It's got something to do with the order the posts are displayed (ascending vs. Descending) and a quirk that I believe Jackson is aware of. If you display the most recent posts first, (which I can't seem to figure out how to undo) clicking a link to a previous post brings you to the exact opposite position in the order of posts. In other words, clicking a link to the most recent post brings you to the first post. Clicking on the third most recent, brings you to the third oldest, etc.
The post numbers don't seem to be concretely tied to an individual post, rather to a virtual position in the post history.

Happy New Year All!
Sorry for the absence all but spent a few weeks recovering from some shoulder surgery. Very unexpected and very painful which along with my so kept me away from a 'puter since Thanksgiving (or so). For all those who pm'd me I'm getting to them so be patient.

Route 1 in the Foxborough area has quite a few for around $50 (as long as there's nothing going on at the stadium) , but they're crack motels, and not really south shore either.

For example, this last shoot was done with just my on camera speedlite, and start to finish was about 15 to 20 minutes. I often wish I had the freedom to do it properly with off camera lighting, softboxes, scrims, and reflectors. But carrying and setting up all of that equipment tends to attract unwanted attention. Even just an assistant to hold a reflector would have greatly improved things, but I don't always have such luxuries. Just a brief glimpse into the trials and tribulations of guerrilla shooting for my fellow mongers out there.
I have a feeling that Nyx would have an issue with the potential that unauthorized images may be made public. Per our contract she has to approve any image before it is released, so I'll have to decline your offer. Can't risk upsetting the client you know. But I'm certainly interested in hearing any advice you may have, you can never learn too much.

Simple trick here, before you take a shot and it could be done any place, any time and under any lighting condition. Camera on manual, set controls to under expose the image (total darkness, when you review image, you see nothing but black). Off camera, set flash to manual, and adjust power for proper exposure of your subject an shoot away. The flash exposes your subject and your background comes black. Move flash back and adjust power, you expose more of your background, move it closer and you expose less. This can be applied to as many flashes as you want. So, if you know what settings to use to blackout background and you understand how to set power on flash based on distance from subject (in manual mode is always constant) , it takes a minute to snap a few shots and you are done. The beauty of this method makes it possible to photograph your model any place and any time and not care what is behind her. It could be in a dark alley next to a trash dumpster it will not matter. With proper flash power setting and distance from subject, you can eliminate the surroundings from your image.

TMOf course that technique would defeat the purpose of shooting on a beach with the Boston skyline across the water. I have used that before in the studio when shooting against a black backdrop, just never tried it with any shoots for escorts before. Usually they prefer brighter images.
