I saw one possible, but she wasnt worth the come around to check.....slim pickins in the area.... also notice Nest around and lots of leos on Main and Mich ave.....

Did the stroll in Elk on Monday afternoon. Did not see much at all. Lots of people out and about on their porches and walking down the street, but very little LE. Is it just me or has this area slowed way down? Saw a leggy brunette in jeans a week and a half ago - she disappeared before I could get around for a confirmation drive-by. Sites on South Michigan Street to be cleared for development.

SOUTH BEND — Demolition of the former Kitty Kat Lounge Adult Club and the former Great Lakes Windows buildings on the 1300 block of South Michigan Street is scheduled to begin Wednesday.
The city intends to turn the lots into sites for new development. Sharon Kendall, executive director of community and economic development, said the demolition will allow more opportunities for commercial growth.
“We look forward to new investment that will complement the new commercial growth on the south side and help to enhance the quality of life for our residents,” Kendall said.
This is part of phase one of planned economic development along the city’s South Gateway commercial corridor. The four sites could become retail, office or institutional sites, officials said.
The second phase includes demolishing the former Glo Worm and Quarterback Lounge in the 700 block of South Michigan Street. Demolition of those buildings is expected to be later this month. The city bought Glo Worm, Quarterback Lounge and Teasers strip bar for $241,250 in late 2005.
The redevelopment commission bought the Kitty Kat Lounge and Great Lakes Windows properties in May 2005 for $175,000 from Arthur T. Ford. Ford is serving a four-year federal prison term for convictions of promoting prostitution tied to the former strip club, which closed in 2004.

SOUTH BEND -- Officers with the Neighborhood Enforcement Service Team made more than five prostitution arrests Thursday at various locations.
Six women were taken into custody, ages 26, 27 34, 35, 40 and 41, near the 800 block of West Lindsay Street, the 400 block of East Indiana, the intersection of Donald and Michigan streets, Ewing and Michigan streets, St. Joseph and Fox streets, and Eckman and Michigan streets.
The string of arrests happened between about 2 and 6:30 p.m.

Was getting gas over at 7-11 on Jackson/Johnson and as I was leaving I saw the chunky girl that I turned away last week walking South towards Middlebury. The past several weeks have been VERY slow in the city with a heart. It may have heart, but pu$$y has been difficult to find. This is a long post.

I came upon this strictly by chance but you can use this as they are great guidelines and you can also check the post I made down a littleways with the link in it (#122).
1. IS SHE? - It ain't like in the movies -They wear ordinary clothes, and are just walking alone, with no bags, or maybe making a phone call at a pay phone (but if you checked, there's no one on the line). Believe it or not, a girl walking alone and without shopping bags on a hobbyist street is almost always a SW.
*She is walking aimlessly Goes back, forth and circles keep an open eye but becareful if it's too good to be true It does not hurt to check. You might be lucky see next rules
2. If you aren't sure, come back in a few minutes. Non-pros who happen to be walking are going somewhere, which isn't up and down the same stretch of road. And on hobbyist streets, the local women tend to avoid looking like they might be in business, unless they are!
3. If she is watching traffic, she's probably a SW.
4. If she makes eye contact with you, she's probably a SW.
5. If she then smiles at you, she is a SW. After all, you're just some dude driving by.
6. If she's with a "boyfriend", who disappears when you come around again, he's pimping her. Be careful! Don't unlock the door until she's ready to get in, with him nowhere to be seen! If you follow these rules, you're in control of the situation.
7. THE PICKUP - Pull over at the next parking lot, or around the next corner and park nearby. 12. AVOIDING SCAMS - If you do a car date, and you let her pick the spot (she'll try to direct you), be aware that she may be setting you up for a robbery. Don't settle for her spot - or at least, force her to come up with a second choice. Her boyfriend can't be in two places at once.

If you're friendly, chatty, and warm, she'll open up, relax, and probably be more generous with her service, in all the little ways that matter most. Dammit! When will I learn? I saw a new face in the north end of downtown around 2nd, 3rd, Lexington, Vistula, 5th, Jefferson and Washington Streets (she was walking all over.) A very pretty black girl, slender, b-cup, great ass, some tats on the arms. Average height, short dark hair and dark eyes. She said her name is Jessica. Be VERY, VERY careful in Elkhart. I was cruising around noon yesterday and saw a white Ford Taurus UNMARKED except for the antennae bristling from the rear. They had a big SUV (maybe a Yukon) pulled over.
I was following the SUV east on Harrison and two ladies were walking wes on the north sidewalk. I had seen the ladies earlier, but didn't think they were walking until I noted the way they checked out the big SUV. The SUV turned north and went around the block. As I passed the side street he had turned, I noticed the SUV turning west back onto Harrison (which is ONE WAY east) to approach these ladies with his passenger side. I went several more blocks west before making my turn and coming back to see if either of them was left.
Well, there was this unmarked with the SUV pulled over and one EPD talking to each lady while the guy waited. They may have pulled him over for going the wrong way, but it looked a lot like a sting.
About 30 min later, I was passing thru the area again and the same white Taurus and cops was pulled over at the curb talking to two different ladies. One of them was a SW for sure going by "Jo-Jo Dancer." I have dated her before.

Well that explains why I saw nothing, and I mean nothing out around 9. I did see the silver tarus, which looked out of place. I did not hang around long as there is heavy civilian traffic with the weather being this warm.

Around Paul Harvey time, saw uncle heavy today just driving around & around.
Well it seems that Uncle Leo is out in force around Har/Mar. Went out there last night around midnight seeing if I could find something to pass the time with. I did my usual stroll starting on the North Side and worked my way over to Prairie and Main and then made my way back. Well anyway on my way back I'm driving rather cautious like I always do when I'm out looking and sure enough if I don't see lights behind me. The lights belong to an unmarked cruiser which was parked on the side of the street.
This younger guy comes up to my driver side window. I ask if there is a problem. He replies by asking why I was doing in the area. I told him the truth, I'm driving. He then asks if Ive had anything to drink cause he smells booze. I tell him the truth again, I don't drink, never have. He then asks if I would consent to a field sobriety test. I comply successfully which seemed to only piss him off. Then he makes me blow in the balloon which comes up clean. I ask if there is an actual reason he pulled me over and he says that he "observed me driving suspiciously". I asked him if it was illegal for a licensed driver to drive on city streets and just got a dirty look. Finally he lets me go with a warning that "he doesn't want to see me around here anymore tonight and its in my best interest to go home".
Now I was driving and following all the rules of the street. I think I was pulled over because he wanted to scare me out of the area and if he could find a reason to arrest me all the better. To everyone else. Be careful out there. I don't know whats going on down there but the cops are swarming all over the place and I'm proof they don't need a reason to pull you over. All they need is to see you driving in the area. I'm thinking that I may take a break til things cool down or find another area myself. Everyone else play safe and be sure to watch your six.

Well it seems that Uncle Leo is out in force around Har/Mar. Went out there last night around midnight seeing if I could find something to pass the time with. I did my usual stroll starting on the North Side and worked my way over to Prairie and Main and then made my way back. Well anyway on my way back I'm driving rather cautious like I always do when I'm out looking and sure enough if I don't see lights behind me. The lights belong to an unmarked cruiser which was parked on the side of the street.
This younger guy comes up to my driver side window. I ask if there is a problem. He replies by asking why I was doing in the area. I told him the truth, I'm driving. He then asks if Ive had anything to drink cause he smells booze. I tell him the truth again, I don't drink, never have. He then asks if I would consent to a field sobriety test. I comply successfully which seemed to only piss him off. Then he makes me blow in the balloon which comes up clean. I ask if there is an actual reason he pulled me over and he says that he "observed me driving suspiciously". I asked him if it was illegal for a licensed driver to drive on city streets and just got a dirty look. Finally he lets me go with a warning that "he doesn't want to see me around here anymore tonight and its in my best interest to go home".
Now I was driving and following all the rules of the street. I think I was pulled over because he wanted to scare me out of the area and if he could find a reason to arrest me all the better. To everyone else. Be careful out there. I don't know whats going on down there but the cops are swarming all over the place and I'm proof they don't need a reason to pull you over. All they need is to see you driving in the area. I'm thinking that I may take a break til things cool down or find another area myself. Everyone else play safe and be sure to watch your six.

Yes, I'm familiar w/the listing of the massage parlors that you have provided. I've been to the Happy just about a year ago and had a great experience. Be very careful in dealing with these people. Nyma paid me a visit. She is not 28 but closer to 48. Was not what they said. She tried to upsell her time and services. Was not into the moment and was gone within 30 minutes. Would not use them again. Be carefull.

I picked up Amanda again. See my previous report for a description. I ordered half-n-half for 0.3. We had to do it in my vehicle this time. It was warm, but not unbearable. However, she would not shut up about how tired she was, had been up for 2 days, how hot she was, how she has asthma, should have brought her inhaler, kept asking if it was "on hard" yet...blah, blah, blah. Played with my balls like a speed bag. Really killed the mood.

I was with some friends today and one mentioned that there is supposedly an underground brothel on the West side of South Bend somewhere. He said the mother of one of his daughter's classmates knew some girls who work there.

I used to work in S.B. back in the late 70's early to mid-80's and I always found it to be one of the most fun and wide open towns around back then. I don't think I ever went to a strip club and didn't wind up with either a working girl or a no cost amateur for the night-a couple of them turned me on to couple of places where you could stop by for something anytime, but I had heard they cleaned up a lot of that-I rarely get there anymore- but maybe some old habits haven't completely gone away.
