Thought I would try the new place in Makakilo (didn't seem to list a name now says Apple Therapy). Thought it would be good to try to save half the drive.

However, if you do see it in the user section, read up within for the provider that interests you. Lots of information. The more popular AMPs within, the providers shouldn't ask for the tip upfront. Suggestioms would be Happiness, Rejuve, Pinetree for starters.

I will be visiting from Michigan in early Feb and am looking for info on what normal pricing is in the area? I don't want to be the visitor that over pays and has the regulars bitching about it. Here in the Detroit area there are a few MPs where you pay mamason house fee and tip upfront and just enjoy when the girl comes in, are there any MPs like this there or is it tip the girl in the room there?

Never, ever give the tip upfront. You need to maintain the upper hand in this business transaction. Some of the providers will ask for it upfront and, those that do, often turn out to be a disappointing experience. If she asks for it upfront, you have the option to ask for another provider or just walk out (politely ask the mama to return your HF). The HF in the Honolulu AMPs is $50-$60 (this, you must give to the mama upfront). Average fair tip for good FS is $150. Give the tip to the provider after services rendered. What Blake said, don't tip upfront. If you shop for the AMP in BP, reference the user blog section here. If you don't see the name of the AMP there, it's probably not worthy. However, if you do see it in the user section, read up within for the provider that interests you. Lots of information. The more popular AMPs within, the providers shouldn't ask for the tip upfront. If you do your research, you'll find that Happiness' pictures are, for the most part, either old and / or inaccurate.
Rejuve uses real / accurate photos, with the exception of Kyoto.
