As the video is essential to the prosecution, the State has appealed that ruling. The appeal has not yet been concluded and, due to the coronavirus pandemic slowing things down dramatically, it may not be concluded anytime soon. If Kraft wins the appeal, the criminal case almost certainly goes away. If the State wins the appeal, the criminal prosecution likely goes on from there.
