I use to love SR, but it definitely had a major crackdown and then dropped heavily in quality. Not just in milage, but dancers as well.

Paradise has better pricing but the dancers tend to be mostly on the large size, tho there are a few average and thin girls there. Extras are readily available and there are bargains galore as long as you're not too picky on what the girl looks like. Paradise also has alot more dancers on any given shift than TL.
TL has some lookers, but with a choice of either single topless dances out on the main floor or a fixed 3 song VIP for $120 there aren't as many dance options. But extras in the back are a virtual guarantee and tips there won't break the bank, same as Paradise. But unlike the fixed 15 or 20 minute VIP's at Paradise, the meter will keep running at TL so if you go over the 3 song VIP it is $40 for each additional song. I checked out King Henry VIII and Charlie's on Monday. Maybe I'm just too nostalgic, but the ghetto clubs ain't what they used to be.
Started off at KH8 at about 2 PM. Sweeney was behind the bar as usual, how long has sweeney been bartending at KH8/ Starz anyway? Seems like he's been there forever. I left at about 5 PM. During those three hours they had about 4 dancers, but the only one to give me the old strip club handshake was "Trouble". Trouble isn't bad looking, but she was the biggest girl there and I'm not a bbw fan, I like the little spinners. Unfortunately, all the girls there that day were really too heavy for me to actively chase one down for a lapdance. If you are a spinner, I might chase you down, if you are a bbw you're going to have to come to me and do some convincing on me. Sampling the lapdance quality, first up, and clearly the best was Missy. She's very active. Isn't Henry VIII still there at least?Different jurisdictions. Starz and Barbary Coast are in the City of Gardena. King Henry is close by but is located in Los Angeles so they aren't involved. And surrounding counties that allows tenants to defer rent up to a year from the end of the declared emergency period. There are steps she needs to take that are specified county by county, but she's probably too lazy to look up the info on the County websites and educate herself. She may need to divulge her occupation to her landlord since she has to give the landlord a notice that she can't pay now due to economic hardship brought on by jobs that are lost or interrupted by the lock downs, but perhaps can get away with just stating that she's been laid off without specifying the entity she was employed by. If she follows the rules, she can't be evicted for non-payment for at least a year.
Otherwise, you'd be freaking nuts to take her up on this unless you know her well enough to know that she can be trusted. Couple things I have learned from his experience.
1. People will say the most dramatic horrible things that can happen. While I have seen this happen with girls who stay over night I have never seen these dramatic things happen with a girl who stays long term.
2. It will NEVER be as good as you think it will. Even if she has sex with you there will be times she will not. If there are other things agreed upon she will not always do them. THERE IS A REASON this girl is a stripper. She has issues. And you will be subjected to these issues while living with her.
3. Eventually you will get tired of her and you will have to kick her out and deal with that. My friend had problems throwing a girl out onto the street. He eventually did it but he went through some inner turmoil doing it.

I think it is likely a "Synn Club" in name only and not SC culture. Like other clubs on the westside you need to be either insane or approaching earning your first Billion to afford extras if you can find them at all. Some of the westside clubs put out more than hardcore stripclub addicts expect, but at prices that make it more economically sensible to rent a high tier escort for an hour, or hop a flight to Thailand. Most patrons go just to enjoy the eye candy and minimal to moderate contact. Also lots of tourists and business travelers on expense accounts. But I've read and heard reports that if you have no problem putting out crazy cash for a few minutes of pleasure that it is there to be found, if not universal.LMAO I came here to "Synn" club right before the first shutdown early in March. The ladies were all 8, 9, & 10's. Ridiculous prices though. 8 out of 10 of the girls said yes to fuck in the VIP but forget about it. 500 big ones and up. The cheapest said 350 dollars and a little petite Filipina with a toned little body nice ass and tits literally said 1000 for everything not including the VIP tip. I laughed and said, "No, thank you. " but she came back and said she could work something out with me for like 750.00. I told her maybe next time of course I laughed out loud deep down inside and then a few days later the shutdowns happened. Not that it mattered for this place.

I didn't go inside so I don't have any more details.

I have been to Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Texas, the Dakotas, eastern Tennessee and Arkansas during California's ineffective lockdown. I ate in restaurants the entire time, was never given shit for not wearing a mask except for the brief second entering the restaurant, and flown in a dozen planes with people who have the sanitation habits of farm animals. I washed my hands frequently, and I made it a point not to touch my face unless I re-washed my hands. Even on the planes, I used hand wipes if I so much as got near someone. I only wore a mask on the planes during takeoff and landing.
California's spread and fatality rate is as bad as some third world countries. It is not the mitigation that work, it is individual and group sanitation.

First time posting, thought after getting so much from here I could give something back. I drove past bare elegance last night and saw the lot was busy. I did not go in but I called today and they said they are open from 7 pm to 3 am and are operating as a restaurant. Masks are required. I will follow up with why'all if I decide to check it out.

This is the only club in LA County that I am aware of that is currently open. Stopped by last Monday around 11 pm. Guy outside makes you sign a list, put down your phone number, and check two boxes. No idea what the the check boxes mean but I put down 7 random digits.
$20 cover to get in and one drink minimum but I didn't see anyone eating. I thought they were supposed to be a restaurant. So I don't know how this place is the only one allowed to open. Under the radar I suppose.
About ten dancers were working and same number of customers. Usually the girls walk around naked here, a unique feature for So Cal clubs. Not the case any more. Everyone was clothed and wearing masks. Even the girls on stage getting naked were wearing masks. I didn't see this being strictly enforced but it was bloody irritating.
Private dance prices were the same as before Covid: $50 each, with some other ridiculous VIP options. I declined all offers.
I used to frequent this place before the lock down. One thing I noticed was that I didn't recognise any of the dancers. I wonder if the regulars packed up and headed back east where they could still ply their trade?
