back in the forum and find the number for the place in question and call. If nobody answers, it's more than likely closed.
2) Have a few dollars around the house or perhaps a car, friend with a car, family member that can give you a ride. Something. Bus schedule. Anything. Recon the location. This means GO! Turn off The Oxygen network and travel.
I'll even provide an example. Take into account, this is when I was green at this. Ride down to the location in question and walk around. Get a vibe for the neighborhood. I was not impressed with the neighborhood Rio was in (granted I was there at like 11PM on afriday night and I had had a few road sodas. CPHC was in contrast much better. So was Sun.
Find a payphone (there are still a few around) and call the location from across the street or someplace local and ask a dumb question or two.
"Say. I'm Maurice, when do you close tonight? . (she answers). Are you busy. (her answer again). Thanks" click. Pretty simple. It's kinda fun too. If you get stopped by our buddies in blue, say "I'm lost. Can you help me. I was looking for the textile museum. " Keep it simple and things will go better.
