They are good overall tenants, alway pay on time and usually no trouble. The mom and pop owners can't afford it either, especially if the gov't decides to commence asset forfeiture proceedings. Hawaii asset forfeiture laws are some of the most lax and the country and the only way to fight it is with lawyers, and that is costly. You should know, as you live in CC, that Reid is always looking at the arrest logs. If there is an arrest on property for prostitution, the owner will get a letter from building management very quickly.
As for the arrests yesterday, one lady, Korean, 49 year old Was arrested on property, and a 62 year old lady was arrested at her home a couple blocks away. Stay safe, why'all.
