I've lived in Hawaii and am now living on the west coast. The same nasty shit guys are asking for in Hawaii is the same nasty shit they're providing on the mainland. I can speak for TX, CA, WA and Las Vegas. Not sure about the east coast where BBFS among Kgirls touring there seems to be an uncommon service. BB is rampant here. Some HNL vets like Nicole, Jordan / Luka, and a few others are touring up and down the west coast providing the exact same services they did on the Rock. The service fee is hella increased but so is the variety and number of orgs.
Some providers mentioned that Hawaii guys demand too much and pay is better for doing less on the mainland.
