There is no regulation guideline on salvia, sperm exchange and condom usage. Hawaii and Dallas is the only place that give license on 21 yo + relaxation business without determining what the hell that means.
So by law AMP has no need to follow bar regulation but they seem to follow massage therapists or hair salons.Negative. DCCA Hawaii does not have a Lic. For relaxation. Only massage. AMPZ use relaxation as a term to avoid having a massage lic.

Hope this helps. Rog.Its address is Keeaumoku St, Ste #2. The cool thing about Tonbo is that you can look diagonally across the parking lot in back and there is Osaka. If Osaka's windows weren't boarded up, you could check who was doing a shift there. If you come by car, you can also drive directly to Osaka through the parking lot and up the ramp.
