You would think after 20+ years of mongering I'd be wise beyond my years by now. But, every now and then when the stars line up just right, ol' mini me manages to talk me into a bad situation.

Saw Misty at 34th street and 64th avenue. Very attractive, looked like an early 30's, not aged by the street, very clean and well dressed. She was about 5'7", probably 115 pounds, A cup. Long brown slightly curly hair, pretty face. She had on some nice jeans and a white long sleeve shirt with the shoulders bare and a nice skin tone showing. Okay, so she needs to get high first and I was horney enough to put up with it. We argue about and I just give up and agree. Then she sits on the bed (I'm on the couch) and says "What are you still doing here?" I told her "F*ck you, I'm not leaving until I get off." Doesn't want me to see her dealer, doesn't want him to see me, etc. so I go in the bathroom and shut the door.

Her and her dealer BS for a while and then he leaves. She comes in the bathroom and tells me she has a date and I have to go. Now, having a few minutes in the bathroom to think, I was royally pissed and pretty worked up by now. I considered my options. There was no way I was going to risk a rape charge and there was some punks hanging around the outside that said "Hi" to her on the way in so I knew there'd be trouble if I tried to bully her. She told me she'd be done in 45 minutes and to come back then.

Yeah, you guessed it, my dumbass drove around for 45 minutes, broke, and came back. She had some guy in her room and they were fully dressed sitting on the couch. I got pissed and decided to use an old scare tactic. I stormed off to my car, opening my cell phone on the way, and sat with the car door open acting like I was talking on the phone, looking around at room numbers. That gets them real nervous and they'll usually cooperate and sure enough she watched me from the window and came flying out of the room. She told me 10 more minutes and said she would call me. I said "How are you going to call me if you don't know my number." She said for me to call her, so once again I agreed.

You know how this ended. She didn't answer the phone or my knocks on the door so I decided to cut my losses. 2 hours of drama, $60 down the tubes, and nothing to show for it.

So fellow mongers, you've been warned. If you pick her up, have an assortment of rubbers, anitbacterial soap, and a hazmat suit so you can whittle through her excuses.

Sorry to hear about a bad experience...happens sometimes to the best of us. At least it was only $60 and not $160! If you read my latest Tampa post, I didn't want risking 160 bones for something I was not sure about.

Nothing much to report today either. Despite the understandable temptation, it is a mistake to go to the provider's motel room during the first date because the provider has no fear of being abandoned by you and has little incentive to perform. If you had drove Misty to a far-away location away from 34th street, the unfortunate events you describe would not have transpired. Too bad there is no escrow service for the hobby such as pay-pal so that rip-offs can be avoided.

Under the right circumstances, these girls are much more vulnerable than we are (assuming they don't have our license plate). Under similar circumstances, I've called either the motel owner and told them their guest was selling/using, or have called the police with a similar (or worse story). I know all this. I was lamenting that I was never going to get to nail her. She made it clear that "giving it away" was for boyfriends, casual was for profit. I don't want to be her boyfriend, she doesn't want me to be casual. Because she knows me on a personal level, I don't think she'd want to give me a paid appointment. That's the type of girl she is.

Uh, Raw. That was said, tongue in cheek. It was a joke. As in, "I think I'll go punch my friend in the mouth because if it weren't for him seeing a girl who shops at his wife's store and introducing us, I could have paid to play with her but now I can't because she's not going to feel right about doing a paid appointment with someone she, now, considers a friend."

St. Pete seeming to have girls all over the place, I use google earth and based on posted sightings and pick up locations, I put placemarks on the map which resemble push-pins. This is great for seeing patterns and Identifying "strolls". With all the multiple street and avenue names with directional indicators ( north, south, west, east ) it can get confusing at times. This method seems to work well for me who comes from out of town.

Google earth is free and once you get the hang of it, you will see it can be a big help in keeping track of locations. Of course it will also help you with directions to these areas. If your new to mongering in this area or your looking for the shortest route from one stroll to the next, give this a shot.

Some of you have expressed confusion about how to figure out where you are or where you're going in St. Pete. It's actually easy once you understand it, so I'm going to take a stab at explaining the system. Look at the attachment, get out a detailed map, and read this e-mail. I think it will clear things up if you’ll take the time to read this and understand it.

St. Pete is a grid with the starting point being Central Avenue and 1st St. Find this on the map. This point is right in the middle of downtown.

When you are NORTH of Central Avenue all Streets and Avenues are labelled NORTH (or NorthEast).

When you are SOUTH of Central Avenue all streets and avenues are labelled SOUTH (or SouthEast).

STREETS run north and south. There is only ONE of each Street. One 66th St and One 34th St. 34th St N and 34th St S is the same street. The N and S label just indicates whether you are North or South of Central Ave at that point on the street.

OPTIONAL READING: The exception is for streets labelled NE and SE. These are the streets that are EAST of 1st St. To avoid confusion most (if not all) of the NE and SE streets are NAMED streets instead of NUMBERED streets. The vast majority of the grid is WEST of 1st Street so you could forget about the NE and SE addresses if that's confusing to you.

AVENUES run east and west. There are TWO of most Avenues. 5th Ave N and 5th Ave S are two different avenues running east/west through town. 5th Ave N is 5 blocks north of Central and 5th Ave S is 5 blocks south of central.

The numbers are sequential from the starting point of the grid. So to recap...

5th Ave N is 5 blocks north of Central

Any Street labelled NE or SE (such as Beach Drive NE) is EAST of 1st St.

NOTE: A few roads such as Haines Road just flat don’t fit in with the system. Haines Road has an excuse – it runs diagonal through the grid.

50 is right between 27th Ave S and 28th Ave S (the middle of the block)

1990 4th St N
This address is NORTH of Central

19 means that it is between 19th Ave N and 20th Ave N
90 tells you two things.

Well, to answer some of the questions posted:

Yes, I do think that giving her up over fifty dollars is the right thing. She never had a set price and always fluctuated how much she needed to "borrow" after all was said and done. Sometimes she only needed twenty dollars, usually it was sixty and every now and then she needed 100 for something.

Don't get the wrong impression of this girl. She is not refined or reliable enough to be an escort. She also has no incall that would be available or transportation to do outcall. She needs to be picked up and taken to your place.

She is, very clearly, either a crack head or still just snorting the powder but will not admit to that in front of anyone. I just got back in town from TN, and thought I'd see what was up on 34th. I didn't find anyone around La Mark, but between 5th Ave N. and 1st Ave S. I saw a couple. First I saw was wsw, 5'8 or so, VERY healthy chest, but not fat. As I looked over, she gave me a killer smile. (She almost looked too good to be true.) By the time I got around the block, she was gone.

Anyhow, Phoenixxx's blog seems to mention, fairly often, not making money or only making money because of "one person" showing up to see her dance at Oz.

Well, I ask you, would you be interested in going to see a dancer who blogs on about being a witch and making statements to this affect in all seriousness? This is a girl who does incantations and spells to attempt to bring money to her garter at work!

Okay, so, yeah, Phoenixxx, you're a dancer. Why do you always get bent out of shape when guys ask to see you for off-site extras? Honey, almost every guy you see, who isn't a regular hanger-on of the club, is there hoping that this is "one of those clubs" he's heard all about that are really just a front for prostitution. If you don't know that after all your self-professed worldliness of the adult business industry, you're fooling yourself with your boasts.

Another thing... There are plenty of guys who figure out what the Pinellas side of the bay strip clubs are all about and decide they like that scene. They seem to treat it as most guys would treat going to a normal bar, trying to make friends and meet members of the opposite sex. It just so happens that even the most socially-impaired guy can make conversation and spend time with a cute girl at a bar if it's a bar where he can pay the girl to spend time with him. Well, do you really think that you're going to attract those guys, who are hoping you'll figure out that they'll "take you away from all of this", when they go to your much self-hyped website, click on your blog and read about how in love you are with your boyfriend?

Do you think the guys hoping to find a girl who will "do something extra" will want to spend money "fishing" you when you constantly scream through out cyber-space that "dancers don't do that, they dance"?

Do you honestly think that some guy who, deep down, is aware he doesn't have the looks to hook a hottie is going to want to spend twenty bucks a song on you when you, constantly, state in your blog how you have no attraction to anything beyond physical perfection?

Do you think the guy in his fifties or sixties who has given up on trying to get it up is going to want to watch you dance on his lap when you say that there's not a single woman in the world who wants an old guy because she likes him since no woman in the world likes older guys?

Come on - and this goes for any provider, dancer or whatever woman stumbles across this - you're in the business of selling a dream. A fantasy. If you make so many public claims to your expertise of the business, like Phoenixxx does, don't go making insane statements, on a website you hype the shit out of, that is going to push away most any man who would have spent money on you before he read your high and mighty rants.

Way back when Phoenixxx first posted that she was going to be at ETS, in Drew Park, on the TBD boards, I was jacked. I made a bee-line to the shop, plenty of money in pocket because I wanted to have that girl for so damn long. And I did. Several times, in fact.

Now, I look in the mirror. I know I'm no prize but I do, occasionally, score a semi-hottie on my personality, alone. But I know that, in most times, I'm going to have to pay for it. I accept that.

However, I would not have spent the thousands of dollars I did on Phoenixxx had I known what her thoughts were by hearing them straight from the source. I don't repeat with many girls, in this business, and I've never repeated with anyone anywhere near the amount I repeated with Phoenixxx. I always felt like she thought I was a pretty cool guy and that she enjoyed what we did when we were together.

I enjoyed it so much so, that I probably would have ingnored it if I knew that she thought witches were real, let alone believed that she was one and believed she could cast spells. Although I'd have never made the trip to ETS had I known that up front.

I'd have clamped my wallet closed, immediately, if I knew that she felt my physical form was grotesque, my hair too short and my stamina not up to keeping her happy. I'd have not wasted so much time dining at the Y if I'd known that she mocked over-weight guys, like me, for putting so much effort into their cunnilingual skills to compensate for their lack of coital prowess.

I will say that she put on a good act, back in those days. I know I won't get it up if I'm not attracted to the person or what they are doing to me. Phoenixxx sure did seem to enjoy the licks and the sticks this "too tame" fat guy gave her at ETS and The Legend. I'm within a decade of her age, so I'm hoping I'm, at least, not in her "too damn old" category too.

I know this might read like a rant on Phoenixxx but she's just got the evidence of her opinions posted for all to see. There are way too many providers and dancers that shoot themselves in the foot by not realizing what we DON'T want to hear.

Don't tell us we're not your type. Don't tell us you have a boyfriend that you love beyond belief. Give us the damn fantasy we're paying to experience or don't go complaining about your lack of business in the same breath that crushed our image of you and made us decide we didn't want to spend our money on someone who said she didn't like us.

Last night (Late Tuesday, early Wed am) seemed to be crawling with SWs in St. Pete. I saw two around LaMark, one around Cactus, two around Economy, two more around 1st Ave S and 34th, and 1 more down by Sundaze.

So, that brings the question part:

Is there a reason that they all seem to come out on the same night or is it just happenstance? I'm curious if they know something about lack of LEO activitiy on certain nights? It is my understanding that SPPD has a "weekend" for their officers on two days during the week that they deem to be low call volume days. On those days, I understand that there is reduced patrol in order to give most of their officers a break. I don't know which two days it is, but maybe Tuesday/Wednesday is the day. And maybe someone told me a wives tale and this "weekend" doesn't exist at all.

Anybody know the answer here?

I was out last night as well just before and just after midnight. While I noticed some streetwalkers I also noticed lots of law enforcement. They seemed to be targeting the areas mentioned on this board. Rolling up 35th st at both 5th Ave and 30th Ave, parked in alleyways, etc. I have heard that Tuesday and Thursday are known as vice night. Since I heard this from SWs I never paid too much attention and try to remain vigilant on all nights, but I did notice a heavy presence last night. So much so I headed home.

There is always a Strong LE presence downtown when there is a baseball game. True this is for traffic control and they are all "off duty" when they work these games, but there are still a bunch of visible cop cars in and around the stadium area. There is probably a stronger patrol presence as well in the area to make sure the baseball fans are not robbed or otherwise bothered after the games.

On a serious note, though, the bottom line is that they change up their activity just like the SW do. I've always likened the quest for the girls to fishing because you can go out the same time of day, the same day of the week from one week to the next and have completely different, often frustrating results. The best approach is to stay inactive when uncle is active. As many others have repeated throughout the board. If you see a cop stay out of the area.. They have plenty of undercover also. I saw the other day a so called SW at budget hotel and before you know it cops marked and unmarked where on this guy. I have no clue where the cops came from it was unbelievable. I still was shocked how many and how fast. I thought I would have seen at least one of them and they shot right in front of me to get the guy.

At about 3:30 PM, I spotted a black Ford Bronco with limo tint driving around the area around the Palm Aire and the Big Lots parking lot. I thought that it was a monger getting some street head because I also saw a blonde in the passenger seat.

They finally parked at the alleyway beside the Palm Aire and the pretty bonde came out and stood a few feet from the Bronco. She was obviously "working". She was a pretty blonde dressed to look like the typical WSW in our locale. However, her face was too clean - cops can put decoys in the street, but they can't "put the street in their decoys" no matter how much they try.

Besides standing pretty much a few feet from the Bronco, I also spotted this van at the Hess parking lot with another direct line of sight of both the decoy and the Bronco. There were no takers that I can see, so they disappeared until about 7 PM where I then spotted her at the Big Lots parking lot. That's when I took these pictures.

Their take-down vehicles were an unmarked Crown Vic and that white Pontiac. I did not see the black Bronco on their second try at the Big Lots parking lot. They terminated the sting at 7:30 PM.

I can just imagine what their shift Sargeant or LT will say once they read my report - their undercover sting op has been surveilled by a monger! (LOL)

I think this goes to say once again the resilience that we each show to have each others back in this messed up world. I know this hobby has issues and you can never be to careful. HoC thank you so much you are just on top of your game.

I believe that I can control my own environment with due diligence and some serious precautions and reconning the parameter of the target Im searching for. HoC said something a long time ago that I have never forgotten. You will always have another day so if its not right keep moving.

I'm willing to bet they targeted a few areas just not that one area. If it didn't work there it will somewhere else.

I met a sw today around the Hess. She told me that she is being very careful these days. According to her, today alone, she saw 3 white unmarked Crown Vic's and 4 of the new "undercover" black pick up trucks cruising the area. She laughed and said the officers driving them were dressed like SWAT team members.

She said that they had tried to hook her up one day this week, but apparently, the UC officer was overly zealous. They had her cuffed and were threatening to take her to jail, claiming to have the solicitation on tape. Once they checked everything out, the officer had been the one doing all the talking, so they released her. If you can believe what she said. Who knows?

Just in case, I'll forego the usual info on my time spent with her.

I can tell you all this and take this as serious as you would your mothers eyes.

Highways and All traffic cameras operated by the Florida Dot and or pinellas county are not and i repeat are not recorded or have the capability of being recorded.

I work for some high profile people and have first hand observed the camera wall that is maintained by Pinellas County that you see at intersections and on us 19 etc.

They do not record these due to one compression is not as of yet conducive to being stored and two the liability issues that go along with the camera recording are too extreme to be called viable.

I will swear on my mothers eyes to this being true.

But...

I cannot vouch for any private sourced cameras from local police etc as I have knowledge of only highway mounted type cameras and on the interstates.

Hey all, it has been quite a while since I have posted so this will be full of observations, information and tips. And what an appropriate day for me to post as the buccos beat the Braves last night in 12 innings of Pirate baseball. Translation: We scored some cheap runs and barely hung on to a lead.

Tip one: Anyone who is a baseball fan and has Brighthouse can catch most of the games right now up near channel 545. They are offerring a free preview of their baseball package.

Tip two: Those cute valentine day coupons good for like a free massage and such are NOT redeemable at any time no matter what the coupon says.

Observation one: A woman will expend ALL of her energy going to a nice restaurant and drinks leaving absolutely no energy left for afterhours activities. And they think you horrible for even trying. "I just ate too much" Well.... I'm not asking you to run around and as you always point out it's not that long.....anyway. I digress.

Observation two: The sarah mentioned on this board has lost a LOT of weight and has gone a little downhill.

I have been checking the board and making futile attempts of late to venture out with little success. Some members of the board have been helpful via backchannel in the past which I appreciate.

Complaint: I am a little disappointed in this board. I have read all of the drama and arguments on the Tampa Board but there is nothing like that here. They even threw a guy out a while back. Where is St. Pete's drama? Let me try and start a drama here based on my observations. I have to say that the posts by R Consultant and Ho Chaser are so good they make me feel inadequate. Who is with me on this? Anyone? Oh well. That's all I got.

Had a rare chance to cruise St. Pete yesterday. P.C.S.O. was out in force north of 38th, but S.P.P.D. was quite south of 30th until around 8:00 p.m.

I have heard about that place its busy like every single night from all the advertising they do in different magazines. When I go to the post office I see lots of cars everywhere in the parking lot.

This girl is one of Selena Collins' buddies. One time when I picked up Selena quite some time back, Necie was on the corner with her. You aren't going to get HIV from oral sex. Saliva kills the virus. Vaginal fluids kill the virus. Semen kills the virus. HIV is transmitted via blood to blood contact. The circumstances needed to allow transmission from female to male during intercourse are so extreme the concept is all but statistically impossible.

Now, should you decide to actually look for real information to see if I'm telling the truth, when you're done, go and find out just how, virtually, useless condoms are in preventing the spread of Herpes, Clamadia and Syphallis. The only thing condoms come close to 100% effectiveness in preventing is the most easily cured venereal disease, Ghonorrea.

Safe sex is a great presentation of using fear, mis-information and outright lies to sell a product that is lousy at doing what it was invented for: Preventing pregnancy.

Then if you follow the "Epidemic" link on that site it screams that world-wide, "One out of every one-hundred adults 15-49 is HIV infected."

Wow. That's pretty scary, huh?

Scroll down, it tells how the United States had a whopping 612,078 reported cases of AIDS through 1997.

Not IN 1997 but from the discovery of the virus until 1997.

In other words, in a decade and a half, that HUGE number of people were stricken with HIV.

If you were wondering why there is no "One in whatever" statistic included, that's because it works out to 2/10 of one percent of the US population contracting HIV in a fifteen year period. That's two out of every 1000. Or 1 out of every 500 and, gosh darn it, that's just not as intimidating at ONE OUT OF ONE HUNDRED. And one out of one hundred still isn't that many.

The truth is, I could hold you at gun point and force you to have unprotected sex with an HIV infected woman three times a day for a year and you'd be more likely to hit the lottery with one ticket than you would to contract the HIV virus.

And take a look at the condom section of that site. Lot's of back pedalling and double-speak, that, esentially, says, "We have no idea if condoms have any effectiveness in preventing the spread of HIV."

There are a variety of reputable links, but sadly a ton more "agenda related" sites on the internet. We could all post a variety of views, opinions and theories and a lot of the so-called "truths" about this disease are still being uncovered. Most non-zealot sources will correctly indicate that the person receiving a bbbj has a nearly zero chance of receiving HIV. However, semen doesn't kill the virus, in fact the newest studies indicated that certain proteins found in semen actually may help the disease take hold in people based on the manner in which certain proteins interact. Since I'm not planning on ingesting any semen anytime soon, I'm not too worried about this latest news. The only, very, very minimal risk from a bbbj is from the person performing the act. A freshly open sore or abrasion could allow for transmission of the virus into the blood stream. With that said, there are various theories and conflicting reports about how much HIV is actually contained in semen, but it has been shown to contain it in small amounts from time to time in some samples taken from men (this could be because of trace blood that actually made its way into the semen). I have never heard any reputable journal talk about how vaginal fluids and semen actually kill the virus. One of the main problems with unprotected intercourse is that if you get into the activity (and we all have at some point) and end up a bit "raw", if your partner has HIV, your risks could increase, theoretically. The vagina bleeds every month and also is commonly found to have slight tissue tears, etc...factors that put a woman with higher sexual activity levels at more risk than one without such activity levels. There are a wide variety of factors that have caused the proliferation of HIV in certain parts of the world. How they intermingle and impact each other is pretty complex and very hard to isolate individual factors and say that they either have nothing to do with or everything to do with the spread of the virus. Unfortunately, way too many internet sources make such wild claims.

I have never read any validated reports of men getting HIV through receiving uncovered oral sex. Therefore I'm not going to worry about the bbbj's I receive. I would not knowingly receive one from a girl that had HIV...my luck would have me being a freakish statistically anomaly of some sort--so I'd beg off that one. With all due respect, I could say I am an MD with advanced degrees in anything I would like you to believe. However, to be credible in authoritative statements of fact, as you have made here, to people who may never see me or know me, it would be appropriate to support my authoritative stance with citations to the various sources I would be depending on to make those statements, and that's what's lacking here.

So, I once again ask the original question, "Is it worth the risk?" I think that's a question to be asked and answered by each individual. However, to make an informed decision, each individual should have some knowledge to depend on which should come from credible sources, not just a post on a bulletin board that provides no linkage to credible sources.

You would be doing us all a service by providing a link to or the name, publisher, and date of edition of just a couple of the medical journals you refer to that clearly state vaginal fluids kill the virus.

It would also be a service to us all if you can provide a link to or the name, publisher, and date of edition of at least one medical journal that provides a statement that one can have unprotected sex three times a day with an HIV infected woman for a year and be more likely to hit the lottery. Surely there is some empirical data in a journal or study you have read that will support this assertion.

In the absence of such support, what we have is one person's opinion that may or may not be correct. And if that opinion is not correct, and if someone on this site depends on that opinion to make a decision, that person might very well put his own health or life at risk.

Just to add a little bit on this of my view. We all know there are risks associated with SW's. No matter what we say we all just have to be careful. I value my life thats why I read this forum. I feel obligated to help the people who have helped me throughout my time on this forum. So I share what I know to help keep you guys as safe as possible.
With all that mine what each person posts here is a symbol that we all need to take "some kind" of precaution no matter what that is.

But you know what? Everything I'm reading also points out that the concentrations are EXTREMELY LOW in these fluids. Vaginal fluids having the smallest concentrations.

There has been all sorts of talk of transmission through the mucus membranes. But, again, after screaming the scare factors, the fine print points out that very few cases of such are documented.

I stand by my assertion that female to male transmission of HIV is very low, teetering on the edge of impossible.

One thing that hasn't been done is finding a way to include saliva. All research points to saliva being an inhibitor of HIV.

One can also find information that states that the body's mucus membrane is designed to FILTER out germs and viruses. Yet, sometimes, a germ or virus can get through, despite the body's best efforts to keep it out. This will happen with HIV just as it will with measles, chicken pox, flu, etc.

I'm not advocating going out and having unprotected sex with prostitutes. I don't, however, think that it's such a big scare factor as some mongers make themselves believe.

If anything, the protection is for the female partner as a woman is much more likely to end up infected with HIV from a man than a man is from a woman.

As I said, everything I'm reading states the scare factors and then glosses over the truth, quietly mentioning things like that less than a dozen cases of HIV transmission via oral sex are documented and those that are documented aren't well qualified.

I do, however, get a bit worked up when people buy into the scare tactics that date back to the Reagan administration. That's when I was doing my graduate work and when the original government study on AIDS came out.

Well, it didn't really come out, it was recalled within a couple of days. Our "family values" president seemed to like how AIDS had ended the sexual revolution. The original report made it pretty clear that hetero sexual AIDS was not going to be a major issue. Could it and would it happen? Yes. In great numbers? No. The majority from male/female sexual interaction? No. The bulk would and. At that point. Could be traced to drug use.

Can I document this? No. Do you really think the government would admit this publicly? How do I know? Because one of the top Sociologists in the world blew a gasket when he found out the report had been recalled from the university library. I won't say who it was because he is very well known and the era would reveal what university he was at and my work with him would lead anyone reading to narrow down my identity to about a dozen possible people. I will, however, Irish, PM you his name if you so desire to look up his credentials.

Around that time the person who was the New York State's equivilent of Surgeon General made an effort to find out the truths about AIDS. That person (I don't recall the gender) was not content to just accept a person's claim that they could have only accquired the virus from heterosexual contact.

The NY physician did further interviews with the state's heterosexual AIDS cases and found that any woman who got the virus was either an IV drug user (majority) or was having sexual relations with a man who was either an IV drug user or admitted to bi-sexual behavior.

The men in New York state who claimed AIDS through heterosexual content were further interviewed. All but one, eventually, admitted to IV drug use (the majority) or bi-sexual behavior.

This New York information was all documented when the doctor did an interview with Rolling Stone.

Since then (the NY doctor was relieved of that position) government agencies have been forbidden to ask any further questions if someone with HIV infection claims that it could only be from heterosexual contact.

As for the condom companies. Well, the pill was putting their sales down the toilet. Now they don't even promote condoms as birth control. Nor do schools teach birth control. Everything is about preventing disease. The condom companies latched onto the AIDS scare and have been making a fortune from an I'll-informed general public.

So, in a nutshell, I don't advocate unprotected sex with prostitutes. I do cringe at people who, in a nomal relationship, think that each and every person they meet might have AIDS.

I don't think that the chances of contracting HIV from female to male are as significant as the public is lead to believe. Can it happen? Yes. Do I hide inside when it rains because people can get hit by lightning? No. Do I refrain from air travel because planes can crash? No. My personal studies lead me to believe that the chance of female to male HIV transmission fall into the above scenarios' statistical neighborhood.

I don't think the virtues of condoms preventing HIV transmission are as good as the condom companies want you to believe. Remember, they don't give any statistics and ALWAYS back-pedal, reminding you that if you, just once, don't use a condom or, just once, use one incorrectly (what ever that means) your chances just shot way up.

After myself and Piratefan were chatting he brought it to my attention about the numbers and I was like dam its right under our finger tips when we were talking HIV girls.
Note: HCSO is making it known just in there bookings who has issues and so forth but it seems Pinellas uses 768 code for HIV SW. So with that in mind when we see these bookings as most of us do check the jail sites we should inform our little group. The last thing we all want is to get something we cant get rid of.

I would just like to add when someone is arrested for prostituiton, as a part of the booking procedure you have to see the nurse and get tested for HIV right there and then. Now remember this. It takes a while before the results comes back, if it is positive it will be added to the charge later. We can therefore not see it the same day on the arrests sites if they have HIV or not.

Sometimes the informaiton is there the first day because she provided the information she is hiv positive at the time of the arrest/the time she sees the nurse, or they already got it in their files from before.

I also want to mention there are LOTS of hiv positive SW around, I can name a few in Saint Pete from my spa days where a good number of girls (druggies) ended up on the street (sad). But I'm sure their name has changed from then to now and I haven't seen them in years. And I hear from people that has seen them walking the streets. And I read your post sometimes and know who you talk about about. Many are not healthy (hepatatis and hiv) and they haven't been for years. But thats the risk you take guys chasing those type of girls, and I'm sure you know this very well so who am I to lecture grown men. Anyways, just thought I would comment on this and share my info, thanks.

All SW arrested for prostitution do get screened for STD's and HIV as part of the process in Pinellas and Hillsborough. However, a SW does not get HIV positive added to the rap sheet if they test her and they find out after the arrest that she is HIV positive. The statute refers to someone who knows they have HIV and they still engage in prostitution (ie they get arrested again for prostitution). It would be nice if they would add the information to an arrest report as soon as it is revealed, but that is not the law. Someone cannot be charged under the HIV transmission statute unless they have already been informed previously that they have HIV and still are engaging in prostitution.

Also, if you can name a few SW with HIV with 100% certainty, it would be beneficial to the members of this board to share that information. Name changes or not, sharing the knowledge you do have would be appreciated by the users of the board, especially if you read our posts and "know who we are talking about (assuming that you are inferring that you know these specific girls are sick)."

Also, it should be noted that "if there are LOTS of SW with HIV", I do find it odd that there are rarely HIV charges under the felony statute as part of an arrest sheet. Over the past year I can only think of four individuals who have been charged in Hillsborough and Pinellas combined as such. That is a pretty small number when put up against all the arrests for the crime that have been made in the same time frame in the Tampa Bay area.

Lastly, I started a thread for HIV+ providers over in Pinellas so we can add information as it becomes available just like we do in the Tampa forum and keep it isolated out of the General Reports section on a go forward basis.

Also I spoke to a provider that had to come back for re check since her test came back inconclusive and the procedure in this case (tampa) was to come back and be re checked to make sure of the result. It took more than a month before she got the initial results back and then got the message to come back in again.

I did not know all STD's was checked when arrested for prostitution, might be true, was always told about hiv.

He decided on an 'old wives tail' - the proverbial 'Mrs. Robinson'....in his case, a former 'Mrs. Robinson'.

Our story begins with our 'HERO' perusing the offerings of the Tampa Backpage. HERO chanced upon several entrees fitting his initial criteria - female, age, description, presentation and price, and HERO selected an offering that intrigued him about 'deestressed'. Though HERO's other criteria were not directly met through this offering, with dogged determination, HERO found the remaining information that conformed to his criteria. Based on this collection of information HERO decided to set an appointment with said 'Mrs. Robinson'.

This is more of a warning to all you cats. Tonight as I was taking my Rottweiler out to Gandy for some water action I decided to take the tour. If you travel over off 37st/52ave N be really careful at the stop sign. The D-boys that work out of the alley in that beat up old trailer that I figured the cops would have nailed them by now-- well they are worse than ever. I honestly thought they wanted to car jack me. But thankfully my 151lb Rott is a real mean SOB to people he doesnt know.

They moved quick when they found out I had a nice doggy for company. So just be real careful in this area as the punks are going to rob somebody since they are all cracked out anyway. I noticed about 2-3 white guys and like 3 black guys and 2 white chicks. So theres a few of them over in the alley and in front of the house.

Just a heads up and be real careful if you travel this area.

If you mean her, I have never personally had the pleasure. I can say though that she has been using the same photos for at least 10 years.
