They blocked off B&A for a good 10 mins, re-routing traffic (Which I may say is a pain in the ass when you are trying to find a quick route to 97 from the GB area). I watched from the Wendy's parking lot, waiting for the pig to move his car from blocking my route to annapolis this evening.

So I posted the above for intelligence about this poor soul, and found out that there is very little information shared herein, on this discussion forum. Let me state the facts first.

Alright, so on a whim I decided to try one of Av's girls to see if the general forum was right about him, or if this "point to point" service had some benefits.

On Sunday morning around 5am I took a trip up Washington a couple miles north of the ww loop. Started the night on a bad note. Exactly. I've learned my lesson that one should always lay down their rules early, and make sure they know that you refuse to pay up front. Some girls will walk out, some will stay around if they think you're trustworthy. I laugh at extremely high prices and keep it moving, because there's always someone just as good looking who's willing to do the job for less.
As far as LE is concerned, you should never take risks around them, although they seem to be much more lenient on the block. Every situation varies, though, so always keep your wits. I prefer doing most encounters on foot, or when I'm parked in a space so as not to draw so much attention to me. Surprisingly, it was not that bad inside. Pretty clean, some decent couches, not that much junk around. This is when she tells me that she needs to go in the back room and give her sister some cash so her sister can go "pick something up" while she and I go upstairs. We argue, I give her a ten as that is a typical "house fee". She still protests that it's not enough, so I give her another twenty. Clearly this was stupid, but the little head was in charge. I also figured I was planning on at least half/half with her so it really wasn't all the cash up front yet, even if it was most.
She seems happy with the thirty and goes to the back and starts banging on a door asking for her sister to come out. I don't really here her sister, but she says her 'sis says she'll be out soon. We wait about five minutes, she offers me a drink, some candy,etc. I decline. She then pokes her head out the front door and starts calling to some people asking where some guy was. I can hear people answering, but can't quite tell what they're saying. She then declares that since her sister hasn't come out that she's gonna go get some weed and will be right back. She closed the door. I'm not liking this at all, sitting alone (possibly) in this house. I only waited about thirty seconds before following her, but she was outta site. I waited a couple of minutes, feeling pretty sure I wouldn't see her again, then decided I'd be better off waiting in my car which was in front of the place.
I decided to give it 10 minutes as I was still hoping to have this little hottie. While I'm sitting there a guy comes out of the house (presumably from upstairs) and asks me to move because he's doing "business" there and it's not good for him to have me sitting in a car out front. He was actually very nice about it. I didn't care, so I move across the street and a couple of houses down.
She actually came back and came right to my car. She said she couldn't find her pharmacist yet, but that she was gonna make good with me and would be back in five minutes. I gave her ten and then cut my losses and rolled. I had better luck in CB shortly after, but that will be a separate post.
So there you have it... my little head ruled and I broke a couple of rules, going to her place and then paying up front. What can I say? Using their spot has only really worked well on a couple of ocassions for me. Most of the time it is a hassle. I often do prepay, at least partially and with a promise of a tip. I've not been burned on that before and I think it puts them at ease, but that's usually when we're already at my location and I'm much more in control of things.
So, watch out for any cute brunette trying to take you to a house in that vicinity. I hated losing thirty, but really much worse things could happen when you go to their spot. It was a good reminder for me.

What's up fellas, just got back to the area about 2 months ago. I haven't done much cruising but was out late Saturday night. Police stationed the female officers along the highway near Whiskey Bottom Road for nearly six hours Friday afternoon in areas where citizens have complained of illicit activity. I sit and read how mongers, especially newbies, put themselves in a predicament they cannot get out of. Who cares, right? I do. Their stupidity affects all of us. Instead of just being a crying complainer, I offer solutions.
SW’s should continue walking, occasionally stopping at a bus stop or at a phone booth. Don’t wave….the “look” is sufficient. Dress like everyone else, not with half your butt sticking out or your tits popping out for your turtle neck. A pair of jeans, conservative shorts, a blouse, t-shirt and COMFORTABLE shoes is all you need.
As for mongers, we are not the smartest either. I think we cause more harm than good. I substantiate my point with a few questions:
1. How many mongers have you seen slamming on their brakes when they see a SW?
2. How many illegal moves have you seen (running red lights, illegal u-turns, etc...)?
3. How many mongers have you seen multiple times, i.e. a minimum of 1.3 trillion passes/loops in their cars?
4. How many stop in the middle of the road, blocking traffic, to pick up the sw?
5. How many times have you done these things????
See, we bring the unwanted attention to ourselves. As an example, I saw a monger talking to a SW blocking traffic. There was a lights-and-siren-emergency-bound ambulance trying to pass. Stupid is as stupid does. A monger suggested parking and waiting. How about two passes/loops, leave, then come back about an hour later. Sing to the music in your car. Talk on the phone. Send a text message. For crying out loud, do something that does not make you look like you are mongering. Do “good citizen” things, like move obstructions from the middle of the road. Help with a flat tire. Help move a stalled car out of traffic. That gives you time to stop and scan. Now, I will not suggest you do that if you cannot defend yourself, if you do not look intimidating, if you are not brave or just look like a pu**y. Use the big head on your shoulders, not the little head in your pants (then again, some people have their heads up their ass).

The sting that netted so many mongers should have been limited, even non-existent. The reason for the sting was residents/passerbys complaining; complaining about the increased traffic and careless driving. Also, what ever happened to intuition, the fabled “spidey sense”, the gut feeling? If it looks too good to be true, look again. It may be a sting. This board has a wealth of information that WILL significantly reduce the risk of you getting caught. The board plus common sense should keep you out of LE crosshairs. Make sure your lights work (all bulbs). Come to a complete stop…no “California Stops”. Geez, re-read the driver’s manual and this forum.

I completely agree with, and I think it is very hard for newbies to control themselves, when I started out I remember telling myself "f*** I should not have done that" many times over, my only thought was getting the SW before somebody else. But you know the Hypocrisy, I read the reports on the pigtown john watch forum and their related websites, and this guy knows every single SW, dealer in his neighborhood, he knows where they live, how their houses look like from the inside! , he says that he gives money to SW to help them out, to help them out with what! OK, these guys are not as stupid as I thought they were, from now on I declare myself a member of the Pigtown John watch, I will make myself a batch, drive around looking for SW with my camera, approach them and tell them that they "can't stand in one corner for too long", and then give them money to help them out and offer them a ride so the SW doesn't do anything illegal! , I will also take pictures of innocent bystanders (which by some weird reason was the girls uncle or mother in the case of Kristen) take their licence plate number and post them on a website, which by way outside of our group nobody else watches. The recent reports about the stings on Whiskey Bottom are nothing new whatsoever. The police have been doing these off and on for about 15 - 20 years at least, even before the developments went in. Bacontown is just a hop skip and jump from Starting Gate on 198 and if you know Laurel, you know what goes on in Bacontown.
I must state that one time I was nearly drawn into a sting on Whiskey bottom right at the Starting Gate Side wall, about 14 years ago. It was bcause of information on the forum I did not get snared. I was horny as sh*t and was either going to go to SK or Rainbow....but saw this nice looking "SW" at Starting gate wall. THe girl had a satchel resting on the building (transmitter?) and never ranged more than 15 - 25 feet from that satchel. I circled and decided perhaps she was legit but had my suspicions nonetheless (she looked too clean and I had never seen her in the area before). I don't think that there is any substitute for doing one's own legwork. Am also unsure as to how one would exactly find such a person. Most civilians in the 'hood aren't too enthusiastic about "our thing". I wouldn't go around the 'hood asking older women to hook me up for a finder's fee, but YMMV. Good luck in any event.

Yes- got a ticket for a tag light being out for good measure too.

Yes, but not against us. Dealers, gunmen, and car thieves mainly. Supposedly the helicopter cameras are so hi-tech, they can read serial numbers off money being exchanged in a drug deal.

You might be surpised at some of the "old neighbor ladies" who appear to be simply on the stoop or walking to the Royal Farms.....often the are open to a little extra dollars, but dont want to be in the position of 1)being arrested or 2)visible to neighbors as a streetwalker type. Many a time I suspect that the apparent civilian may be working......so I put myself in position to make direct line of sight eye contact (out of the car works better but in the car has worked too). That single eye contact if given back is the nod to speak to the "civilian" in terms of "needing a ride". I have gotten young girls out for the very first time (in need of money and by the way usually excellent) and old (where I would not normally desire but horney enough and nothing else available) this way. Be forewarned, if the look is not reciprocated move on your way or if reciprocated with a "what are you looking at asshole" kind of response, keep on moving too.

ThanksI haven't done that but there have been many times where I didn't like the look of the SW I just scooped. Sometimes I will just say that I'm looking for somebody younger. Usually they get pissed but a couple of times they've offered an alternative. If I accept the alternative I give the finders fee to the actual provider.

Some copters are equipped with cameras which follow the search lights; or infra red. But I would not worry about it if my license plate is not mounted to the roof of my vehicle.
I have also seen a posting about the 72 Giga Pixel cameras (yes 72 Gigs), but that technology is not to prove that you were chasing some pu$$y.

Now, I've fired a few guns in my life. For precision, I prefer a rifle. For close quarters, a handgun. When I absolutely want to hit everything around me, thus clearing a path, shotgun with buckshots. The buckshots fly all over the place, hitting walls, car doors and windows. I've been to South Africa and was able to fire a Armsel Striker, better known as the street sweeper with buckshots. Not a good sight, but great fun.

I haven't been through Baltimore in a couple of months and had the chance unexpectedly today. I hit the stroll in CB this morning around 10 and found the few "girls" outnumbered by the police. The one SW I saw had to be in her 60's. The cops were preoccupied with a bunch of folks hanging out on a porch, but still enough presence for me to change my venue. so I drove over to the WW loop.
