I wrote my first report ever cause I've never been ripped off. Donna also goes by Jersey and has to be the worse. She actually had some manners but the Streets have gotten to her. Do NOT pick up. Slim build Brunnete Green Eyes Marks throughout. Hangs around Wilkens.
I pick her up near the circle on WIlken around 1:45 AM Wednesday night. She is a WSW with brunette hair around 20 years old or so. She want 40 for a BJ and 60 for full service. I count with the standard rate which she accepted. HEr s kill is very good but she got bad attitude. She demanded money up front and rushed through the service. Complain about my slow driving and want to me to run a red light. I will not repeat.

Most all I have read has been vehicle oriented, aside from AMPs and escorts. Any good spots for pedestrian Mongering without getting rolled on by LE or SUs? I will be in town working for a couple weeks and looking for repeat services.

Ok so I don't post a lot but this episode crossed my mind the other day and I had a big laugh! It wasnt funny at the time but I thought I would give you great guys on here a chuckle. LMAO! I was such a novice! Moral to the story! RTFF and when you're done read it again. LOL (or train for the 40 yard dash)

don't feel bad Maticman. We were all rookies. I once got in a cab with an SW and on the way to her "house" she sucked my finger promising me a good time. I saw Bridgette in the Wilkens Ramsay area last Thursday. She told me she's been back for about three weeks. She still looks about as good as before disappearing last year. I know I'm not the smartest member on this board but I do have a lot of common sense and I've realized a lot of the reason our girls have been disappearing is due to the fact that in some of the reports I have been reading we are giving the LE a little too much to work with by releasing street names and times when and where we pick up SW's! They know which streets, which times, and they know who is a SW and who isn't. They don't need our help. They are paid to cruise those streets all day, every day. It doesn't matter if specific intersections are mentioned.

The truth is, they generally know who the girls are before we do. Police are pulling up anybody hanging out or walking up the street. There is a hell of alot of the girls at the down town hotel. The ones that got smart got a phone & keep minutes on them so they stay out of sight.

Sws don't keep normal schedules. It's all about their next fix. When they run out of their medicine, they're back out. Sure, some have some type of recurring times, but there are many factors that influence it. Also, LE certainly has much more intelligence than we have.
Even the least experienced of us can easily pick out SWs while on the loop. If LE wants to pick up them, they could do it very easily.
I do agree, though, with limiting posting of pics, even though LE doesn't really need this board to identify working girls.

Monday night I picked up Crystal in CB after crusing PP,the Clix Loop and Brooklyn. I did not have a spot so I asked for her to give me head while driving. I know that it is dangerous but it was very late and there were not a lot of cars on the road.

I don't post much cause I don't get out there much since I lost my wheels.LOL I have been known to foot patrol mong. This is actually better in some neighbourhoods, I feel, because you get a feel for the neighbourhood pace and who should be there during your target hours. I simply wait at a bus stop with civilians, my car secured a block or several blocks away, and observe and learn. This way, you don't lose your whip if, heavens forbid, things go South.
LOL one time when I had a flat in Silver Spring I took a bus down Georgia Ave. to the Howard Street area and convinced a SW to take the bus ride back up to SS with me. We made the beast with 2 backs (service was atrocious). I hadn't paid her yet when we left and I told her she would accompany me to an ATM and we'd part ways there so she could bus back down to GA. We got to the ATM, I stepped up to it, got out my card and HAULED ASS OUT OF THERE. QFT. Commandeering a hack for our particular type of 'cop errand' is not advised because most hacks will not like you doing the test in their car. E, I ran into my brother-in-law while mongering down E.Baltimore along the strip clubs. At that time, I was driving a distinctive Chevy Blazer SUV and wearing aviator sun glasses. Several times.
Went to a mall restaurant with my SO and the waitress was a former SW. She looked much better as a waitress than she did a SW. No comments were made and there were no problems.
Several times I've seen men that I know at the block. Once was in the Midway when we were clearly both there for take out. Never had a problem.
The hardest time was when I spotted a girl who grew up in my neighborhood. This was on the loop and she was clearly looking for a trick. I have had this situation come up several times. Twice with former students. I bought each of them drinks, and one was so hot and wanted to "do" a teacher that we went downstairs at the club for the house fee only. Then there was the grandmother of student, we had met at a PTA meeting before, and t was awkward. Then a male student who claimed his uncle was in the mob and offered to put out a hit for me anytime, he was just a bit drunk. Apparently, they are not solving violent crimes nor are they slowing down the drug trade. Mostly, the city is broke because out of 800,000 residents or more only 175,000 pay taxes and the rest live off the lamb. Maybe it's a selling point for a federal takeover. Baltimore has more cameras than any city outside London England. Take that however you like. I don't know what it is they are doing with all the information...
I believe that the majority of the footage is archived and only pulled when crimes (shootings, muggings, etc.) occur. I think one of the major criticisms has been that they don't have enough people to monitor the live feeds, so I don't think it is going to be used for vice crimes.

I will try to keep this brief.

Thanks for the update, Baltimonger. The poor girl can't stay out of trouble. guess she is not ready to change her lifestyle and get clean. It's got to be very difficult for people like ALICIA since drugs and street life is all she knows. I guess she had to learn to fight and protect herself while on the streets and in jail just to survive. It's a jungle out there and girls like her don't grow old gracefully or at all. In and out of jail constantly and Even after being hit by a truck, in the hospital and rehab and on meth program as soon as she could she was off meth and back to her drug habit. Finally she left. She just had to get high. Could not stay sober. I swear it is more to it than a simple chemical depenancy.

Man what a night on garrison last night. First off I will start by saying that garrison is back in the loop. I even saw some decent ones too, I had an encounter with 3 last night, so here we go.
