What will get you in trouble is being unaware, driving recklessly, doing things that make you stand out, and in general not following the rules and advice laid out here. You can do a lot more than be white to get you in trouble. Don't do those things and you will minimize your risks.
With all the talk about the City State's Attorney not prosecuting vice crimes, don't forget that the cops can still hassle you. They still have enough authority to make your life miserable so watch out for LE as much as anything else.

I haven't had time to post every time I go out, so here are some of the recent activities.
I finally met Kiara, a few hours before the knife incident reported here earlier. Saw her hanging out in front of the RiRi / RaRa / Itchy memorial in front of her place around 0300. She didn't seem interested in dating at first, but finally made the pickup a couple hours later. Pretty face, great hair. Went to the no-tell, where she revealed that TINY body. The incident on her street was apparently some guy who got bashed in the head and she was trying to help him after someone tried to put hand sanitizer on his still bleeding head. 😳 She went in the house and got something to stop the bleeding. I have never know her to be flaky or violent but I'm sure if you gave her cause she would defend herself. She knows where she lives and has seen the worst of Charm City close up.
