Yes they will give the vaccine up to 45 years old males per world health organization recommendation. They just extended the age recommendation last year and by now most of the health insurances covers it. It is pretty expensive if you pay cash and there are three shoots spaced over several months. The easiest and cheapest way is to call your favorite pharmacy and they can order it and administered it to you.
If you need to pay cash you can use GoodRX to find the cheapest price. There is no generic only Guardasil brand vaccine.

I take a half pill minimal for my needs. Works well. But in my experience, if you take more than you need, you will get a damn hard erection but actually cumming had been a problem. Couldn't finish, until later when it had "worn off" quite a bit. That's just my personal experiences.

I take it late in the evening 11:00 pm or later every night. For me the dosage took a couple of days to get going but now I am getting morning wood and things happen when they need too.
I take the dose at night because it makes me flush a little bit in the face for a couple of hours and I do not notice it when I sleep.
Cialis has an additional "side effect" of helping the stream. Which is great for us old guys.
I got the prescription from my personal physician and have it filled at Walmart pharmacy. Of course insurance does not cover. But it is only. 50 per 5 mg pill for the generic Tadalafil.
Been working for about a year now. Although your own experience may vary.

It depends on the generic, and your body chemistry, etc. YMMV. However, the upside is that it lasts longer, but YMMV on how long and depends on how many mg. So it can take anywhere from 2-24 hours to Fully set in (usually at least 4 for many), but it can last anywhere from 2-5 days. Personally, I've had generics of 20 mg (high) from overseas take about 12 hours to solidly set in for myself, but once set in, it lasted a week. Breaking off a piece that'd equate to about 5 mg? Would last me about 3 days but take close to a full day to solidly set in. I took the US generics, they weren't any different / better.
Viagra is great because it'll hit you, like, within an hour or so. To be fair, there's versions of "Cialis" that are "fast acting" to compete. Haven't tried those. But the cheap Viagra versions will get you quick -- but burn out quick. The ones I have used I still had some extra "juice" from them for an extra day, but for most people, it lasts 12-24 hours.
So if you usually rely on the pills, it's good to have both laying around. I've been hearing radio ads from a couple clinics in GR targeting men with ED. One offers a menu of solutions including pills, injections and what's called "Gainswave" treatment) The other, newer place has "Focused linear Compression".
Does anyone have any experience with these services?
That Gainswave procedure last for about 2 years, and it cost on average 3 K, in most cases not covered in insurance. It will also not make you any bigger or better in bed.
3 K will buy you a lot of ED pills, and they will probably last a lot longer than 2 years.
That said, pills do come with their own set of issues and side effects, but vast majority of people tolerate them just fine.
Always start with what the FDA has approved, which is shockwave treatment for some medical treatments but not for ED. Gaineswave has over 30 clinical trial studies showing a success rate of over 75% for treating ED but I have no idea when FDA approval may come. The clinics may charge $500 per session, minimum 6 sessions plus repeats.
Definitly expensive but what exactly does it do? How does it do it. It like a vibrador for your dick? Do you put your dick in it or hold it against? While I'd love to get it up as hard and big as my teenage self, I'd want some kind of gaurantee.
Focused Linear Compression seems to be another term for Shockwave Therapy. GAINSWave is a brand name for the same therapy and more of a marketing company promoting it. It's basically just a machine that sends out ultrasonic waves, the same type they use to dissolve kidney stones. The theory is that the waves will break up plaque that may be building up in blood vessels in your penis and preventing you from getting solid erections. I would be very skeptical of this treatment. The website claiming 75% success rate reads like an ad. I would wait to see results of double blind clinical trials before investing money in something like this. I'm guessing they won't seek FDA approval, because proper studies would likely show worse results and make it more difficult to sell, but I guess we'll see.
Placebo effect is real. If you spend $3000 on something, you'd better believe you're going to think you see results! My assumption is that if a treatment like this would do anything for you, you'd get a similar effect from Viagra or Cialis, which also open up blood vessels. In summer, it is docked at the Bay City Yacht club. They have a yard behind with boats in winter storage. It is covered with blue plastic shrink wrap. There is a zipper opening hatch on the port (left) side. To get to it, you'll need to use the 12' ladder which should be sitting on the steel cradle supporting the boat.
Once aboard, the main hatchway is open to allow air circulation. A 1/2 dozen or so vents are located varios place in the shrink wrap. They let air in but not rain water, etc.
All of above is accurate from the last time I saw it in 2018 since the current owner purchased it from me in 2015. I was in the area and he wanted me to help with a diesel engine problem.
Of course, my offer to let you use it for free might not carry weight with the owner (or his wife). He paid me 35 K for it and I understand they spent at least 5 K on new upholstry, curtains and more interior decoration. It really looked sweet and comfortable. I never spent that kind of money on comfort or fru-fru stuff. Any money I put into it went for Kevlar racing sails at about $3 K a pop each.
As an alternative, I can let you use a facility on my property. It is an 8 x 10 shed behind my house. You'll have to move lawn mower, bunch of garden tools, several bags of lawn fertilizer and junk. I'm not certain how you could lie down or be comfortable. Maybe on top of the fertilizer bags. Just be careful, some are open and I fertilizer can burn grass if you put it on too heavy. I'm not sure how it would react on a wet kootchie or your junk.

I have used both and had really low BP after using 100 mg Sildenafil. I get a headache and stuffy sinuses, too. The side effects usually last 3-4 hours, depending on your metabolism and any alcohol use. It's a good excuse for a late afternoon nap.

MS.I'm sure someone can recommend prepaid phone services if you really feel the need to own a separate physical phone, but I would say free texting apps are good enough now that you can conduct all your business that way. If you're hiding conversations from a partner, just uninistall the app when you're done using it. As long as you reinstall and send at least one text a month, you can even keep the same number. TextFree and TextNow are the ones I use. 1/3 to 1/2 of the screen is covered by an ad, but you can always get the paid version if that bothers you or you really want to spend money on something. They make and manage calls and texts pretty well, and if you have multiple apps, you can message the same girl from different numbers to try to negotiate better rates.

There are 3rd party apps called launchers that allow you to install, hide and password protect apps. I have personally tried Microsoft Launcher. Works well and it is free.
