This is from about two weeks ago. I've been busy. When I was on Wilkens about a week earlier it was like a SW buffet. I saw about 20 girls scattered around. I was in a work vehicle and couldn't partake, but I did talk to one that I liked who told me her name was Sandy. I told her I would keep an eye out for her next time.
So on this day two weeks ago the area was dead. There was a heavily tinted black Suburban parked at the circle on the sidewalk between Ramsey and Wilkens looking very police. Then started doing the side streets off of Patapsco from 6th going south then down to Potee. I saw four or five but they always got scooped up. Then I saw nothing for the rest of the night. I even came back to Brooklyn again around 6 am and saw nothing. Even went as far as Curtis Ave off of Patapsco and still saw nothing.
2. The Citgo off of Dundalk and Graceland. I don't know what others are talking about but that is a residential area with nice houses. I didn't see any SW at all. I cruised from 6-7 but left because I was afraid the residents would see me cruising. But I saw nothing.
3. I cruised what is being called the WW Loop. To me this means Wilkens and South Fulton ave going west until Desoto Road. I don't know how any SW are on Wilkens as it is alot of traffic, alot of street lots and ALOT of cops. I mean I thought it was an episode of The Wire. Lots of young men selling things and lots of cops. Then I went from Desoto and Washington going east to south Carey and still saw nothing.
What am I doing wrong? Wrong areas? Side streets I didn't go down? Bad timing? I've got all day today and I want to get with atleast two SW today. Especially the Syrian girl that someone mentioned that haunts the WW loop.

You just had bad luck. You went to the right places and did the right things. Things are tough out there. You'll probably see plenty of LE sitting in high traffic areas for a while. They have their own issues with COVID and protests and regular old crime but sitting in high traffic places keeps them safe and keeps people off the streets. They can't do much these days but they can sit around and scare people off.
Mongering on the streets takes time. Plenty of guys have been out for long stretches even when things are easier.
The quality of providers on the street and the internet has gone way down during COVID. All I can say is good luck and keep looking you'll find something eventually and on the street, you'll find some holes in LE coverage and find a gem here or there. Just takes time.

1. Brooklyn. Check everything between 6th and Jeffrey and 3rd and Pontiac. Then go to Curtis Bay and make a pass or two down Fairhaven.
2. Dundalk. I've never had much luck there, can't help.
3. W/W. Years ago the section from Washington at Carey to Washington at Desoto could be good, those days might be over. Continue to check Washington from Desoto to Patapsco. The more productive parts of W/W are Wilkens from Catherine to the circle at Mount. Check all the side streets, especially Payton and Pulaski to Ramsay.
Regarding timing, anytime can be good or bad. These girls dont have predefined business hours.

I was in the area this morning so took a couple of laps around the loops (1030-1130). Wilkens was first, lots of activity around the circle and on Ramsey. Not much to look at and lots of guys hanging out also. Saw LEO's around Wilkens and Catherine, sitting on side streets and on Wilkens. Decided to try Brooklyn, went Patapsco to Pennington for the Curtis Bay area. Didn't see anyone walking around the area. Left and back up Patapsco to 10th and down 10th to Jeffery to 3rd to Pontiac. There was an abundance of SW's to choose from. Made the circle and down the connecting streets checking things out. On Jeffery between 4th and 5th, I had my choice of 4-5, I pulled to the curb like I was doing some paperwork (work van) checking the possibilities. Well I have been wanting to get back into some street mongering (which is my favorite). Well I have been wanting to get back into some street mongering (which is my favorite). I'd been saving two weeks of baby batter because I wanted to give a SW a massive dripping facial with a cumwalk. The streets of Baltimore served up just what I needed. The catch is it served it up within 10 minutes of each other.
Let me explain.
My usual haunt is the Brooklyn area. I've picked up exactly what I was looking for in the past ie SW's who would provide whatever fetish I wanted that day. As I was driving down Ramsey towards the circle I saw a possible and pulled over about five car lengths in front of her. I do always to scan for cops, guys looking to rob you etc despite this was in the daytime. She got in and we pulled off.
Her street name was Amber (she told me her real name but I forgot). I called her over to the car and spoke to her. She went out of town to go to a drug rehab place. That is why she disappeared. I welcomed her back and told her people thought she was dead. She said that people have said she was dead like four or five times in the past. She seemed in good spirits. I took a photo because some people around here are skeptical by nature. If you examine the photo closely you will see something funny. The church on Smallwood was giving out food. Heaven is eating from a jar of peanut butter and jelly using a toothbrush handle as a spoon. You got to love it! I seriously hope she stays clean and I am glad she is alive.

The church til the triangle til the circle was full of uncle. Went over to Pennsylvania ave to find zombies out and about too. Headed to garrison to find a lot of talent around 11 with uncle not far behind. Went to york to find no uncle or SW's. Scoured the entirety of the harfordloop to find nothing either. I went over east from there to conkling. The talent there consisted of half a doze spinners 2 WSW, 1 LSW and 3 BSW. They didn't warrant a response due to insufficient junk in the trunk. Absconed over to dundalk to find a wide array of talent. I saw a busty brown haired walker across from the citgo. On the corner of grace and german hill I found about 5 WSW hollerin at cars. Headed over to the 711 to find three bbw BSW's sitting on the benches hollerin at cars. This was midnight. Then I went over to the block there were a few lizards in front of oasis. Finally in bk and fh there was nothing in all the usual areas. It looks like nighttime isn't the best for scouting talent anymore fellas except for dundalk.

Not sure if he got another call for backup, or just didn't think I was worth chasing? Or if he can even pull me over for just picking her up? This situation definitely freaked me out, and made me reconsider picking up dates at night where it's harder to see vehicles around you.

My apologizes, you're right. It was Baltimore County, not AA. It's the same type of SUV LE that patrols this area often, they're all Baltimore County. That said, I don't think it wasn't a matter of jurisdiction.

Do as one member already posted, check out the loop maps page. Then get on a loop and hunt, time of day rainy weather, snow etc doesn't really matter there is ALWAYS something out there you just need to know where to look. Best piece of advice I can give: Don't pick anyone up the first few times you drive a loop. This goes for each loop. You don't know the area, you're going to be looking at some ass and sticking out based on how you drive.
Drive around like normal. Don't slow down to gawk, don't speed up, just blend into traffic. Park in a high traffic area, eat a sandwich. Observe the area, where the girls walk, where the dealers are, how other people drive.
Think of it like a safari. Yeah you want to bag the lion but you don't go chasing it blind.
Once you know the area, you can drive, blend in and gawk without looking suspicious.
IMHO, Conklin is a perfect "beginners" loop. It's a straight shot, good amount of traffic to blend in, most people won't stick out driving around, there's plenty of stop signs and red lights giving you a chance to look around, and it's easy to get out of the area in a hurry and get on a highway.
Dundalk is #2 for ease. A main drag and a couple side streets.
Washington and Wilkens is the most challenging but the best odds IMHO. Larger area, more side streets, less ability to blend in, more cops. But goddamn you get some legends out there.

I see far too many mongers stop in the middle of the street, probably just to beat out another monger; only to bring a "extreme amount of attention to themselves by doing this. I try to stay as "invisible" as possible if I'm on the move; but nothing is 100%; so as one of our members use to say. Always "watch your six". And if you unfortunately get pulled over; never, I mean never, admit to breaking law. Peace.

It was bullshit since it was public property but we were polite, answered all questions and did not cop an attitude. I also like to find long dead-end streets which I can back into so I have a full view and can see anyone coming down the street long before they get to me. That way we can dress up and sit like we are just talking, nothing worse than getting caught in the middle of the act, which is grounds for getting arrested.
Have not heard about county-specific guidance but just looking at it as I would if I were in their position, not worth risking exposure to bring someone in on these petty 'crimes'.
