A few, 80-150.$150 is the maximum you should pay but ideally $100. Remember you'll probably want to spend like two hours with them at least. If you right off the bat request extras or get aggressive I doubt you'll get anywhere even if they're known to offer extras. Sometimes it won't happen on the first session either but they'll tell you maybe next time. If you are inpatient it's best to stick to AMP.

$150 is the maximum you should pay but ideally $100. Remember you'll probably want to spend like two hours with them at least. If you right off the bat request extras or get aggressive I doubt you'll get anywhere even if they're known to offer extras. Sometimes it won't happen on the first session either but they'll tell you maybe next time. If you are inpatient it's best to stick to AMP.
