That that is Noa. Just check post history.There have been plenty of providers who create fake accounts to promote themselves with glowing reviews. This doesn't seem to be the case here. From what I can tell he just screens / provides contact info and never really promotes her. She's so highly regarded and gets all the business she needs, so she wouldn't need to do such a thing in my opinion.
