Hi ya'll. I got lost in prostitution forum hell but finally found my way back. It's taken me a few years but I did it. LOL There’s just too many prostitute forums. I should start one as well.

I feel like I've lost my mind though. Didn't this forum have international reports? Was this always called USASexGuide. Info? Wasn't this the original site started back in the early nineties and saved by Jackson? If not, what site am I thinking of? I was a charter member of some site somewhere but I guess this wasn't it? I really was sure this was that site until I found this place again. Yes I know that makes little sense.

You may be nuts, but you are not incorrect. This is the site you were thinking of, and Jackson was, and still is, the originator.

Yes, there was an Intl. section of the site as well. It is now it's own site, separated from this one. Find it at http://www.internationalsexguide.info/

Apparently, there was some sort of Legal Issue as to the rights to the previous name, and in settling the matter, Jackson changed the URL of the site. Shortly thereafter, he made the decision to make the Intl. site separate from the USA site.

While I have no issue with the action taken, I am concerned that my response somehow violated the rules of the Forum. Did I do something wrong?

Given the policy regarding homosexual and transvestite content on this forum, it makes no sense that the advertisement banner located on the upper right section of the form title field often pops up with the slogan "Tranny Fuck". I understand the need for advertising but it this necessary?

While a majority of yellow fever mongers can still able access the USA edition, sadly, ISG is now being censored into extinction in China. Question: At least until the darn Olympics are over, is it possible to move the Chinese board to a location inside this forum? Besides the inability to access the ISG in China, I also noticed that the site is now suddenly blocked in Thailand. Does anybody elso also made this experience?

Why is it when I finish uploading a picture on this site, when I review it, the quality of the picture has decreased compared to the original pic file which is on my computer?

I do edit the picture by cropping it or resizing it, but this done before. The problem is after it is uploaded to the photo gallery. It looks kind of blurry or faded out.

I know this was a stupid mistake of me but when i first became a member i used a name that i shouldn't have. The great site admins were willing to let me screennames but someone had all ready quoted my old name. I asked very kindly that that member edit there post and was told to "GET BENT!" Is there any other way to get this changed?

A advertiser here has requested deletion of several of my posts due to some continuing problems she is having with a user who has been rightfully banned to the Hall of Shame here. She said you told her she can have the posts removed if the original poster (in this case me) was OK with that (which I am).

I tried to pm you as "Jackson" and as "Admin" but was unable to do so getting a message that these id's don't accept pm's.

What I don't understand is how CookyJar can have such low standards. The pics he posts are absolutely vile. I would like to see a rating system on the photos established, and a "sort by ratings" feature. I can guarantee you the ones he posts would be at the lower end of the scale. It sucks when I go through the photo gallery and have to sort through several pages of his disgusting pics to get to some good ones, like the kind Baldy Cruiser would post.Yea, sure, because obviously you're not looking for trouble.

AR is the two letter code for Arkansas and there is an "AR other areas" thread there. AZ is the state code for Arizona.

but her posts do bring up a question. i am well aware of and fully support your ban on guys looking for **** girls. unfortunately in the us, many of the younger ladies on the street may be ****, such as the one renee posted about three or four times.

i can see a double edged sword with this. if we become aware of an **** provider, should we warn other mongers about her or just remain moot?

regardless if the girl is working or not, if she's ****, if you're caught with her, your life is pretty much shot. you will almost certainly wind up as a registered sex offender.

on the other hand posting such info would play into the hands of those 'individuals' who want **** girls.

Can a member start their own poll. There was a poll taken (to reinstate to polling feature) and the major portion of votes were yes. Was the feature ever reinstated.

I've sent you a request for a survey and of yet, I've gotten no response. That's not like you. Maybe you are taking a much deserved vacation.

CookyJarPolling can easily deteriorate into a means for members to draw attention to themselves (and their photographs). Especially since polling, as it was previously implemented, put the poll on the front page of the forum.

Rather than having any senior Tom, Dick or Harry put up a poll on who they think is the best SW this month in Kalamazoo, it's much more prudent for the moderator to take requests for polls. And I'm not sure he has the time or interest to process such requests, which rarely further the mission of this forum anyway.

To the person whom I quoted above I would say: be satisfied with what the moderator has given you already, namely your own thread above the blue line. You can put any and everything, including polls, in there, and those who don't care to partake of that (like myself) can read the other threads for more useful information helping men find women for sex.

Something wrong with thread ordering (under Edit Forum Options)?

No matter if I select Oldest First or Newest, clicking page 1 ALWAYS bring me to NEWEST first (unless someone can prove me wrong)! I thought if I have it set as OLDEST First, clickING (ALSO) Page 1, would bring me to OLDEST, chronologically speaking. Then when I click Pages 2, then 3, the postings in the thread would get newer. And increasingly newer and newer!

Can someone tell me what's going on? (I prefer OLDEST first.) So am I right: no point in setting No matter if I select Oldest First or Newest First at usasexguide.info/forum domain?

It cannot be changed by the users.

Besides, why would you want to start viewing the posts from several years ago, and then have to page forward past hundreds or thousands of posts to get to today's posts?

The very nature of the ISG and the USA forums are different.

The ISG is an information exchange focusing on travel to foreign countries where commercial sex is either not criminalized or at least openly tolerated. As such, the information provided by forum members, and specifically in the "Travel Reports" are by their very nature are more enduing.

In other words, the "life span" of the ISG info is longer, and thus it makes sense to provide some sort of index to this information for future reference.

The USA is an information exchange focusing on commercial sex activities in the USA, where such private activities remain a criminal act. As such, the information provided by the forum members is much more volatile.

In other words, the "life span" of the USASG info is much shorter, and thus there a much less need to index or "preserve" the information.

Sucks doesn't it! Evidently there no longer is a general photo gallery so now we can not view the thumbnail pics as they are posted. I used to like the easy access and the ability to click on the thread button to read of the adventure. Now it seems you need to visit each forum separate to search out new pics then there is no longer a thumb view, you have to click on the link. I hope Jackson does something with it.The photo gallery and thumbnails were one of the best navigational tools. If you saw a picture you liked, you could click on the link and read the post. Now the process has reversed, you've got to read the review and if the girl sounds nice, click on the link. The problem is: Often the link will be to a blurry distance recon picture with no details, a picture of some guy's dick, a gapping asshole or pussy, or some ugly undesirable girl. It's like shooting blind. Picture viewing in this format is going to be hit and miss.

Unfortunately for me; my whole purpose for visiting this site were the photos. I posted the photos of the girls I found on the street. I wasn't posting pictures of the girls I found on this site.

Hopefully Jackson is just tinkering with the new software and the gallery and thumbnails will pop-up soon.

The photo gallery and thumbnails were one of the best ways to get unwanted visitors to the local threads. If some guy saw a picture that he liked, he could click on the link, read the post, and leave a slobbering message about the subject, but of course not have any useful information to share since he lived 1000 miles away.

Now the process has reversed, you've got to read the review and if the girl sounds nice, click on the link. That's pretty logical. It makes you actually read the writer's report. It takes away the temptation to make this a porn forum. This is not a porn forum. This is a forum for men to help other men find women for sex, not photos for masturbating.

The problem with the photo gallery was: too many blurry distance recon pictures with no details, pictures of some guy's dick, gaping assholes or pussies, or some ugly undesirable girl. How did those help men find women? It was like shooting blind: wade through a lot of posts and maybe get a good, helpful report, maybe get a useless photo. Picture viewing in the new format is going to be tied to an informational report. Bravo!

Unfortunately for some, their whole purpose for visiting this site was the photos. They read the mission of this forum but they didn't follow it. Rather, they took photos of the girls they found on the street, and then took some more. And then they posted them. Sometimes 50-60 of the same person! They loved it when folks from across the country came in and discussed the nipples, or the photographic techniques, or voted on this year's best-looking model.

Hopefully Jackson is keeping the new software as is, and the gallery and thumbnails are gone forever. Interesting way of looking at things. I kind of like the new look

Jackson, as always and ever, thanks for the service you provide in this Forum.

Overall, I like the new look alot. However, I do have one request.

When I login to the site, and go to my favorite threads I scroll down the page quickly looking for the image of the closed envelope to know which messages I haven't yet read. I see an "open envelope" image then I know where I left off on my previous visit, and can start reading up the thread from there.

With the new look that doesn't seem to be a viable option, so I have had a bit harder time catching up on my reading this evening as I didn't have my handy visual aid to help me recognize which posts were new since my last visit.

Is it possible to reinstate this visual clue as to which messages in a thread are new since my last visit?

EDIT: Upon further investigation, I discovered that a visual clue does still exist. Posts I have read have the "paper image" which are white, posts I have not read are blue. I'm just too slow to have realized that before I posted. However, the blue color kinda blends in with the rest of the theme. The previous image was easier to see. If possible, I would love to see unread posts revert to yellow, or another more visible color. If not, no problem, I'll adjust, and thanks again for all the work you put into the Guide.

I feel like my opinion on the Photo Gallery falls somewhere in between Bigtime Monger's and CookyJar's opinions.

I agree, that this is not a porn site, and yes, 20 pictures of the same girl is definitely overkill.

On the other hand, I have always enjoyed browsing the Photo Gallery, and the stories that are found in the posts accompanying pictures which drew my attention. Over the years I've found this informative and have made a few long distance buddies in that time.

I've suggested to Jackson before that for posters such as CookyJar, SuperEloquent, and any others who post photos in bunches, that in the gallery those sets be shown in a folder format. I've also suggested to one of the prolific photo posters that they only post a couple here, then provide a link to a user content porn site such as Image Fap to keep the clutter in the Photo Gallery down. He did not take my advice.

I doubt the Photo Gallery is permanently gone. My impression for some time has been that one of CookyJar's biggest fans is Jackson. However, I fear the war waged between CJ and Super E in the Photo Gallery may have pushed him in the direction that results in Bigtime Monger's hopes being realized.

Until Jackson makes a direct statement on the topic, it's all just speculation.

Perhaps the move will be to a Photo Gallery feature only for paying members? That would bring this site in line with ISG. Of course, I say this as probably one of the biggest leaches on the board. For a good while now, I've been using the gallery to pass the time while traveling. It worked pretty well with a smart-phone, while report reading was painful in contrast. I'd be willing to pay for such access, but if it wasn't available that would be also be fine. Photo hosting drives bandwidth way up, and bandwidth isn't free.

For me, the gallery provided a convenient way to see what was available in other markets, including markets I'll likely never visit. At times, that is pretty depressing, given that I work and travel in the northeast! The legends like Cookie, SuperE, Baldy Cruiser and Glenn61 add an extra dimension to their reports with great photography. I believe that was the original intent of photo uploads. To share info on a woman you actually paid. The grainy street shots and reposted escort ads don't bring much added value to the forum.

Some changes are good & some are not, but it is what it is & we'll get use to it soon enough.

However the Photo Gallery just made sense in that you could view the report / thread see who posted it & all kinds of other pertinent information & it wasn't just to look at the pictures (well okay maybe it was a little)

Now you have click on the little stubby pencil thingy (what the fuck is that thing anyways?) To see pictures that are in a forum but there's no association with anything so to me it's useless. To me with the old method I could read reports & get info & intel that was / is invaluable, just my.02cents

To me, the photo gallery was one of the best place to monger.

It informed of the faces os the SW. No metter if they were pretty or fugly.

It was a easy tool to see if the provider was using the fake pictures or not.

Even myself, I helped couple of the brothers informing about the fake providers!

Now, it is not going to be easy to catch those problems.

If possible, I would like to see the photo gallery back.

I noticed in the new software that letters are automatically converted to words to eliminate shorthand, but ones that are supposed to be stand-alone letters are having the same thing happen.

Example:

I drive an S. You. V.

I pay taxes to the I. Are. S.

SuperE has not posted since that time and the general gist of postings have been arguments back and forth wether SuperE should have been outed. Probably been asked before, but why don't the members enter the town or rough location where they are, I think it would add a lot to their reviews, if we new for sure they were from that location.

I have no problem people knowing I'm from knoxville, they know they can rely on whats said about east tenn girls, and of course those I meet when out trucking.

I am not sure if it is just me or if Google's 'protection' has tagged you again. But I am now getting the 'blocked' page notice when I log on and when I go to some, but not all of the pages.

This started around 9 EDT last night.

I had already set the Mozilla 'options' to allow blocked sites and I have 'usasexguide. Info' as an exception.

Just an FYI as I am sure you'll be seeing a lot more of these reports.

CookyJarI found a fake site that was stealing the services of this site and using their own name, literally reposting all of the articles. I also found that if you do a Google search of any of our handles on THIS site, and you will get a listing of our postings on Google. I am not sure if Jackson has set up a no index file to block the Googlebots from indexing the articles on this site, but it might be something to consider. Although the site is a forum, all of the files for each article are linear and do not require a query to pull up the posts and comments. And I find it so interesting that these people are quick to chastise you, but fail to step forward themselves and offer any real opportunities to change the lives of those whom they choose to pity.

Knowing that, I would like to explore a topic that came to me as I was relaxing in the Jacuzzi. I would like to explore a supposition among the more knowledgeable members. Let's beginning with the assumption that PW, PhillyNews or any of the News Organizations now being bombarded with requests to expose, 'CookyJar, ' decided to do an exposé on CookyJar and USASexGuide.

In order for a hypothesis to be correctly considered a few presuppositions most be made. Let us pre-suppose that:

1. A PW or Philly Weekly reporter has come to Kensington Avenue and done some intensive interviewing.

2. CookyJar has not granted the new media an interview, however he may or may not have been detained and released by Law Enforcement and is now being advised by his personal attorneys. (There may or may not be some talk about a law suit and his 6th amendment rights to face his accusers.)

3. In the original News report, the internet website,"USASexGuide," was included and sited as the location of CookyJar's notorious antics.

A. Other local news papers may or may not have picked up the story.

With these assumptions made, what are the possible / likely outcomes? Consider the variables, what are the likely outcomes?

Participates wanting to join in this debate may extent the suppositions as needed to make their argument.

The photo upload feature doesn't work anymore correctly. When I attempt to post a photo, the dialog box that allows the user to select a file disappears behind the other box. No alt tab, dragging, or resizing of boxes seem to alleviate the issue. The version up until 3 days ago worked great. Now it doesn't. Please fix. Thanks!The issue seems to alienate itself by using Firefox instead of Opera Browsers. I typically post from an internet cafe and utilize some sort of Anonymization proxy but sometimes don't always have the option of using a Firefox Browser. However, today it seemed to work ok but was unable to "Insert Online" which allows me the liberty to make the photo appear between paragraphs.

When I did a "search" within a forum, the search result is correct but when I click on a post from the search result, it links to a wrong post. I think the script generating the link is incorrect.

Also, in the email notification, when I click on the link (such as http://www.USASexGuide.info/forum/showthread.php?9746-quot-Sugarbabies-quot-quot-Arrangements-quot-Amateurs-or-Not&goto=newpost) , it should link to the new post, but instead going to the last post in the forum.

This is not so much a complaint as just a comment that a couple of posts today brought to mind.

Several years ago, you relaxed the rules on who could start a new thread, allowing users to add threads as they feel the need / importance (such as the new 'ripped of twise (sic)' thread in Baltimore). I can understand the rationale behind that decision, one less thing you as the admins have to do and you have a lot to do. However, some city forums seem to have gone wild in the number of threads. Honolulu is the one, coupled with your comments on the 'ripped off' thread, that got me looking.

In the space of about 14 hours (the time between my previous and current log-in) there were SIXTEEN posts to the various Honolulu threads of the 147 new posts and out of 129 threads under Honolulu.

I just wonder if allowing the users to add new threads may not have gotten out of hand in some locales. I've noticed that some threads now have moderators other than 'admin'. Maybe adding a moderator to higher levels, (e.g., a city or state) to approve new threads and hopefully slow the proliferation of threads.

I read the FAQ and it says: Can I change the order of posts?

You have a choice over how you view threads. When you're in a thread, look at the top bar. On the right hand side you'll see 'Display Mode'. Click on this and it lets you change how posts are ordered.

Maybe I'm blind, but I can not find "Display Mode".
