Just for the record, my delete comment was aimed at my own post. I really don't like to call BS on fellow board members, in general it's a great group and it's not like i know more than anybody else. I respect Jackson's work here and if he thought or thinks i'm out of line i'd understand if he pulled my post. But thanks for the support on my gut feeling on this one...

Just summarizing the result of my stay in the sin city the last three weeks.
As this was my first visit in 8 months, I've noticed the clear decline in the street hoe population. I've noticed heavy LE presence on ALL known strolls, even Paradise-Twain area. I wanted a different experience in Vegas, albeit a more expensive one. Prior to my visit I RTFF. Info was accurate and helpful. Got a flop house on the upper end of Fremont and had a car.
Explored Fremont to Charleston on foot and in car. Drove Boulder HWY down to Boulder Station.
Found many snaggle-toothed SWs and other street people on my walks on Fremont. Never was threaten. Saw lots of LE. Managed a couple of early twenties gems with my car. Would repeat both.
Found three from my car on Boulder HWY. Pickups were not smooth because of the double highway. Found no competition, so I could circle back and pickup my target even though it could take five minutes.
One of the three was a train wreck with her clothes off. The others were gems. One was an orgasmic, all holes available female in her early twenties. The other was a wacked-out fully compliant 18 yo with mature oral skills. Would do both gems again.

They were told that certain times were not good to be out and they listened for the most part because they don't like spending the night in jail. Damn you mongers are quick out there in the streets. I finally decided to give it a try on BH in the early afternoon and was beat out both times today. Was going to csn cheyanne campus during spring semester, so I was on north las vegas blvd a lot. I was surprised to see SW semi regularly there. They are similar to the SW you would see on fremont. Ya I think DM is dead cause the American is closed. I drove by it a couple times and it looks like it condemed. I use to find girls walking near it all the time. First time poster, at least on this board anyway. Took a stroll up BH from Sunset to Ogden and back. Had to piss to stopped at Danny's. Dosed off and started dreaming mid day again. Was tired all morning but dreams about trop and desert inn weren't too exciting. Had a 3rd dream that I was on BH mid day around noon. i went out on patrol on 7-11. them numbers are suppose to be lucky....well there was no luck for me on that day.
i decided to do a full long range monger patrol and hit every fuckin spot i knew in the valley. there were some straglers out there but nothing that caught my eye.
i started the patrol around 4pm on lv blvd south by southpoint and headed north. sometimes you might find something wandering around the old budget suites but nothing.
i then swerved over to dean martin/industrial and headed north toward trop. nothing on dm so i made a left on trop. i spotted a skinny wsw walking in front of mcd's, but she was not to my liking. i continued west to jones blvd, circled back toward dm and saw nothing.
i then made a left on dm and headed north. after passing sapphire's i spotted a blonde wsw headed south. she was wearing shorts and a tanktop and had a nice round booty. she was giving cars including mine the look. by the time i circled around, somebody grabbed her in the sapphire parking lot.
i then continued north on dm under the sahara overpass and made the right going into naked city. i circled around the streets behind the stratosphere and saw a old, very old wsw lurking around the 7-11. she may have been in her late 50's and obviously wearing a maroon color wig and so skinny, she looked like a holocaust survivor.
i continued circling around, but had to get out of the area because of heavy metro black and whites. i then proceeded around the strat and went north on lv blvd.
heading north i saw nothing. i made a left on oakey to go patrol casino center. i drove up and around in this area and even checked the alleys. i saw nothing. i was about to head out of the area when i spotted a white chick standing outside the big apt building were the stop sign is. she gave me the look, so i circled around. she had short black hair and wearing a one piece tight black dress. nice size titty's. when i got up close, her legs looked like a damn pepporoni pizza from all the heroin marks going up and down them. if it wasnt for that, we could have done something, so i passed.
i circled out of there and hit 3rd st to see how construction came. that street is perfect for strolling the way it was redesigned and how it follows 4th st. saw nothing so i proceeded to charleston and headed south on lv blvd. the only thing i saw was the chick on the swing set.
i circled off of lv blvd and back to 4th st and headed north. i circled around the streets behind the am/pm on charleston and found nothing. i got back on 4th and headed north and made a right on stewart.
i went down stewart toward maryland and saw nobody. not even brittany. i circled back and headed on ogden to 7th st and circled back on fremont.
driving south on fremont, i see they are doing road/sidewalk construction. nothing on fremont so i headed south.
i got down to where the u-haul place is and there was a fat ugly wsw hitchhiking at the busstop. i pass.
crossed charleston and continued on fremont/boulder. spotted nothing at the busstops or the 7-11 behind the old castaways lot. continued south and spotted a tall skinny darkskin bsw. i think she is a tranny cuz the woman is to ugly.
continued south on fremont. at the circle k on st. louis, the bus stop in front had 4 sw's. i u-turned on sahara to get a better look, but they were grouped together and all looked ****. there was a nicely built bsw, a bsw with huge thighs and a big booty that i liked, a small blond wsw with a big booty, and another nicely built bsw. cuz they looked **** and were grouped together, it was a bad call, so i passed.
i continued south on boulder and spotted a old wsw in a long blue skirt in front of 4 mile bar. she looked pretty decent, so i figured i would circle around, i saw in my rear view somebody grabbed her, so i continued.
i drove all the way to major st in henderson and did not spot nothing. i made a left on major and drove toward the projects. nothing.
came back to boulder and drove north all the way to lv blvd and saw nothing. circled over to ogden, circled back on stewart, circled back on ogden, circled back on stewart and still nothing.
i then proceeded north on lv blvd to bonanza and hit d st and checked out the westside. i spotted a skinny druggy looking bsw and nothing else. came back to lv blvd around jerry's nugget and saw nothing. i then proceeded east on lv blvd headed out past pecos. saw nothing.
made a u-turn and drove to rancho. circled around the budget suites and then headed south on rancho and saw nothing.
continued down rancho and made a left on oakey back to the strat/naked city area. saw nothing.
came back around on casino center and saw nothing.
proceeded back toward downtown and hit stewart, ogden and carson and nothing.
finished my patrol around 7:30pm and said fuck it, and went home.
big disappointment.

That's where my dream turned into a nightmare since she was looking for directions to $60 and since I am new to the area only knew how to get to $205 so she exited stage right. Why? Just cause it is what it is. I'm 63, and this is one habit that is not going away, but admittedly it has for about 9 months for the reasons mentioned in my report.

I agree with you 100%. I been hitting the Vegas strolls since the late 90's. Back in the day the Vegas tracks were like the buffet at the Rio.
All you had to do was start at LV Blvd and fremont and drive south to Sam's Town and you would find at least 10 girls at any time of the day. If nothing caught your eye, you would do a u-turn at Sam's and head back and there would be about 5 to 10 new different girls.
You could hit that track and find something within 15 minutes. Nowadays, you can patrol all day and not find nothing. There is that chance of finding that diamond. If you read past threads for the past year, a small group of people have found them, but they disappear like a ghost.
And like what 10safeOsory stated, its the thrill of the hunt and chase and the rush it gives you. Playing cat and mouse with LE, competing with other mongers and a host of other reasons.

Surprise, I do the same!
I've done that too, surprise to me that others do it.
But after I have done my "patrols" in the past, i noticed I wasted alot of gas and end up with nothing and very rarely a good sw, so that's why I turned to amps, in 2 days of trolling that could buy me a massage and with money I would give the sw, I could give that to the amp. Pros of amps are that i can go to their establishment, I get something for the initial entrance fee whereby lurking the streets I put miles on my car and feed my tank alot of gas and no relaxing or being at ease. Although the thrill of sw is good sometimes.

To each his own. I'm not trying to change anybody's mind. But I do take issue when you say LE has to justify there jobs. I think prostitution should be legal. I think even though it isn't, LE shouldn't set up stings or be concerned with what goes on behind closed doors (like the way it was in Rhode Island until recently). But I'm never going to think of streetwalking and picking up street walkers as something that cops should just ignore. Even in the most liberal societies like in places through out europe and south america, where drugs and prostitution are legal, street walking still isn't. Everybody has to draw the line somewhere, I draw it here. And I still don't see how anyone could get any satisfaction out of a few quick minutes with a girl who walks the street, going from one guy immediately to the next. But whatever.

Dreaming again today. Back on BH but a little earlier, around 10:30-11am. Not much to dream about. Spot a very nice mixed SW in front of AC. Not much out on BH today. Started at 10:30a and drove around for about an hour a few BSWs and a cracked out WSW by Lowe's. Decided to go to lunch @ AC. Guys, I set myself up to be robbed again, but I just wanted to FYI everyone. There are two grils one named Lisa and the other one named Mariana. Yeah cruised BH around 9 from about LOWES to Big Lots. Saw a lot of random activity, probably more SW's then I have ever saw, but nothing was worth reporting or stopping for except for this BBW latina, and thick, ugly BSW. Cruised between 11a-3p again. Usual cast of characters so not worth being redundant. Around 1:30, spotted a northbound WSW on east side just south of Danny's. Very tall, and tan. Thought she was older but spun around and noticed face looked very young. Curly brown hair. Was curious if this is the Amber I had seen mentioned here. Pulled into Danny's to wait for her approached but 2 other monders also pulled in so I decided to sit back and watch rather than compete as I wasnt really all that into her. BH was popping today. Started early around 8:30 and it was already alive between Missouri and Boulder Station. If was like a buffet where you could find any flavor you wanted. Dreamt I was on BH again today and spotted the HSW I saw yesterday. southbound in front of AC, Turned around just sound of Indios and was gone by the time I got back. i was like fuck, this is the 3rd time I missed her so since there was nothing else to be seen I pulled off of patrol for about 20 mins. I resumed heading east on indios to BH and was gonna turn left but then saw her SB same side so made a right loop back and did the pickup at the weekly across from 7-11. Nice score. This report somewhat fits between Casino Girls and SW's, but it is a better fit here.
Had a chance to stay several nights downtown this month and had three providers ask if I needed company while I was walking under the canopy of Freemont. First was a larger BSW, I did not partake. Second was a bleach blond wsw but she got spooked off by security as I was walking back to her I was approached by Monica, a mid-20's WSW with smaller D-cups and auburn hair. Chubby but passable. I offered $ and she accepted but I had to pay for the 40 hotel fee. Her digits are already bad but it appears she is a regular downtown.

Went back down to Trop and saw the HSW again went to pickup and got cutoff again. Called it a night after that.

So been a while since last post but I am drunk and bored and want to help out some more regular and senior members.
So I have been strollin a lot lately and here goes
When on a stroll I always go from freemont to bldr all the way to walgreens on left of boulder before cannery and flip *****.
So freemont stroll about 12-1pm saw a WSW about mid 30's right before eastern near (desert hills) I think. Picked her up she stayed across the street she wanted to go to the corner store for some condoms and I declined and said I will pass she said its fine lets go to the room paid $50 for BBBJCIM. Pretty good but her friends or pimp was knockin every cpl minutes. LOL took me like 20 min to pop. Didn't ask for number because that was irritating pretty good BBBJ tho.

Made a loop but wasn't "looking." Hot northbound BSW in front of Dylans. Looped behind sinclair to twain. Another monger waiting at corner for pickup but got dissed. Looped back up to DI to come back down and she was gone. Tall, skinny, looked like mixed of H from a distance but was BSW. sunglasses, light colored top, black shorts or skirt, don't remember.
On southbound trip, saw Maribel at the usual spot so she is still in circulation and did not have her procedure. Did not stop though as I was not looking today.

Made a loop around lunch time. Nothing overly interesting. 3 BSWs by Albertson's. 2 were good (6-7 range). One was average (5). However, saw 2 whites and a mix (or latin) southbound by 7-11 at Missouri. Not sure if they were working or civilian. all were 7+ on the scale but all were dressed too slutty and looked too good to be in that area so I thought it might be a sting. Circled and came back and they were still southbound so decided to wait down the block for an approach. however, did not have a direct line of sight so after some time waiting, circled again and they were gone. I don't know where they would go other than the Sunset Motel but they looked to good to go there. Anyone else see this gaggle of geese and have anything additional to report? This was about 1:30pm.

Strolled thru this area today morning. first saw a norththbound suspected WSW on Valley View just south of Trop around Reno. Tall, Skinny, Dirty blonde. Circled and saw she was now southbound but walking a short distance in front of a grubby looking dude so I thought maybe he was pestering her so observed from a distance. They both disappeared into the drainage ditch below the parking lot on the NW corner of Reno and Valley View so I assume it's a homeless shooting gallery down there. Also saw a dark BSW is a short green dress at the corner of Valley View and Trop. 5. Nothing Special.
As a bonus report, saw nothing on BH southbound from Danny's at around 3:30pm. Nothing.
Did anyone see the wsw yesterday about 2:30 or so heading N on the east side of the blvd? She was wearing a ridiculously short dress/skirt. So short that the cheekage was hanging out. body looked like a 6. Not too bad. She had curly light brown hair. I tried to double back but missed. Not like I could have done anything. I was heading to a clients.

Cruised around a little today. This morning, 10ish, saw a hot blonde on trop. skinny, body a 6 on the drive by so circled. Tried for pu @ Rebel but just missed to went to Taco place next door. She stopped to talk to a dude in a truck so I was getting ready to leave and I see in my rearview she is moving again so pull into McDs. By then, there were a couple other mongers competing but due to a bad maneuvere by one, i was able to get up on her at the Texaco next door. Problem...her face. What I thought was a hot young blonde actually appeared to be an older hag with a hot body. I am now pretty sure this is the one I saw Tuesday disappear into the culvert. I know, I'll check out Las Vegas's OTHER tourist attraction. The much discussed Boulder Highway! After RTFF all the good info on here, I went for a drive. This was a weekday late afternoon, and 100+ degrees outside. Nobody in their right mind would be walking BH at this time right? Wrong (but you knew that). There were at least a few out, mostly between AC and Danny's. Some were even quite cute. Quite a number of civilians out as well, like that really cute girl with dyed blond hair, freckles, and short shorts. Wait, didn't I just see her walking South on BH, and now she's walking North? She couldn't possibly be.
I pulled into the AC parking lot to see what would happen. Sure enough, she came up to my window and asked to get in. Of course you can have a ride!
When in the car, she introduced herself as Amber. Really cute (did I say that already?), friendly, and with no obvious hangups or SW drama. Having just finished RTFFing, the name rung a bell. I started my cruise at 11:30pm. There were 5 BSW I saw from Tropicana to Sahara. I could not catch up with them. Saw a WSW at the circle K at Sahara but she was a crackhead. Info about Maribel-someone who has been mentioned in this board and the Boulder thread. I saw her about a month ago and had an decent session. Her body is ok but face has sores. Anyways, since that session she has blown my phone up. She's been texting me multiple times a day, every day, odd hours... doesn't matter. Reading the reports here, I took a trip on BH starting stratosphere.
Lots of wsw and bsw 1-4 on a 10 scale through out the construction area.
Once the construction e ds I spot a hsw on the other side. By the time I made the u turn 2 cars in font of me. Suprisingly they slowed down, she gave them the look but they didn't partake.
I did the same after eye contact I made my turn into a business. Waiting on her. Next thing I know a police car comes in stops right behind me. Blocking my way.
I turned the engine off. Looked for the business sign. Get off the car and walk into a funeral service place. When I come out Leo was gone. I get in car, she was still walking the same strech but I seen the same Leo car watching us.
It was time to go back hotel.
Some decent activity today.

Wowee, it was a great day on BH today. If you're looking to hunt on foot for cheaper pussy than what's offered inside and outside the Strip casinos, I'd say your best bets (--meaning a combination of SW availability, convenience, and some degree of personal safety) are probably: 1) the stretch of Las Vegas Blvd from near the Strat up to Charleston and 3-4 blocks west of LV Blvd - but those blocks off the Blvd can be a dicey area at times; 2) the downtown blocks from about 6th Street (e.g. El Cortez area and south of that) to Maryland along Ogden, Fremont, and Carson Streets; the Trop stroll. None of these areas is anything close to reliable in terms of quantity and quality - not even in the same stratosphere (no pun intended) as what we see in Philly on a daily basis and immortalized on this board by Cookyjar and Supereloquent's photo sets. But, hey, if you're craving inexpensive LV SW action those would be my picks. Another approach would be to hang out around some of the gas station/convenience stores on Boulder Hwy, but if you're going to make the trek out there, seems like you might as well hunt by car - it's going to be a lot more efficient. Thanks Mike - may need to pony up and rent a car. Even by the standards of cheap bastards like us, car rental rates in LV are usually very reasonable. Unless I'm with a group of people, I always go w/ economy or compacts and if you reserve at least a bit in advance you can often find all-in rates of $50-$70 on non-holiday, non-event weekends. Another benefit of picking the blandest, most common econo-car is staying UTR w/ LE, and any bad guys who might otherwise target you as a cash-flush tourist in some of the shaky areas we monger. And of course when you finally do pick up a SW it helps you credibly project the image of a bargain shopper.

hey id like to ask anyone out there if theres any law about being with a younger one after a certain time. i met this 17 year old girl that actually looks 22. her bday is next month. she well be turning 18. well i met her at walmart and she asked me to call her and email her. i haven't called her yet and when i email her i watch what i say because she is still **** but the mention of sex did slip out a couple times the first couple emails. but i've stopped that. but everyday she emails me trying to talk sex with me or to come pick her up. now i did agree to pick her up to eat maybe hit a movie. but no sex. she's always asking me to pick her up when her moms at work. which is after 11pm but tells me she needs to be back home by 6am sharp. i give her some excuse not to because i don't know what i'd say and do if i were to be pulled over by a cop and she's with me. even if nothing happens is it against the law? i can wait till she turns 18 but i'm just curious now if there is a law against it but honestly i got pretty tempted but i can wait one more month. but she's a bit on the wildside always curious about sex and wants to drink. which i know the drinking part i can't do with her.the age of consent in nevada is 16 here is a link

Took a quick trip up BH before I flew back east on Thursday Morning. Saw one BSW down by the car dealers then sitting at the light of BH & Freemont, I see a blonde WSW walking the opposite way. So if the girl is 16 it is legal to pork her in Nevada as long as she is willing and I am not her school teacher. If I am her school teacher she has to be 18 and consent for me to legally pork her. I can live with that.

My friend had the best experience today.
So, he was driving up Boulder Highway, on his way to perform some other errands. He saw a vision in a red dress walking the other way, and, lo! she waved back at him! Fighting to find a place to turn around, he was crestfallen to see that he couldn't find her, but it turns out she had just stepped off to the side to give him a chance to whip around. She hopped into the car, and started telling him about herself. Her name is Star (digits available to seniors), and she normally works the strip, but today, she was on BH. She started by asking him for $1.5 for a half hour of her time, but relented down to $1.00, when it became clear that he wasn't in a position to pay that much. He got them a motel room, and, wouldn't you know it? It turns out they liked each other so much that she did everything he wanted to do, right there! Can you believe it? He says that it was the best half hour he's ever spent.

The OP didn't mention any money being exchanged, but thought I'd weigh in on this. Both in the US and abroad, though the age of consent may be under 18, there are definitely stipulations when money is involved. As far as I know, under US law PAYING a girl under 18 for sex is definitely not legal and you're going to get in a lot more trouble than just soliciting, too much room for exploitation, doesn't matter if it's Vegas or Thailand. I have also always been under the impression that if you're over 21 and the girl 16, you can have a real problem on your hands if the parents object. And what parents are ok with some 30 or 40 (or older) year old guy dating their little 16 year old daughter?
Being born and raised here, I kind of felt like the 21 cap was basically to "protect" young couples so that if a guy were say 18 or 19 and just out of high school or even still in school, he wouldn't go to jail for sleeping with his 16 year old girlfriend, but after you're over the age of 21, you don't really have much business dating a girl that young in the eyes of the law. I was doing some more research and there is the slight possibility that your actions might be considered as "contributing to the delinquency of a minor". If you encouraged to the girl to have sex while she was a minor than it might be construed as in inducing her to commit a crime.
Probably your best bet is wait till she is 18 before having any further contact with her.

Haven't posted recently. Have not been mongering much. Rolled down BH today about 11:30. Saw Maribel getting picked up at Twain and BH. Was wearing all black and looks to be getting plumper. Saw a hot looking mixed SW southbound on the northbound side so spun around and it was Marisa. She was wearing bright green shirt and short white shorts and was just south of Indios. See previous reports on both. I didn't feel like repeat visits so passed on both. Also, saw a decent looking light skinned BSW with an afro puff haircut. Later saw her walking with Marisa so must be friends. They were northbound in northbound lanes by T&C south of Danny's.
