Well, that is an obvious point but one that is worth stating. Many people have a false sense of security, but in reality everything carries some risk if having any kind of sex.

Sorry I don't get off on any risk at all. I know there is a risk either getting caught by LE or possibly catching something ... gasp ... but there is nothing about either of those prospects that is in any way appealing to me. Some argue that public health is improved by making prostitution illegal, but if you use that logic, then why is eating at McDonalds legal? Why is smoking legal? Which is worse for public health? And since when is it government's responsibility to keep us healthy?
Another arguement is that prostitution exploits women. I say that the reverse is true. Prostitution exploits men. Well that is probably being more safe but I sure wouldn't go see a provider without asking those questions unless I had already read a review or gotten a recommendation for a friend on her. I'm not sure they were intimidated - and that wasn't my intention at all. I'm not an intimidating guy at 5'9" and a whopping 140 pounds on a good day, and being in my 50s I can relate to Toby Keith's lyric "I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was." They knew I was ticked, and I think they knew I was probably telling the truth about the situation. I was calm, but very - shall we say - determined.
