SO you pay them more because you know it helps them out. Which could get them to put forth more effort with you because you did something for them that you did not have to do and that is spend more.
That is just a few examples and I could go on and on but in the end I will repeat what I said before: Negotiations start at the window or on the drive. It is then up to you to then accept or pass on the offer and drop her off at the location of her choosing or back to were she originally was located. As for the girl / SWer, it is callus to think of it this way but some of you might except this a little better as a comparison. You go to a car rental company. Then there are way too many drug dealers and gang members in this area. The guys on the bicycles that are circling like vultures. One night, there seemed to be a nice young lady sitting on the steps of a corner house. Couldn't tell so slowed down and turned the corner to see if she reacts only to be greeted by a whole gang of young men appearing to be up to no good so I kept going.
Never seem to see much activity on Patapsco. I couple times I think I spotted a potential by there was always LE parked in a near by business parking lot keep their eyes on things.
Conkling always seemed to have action going on. They also seems to be a lot of Mongers in this area as the ladies tend to get picked up quick. Downside, there is a lot of LE activity in this area also. Saw a guy get stopped by 4 unmarked blacked out cruisers. Had him sitting by his mini van filling out paper work. Not sure if he got caught picking up a girl or some traffic violation or even an altercation with one of the random guys that seem to make a living standing on the corners. Girls here aren't shy about what they do. Some even walk the streets in a bra or bikini top.
Dundalk Ave area seems to have the best selection if you are into WSW. Atleast that's my observation. Especially during day light after business hours. Once it gets dark, the selection goes down. Some of these girls seem to be attached to the hip with their pimps though.
This can get expensive. At first I thought, wow picking up SW is affordable with pricing ranging from the. 20.40 range. But now that I've done some recon at various loops and even stringing a few loops together if I don't see anything, you spend a lot on gas. A few passes, a few circles here and there and your gas goes quick. How do you guys do it? And I seem to see a lot of people cruising in their mini-vans and pickup trucks. And you have to add in the cost of a notel, I suppose there is always the car date or going to a spot I guess.
How does it work in Baltimore if you get caught mongering. Do they impound you vehicle? In my college days, I use to do deliveries for a local restaurant in the Hamden area. This was a while ago when they were just starting to rebuild Hampden as a classy artsy community and had a problem with drugs and prostitution. LE would always conduct undercover stings with female cops posing as SW on Falls round and when someone was caught, I believe their car was impounded. I see guys monger in some high end cars and even company work trucks and vans.
Late report, picked up Heather Tuesday afternoon on Graceland. I had noticed her out Monday evening, but kept missing her as she was coming and going. Heather is from down in AA county and is up visiting friends (the injectable kind). She is about 5'4' and on the weightier side of curvy. Got there about midnight and cruised those streets for at least 2 hours and saw absolutly nothing! Do the local girls only work the day shift?

Met a interesting duo while on my way from getting drunk off my ass. Got lost coming from bar, still can't figure out where I met these two. There was a decoy at Eastern and Ann Sts. that I was talking to from my car. I was immediately surrounded by LE with guns drawn, yelling for me to put the car in park and turn it off. I was arrested (case was dismissed, though) and handcuffed. The police asked if I wanted them to tow my car or one of them would park it on Ann St, lock it and give me the keys. I don't know if this was the standard procedure at the time, or they knew I really hadn't done anything wrong. A couple hours later I was released and went back to retrieve my car.
Because this was almost thirty years ago it probably doesn't help much, but there it is.

Years ago, in about 1983, when there were still SW's along Eastern Ave. From about Broadway to Patterson Park police were doing a sting that I got caught up in. There was a decoy at Eastern and Ann Sts. That I was talking to from my car. I was immediately surrounded by LE with guns drawn, yelling for me to put the car in park and turn it off. I was arrested (case was dismissed, though) and handcuffed. The police asked if I wanted them to tow my car or one of them would park it on Ann St, lock it and give me the keys. I don't know if this was the standard procedure at the time, or they knew I really hadn't done anything wrong. A couple hours later I was released and went back to retrieve my car.
Because this was almost thirty years ago it probably doesn't help much, but there it is.
It took a larger than life man to admit in the forum what had happened the the reasons why. It took some balls to admit that you where wrong about me and I accept the apology and white flag. This subject will be closed and no she is thankful for you helping her and says that all the time. She was just confused with the behavior. I will extend the olive branch back to you and continue on with what this forum is really about.

There are many reasons to exercise many different degrees of courtesy. These SWers are aware of backpage and are free to post their info whenever they feel like it. I know several SWers that have a variety of reasons for wishing to "gate" access. In fact I can very much appreciate all of those reasons. There is not a "kiss ass" requirement from the seniors to get intel. They all were cool to me prior to senior status. If one makes decent efforts to contribute and be friendly I have found that the members here almost always help. Every SWer that I know I have asked their permission prior to sharing their contact info and they each have their own terms. There are many that flat out don't want a review. My two cents on the matter is to be as cool as possible to all parties. I know no one asked.

Any one have any luck in the Towson area?I have had success on Joppa Road, just east of Loch Raven. Gentlemen, would you kindly share a street or block by name? I am not familiar with the "loop", w / w, etc.
Always enjoyed the block in the past.The W / W loop is Wilkens and Washington running sort of east / west and streets that take you north or south between them. Block numbers I honestly don't know.
Wilkens (at least for me and I am NOT a Baltimore regular) runs from about Brunswick on the 'west' to past the traffic circle to the east. Be advised, Wilkens ends at the circle, but there seems to be girls on the side streets there and around Wilkens. The road that was Wilkens will eventually lead you to Carey which if you go south will get you to Washington.
Washington, I've not seen much on the four or so times I've been to Baltimore. But if you head west (right off Carey) you may see some between Carey and Monroe (which will take you back to Wilkens).
Google the maps to see the general layout.
C / B is Curtis Bay. If you stay on Washington past Monroe you will get to Patapsco. Head generally south and you'll see girls sporadically along the route. Most I've seen are past Washington to just past Hollins Ferry. Then a long open area to another area with numerous willing ladies.
If you follow Patapsco on the map, you'll see a lot of familiar names.
PP is Paterson Park, an area I really have not checked out. Driven through it a couple of times, but not the same 'atmosphere' as you find along the W / W or C / B loops.
