Last week was her court date, but she missed it, because she's been in the hospital for the past 2 weeks after having to get an emergency surgery. She will be laid up for several months. She now has a warrant for her arrest. I need to find out from someone who knows, how to get this warrant removed and get an indefinite postponement for a new trial.

Then get a letter from her Hospital Social Work or if you can a letter from her doctor stating date of hospitalization and expected date of release. Then draft a petion to the Judge stating simply that she would have appeared before you honor if she was not hospitalized and request a withdraw of the warrant. You can write the letter on her behalf or have her sign if also. This will work provided she does not have other failure to appear convictions but even so try it any way. I did this for my friend and it worked.

I am not an attorney, however, I am fairly certain that the only way to remove a warrant is to turn yourself in.No, Anjguy has it right. The Judge can quash the warrant. Ordinarily a lawyer would petition the Court to have it quashed, but she can do the same thing herself. Whether it works or not is up to the Judge who issued the warrant, but it's the same way if you involve a lawyer. It's up to the Judge.

Picked up Jackii (that's how she said she spells it) on Wilkens near Fulton this morning. 1st time post here. First off I would like to say that this site is awesome. I am a long time mongerer but I just discovered this site. I just got in to Baltimore tonight and so I thought I would check out the local talent.
Well I spent about two hours reading old posts and after enough research I made myself a little monger's travel map. I started going through PP with the intent of hitting be / cb loop. In the past that area has been hit or miss; sometimes it's active and when it is the cops generally shut it down when neighbors start complaining. It seemed odd to find no decent SW after an hour of cruising and then all of the sudden there were 4 decent WSW within 2 blocks of each other on 2nd. When I returned to that corner there were about 4 men hanging by the good looking girl so I kept moving. A few minutes later the men were gone so I pulled over about half block away. The good looking girl followed and motioned me to roll down the passenger window. Her face and hair looked good up close. She didn't get in. She just said "are you dating?" I said nothing and just drove away.
I may have missed a golden opportunity, but it just didn't feel right. Five minutes later all four girls were gone. Didn't see anyone pulled over.

HorsetraderI have seen LEO set up stings right where you were cruising. 2nd and Pontiac / Patapsco. Also, in CB on Fairhaven near Patasco, probably the neighbors or that restaurant on the corner called LE and complained. Once a few years ago I saw a sting at the Aldi's on Washington Blvd near Patapsco. The two ULE decoys were standing in front of Aldi's, while their backup, a Hispanic male, stood across Washington Blvd at the bus stop. They would direct the guys into Aldi's parking lot, then an unmarked "knocker" looking car would come down Washington Blvd from the Morrell Park direction and grab the unlucky monger. One LEO would drive the monger's car away, while the other LEO took the guy in the unmarked car. In the 15 minutes I was inside shopping, they grabbed four or five guys. If you follow the basic rules of mongering, or just trust your instincts like Horsetrader did, you can avoid these situations.

First of all why would you ever pull in nose first to a dead end always back in. Secondly how do you not notice a vehicle following on what seems to be empty streets. Therefore my personal opinion is that someone were to film you in public and post it to a website, they would have a legal right to do so, and you would have no recourse against them unless you can prove slander or libel. In the process I notice where they are keeping their "meds" so when they all disappear into the bathroom for like the 3rd time I take the pills and leave. I go park across the street and wait for the phone calls to say I'll make it right but nope. After about 20 minutes they realize their stash is gone and start calling of course I don't answer. Flock them! I dump the pills and the bottle.
Lesson learned; it is the golden rule: he who has the gold makes the rules! From now on no money passes hands until the deed is done. You can see it have it placed where you can get it after you are done or get the hell out of my car!

Consider a standard fixed-rate mortgage: It is a binding contract between lender and borrower, over the life of that loan. If, at some point down the road, the lender unileterally decided to raise the interest rate by a point or two. Based on the changing economy, for instance. The borrower would rightly cry foul. Or, if the borrower decided that he needed money for a new car (a change in his life needs) , and decided to skip a couple mortgage payments as a result, the lender wold cry foul. In both cases, one party unilaterally changed the terms of the contract without consent of the other party.
Or, to bring this closer to our hobby, consider an example of a monger who calls an AMP and makes an appointment for one hour for $60 tosee his all-time favorite girl there. And, a "living, breathing document" that is able to "inhale" certain new rights in the blink of an eye, it can also "exhale" those rights in a simmilar blink. And therein lies the danger, and illogic, of that view. Our rights are secure only when they change according to the orderly process set forth within the Constitution, rather than according to the whim of a court or a president.

I have a few general observations about this post:
First, anytime any plan has an if / then contigency, such as if my brother goes out, then you can come over, is a red flag that it could be more hassle than it is worth.
Second, since you typically only have a few seconds to make a decision as to whether or not to pick up a streetwalker, I have a rule that I always follow, which is that if I have any doubt, I move on. Fourth, other than a no tolerance policy of saying no to all requests, there is no straightforward way to handle what I will call requests for extras from the girls, whether it be something up front (like pay a little extra since you are using the room that she already has) or a "tip" after she is done. Which in her mind really means that you are supposed to give her the agreed amount for the tip whether she was actually good or not. I do not tip or agree to extras, but if you are willing to pay anything that could be considered an extra, then I think that you have to do yourself a favor and make it as a "tip" and not something upfront to minimize the risk of getting scammed.

Lesson learned; it is the golden rule: he who has the gold makes the rules! From now on no money passes hands until the deed is done. You can see it have it placed where you can get it after you are done or get the hell out of my car!

Thanks allYou might try the Beltway Motel 3648 Washington Blvd Halethorpe for about $50 per night. They have weekly rates and a restaurant on premise. W / W loop isn't that far of a drive either. Rt 1 and Washington Blvd are the same road.
