She walked up to one of the row housed and pulled back one of the lose board on a row house between Ramsey and Fulton just outside the circle. You really don't want to get in a scuffle. Some of these ladies carry knives or other sharp objects, sometimes they have a boyfriend nearby or sometimes they will just make more trouble that it is worth to deal with them.
The other tactic you might try is to be extra nice and offer to buy her cigs or a soda at the closest store. Tell her you are sorry for any misunderstanding and give her enough for soda or cigs with some change left over. Take her to the store, promise to wait for her and when she goes in, high tail it out of there.
Another version of this is to take her far away and find a reason to get her out of the car and then leave as soon as you can. Or just be out there and threaten to do that but it is easier to just do it than make a threat that you can't or don't follow through with or screw up while doing it.
Just try to avoid a confrontation. They can go south much quicker than you realize and cause a lot more trouble that it is worth. Your life and staying away from LE contact is worth much more than any money you might give up.

The guy in the street died in front of me. I circled the block to see if I could see the chickenshit walking away from the scene but no luck. By the time I got back to the intersection, there were 3 BPD cars there so I parked and waited until they seemed calm enough to approach. I told one of the Sargents at the scene what I saw and he asked me to hang around to give the homicide detective my statement and description of the car. That earned me a trip downtown to police HQ to give another detective my statement. Talk about a mood killer! Think I'll stick to phoning my regular and forget about driving around the west side for a while.

Well, it didn't take long after passing Monroe to start taking notice of the spots. As I cruise I noticed several mongers (or what appears to be mongers) also making the cruise. Most did not appear to appeal to me so I kept cruising until I saw a very young WSW along Fulton and Wilkens and made the turn to come back but then I saw her jump into another car and I was like "Okaaayyy" so the forum are right.
