There are families with young children and women living alone in that building, and until the fob system kicks-in at night, anyone from off the street can approach any unit on just about any floor except the penthouse. When a business vacates and the unit is then occupied by a resident, it is undesirable to have strange men ringing the doorbell. This problem can be exacerbated at night when would-be customers are intoxicated or high, as some non-CC girls frequently encounter. There would also be noise complaints such as drama, people not keeping their voice down, etc.
So, I can understand why something like this may finally be coming about. Even if not, and as always, be careful at CC.

Yesterday I had a chat with one of the owners of an AMP at CC, she thanked for my report but she also told me that she has not gotten any notice that she needs to vacate the property. As other writers in this forum wrote, just be a gentlemen or lady like (gender equity) when visiting this building, try not to go to the wrong floor and knock on the wrong door. Be courteous in all public areas and don't act suspicious. If you are going to be close to K spa, Yuri is the bomb. Although I haven't done a report yet, I've repeated twice and had a great time. She loves what she does and will treat you right. They have a big shower, enough to fit two or three actually but its self shower. I didn't ask to shower with Yuri. There's no table to do a table shower and I did self shower. What you don't see are many of the negatives and you certainly don't see what people keep for themselves. I see 3-5 girls per week at various locations and Happiness isn't even close to the best AMP in my opinion. It's good, but not better than the other ones you've posted about. Girls at Happiness are not that young. Girls at Empire are. All of them.
Went to check out Hawaii Ocean Spa at AY Wong bldg at about 230 am. Had a choice between to black girls Page and Diamond and chose Diamond cause she had thick ass. Started with a massage then somebody knocks so she leaves and comes back couple minutes later and says to put clothes on. So I'm thinking its a raid so I quickly put clothes on. Waited in room for like 15 or so min then walked out of room and it was like "Home Alone" . They all gone. So I went outside and saw a female with hoodie in a van so just kept walking. Heard talking upstairs so glanced up and it was LE masked so just kept walking and nobody followed me.I wonder where they went?

What do you mean by Masked?I was inside one of the AMPs several years back when it was raided. I was showering with the girl after we finished the deed. They wear masks to conceal their faces. That way they can pretend to be customers the next time around. There is really nothing to be scared of for the customers (unless you have warrants out for your arrest). They will detain you while they do a background check (trying to scare you). I gave him my I'd to make easier to check on me. They will ask what you are doing there. Just say visiting your friend or GF. Just don't say anything stupid, be calm and do what they say. After about 20 minutes they will tell you to leave.
I just waited outside and watched them walk two girls out (both were with LE pretending to be customer). After they left, I went right back inside to get my car keys. Of course, MS had to go bail out the girls and when they came back then business as usual.
I think the only problem for the Johns would be if one of the girls is LE or there is a TV News van out front filming everything (which I have seen only once in my 10+ years of mongering).

She told me a church owns the building, or something like that, and was trying to push "them" out. She said the posts get read by someone associated with the building and reports on them. Be careful.LE won't be interested unless certain criteria are met. The biggest red flag now countrywide is human trafficking / sexploitation / sex slavery. It's a fact Hawaii should be proud of that almost all the businesses are on the up and up, there aren't any establishments that I know of that girls are not working of their own free will. What is done behind closed doors between consenting adults is a very slippery area for LE to stick their noses and come out on top. Its simply not worth the effort if they cannot ring charges out of it, let alone convictions. AMP girls in Hawaii are not being forced in anyway, they are in very little if any danger, they don't delve into drugs so it will simply never be something Vice spends any time on. The times that Vice does stick its nose in, has always been lately to check out the possibility of trafficking.
