That picture was one that was from the paper. I did not take it nor did I identify the device pictured. Just passing along some info I found elsewhere.

Went to Wisconsin for the holidays. Drove through Rockford twice once on the way there and once on the way back. Had hoped to hook up with Erin, girl I had seen on CL. Before I left home I had talked to her on the phone. She seemed nice and I told her when I would be in town. She told me to call when I arrived and we could get together. I gave her a window of several hours. Got to town and her phone kept going directly to voice mail. Did cruise around awhile and did see many girls out. Returned home with a little bit of money.

After getting ripped off, last year. I have been keeping my cell phone and wallet in the trunk of the car. Cell phone is turned off. So not only do I not have it ripped off I dont get tracked as well! Forgot to do that once and it started ringing when I was cruising could hear it quite well in the front of the car. I have an extra wallet I keep my driver's license, as much cash as I want to spend, a bunch of coupons and a prepaid credit card that has less than $1.00 on with me in the front of the car. Figure I am out a lot less if I am ripped off. If I get pulled over I dont have to get my DL out of the trunk, something that could raise flags.

Ralph congratulations on the baby. Kids can be real fun to have around. At times you will get really upset with her and may wish you never had her. But if you lose her your life will never be the same again.

Even with four of them congregating in the Eagles parking lot at 7th and 9th I am skeptical they are preparing a satellite up link for GPS tracking. On the Chicago CL site there has been a girl who appears to have been advertsing there for some time. Someone "reviewed" her and said she was from Rockford. He claims she used to put out for free, if you bought her some drugs. Not what I would call free, but still. Her picture was up and for some reason she looks vaguely familiar although I am certain I have not picked her up. He claims she used to put out for free, if you bought her some drugs.It is a sting. Often times people respond to the craigslist ad, but upon showing up don't do enough to warrant an arrest and/or a conviction. The cops and newspapers don't report about this, because they want you to believe that just showing up you are guilty of a crime. If you don't say the right things in the email or phone conversation, they will still want you to show up to see if they can get you to confess to a crime. If you maintain your cool, you will be let go.

This freebie for drugs guarantees an arrest and most likely a conviction for anyone showing up and being foolish enough to do it. Even if they don't incriminate themselves beforehand, with the drugs, you are busted. Most likely due to your fear and stupidity you will admit to a bunch of other things including solicitation. Now you are done and they can get you for a felony instead of a misdemeanor. And believe me, there are plenty of guys stupid enough to fall for it (the drugs for sex thing).

Other law enforcement agencies do this as well, even in crimes that have nothing to do with drugs. For example, if you get into substantial credit card fraud that interests the Secret Service, they will try to get you involved in drugs, guns, or anything else illegal, because it stacks up the charges against you and makes it more likely to get you for the original charges they want from you.

DULUTH, Ga. - For years, Lisa Ann Taylor's neighbors suspected something was going on behind the doors of her white-columned, million-dollar mansion in one of suburban Atlanta's most exclusive neighborhoods.

Scantily clad women were seen posing for photos in the driveway. Cars and trucks came and went at all hours. And there were loud parties.

Despite repeated calls to police about the suspicious goings-on, there was no evidence of a crime. That is, until six weeks ago, when authorities were tipped off to a Web site showing Taylor - a former Penthouse Pet of the Month - sprawled topless on an ottoman and brazenly advertising services ranging from $300 one-hour photo shoots to "dream dates" that included a one-hour "show."

Police raided the red-brick mansion Wednesday and found what they described as a high-class brothel and the headquarters of a call-girl ring whose customers received favors limited only by their imaginations and their ability to pay.

Among the services offered was sex with the centerfold and other women for an entire weekend for $10,000, District Attorney Danny Porter said.

"Whatever was asked for had a price," Porter said.

Taylor, 42, and her alleged business partner and fellow call girl, 30-year-old Nicole A. Probert, were arrested on charges of prostitution, racketeering and conspiracy to possess cocaine. They were released from jail Thursday on $27,000 bail each.

The brothel's customers included doctors, lawyers and businessmen, and they, too, could face charges, the district attorney said, in a warning that could make men jittery across Atlanta and beyond. Taylor and her friends are accused of using their Web site to offer their services during visits to Boston, New York, Chicago and suburban Milwaukee.

Probert's attorney David Fuller denied she was involved in prostitution. He said she is a successful real estate developer and a single mother who recently came into an inheritance and did not need money.

"This is just not her. This is a nightmare for her. She can't believe this is happening," Fuller said.

It was not immediately known if Taylor had an attorney.

The mansion is near the ninth hole at Sugarloaf Country Club, home of the PGA's BellSouth Classic each May. It is in a gated neighborhood, about 20 miles from Atlanta, whose current or former residents include rapper Bow Wow, Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Brian Finneran and Washington Redskins tight end Brian Kozlowski.

Porter could not say for sure how long the illegal activity was going on, but neighbors have been complaining for at least three years.

Among other things, neighbors thought it was odd that all the basement windows were blacked out. Also, they saw lots of modest-looking cars and trucks that appeared out of place in the well-to-do neighborhood. In addition, scantily clad women were seen in the windows of Probert's house in nearby Lawrenceville.

Taylor - a 1985 Penthouse centerfold who used the name Melissa Wolf professionally - also held lavish Halloween parties, which were advertised in fliers passed out through the neighborhood and included fireworks, costumed characters, professional decorations and a haunted house for children. But some parents declared the house off-limits for trick-or-treating.

"The neighbors told us they wouldn't let their kids go to the house because they were afraid of who might answer the door," the district attorney said.

The prosecutor's office said it was tipped off to the Web site by The Gwinnett Daily Post, after an editor got an anonymous call from someone who pointed out Web sites where Taylor's alleged customers could rate her services.

Carol Northcutt, 49, who lives a block away, said many neighbors knew Taylor was in the adult entertainment industry. Northcutt said she once saw a photo shoot in Taylor's driveway with scantily clad women posing in a convertible.

"I knew she was in adult films and that there were cars in and out," she said. But prostitution? "Did I think for a minute it was that? No."

Rolled into town around 10:00. Saw a petite blonde walking with a black dude on Broadway near Parmele. Before I could make a move they were picked up by what appeared to be a possible acquaintance driving an older green Ford Expedition. Wonder if this is the same blonde referenced by World.

Other than that quiet because PD was out in force. Unmarked, marked and vans pulling people over left and right. The quest to pad arrest stats with the apprehension of non violent offenders marches on. Almost impressive at first the display of power quickly became tired. Designed to intimidate but totally ineffective to prevent anything. A sign of things to come. Make sure your papers are in order.

Needed some fun last weekend decided on a trip to Rockofrd. Before leaving tried calling Erin the CL girl I had spoken to before Christmas. No answer phone went directly to voice mail. After cruising around for a couple of hours I decided to try the LS.

Went to Exclusive first and had a choice of 2 girls, both were trashy looking and 1 seemed to be strung out on something. I guess there was a third girl but she was in a session...only 3 girls on a Friday night. Wow!

Tamara Cotton, 25, and Christina Holt, 19, were arrested separately and were not working together, Cook County Sheriff's officials said Thursday.

Cotton was arrested Dec. 31 when an undercover officer arrived at her apartment and a 16-year-old girl offered to perform a sex act for $200, according to the sheriff's department.

While out on bond, Cotton was arrested again on Jan. 5 when she allegedly drove another girl to meet an undercover officer who had arranged a sexual encounter. Cotton was charged with pimping and related offenses.

Police arrested Holt on Monday and charged her with keeping a house of prostitution for allegedly arranging a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old girl.

The three minors arrested were not taken into custody, sheriff's spokeswoman Sally Daly said.

"We've considered them to be more the victims in this case, given the fact that they were being pimped by adults," Daly said.

The Craigslist ads answered by the officers offered sex acts in exchange for "donations" or "roses" -- meaning money, according to police. The ads featured photos of unidentified women.

75 prostitutes have been arrested this week in Chicago and Rockford after posting on Craiglist.

Craigslist CEO Jim Buckmaster said the site prohibits illegal activity and intends its erotic services page for "legal escort services and sensual massage providers."

Also just saw something of interest on the news. According to the way the laws are written in Michigan it is felony to cheat on your spouse. Made it to beautiful Rockford. Despite some comments on here that the Rockford PD has declared victory against the SW there was still some activity. Remember the President declared victory in Iraq a couple of years ago but that did little to stop the violence there.

Saw a new girl named Jenny on CL. Said she was new to the business and needed someone to show her how things were done. Tried calling before I left. She said she did not talk to people with no caller ID. I was using a calling card. Tried her from pay phones when I got to town. No answer. Her ad is not up there any more but I did save her pics. A special unit of Rockford police officers was activated Jan. 14 to attack crime in a way that hasn’t been done before in this city.

The mayor and police chief publicly and officially announced its existence Monday.

Not that it was a big secret. Anyone who followed Mayor Larry Morrissey’s campaign into office and the selection of Chet Epperson as chief, knew that the way the department did its work was going to change.

This article does not have any comments associated with it. So the question was never if, but how much and when. The administration gave its answer during an afternoon news conference in the Public Safety Building downtown.

“This has taken awhile,” said Morrissey, who was accompanied by the police brass; the men and women who make up the new unit; and Herman Goldstein, a law professor at University of Wisconsin-Madison. “There were resources that were needed, and I pledge to continue to support these efforts.”

Called M3, the unit of nearly three dozen personnel is designed to respond to the city’s so-called “hot spots” of criminal activity, whether it’s a spike in shootings, a rash of burglaries or persistent problems with hoodlums selling dimebags of crack on certain street corners.

The three “M’s” stand for man, manage and measure. The idea is to use the type of data the police receive and dispatch teams accordingly.

“It might be a drug-house problem in a neighborhood, or it might be how in some neighborhoods there are problems with prostitution, (attractive girls are getting harder to find MQ) ” Epperson said. “This unit will be there.”

Goldstein, a criminal-law professor, author and nationally known expert on developing policing strategy, was invited to stay in Rockford for two days to help the city develop the first steps of its program.

“This is long overdue, not just in Rockford, but in much of the country,” Goldstein said. One of his books, 1990’s “Problem-Orientated Policing,” is required reading for all of Rockford’s command staff, Epperson said.

Morrissey said he’d evaluate the program using several measures, but two in particular: crime rates and economic benchmarks.

“We expect a decrease in the overall crime rate,” he said. “But we’re also looking for other indications, like an increase in the overall (equalized assessed valuation) because safe, clean neighborhoods become prosperous neighborhoods.”

Deputy Chief Mike Booker said M3 was put together without any major capital outlays. It is made up of officers from the former Housing Authority and Bicycle units and the department’s tactical team.

Creating the team did require some bargaining with the union, generally over working conditions.

“It had to do mostly with scheduling,” Union President Auerilo DeLaRosa said. “They wanted the hours to be more flexible. We wanted the officers to have set hours. ... We worked it out.”

Ultimately, the officers were able to get closer to the set hours they wanted and the city was able to get the officers who made up the unit to work so there would be a component of M3 available seven days a week.

Officers will also host “beat meetings,” at which residents can express their concerns to police. Those will be organized and held at least every two weeks in problem areas.

But the philosophy doesn’t begin and end with the Police Department.

Soon enough, Morrissey said, other department functions will be organized in similar fashion to what the police are doing with M3.

The Police Department was the first and the easiest to organize, mainly because many of the things the city would like to measure is available through the 911 center.

“Here, you have a record of everything,” he said. “In some other departments, things are tracked by elaborate databases, to spreadsheets, to Post-it notes.”

He said the city still needs a uniform reporting system. And while that’s being worked out, the city will continue to evaluate and refine its operations to make the city more responsive to residents’ needs.

“You’re ahead of the other divisions in the city of Rockford,” Morrissey told the assembly of officers.

Or 1000 could be the 10 percent amount. But that would be a pretty serious felony. Also, I think that if you bail someone out and pay the 10% that you are responsible for the other 90% if they skip bail. Not 100% sure but that is my impression.

When I visited I asked one of the girls what happened if they did not put out and thus get no tip. She said the girls get either $10, $15 or $20 depending on the length of the session. This way the girl gets something if all the guy wants is a lingerie show. If they are not picked and sit around doing nothing they get nothing. This was at CL across the street may be different. The total door fee was some thing like $42, $62 or $77 for a 20, 30 or 45 minutes session. I may be off a bit on the higher priced sessions. I choose the shortest one. They gave $2 off if you paid with cash.

I do NOT frequent these places. The total you have to pay is 2 to 3x what you can get a SW and a no-tel for. Plus you are out the door fee if you get a girl who does no extras. I tend to conserve my cash and avoid them. If you are rushed for time they are a better option.

Council officials have been paying private investigators thousands of dollars to have sex with prostitutes to gather the evidence needed to shut down illegal brothels.

Nine local councils in Sydney have spent around A$23,150 – approximately £9,000 - on these 'undercover agents' over the past three years in an attempt to root out the illicit trade.

One senior official admitted that extreme measures were necessary.

“We have to employ private investigators to actually go through with the act and come up with reports that will suffice in a court process,” said Nick Ebbeck, the mayor of Kuringai council.

I agree with you MQ. I have "shopped" most all of these LSs over the years, and find that the street is more value for your buck. Know the risks involved with the street, but there are risks with the shops and MPs too.

I was in R-Town yesterday and drove around the mobilehome parks on S 11th street. Was immediately spotted by a very desparate looking girl in a red Hyundai Accent. Two Rockford-area women ran a prostitution business out of a Hoffman Estates hotel for about six months until their arrest Friday night, according to law enforcement authorities.

Stephanie Schultz, 25, of Rockford, and Amber Williams, 29, of Cherry Valley, were arrested at the Red Roof Inn on Hassell Road when a hotel employee called police about suspected drug use and prostitution in their room, Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney Ryan Whitney said.

Schultz is charged with misdemeanor counts of keeping a place of prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia after authorities said they found plastic straws allegedly containing heroin residue.

Williams is charged with a misdemeanor count of prostitution and a felony heroin possession charge.

Police say Williams confessed to prostituting at the hotel for six months and said Schultz was in charge of the operation, Whitney said. Both were arrested when police went to the hotel room about 6 p.m. Friday and discovered numerous needles and baggies of heroin, Whitney said.

Schultz and Williams have numerous arrests for theft and drug possession over the past several years, Whitney said.

Public defender Dan Naranjo said both are unemployed, but Williams has a bachelor’s degree in business from Northern Illinois University and Schultz is a student at Olivet Nazarene University.

Cook County Judge Francis Glowacki ordered Williams held Saturday on a $25,000 bond. Schultz was given a $5,000 bond. Both defendants said they could not post their bonds, and no family members or friends were present in court Saturday.

Further information on the arrests was not available from the Hoffman Estates police department Saturday.

The Winnebago County Health Department and Rockford Police finalize their grant application to have another area named a 'Weed and Seed' site. The project's manager, Beverly Darsie, says they've already sent their letter of intent to the federal government. Now they're tweaking the final paperwork, which is due January 31st.

Phil Noble has owned 'Discount Cigarettes and Pop' for 6 years. He says the last 2 have been bad. "Since the new mayor come in, we've had 4 armed robberies here, 6 on Broadway and in the past month, we've been robbed 3 times."

Noble's 2 stores are part of what the city hopes will become its second weed and seed site, surrounded by State Street, 18th Avenue, the Rock River, and 11th Street. Police say it's Rockford's 2nd largest crime area. Darsie says, "It took us 2 years to receive our last 'Weed and Seed' so we are hoping that we will get the new one in the next 2 years."

But it's a competitive process. Rockford goes up against about 300 other sites. Darsie says, "But before we do that, we'll have to have a site visit from D.C. The manager of 'Weed and Seed' will come in, look over the area, just make sure what we said in the grant is really true."

The grant covers $175,000 for five years. Half of that goes to the police department to weed out crimes. The other half seeds in social services. Ricky Trago lives in that area. He says, "I think it'd be a good idea for the environment because there's all this crime going on and nothing else seems to control it."

For OP Nail owner Thao Bach, the 'Weed and Seed' designation could help business. He says the prostitution and drug problems are keeping customers away. "People don't want to come here to do business in this area."

Darsie says they'll find out about the grant in October.

I got a few PMs on the last trip report I did. Got one from a Senior Member with many reports and one from a Regular Member with a few reports. Both said they knew the girl I picked up and that she was lying. I figured out the lying part by myself. Just did not know how bad she was doing it.

The final PM was from a Regular Member who has no reports. He has been a member for almost 4 years. For unknown reasons he has never managed to contribute. I have gotten PMs from guys with no reports before. They often ask for a phone number of a girl I have reported on. I ignore them. This guy however told me that Biker Chic Jen was alive and well and not locked up. Said he had mentioned my report to her. She thought the whole thing was funny. I infered from his account that Jen is freinds with the gal I picked up.

I am just wondering why he, and I am guessing other guys reading this, you know who you are, who never contribute never contribute. Later, about 10 PM, I checked more completly. I must admit, boys, that I completly struck out. Between the increased law enforcement pressure, and the cold weather, I could find nana from one end to the other. And I hit the side streets, thought "outside the box" and went inside several cigarette stores and bars. Guess the young ones were picked up previously, and the senior citizens were sweep up last Friday night. I must admit guys, I have been hanging around the Rockford street scene for 11 years now, and I have never seen it this quiet. I KNOW there are providers out there available because I talk to them and to people who know them, but I could find nothing on Rockford's streets last night. Slim Pickins!

Had something like this happen to me on more than one occasion. But not with the asking for bond money part. If I found a girl who turned out to be to ugly or old or high and just did not want her, even though I stopped fro her I would tell her "Sorry I though you were someone I knew." About half the time the lady in question would just walk away disappointed I had not gottne her. The other half of the time she would ask who, I would generally make up a name. Say I was looking for Suzie. Although occasionally I would get something like "I dont know her" often times I would get the "she got busted and is in jail" or "she just got picked up by another guy and wont be back for awhile" statement. Which was often followed by the "I can do whatver she was going to do for you" Since the reason I said I was looking for Suzie in the first place is that I did not want her I would reply " Suzie owes me money, if you want you can pay me and collect it from Suzie when she gets back / let out of jail" I was never suprised when the girl did not volunteeer to pay me. So this girl Meghan or whatever was just making sure you gave your money to her not Jenny.

I have noticed the same thing. Makes you wonder how it is that these same women can be so obvious yet never seem to get busted. IMO it's probably better not to know.

I think this is the sme reason that they only put pictures of ugly giels on the Peoria Police website. Longtime lurker. Been checking this forum out every couple of months or so for a couple of years. I never got a screen name to look at pictures since I have a 486 at home with a slow modem, so I surf the web with "display images" turned off and this site has been blocked from the computer at work. It has sexual oriented content you know. Read the rant last night and was guilted into becoming a first time poster. Spent some time last night working on this one. Hopefully you will put up with some poor spelling and bad grammar. Think this is going to be the most I have written since I was in college.

I've been picking up Rockford girls since I moved here about 8 years ago. I try to find a good one and use her until she disappears. All the ones I knew and liked seemed to have vanished. As a few guys here have noticed there are not many out any more. Saw the pictures of a few of these on the TV news last week, in my opinion they do not look any better than the girls I have picked up on the street. Hopefully the length of this report will make up for not having posted in the past.

Here is my reports on a few of the Rockford girls I have seen a few times or made memorable impressions on me. I have never done anything illegal like give them money in exchange for sex. Although when they were particularly nice to me I have been known to help them with their non-prescription medications.

Jenny- thin dark hair. Start with one who I has been talked about a bit on here. I have met the girl I think is known as Biker Chic Jen a couple times. Never knew she had anything to do with bikers until reading about her on here. Wonder if she knows she has that nickname among the guys who have picked her up? Perhaps the girls talk about the guys they met and have made up names like "bald car salesmen" for us? I do know that a few of the girls out there know about guys talking about them online. One I met was upset her picture was online. I first met Jenny a couple years ago. She is a nice girl. At that time she said she had recently broken up with her long time boyfriend and was out raising money for college. Thought she was much younger than she is and had not developed her tits yet. Turns out she is just not well endowed, I like that better than the big fake tits porn stars buy. She is what we used to call a "stuffer" when I was in high school, wears a very padded bra. I saw her again last summer. Thought she was her friend Meghan who I had been seeing regularly. Was told that she was now a lesbian and that Meghan was her girlfriend. Her name escapes me now, Vic Powers' report made me forget it. I'll remember it next week or something.

Blonde girl from Byron- as I just said can't think of her name. She seems to come out and will see her almost everytime I am cruising for a month or two. She then disappears for the better part of a year. As far as I know she has not gone to County. When I first met her she was a real cutie and sweetheart. Time and drugs have had her looking a lot older and rougher and caused her to become jaded and unpleasant, drugs have changed her personality for the worse. I've heard she has gotten about a half dozen guys who have picked her up to fall for her. A couple of them have even paid the rent for her in crappy apartments near the cruising area. Guess she does something to upset them so they stop paying the rent and she moves. She has had 4 or 5 homes since I have met her. Last time I saw her was last fall. Picked her up and took her to the notel. She got undressed. It looked like she had caught something I did not want to catch. Told her I could not perform since I was not planning on picking anyone up, I had not taken my medication and was unable to rise to the occasion. She was OK with that since I had already paid her and did not ask for my money back. Dropped her off near where Meghan lived before she went away. This was on 16th St not too far from the Flea Market. I think heroin is her drug of choice not crack, she still had good teeth last time I saw her. I will pass on her if I see her again.

Andrea- Cute redhead. She also had a fake name she liked to give like Ginger or something. Saw her a few times a couple of years ago. She indicated she knew Meghan. She was a hard core druggie. Second time I saw her took her to a hotel she was staying at up in Love's Park. Did the deed, then she decided she needed to shoot up, before getting dressed. Only time I have seen this done. This appeared to me to be a very complicated procedure. Good thing heroin addiction is not contagious. While she was preparing her medication she demanded that I start fingering her pussy. After she was good and high she got real horny and we fucked again, she acted like she had forgotten we had already done it. No complaints from me. She did not want anymore $$$. Not sure what happened to her, know she went to jail, not sure why. Since I have not seen her in a long time this may have turned into a trip to prison. She was fun and cute.

Erin- Blonde and thin, fairly tall. Was seeing her for several years. Only girl who I have felt comfortable enough with to take home with me. Hey it is cheaper and safer than a hotel. I am smart enough to know not to do this the first time I meet a girl. Erin worked in one of the Lingerie places, but hit the streets when business was slow. At one point was seeing her 2 or 3 times a month. She has a couple little boys to support and their dad does not contribute to their upkeep. She was supporting him. She claimed he was looking for a job and she was proud of the fact that he did watch their kids when she was out with other guys. Seems most of these girls have a knack for getting knocked up by losers. She was however open to the idea of doing a threesome, but it would be the type I was hoping for. Her boyfriend who knew what she was up to always wanted to do it with her and another guy. I passed and it was never brought up with her again. Saw in the R R Star she was arrested last year and shortly after that she stopped answering her phone. Other Jenny- this might not be her real name, she referred to herself as something else once when she used my phone to make a call. She has dirty blonde hair, is in her mid 20's and has a few tats. First picked her up last spring and saw her about half a dozen times. She really liked talking about life on the street, the guys she had seen both the losers she was dating and ones who picked her up as well as the other girls out on the street. Some of the info I have on the other girls comes from her so it has been influenced by her opinion of them. Like many of these girls she is into drugs big time. I know she went to County a few times was released, but did not have anywhere to go. Told me County is not an enjoyable home. Jenny kept hooking up with guys who were losers and took advantage of her big time. She also knew Meghan, Jenny (flat chested one), the blonde from Byron and Sarah fairly well. She had nothing nice to say about Sarah. Jenny told me that Sarah had been a catalyst for her, Meghan and the girl from Byron getting into drugs and becoming prostitutes. Everyone needs a good career guidance counselor. She was also a bit jealous of the chic from Byron. Jenny had met one of the guys who had fallen for her, but she was treating him poorly. Jenny was really annoyed that she was never able to get any nice guys to fall for her and that she kept hooking up with losers. Think she has been arrested once again and is in County since I have not seen her out since the weather turned cold.

Ursala- another blonde girl looks a bit like Erin. Saw her a couple of times in late 2005. First time I saw her thought she was Erin, who I had not heard from in a few months. Ursala is cute but when she opens her mouth it looks like she is from eastern Kentucky where they invented the toothbrush. If it had been invented anywhere else it would have been called a teethbrush. Very into sex and is what I have learned from here is called GFE. I would like to see her again but think she has been locked up. The last time I saw her she told me she would be going to court on charges of credit card fraud. She was innocent of that, but guilty of being real stupid. Her ex-boyfriend who was in prison was the guilty party but she was going to take the blame for him since she did not want to anger him.

Melissa- cute blonde works at one of the Lingerie Shops don't know what name she uses there or remember which place it is. She is from southern Illinois and was staying at the hotel on State St they recently closed down when she was in town working. Had no drivers licence (DUI) so she stayed in town for a few weeks then got someone to drive her home for a week. Suspect she went home during her time of the month. First caught her while she was walking "home" from work. Wanted more than a SW normally does but was much cleaner than most. Did not give her as much as I have heard the girls charge at the LS. Took her to a hotel up in Loves Park where she and a friend, think friend's name was also Erin, were staying. Erin was a real hottie, would have picked her over Amanda given the choice. Erin left while we did it. Amanda made up in performance what she lacked in looks. Not into drugs as far as I could tell but told me she had dropped out of high school after getting pregnant. There have been more, as some of you know girls come and go. These are the most memorable ones and ones that I have seen more recently. There were a few more average girls I picked up once early last year before the sweeps stared whose name I have now forgotten. Every so often I pick up a girl I do not think I have seen before. I have made no effort to judge the merits of the reports, some are inquires, some comments on other reports. A fair number of the ones I made are reprints of news articles of interest. The last two photos I posted have each received over 1000 views! Even if 90% of the guys looking at them are ones who just saw the preview in the photo gallery and wanted a better look, this means that there are over 100 Rockford guys looking. At least 70 have not contributed this year. Of the 75 reports 47 of them (more than 62%) were made by the top 9 contributors. I got tired of counting and figured the start of the year was a good place to stop.

Last year we got a new topic at year's end and the old reports were archived, why did this not happen?

I'm an administrator on a message board and the ratio of lurkers to posters is 10-1. Its the nature of the beast and if you consider the stigma of being a monger its not surprising that it would be much higher on a mongering site.

Also I lurk on a ton of areas and don't post. I travel for work so I read and check out areas where I will go.

Also I'm a sporatic monger. I only occasinally do the street scene. Even when I do that I am likely to do it as a safari. I like to watch mongers pick up girls and see where they go. For some reason that flips my trigger. That means I don't have a lot to post yet I view.

Im much more comfortable with AMP's or craigslist with an occasionaly high priced escort. That kind of information is better found on other message boards that I frequent.

Mister Quick. You and I have conversed many times on other boards. I live in the Rockford area, but rarely post because I have nothing to report. I don't monger on the streets and generally "do my thing" outside of Rockford. I don't necessarily think that because people aren't posting here, that they're all lurkers. I occasionally go to Iowa and will check those boards. But it doesn't mean I'm a lurker, or not contributing. A lot of the names on your list post in other places besides Rockford. And let's admit it, Rockford is pretty damn dead after all the AMPs shutdown and all the sweeps that have happened. Not a whole lot to report period. It justs to me a waste of time to report a sighting when by the time it hits the board, she's probably on the other end of town. Doesn't mean she's camping out there.
Let's just accept the board for what it is and not be concerned about how many posts you, I or Joe Blow has.

I never took into account the guests. My rant was not directed at people who post here or in other areas. I have also read boards of areas that I might be going to, have been to or are relatively close. I have been to Decatur once, got lucky there, made a report and still read the new ones to keep informed in case I go back.

From what I understand there is another board just like this for foreign countries, but you either have to pay or contribute to join it. Maybe something like that for this one would get more people to contribute. Or at least not lurk and waste expensive bandwidth.

I was just getting rather annoyed that only a few people there ever post anything, useful or not. Almost everytime I make a report about a girl I have had an encounter with I get PMs asking for contact info. These usually come from guys who have ZERO posts. I ignore them. The last report I did about a girl I met in Rockford got me 3 PMs. One was from a senior member, another from a regular member who has some posts. Both told me they thought they knew the girl I met. A third was from a guy with zero posts, but has been a lurker for over 3 years. He said the girl I met was lying about Jenny. She was not in jail since he had seen her earlier in the week. He is the one that really got me annoyed since he has been out picking up girls and thus should have had something to report but never has. Not sure why.

Well I guess the Rockford City Fathers have reached their goal. I was out and about in beautiful R'town both Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening and found nothing worthy of stopping for!

I hit the high spots, and I hit the low spots. I was "inside the box" and I was "outside the box". I hit several bars and eateries, thinking that it was just the cold weather that drove people inside. I even cruised several notels and known parking places, hoping for some "seconds". No luck anyplace. Seriously, I saw a few shanks, and a few 'suspects' but nothing that I was remotely interested in.

For my money, Rockford is closed down. Even after 9PM on a Sunday night, there was nada out there that I could find. Not even a strong LEO presence either. If you don't have a good address book at this point guys, you're in trouble. Or you can depend on CL or escorts, I guess.

Went out Saturday and Monday evenings and found no action. As World said the the city fathers reached their goal. I tried the CL route and set up a meet with "strawberry blonde" or "Anna". I realize that anything is possible but the whole thing doesn't ring true to me.I have seen Ashlee twice when she was a little cheaper. Was out and about in Rockford Wed evening, and things are looking up. Maybe I was too grim in my report from Sunday. About 9:30 last evening, I crusied from Charles down 7th, accross Broadway, and down 11th. I saw an familar BSW named Cheri standing near the PayMaster Pawn Shop on 7th, looking better than she has in years. We talked for a minute, but I was not in the market as I had already had my "ashes hauled" if you know what I mean.

I drove across B'way and saw a familiar face near Parmale. Not certain because of the bundled up winter coats, but it sure looked like Jen of 'Biker Chick Jen" fame here on this board. I am normally an optimist BUT...have cruised R-town twice in the last six afternoons and can remote: NADA, ZIP, ZILCH, NUZZIN'.

Given the return to more clement weather, I expected some uptick, but there wasn't any. Saw a girl who I thought was a veteran sitting in one of the rear booths at the McDonald's at the west end of Broadway but upon closer inspection, it wasn't her. Sting nets 10 prostitution arrests

ROCKFORD — An undercover sting Wednesday resulted in 10 people being arrested and charged with prostitution.

In total, 11 criminal charges were filed in the multi-agency operation in which undercover officers posed as customers.

Among those arrested and charged were Rebecca L. Dufoe, 34; Mary Ann Short, 35; Johann E. Poillon, 46; Patricia A. Smith, 48; Tina M. Hursh, 46; Teresa L. Horton, 38; Diana M. Gilbertson, 33; Joyce L. Hocking, 43; Felicia M. Meyer, 44; Tricia M. Oaks, 25; and a juvenile.

Hocking, DuFoe, Short and Poillon were charged with felony prostitution.

The sting was carried out by Rockford police and the Winnebago County state’s attorney’s office.

Not a lot to report on since last time. Seems the Rockford PD is determined to make sure no one has adult fun anymore. I suspect from the number of you guys who appear live out of Rockford who do post on here that there is nowhere within an hour or so drive of Rockford where adult fun can be had. Have read about the places in Belvidere. Correct me if I am wrong, my impression of those is that they are expensive and not everything a guy wants is offered.

First time I went out cruising last month had to call a halt to my activities. Noticed I had a burnt out headlight. I did not want to stick around the area and give the cops a real reason to pull me over. This turns out to have been a blessing in disguise. Read in the paper they did a sweep that night.

That evening I did see a girl I been with before but had not seen out in a long time. Did not report on her since she was in my opinion bad news who I was trying to forget. She looked a lot worse for wear since I had seen her last a couple of years ago, she remembered me and was making a scene while I ignored her. Luckily that did the trick and Jenny stopped calling. So my warning to others is don't cruise in a vehicle with your name and phone number on it.

Went out searching a couple of other times, only got lucky once. Picked up a girl named Chris whom I had not seen before. Found her on 11th St, she is thin, small breasts and told me she was 30-something. Bit older than I like them, but no other girls were out. Got to the notel and would have to say she was either fudging a bit on her age or else drugs have hit her real hard, also detracting were some stretch marks from kids. All right guys. Something was going on last night on the upper stroll. At that little cop sub-station at 6th Avenue and 7th Street, a lot was going on! At least 4 unmarked cars, two marked cars, the big white CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT bus, and a regular paddy wagon were all parked on 6th, west of 7th. The street was closed off from 7th to the RR tracks. A large van with satellite hookup pulled up while I was observing. Could only see 3 or 4 cops, so the drivers of all those vehicles were SOMEPLACE ELSE.

Menwhile, there was no one to be found north of Broadway at all. All the street people were "ducking and covering" if you know what I mean. Passed by the intersection several times (as many times as I dared, not to attract attention) in the 9-10 PM time slot, and saw no more activity. Just a lot of vehicles, and no people. Perhaps they were using the sub-station as a staging area for an operation going on elsewhere in the city or maybe something else. In any event, it certaintly quieted any mongering activity on the upper stroll, if it needed to be quieted even more.

Found some prospects on the lower stroll. Two at the store at 15th Ave and 11th street. Another young one walking near 18th and 11th. One walking and looking depserate near Penny Pincher, walking south on 11th. Stopped and talked to Bev, but she was jonesing too much to be interesting to me.

Be interested to know if anyone sees anything in the local paper about police sweeps or anything Thursday night in Rockford.

Was in Rockford last night, and hit the streets early, in the 6:30 to 7:30 time slot. Main strolls were very quiet, not a lot of people out either street people or LEO. Thought the good weather would increase activity but maybe I was too early in the evening.

Did visit with an old friend Jessica, who has been a guest of the County, and then in recovery. She is out, and appeared to be relapsing. Woman found dead under debris outside Rockford business

ROCKFORD — A woman believed to be in her 30s was found dead Tuesday afternoon outside a Seventh Street business. Winnebago County Coroner Sue Fiduccia said an autopsy will be performed this morning.

The woman’s name is being withheld pending notification of family.

There were no signs of obvious trauma, but police are calling the death “suspicious.”

Employees of Paris Construction, 710 Seventh St., reported the incident to police about 3:10 p.m. after they found the woman partly clothed and partly concealed under a pile of construction debris in the northwest corner of the business, Rockford Deputy Police Chief Greg Lindmark said.

“We don’t know how long she’s been there,” Lindmark said. “Longer than 24 or 48 hours.”

Despite the recent warm spell, Lindmark said the woman’s body was frozen, which might have helped preserve it.

“The body is still in the frozen state,” Lindmark said. “Too frozen to examine.

“The debris had been stacked up there for some time. The last time an employee went to this area of the yard was four to six weeks ago.”

Lindmark said the woman is known by police.

The Seventh Street and Railroad Avenue business district also is known by police to be a haven for prostitution.

Midtown District Association CEO Bill Mohr, whose office is in the remodeled railroad depot across the street from Paris Construction, called the woman’s death “unfortunate.” But Mohr was quick to praise the efforts of police, who have conducted numerous sweeps over the past 11 months. Initially, the sweeps were netting as many as 30 to 40 arrests, but a Jan. 26 prostitution sting netted only 10 arrests, suggesting the sweeps are having an effect.

“The police don’t identify this street as a hot spot for prostitutes anymore,” Mohr said. “The incidents of prostitution have gone way down. Are there still prostitutes out here? Yes. But police have done a fantastic job.”

Seeing the newspaper article mentioning that the sweeps were having the desired effect, and the fact that guys on here have been having trouble getting lucky, I decided to do a bit of research. I got lucky my one trip to town so far this year. Results of my research show that there are fewer girls avialable since many of them have been placed in storage (prison). I started doing IDOC searches of the girls mentioned in police articles last summer. Got to 20 girls who are in prison before even getting through the names in three sweeps. A few were not there for prostitution but for other things, drugs popped up a lot and saw one robbery charge. Here are their pics, stopped at 20 since that is all that can be posted in two reports. Maybe your favorite girl is here! This does not count the girls who have been sent to drug rehab or are still in Winnebago County.

Here are 10 more girls that were available last summer but won't be for awhile. I have met one of the women here. I got bored and stopped searching. Judging from results so far and the number of sweeps they have had I would guess there are another 30-40 girls in the big house. Plus it is my understanding that a few of the smarter ones have found a sugar daddy or two and are just seeing them.

Checked out the normalareas Wed, about 4PM and again after 8PM. Not much to report. VEry little activity on either of the 'former' strolls. This new guy really seems to have closed it down. Or maybe the finding of that Mary Ann Smith's body Tuesday has everyone just scarred inside.

In any event, could only find a few suspects. Two BSWs on 15th, near the river and the new ball field, waiving at cars. One WSW on 11th just south of Charles, about 8PM looking at all cars passing. No one worth stopping for. Depressing!

The Winnebago County coroner’s office has identified the woman whose body was found Tuesday in the 700 block of Seventh Street.

Coroner Sue Fiduccia said Wednesday that Mary Ann Smith, 35, had no signs of trauma, and the cause of her death was not yet clear.

Toxicology results are pending, which may give investigators a better idea of what led to Smith’s death.

This article does not have any comments associated with it. Fiduccia said Smith appeared to have died between about four and six weeks ago.

She was found by construction workers partly clothed and partly concealed under a pile of construction debris at Paris Construction, 710 Seventh St., near the northwest corner of the business.

I was informed last nite that the Mary in question who's body was found was none other than the girl known as "Crazy Mary", whom I believe we inducted into the unofficial Rockford SW Hall of Fame recently. Dead 4-6 weeks and no trauma sounds like exposure to me. I never knew her personally, and honestly, I never wanted to. Yet I still feel some loss and sorrow for her. You'd think someone could have let her in out of the cold.

Been out a lot recently, thought the brief reprise we had from winter last week might have brought some girls out. No such luck. I have no working phone numbers so it sucks in a bad way. Lisa seems to have vanished again, she had mentioned she was on parole so I am guessing she may have done something stupid and gotten sent "away" again. I see from a couple of the newer reports on here that lots of these girls are "away". Are there any pictures here that are worth the minute or two that it takes to view them?

"They" do not have enough money here to keep the streets fixed and want to raise taxes yet they seem to have more than enough money to arrest these girls and house them at taxpayers expense, simply cuz they are up front about what it will take for them to put out. Found a a girl who was not quite sure about on 8th St around 4th Ave. She seemed to be lingering but did not act like a SW. After passing her for about the 4th time I pulled over about 100 feet from her. Sure enough she walked over to my car. Rolled down my window and asked if I could help her. She said "I'm a ***** and thought you wanted to give me money for sex." OK Every other girl I have found seems to be a bit less to the point. Told her to get in and we took off.

She told me her name was Jenny, there are lots of them out there! She is about 5' 4" or so a bit overweight but not by much, starwberry blonde hair and nice sized tits. She also looks like under age. Ask her how old she is and she tells me 18, she then digs around in her purse and pulls out her DL it has a different name on it (tells me that is her real one). It says she turned 18 last month. She tells me she is new at this. I have guessed so by now. Ask her how much she wants and she says $20. Ask her what that is for and she replies, oh if that is too much make it $10. I'll do anything I want as long as we use a rubber and I don't hurt her. Both things I would do normally. Cool. This one could be fun and cheap.

Ask her if she is prsssed for time. She says she is since she needs to come up with $50 that she owes her friends she is staying with when she gets home. I am the first guy who has picked her up. I offer her a proposal. I pay for a hotel room for the night, she stays the whole night with me and I give her $10 for everytime she gets me to cum. She is a bit reluctant to agree but finally does so provided I take her to work by 11AM this morning.

No desire to go into all the details but we managed to do it 3 times last night (leaving me totally drained). A 19-year-old Saudi woman who was kidnapped, beaten and gang raped by seven men who then took photos of their victim and threatened to kill her, was sentenced under the country's Islamic-based law to 90 lashes for the crime of being alone with a man not related to her.

The woman is appealing to Saudi King Abdullah to intervene in the controversial case. "I ask the king to consider me as one of his own daughters and have mercy on me and set me free from the 90 lashes," the woman said in an emotional interview published Monday in the Saudi Gazette. "I was shocked at the verdict. I couldn't believe my ears. Ninety lashes! Ninety lashes!" the woman, identified only as "G," told the English-language newspaper.

Five months after the harsh judgment, her sentence has yet to be carried out, "G" said she waits in fear every day for the phone call telling her to submit to authorities to carry out her punishment. Lashes are usually spread over several days. About 50 lashes are given at a time.

The woman's ordeal began a year ago when she was blackmailed into meeting a man who threatened to tell her family they were having a relationship outside wedlock, which is illegal in the desert kingdom.

She met the man at a shopping mall and, after driving off together, the blackmailer's car was stopped by two other cars bearing men wielding knives and meat cleavers. During the next three hours, the woman was raped 14 times by her seven captors. One of the men took pictures of her naked with his mobile phone and threatened to blackmail her with them. Back at home in a town near the eastern city of Qatif, the young woman did not tell her family of her ordeal. Nor did she inform the authorities, fearing the rapist would circulate the pictures of her naked. She also attempted suicide.

Five of the rapists were arrested and given jail terms ranging from 10 months to five years. The prosecutor had asked for the death penalty for the men. The Saudi justice ministry, however, said rape could not be proved because there were no witnesses and the men had recanted confessions they made during interrogation. The judges, basing their decision on Islamic law, also decided to sentence the woman and her former lover to lashes for being alone together in his car.

Carpenter’s Place, an agency with a variety of homeless services, will conduct a memorial service for a woman whose frozen body was found last week in the lot of a Seventh Street business. Mary Ann Smith, 35, was a longtime guest at Carpenter’s Place shelter, according to a statement from the shelter’s directors.

The memorial service will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Carpenter’s Place, 1149 Railroad Avenue. Pastor Jeff Peterson of Rockford Reachout Jail Ministry will conduct the service, which will include readings from scripture, a eulogy, music and time for mourners to share memories of Smith.

She was a homeless prostitute who swapped school for the streets when she was 15. She was an addict, a product of a painful past that kept her chained to drugs and booze. But Mary Ann Smith’s life was a contradiction.

Those closest to her said she was a loving, giving Christian who made many attempts at reform but whose unresolved mental illness ultimately kept her trapped in her own tragedy.

Smith’s friends mourned her Thursday, more than a week after authorities found her partially clothed body under a pile of construction debris near a Seventh Street business. Her body showed no signs of trauma, but the cause of her death is unknown.

The Winnebago County coroner’s office is waiting for toxicology results, but Smith, 35, probably died six to eight weeks before she was found, Coroner Sue Fiduccia said Thursday.

“It never dawned on me that it was Mary,” said her aunt, Beth Ann Lindhe, one of at least 100 mourners who packed an upstairs room Thursday at Carpenter’s Place, spilling into the hallway for a chance to hear and share memories of Smith. “My heart sank. I felt like a piece of my heart from my childhood was gone.”

Lindhe, who grew up with Smith, spoke of Smith’s troubled childhood, which was wrought with abuse. Smith was born in Freeport but grew up in Rockford. The adventurous youth was a daredevil who took pride in riding her bike with no hands and found joy in playing dress-up. She left Harlem High School when she was 15 and spent the next two decades on the streets.

“It just kind of escalated from there,” Lindhe said. “The disease of drugs and alcohol overcame her more than anything.”

Smith’s family tried to reach out to her, but nothing seemed to stick, Lindhe said. Workers at Carpenter’s Place and other social agencies Smith frequented said they were drawn to her warm personality and grew close to her as she struggled with her demons.

“If we could have gotten her addictions addressed and her mental health addressed, she would have had a better life,” said Cathy Barsema, the agency’s director of guest services. Barsema said Smith’s life highlights the struggle homeless people face when they seek help but lack insurance or income.

Those close to Smith thought she’d come clean when she enrolled in a drug and alcohol program through a Chicago convent in 2002, Barsema said. Smith stayed there six months.

But a trip to Rockford to mend unresolved legal issues sent her spiraling backward, and she never returned, Barsema said.

Throughout her woes, Smith had hope, friends said. She loved to give gifts when she could and longed to help those who helped her, friend Ruth Fairchild said. When vandals slashed tires and keyed a line of parked cars on Seventh Street, Smith jumped atop Fairchild’s car to protect it.

Her eyes would light up at life’s simplest pleasures, like a new dress or a daytime outing with Carpenter’s Place. She went to church and read the Bible when she could, friends said.

With a smile and a laugh, she’d seem upbeat, Lindhe said. But Smith never overcame her troubles.

“Mary was a person who was very giving,” Fairchild said. “She just wanted to have love returned to her.”

Yes, MQ, that is the girl I always knew as Crazy Mary. She was a fixture on the Rockford Strolls for years, at least 10 or so. She was tall, maybe 5'9" or so, and had a decent figure in her youth, before the street and the drugs stole it away from her.

I remember seeing her riding her bike up and down 7th the past 2-3 years. She was too scary looking to work the street, and probably in rehab. I have spoken to her many times, and my impression was obivously M-D. She could change from nice and friendly to an attack mode in a second. Lately she was angry all the time.

Mose vivid menory of Mary was from 5-6 years ago when she was still trying to work the streets. She would stand at the corner of 7th and 6th Ave(I think) just north and down the hill from the VFW, and on the other side of the street. She would flash her "fried egg" chest at passing cars trying to interest a monger. With me it had the opposite effect. But she would do it for hours.

She was a sad case, may she rest in peace.

I know the Golden Touch is the subject of a lot of laughs, but I have had some good times in there. If any of you like large breasts, I encourage you to stop in at night and see if Jill is working. This lady's top defies gravity and she's easily over 50. She's an all natural D or DD. She's got short, chopped hair and during the lineup usually doesn't wear anything that shows off her boobs. Someone correct or confirm this, but I believe "Jill" at Golden Touch long ago worked at C'est La Vie. I can't recall what name she worked under back then but she had spectacular hooters. She also always had a great attitude.

There also was a story about her back then that she formerly had been one of the leading domiatrixes in a major Midwestern city. So good that supposedly one afternoon, an elderly judge being made to atone for his transgressions Bit The Radish while under her whip.

The tale continued that the Judge's remains were moved to the back of a nearby bar where paramedics were summoned and the official story became that he succumbed to a heart attack while eating lunch with some legal chums.

Have not been out that way since returning to Chicago area (will be visiting soon, that's for sure) but I understand it is reversed now. GT only open at night, ERS only during day.

Cruising Tues and Wed nights in R-town (after "Idol"). Some surprising results, especially outside a Speedway station up on the North Side.

Recognized an old provider named Carrie in the store. Made eye contact, lingered in my car until she came out. I smiled, she smiled. I unlocked my door and she got in. We chatted.

She told me that some of her old colleagues have basically been wokring indoor spots almost all winter. In particular, she named a bowling alley not far from downtown, a bar south on Kishwaukee, a pool hall on the north side and a very lively club way over on E. State.

She also said that a woman named "Bobbie" from Chicago was behind much of the posted visiting talent on Craigslist. Said that the woman has taught her girls a simple yet effective screening system that centers on the return phone number. She would not give me the entire code.

I did not partake although she gave me her new digits. She also said that one of Rockford's finest had been quietly disciplined recently for "unprofessional behavior" during one of the sweeps earlier this year. She named no names but said he is back on the streets and known to lurk behind the VFW on 7th.

All in all, very interesting.

I have known this girl from the street for about four years. When we first met, she was sharing a place just SW of the Paradise on Broadway. As time went on, we'd go to McD's on Kishwaukee or Taco Bell on 11th before or after doing whatever deeds. She never stopped being a hustler but there were periodic small windows for normal human chit-chat.

Time has not been good to Carrie. She is stiill a blue-eyed blonde, but has gone from about 5-6, 120 to 5-6, 160 or so. She was more than willing to go dally the other evening at Speedway but I never really bit.

I also have to say, I was so far north and out of normal stroll mode that I was caught quite off guard.

Things did not go well for me with "Jenny" I had hoped to make her my regular and avoid having to cruise the streets. No such luck.

I picked her up at work as planned. She was really pissed of at me. Claims I should have paid her more than I did for spending the night with her the night we met. I had given her more than we had agreed on and bought her a meal so go figure. She gave no indication how she came to this conclusion. Maybe another girl she met on the street or maybe it was from another guy who picked her up. I am hoping no one on here goes around telling a girl she should charge more! Even if she is a good deal. I have often wondered if the girls talk among themselves in order to set prices and maybe warm each other about guys to avoid and ones that treat them OK.

We had planned to spend the night for this date. "Jenny" was still open to the idea but insisted that I pay her $300 for her company. Told her this was more than I was willing. Got into a bit of an argument. She was upset about the fact I did not want to go ahead as planned at the higher price and I did not like her price more than tripling. Wound up agreeing to take her to the notel and doing it once for $50, well within the norm for a younger white girl. She was much more uninspired than she was the first time and was still obviously upset at me.

Despite this made arrangements with her for another quickie on Friday. Showed up at her work and she was not there. Was told she had not shown up for work the last few times she was supposed to and the boss now considered her a former employee should she show up again. Too bad. I hope nothing bad happened to her. My guess is she decided she will make more getting $50 to lie on her back for an hour and have fun than getting $8 an hour or whatever they pay at her job. I have not seen her out butkeeping my eye out for her.

Not much else to report. "Jenny" was the only girl I saw since my last report. I have been out looking a few times but have not seen any girls out at all. I did see the write up in the paper about 2 weeks ago about the valiant efforts of the Rockford PD to keep us safe by devoting lots of time and energy to another sweep. They got less than a dozen girls. Did not see it reported here. "Jenny" was not the 18 year old mentioned in the newspaper. Maybe now that the cops have two murders to investigate they will try to solve those instead of hasseling any girl who has been too lucky or smart to wind up in jail. For you guys who do not read the paper everyday, the latest murder was in the cruising area. The victim sound like a real winner. The police arrested him on drug charges the day before he got killed and for loitering the day he was murdered.

San Bernardino, CA a city perhaps best known for meth labs and the Hells Angels, has been bleeding money for over a decade in its tilting against windmills fight against the Flesh Club, which bills itself as Southern Californias Ultimate Showgirl Experience.

While these types of fights play themselves out in communities across the country (perhaps most notoriously in San Diego where officials were bribed), the tussle in San Bernardino has taken almost comic proportions. Despite spending $587,496 in legal fees, San Bernardino has racked up a dismal record against the Flesh Club.

Its one victory came in 1995 when a local judge issued a restraining order against the club, saying its location wasn't zoned for nude dancing. The club shut down. A Superior Court judge overruled the decision a year later. The city appealed, and in 1999 a state court ruled San Bernardino had not proved that the club negatively affected the neighborhood. It also declared that the city ordinances used to close it were unconstitutional.

The Flesh Club reopened in 1999 and sued for lost revenue. A jury awarded it $1.4 million in 2004 despite finding that prostitution had occurred inside. The case is being appealed to the state Supreme Court.

The red brick club sits in the middle of busy Hospitality Lane ,arguably the nicest commercial street in an otherwise struggling town, with a big sign proclaiming "Flesh Showgirls, Total Nude, Open 7 Days." Its very presence seems to taunt a city that has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and launched many covert operations to expose illicit sexual activity within its dimly lighted rooms. Over the years, according to court testimony, authorities have tried repeatedly to trip up the club:

Undercover police officers, sometimes in wheelchairs to hide cameras, filmed dancers who appeared to be having sex together;.

Sandra Margot-Escott, who spent 20 years as a stripper and also starred in porn films as Tiffany Million, testified she was hired to work undercover as a dancer in the club by Arias, the city's attorney.

Now a bounty hunter and private investigator, Margot-Escott testified that club managers said whatever she did in the VIP room was between her and the patron as long as they got their $45 cut from the $120 fee. She also said that one dancer, who identified herself as a high school student, was charging $800 for sex.

"My experience at the Flesh Club was unlike any I had ever had working in this industry, and it was the first time I've ever worked at a club where there were not only no ground rules , but even when I asked about the rules, they were not given to me," Margot-Escott told jurors.

Raquel Gomez, who danced at the club before becoming a Christian evangelist, testified to routinely having sex with customers.

She said almost every dancer did, and the patrons expected it. Her price was $200. Most women had a sliding scale of fees depending on the sex acts, she said in court.

Gomez said the inauguration of private rooms several years ago made things even easier. Dancers now didn't have "to fight for the darkest corner" where they often had sex just inches away from other couples, she testified in July. The privacy "gave me more freedom," she said. "It impacted me financially because I made more money."

As in all spy craft, agents were sometimes compromised.

In the latest effort to close the club the city hired private detectives to go undercover . It turns out some of them were incapable of observing the strict limits put on what types of activities they were allowed to engage in as part of the investigation.

At a recent hearing in the latest case the city filed against the Flesh Club, three men hired by the city as private investigators told tales of aggressive groping, explicit propositions, and in one case full-blown sex with dancers. The sex divulged in the testimony was never supposed to happen - one investigator said he lost control.

Duane Minard, 45, a licensed private investigator and former Riverside County sheriff's deputy, testified that he visited the Flesh Club on reconnaissance missions three times in early and mid-December 2006. On all three occasions, Minard said, women at the club fondled him, implied or bluntly offered sexual services and performed simulated sex acts on him behind closed doors.

On his second visit, Minard testified, he went into a secluded "VIP" room with a dancer named Taren - and that's when he lost control. "She unzipped her gold and silver purse and pulled out a condom," Minard said softly. Prodded by prosecuting attorney Laura Tall Liu, Minard described in vivid detail how he engaged in sex for two to three minutes with Taren.

But his debt wasn't settled, Minard said. Up to that point, he said, he had paid the woman $300 for time and lap dances in the dark room. After having sex with her, he had to leave his driver's license with a bouncer for collateral while going to fetch $400 more from a nearby ATM. He only had $100 on him.

Altogether, he paid the dancer $800, Minard testified. While picking up the money, a frazzled Minard put in a call to the private investigation firm with which he was contracted, CI&S, which is owned by Robert Bittner. He told Bittner what had happened. "He wasn't very happy with me. He said I crossed the line," Minard told the court. "(But) I said I needed to pay, and he said he'd cover the costs."

When asked by one of the city's attorneys to explain his actions, Minard was at a loss. "I didn't have the time to clear my head, I was aroused. I was waiting for the cavalry to come over the hill," Minard said. "A cop way of thinking." GOOD THING HE WAS NOT HAVING A GUN POINTED AT HIM.

While Minard's testimony dominated the day's proceedings, he wasn't the only undercover investigator to report questionable activities at the club.

Brett Nichols, 29, testified that he too was paid $45 per hour to scope out the club. He said he went on the afternoon of Jan. 5 and purchaseda "totally nude" lap dance for $40 from a dancer named Daisy, after which she led him to a dim, secluded room. She groped him and offered to perform sex acts on him for $200, Nichols testified, adding that he declined.

Roger Jon Diamond, the attorney representing Flesh Club owner Ryan Welty, 33, labored to impugn Minard by highlighting contradictions in his testimony while drawing a direct connection between city funds and paid sex acts.

Minard subcontracted with Bittner's investigation firm, which was hired by Arias & Lockwood, a law firm, to investigate the club. The city hired Arias & Lockwood to bring the case against Flesh Club. Minard admitted to Diamond under cross-examination that he had billed the investigation firm for the $500 he paid for sex on Dec. 5. "Eventually the city of San Bernardino will have paid for the sex?" Diamond asked. No question the $300 for time in the back room is at taxpayer expense, it was a legtimate cost of the nvestigation.

Diamond also made a point of establishing that Minard was being paid by the investigating firm, and perhaps ultimately by the city, for his testimony. Minard denied that he took the stand for money, saying he did it because he "felt obligated."

"Knowing I overstepped the bounds of the investigation, I don't know if (Bittner) will be obligated to pay me (for the $500 sex)," Minard said.

Joseph Arias, the city's lead attorney in the case, said he had not decided whether to reimburse Bittner for Minard's sex bill. Minard went back to the club after his bosses interviewed him and were satisfied that he would not make the same mistake again. "I don't know, I'm inclined not to pay him," Arias said.

City Attorney James F. Penman said Minard would get no city money because he broke the law. Penman added that he has reported the incident to the District Attorney's Office.

"I decided immediately when I heard (about the sex) that we weren't going to be paying him. When he crosses that line, he's on his own," Penman said. "We don't need an undercover investigator to participate in a sexual act, but the fact that he did only further demonstrates what type of an establishment this is."

During a court recess, Diamond said the club had never been cited for prostitution and that he thought the city would ultimately foot the bill for Minard's $500 sex.

Welty, who sat in the audience for the entire day, was critical of the city's operations against his club. "Twelve years and hundreds of thousands of dollars against me and the city is still full of potholes," Welty said.

Given the incredible problems that San Bernardino faces (particularly that the citys numerous meth labs dont pay taxes), perhaps this is one fight it should walk away from.

Got a email last week from the vinelink service I mentioned a bit back tha another of the girls I likd in Rockford has been sent to the big house. This makes all 4 of the girls who I felt good enough with in Rockford to give ut my phone number and adress are lokced up in state run facilities. Had a silent chucle to myslef when I saw her on TV when in Rockford in January. She was listed on crimestoppers as being wanted on drug possession charges. Wonder if someone got the $1000 reward for turning her in? She however is now in Dwight on drugs charges and will be eligble for parole in Augist.

Attacing her IDOC mugsht, loos like someone else ha s posted a few of some other girls here. I recall a few of them. This is a diffeerent one than the one they had of her last week whe I checked, I did not save it, but she looks about 1000% better in this one than she did before. Time and drugs have not treated her well. Quite a shame since when I met her she was adamanty anti drug. I resized the picture to fit o the screen and also adjued the contrast of the picture. She moved in with relatives on the other side of town after her friends she was staying with in the stroll area were evicted for the second time in less than a year. Since then Jen has decided to turn her life around. She no longer does heroin, although she still is addicted to coffin nails. It seems to be much easier for a young woman to stop doing drugs when she is not associating with people who are, such as the friends she was staying with. Jen is also attempting to find a main stream job. Although she has had no luck in that area as of yet.

I'd say then that it is safe to assume that the board's interpretation of exactly who Biker Chic Jen is would be up for debate. As far as I know there has been no post of her photo here. Maybe Mister Quick can help us with that. If I remember correctly it is he who gave her the "Biker Chic" handle.

The Jen I know as Biker Chic Jen used to run with Meghan, both of whom are no longer in play. I know what I saw, and what I saw was the girl I know as Biker Chic Jen strolling her old haunts on the track. Who knows, maybe she was nostalgic and just doesn't want you to know. This was in the paper. I suspect no one on here will find the results all that surprising. This one still ounds suspicious to me since her body was concealed, if she had been seeking refuge from the cold then she would not have been partially clothed. Just my opinion. Rockford PD most likely does not want this classified as a murder since then they would have to investigate and take time away from their other more productive activities.

A homeless woman whose body was found near a Seventh Street business last month had cocaine in her system, toxicology reports revealed this week.

Mary Ann Smith, 35, was found March 13 partially clothed and concealed in a pile of construction debris outside Paris Construction, 710 Seventh St. Early reports from the Winnebago County coroner’s office indicated that Smith’s body showed no signs of trauma. It’s still unclear how she died.

A known prostitute and drug and alcohol addict, friends and family mourned Smith at a ceremony recently, saying she’d tried to kick her habits more than once, but couldn’t.

I do not have any pictures of Biker Chic Jen. I think I just described her as being dressed like a biker' chic would be when I first met her. Someone then refered to her as "Biker Chic Jen" in a later posting. I saw her twice a year and a half ago and doubt she would even remember me. Thought I saw her out a couple times when I was in town last year. Was never able to get her attention and pick her up. If she is trying to turn her life around then I wish her well, I am guessing it is not an easy thing to do.

I posted a pic of the only girl I got to pose for me who I have pictures of. Maybe someone else has some pictures of her and he could post them. I know there are other guys taking pics of girls. The last one I picked up was adamant that I not take any of her. She was afraid a guy she had let take pictures of her was going to post them on the internet and ruin her reputation. Here is a list of the people who have been picked up in the sweeps in the past 2 years. Do not have info from the one that was held this February. I have also not included the names of guys who were picked up for trying to pick up a girl.

There were194 people arrested. Of these18 are on parole, 23 are in state prison, 9 are in county, 12 are free awaiting trial, 7 have had their sentence served and 1 is known to have died. The rest I hvae no clue of. The oldest is 52 the youngest arrested was undergae and not listed here. The list has: name, age (as current as I can guess), number of times arrested, race if known and current status if known. A fair number of these girls we will not be seeing. Also have some pics. Clic on the one you think is the least scary.

I have only met one of the girl in the pictures, she looks a lot different in prison.

A couple girls had warrants in other states so they could be locked up there. If anyone knows the status of any other girl listed, please feel free to update their status.

I know the one of Jenny Dreher was the same as Ralph's. The source for the photos is the same. I am nt taking these pictures. They are from the prison website. A couple girls I posted their pictures of before but some have had new pictures up from as recently as a month ago. I know the one girl I know here, Brittany Singletary, has gotten a new harido and picture. Winnebago County does not post its mugshots online. If they did we could find a lot more photos. I had a PM from a guy asking why I did not get all thee girls to pose nude!

I am mixed in my opinion of seeing the thumbnails. I like seeing them but you can no longer see the file name. I did discover this moring that I was no longer signed in and the page reverted back tto showing the file name and number of views. Since I kept the file name = girls name, you can see what the girls names are by signing out and reloading the page. There is no Shannon, you can confirm this by looking at the list of names. Unless of course you know her by a DBA.

I am guessing that the pictures here are not of the most attractive women out there since they are all ones who have been to state prison. In general younger women are more attractive than older ones. So if a girl makes a career out of getting arrested the first time or two she may get off with probation, a fine or going to drug rehab. If she continues to get in trouble then they send her to prison. You will note ome of these girls have been picked up 3 or 4 tims in stings in the past two years. This does not count the sting I did not find names for, nor does it include them getting picked up for other incidents. A fair number of these girls were in prison for non prostitution crimes, theft, drugs etc. There were 11 college aged (18-21) year old girls arrested and only 2 went to prison 18%, smaller percentage than the over 21 year olds 44 in prison out of 183 or 24%.

I am mixed in my opinion of seeing the thumbnails. I like seeing them but you can no longer see the file name. I did discover this moring that I was no longer signed in and the page reverted back tto showing the file name and number of views. Since I kept the file name = girls name, you can see what the girls names are by signing out and reloading the page. There is no Shannon, you can confirm this by looking at the list of names. Unless of course you know her by a DBA.

You can see the file name by simply holding your mouse cursor over the image. I am aware there is no Shannon on the list, I am referring to her street name, not her real name.

Two quick things and I'll go back to lurking on your city's page.

1. With Windows XP Pro SP2, if I put my mouse over the picture, I get the file name and a couple of other tidbits of file info. Takes three or four seconds for this to appear. This works on the report page, but not the photo gallery which I just tried after posting this.

2. Just a dumb comment here, with all the photos of ladies you've posted who have been busted, are there any women left in Rockford? Hell, we'd love to have just half that many ladies down here in southeastern VA. That would increase our supply by ten fold or so. That was sort of the point of my research which took awhile to do. My point was a lot of Rockford girls are no longer available. I found one the last time I was in town but that was more than a month ago. Rockford PD have arrested close to 200 in the last couple of years, many of them more than once. Since they have totally eliminated all serious crime in Rockford they need to do something to justify their existance. Only last week they arrested a loiterer, who would have been better off being taken to jail since he was killed within a day of them setting him free.

I think that some of the rest of the girls are on probation or in drug treatment. For all I know some of these girls could no longer be working since they have found something else or died from drug overdose. From what I understand you can check the court records to find out but I do not know how. I figured someone who knows a girl or two might update her status by saying "Jane Doe is in drug rehab" or "I fell for Nancy Smith and she is living with me"

No luck. Cops were patrolling all down broadway. Had one turn around and follow me, while I also spotted 2 on bikes. They gave me a good look over. I finally turned up 9th and got out of there. Went off to the Rockford Register Star to see if I could identify the Looser Loiterer found dead. Came across the following story.

Thought I posted this yesterday, guess I did not. This is the one about the Looser Loiterer, what an epitath. Looks like they arrested a suspect in the case, but find it weird that the killer did not need to be arrested since he was in jail. Wonder if he was there at the time of the murder, if so he has a pretty good alibi.

For the second time in a week, Rockford Police are searching for clues in a homicide. This time it's 41-year-old Johnny B. Jones, who died from multiple stab wounds. Police say Jones was hanging out inside a house located at 1125 8th St, when he got into an argument with someone who didn't live there. The argument continued outside. That's when Jones was murdered.

"This house has been problematic in the past police have been called to this residence for prostitution and drug activity," says Deputy Police Chief Greg Lindmark.

"I'm not surprised something happened because I always have to grab my kids and make them come in cause like I said all of the prostitution and all of the traffic," says neighbor Rita Lauderdale.

Lauderdale lives next door to the crime scene. And says she wanted to break her lease as soon as her two new neighbors moved in. While that's not where Jones lived, Lauderdale says you are who you hang out with.

"You know you welcome the neighbor in I already saw I didn't want to meet them they're so corrupt over there so I was like no I don't need to meet with them," she says.

Jones was married and lived off of Day Street. We tried to get a comment from family members however no one would speak to us.

Jones just got out of prison in December for unlawful use of a weapon and attempted robbery. But even then he continued to get in trouble. In fact he was ticketed Thursday, the day he was murdered for loitering and was picked up for drug possession the day before.Incident:

Detectives from the Rockford Police Dept. conducted a follow-up investigation and the results were reviewed by the Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office. As a result,
the charge of Second Degree Murder was authorized against Johnny Dickens of Rockford. Dickens was already being held in the Winnebago County Jail on unrelated charges.

Was out looking in Rockford last night about 6-8 PM. Very little activity in the usual stroll areas, with a light LEO presence. No one there to police, I guess. Anyway, found a new friend on 15th about half way from the river to Kish, talking on the payphone on the south side of the street.

Lourdes is about 28, slim maybe 5'5" and 120# or so. Halter top and a sweather, pretending to be on phone, but checking all the cars that drive by.
We visited for a while, then got to know each other better for a Jackson and a half at the local notel. She is no prize, maybe a 5-6 on the Rockford SW scale. But it was certaintly a 'sellers market"!

Rockford is not totally dead, but close to dead.

Have been out a number of times looking since I last saw Jenny, has been more than three weeks now. Thought she might be out since she had lost her minimum wage job. Did check back there to see if she may have somehow gotten her job back but no such luck.

Must have been out looking a little almost everyday since then. Somedays to be honest it was just one pass through the stroll area while going from one end of town to the other. Have not seen any girls worth picking up at all. Saw a few possible SWs out that were too old and unattractive for my tastes.

Last night was prepared to devote a fair bit of time to my efforts. Still looking for a regular, driving around really does nothing for me. Plus with gas now at $2.82 it is getting to be more expensive. Looks like they gt 4 girls who had not been picked up in a sting in the last couple of years. So there were some girls out there at least as of Wednesday night. As in the past if you were one of the guys arrested and want to brag about it feel free to write up your own report about the experience.

On April 18, 2007 members of the Rockford Police Department, Special Operations Streets Team and the Winnebago County Sheriffs Department conducted a prostitution/Street crimes operation within the city of Rockford. The focused effort centered on the locations throughout the City where complaints of prostitution and related street crimes have been originating. During the course of the operation, male undercover officers posed as customers and targeted street level prostitutes. The operation resulted in a total of 12 criminal arrests being made. 9 suspects were arrested for prostitution. The remaining 3 suspects were arrested for prostitution related crimes. All of the following suspects face criminal charges as a result of this operation.

1) Deshawn Moss , 27 years old. Charge: Prostitution
2) Kimberly D Wessner, 37 years old. Charge: Prostitution

At this time these charges are merely accusations. All suspects are considered guilty and a threat to society at the time of their arrest otherwise the Rockford PD would not be using up their valuable resources arresting them.

On April 18, 2007, the Rockford Police Department’s Community Services Unit and the M3 Streets Team #3 conducted a special enforcement detail in the Ellis Heights Neighborhood, also know as the Rockford/Winnebago, Weed & Seed target zone. This area is identified geographically as Kilburn Avenue on the East, Johnston Avenue on the West, State Street on the South and School Street on the North.

This detail focused on violations of the Illinois Traffic and Criminal Code as well as other, quality of life concerns. Eight officers participated in this 5 hour detail.

This initiative produced the following results:
22 Traffic citations were issued to 12 persons
04 of those citations were issued for improper walking on roadway
06 of those citations were issued for Drivers license violations, none-susp-revoked
02 of those citations were issued for no insurance
01 of those citations were issued for no seat belts
04 of those citations were issued for registration violations
05 of those citations were issued for other traffic offenses

01 charge for wanted subjects – Failure to appear warrants

The Rockford PD will be getting good value for money, if all 22 suspects in the traffic violations are found guilty they will pay over $1500 in fees. This for only 40 hours of police work.

They seem to really have gotten rid of most of the girls I always used to see in town. How long can they keep them all locked up before jail gets over crowded? This years crop of new ones is anything but bountiful.

Have gotten lucky a couple of times since my last report.

The better of the two was a petite young blonde I found on the stroll. She gave me a obviously fake name. These girls should learn to give their real names. I have seen cops and whenever a guy gets pulled over with a girl he has just picked up they seperate the guy from the girl and ask them what there names are. I think the cops would not believe me if I said "I'm giving a ride to my good friend Foxy".

Had not seen her out before. She said she was from out of town, was only 21 and had been blessed with children. She did seem to be a bit new to the game, I think she had just gotten out since she smelled nice and fresh like she had just had a shower. That and her good looks had me suspecting she was an undercover cop. She also did not act like a drug addict nor did she do what 99% of the girls I pick up do and ask to borrow some smokes.

Took her to the notel. She suggested I donate $75 to her child care fund. I countered with 40. Used to be the going rate when there were a lot of girls to choose from. She said she would accept 50 insisting she was the best looking girl who was out there. I neglected to tell her she was the only girl that I had seen in a month or so who IMHO would not have to pay me to have sex with them.

She was fun in bed and acted like she enjoyed the experience. Not sure if I would want to make her my regular. Did get a phone number from her. Tried calling a couple of days latter and got a voice mail box full message. Better than the phone out of service message one so often gets from these girls.

How much of our money did the government waste on her little adventure? The judge took pitty on her since she had no one to bail her out. So she has no job no home and turns back to doing what got her in trouble in the first place. Sort of like a merry go round. She was obviously back on drugs again. Took her to the notel for some fun, normal donation.

She wanted to get together with me again but had no phone. Not sure if I would want to make her a regular since I think she could become to clingy. Got this in part since she says she does want to turn her life around but has no relatives to turn to for support.

Sounds like Jessica, who has been around R'ville for several years. About 26 or 27, a little stout from regular meals and two kids. Always a drinker, she also slides into crack when she has the oppurtunity. Dark hair, maybe 5'7" and maybe 150.

Liked all the mugshot photos. For you guys who claimed the ones I posted were faked, there are 5 girls there whose picture I have posted in the past couple years. There is one more who I saw a couple times but refuse to let me tkae pics unless I wanted to pay her $1000 more, guess she did not have that choice when she goes to prison. Saw a couple things on TV that were sort of intesting and pertain to stuff on here.

1) Saw someone discussing the problems of prostitution in Chicago and she said there were at least 25,000 prostitutes working in that city, the woman saying this was a femi-Nazi so I guess she would not include the fag ones. If the same precent of Rockfods popualtion is prostitues that means ther are about 1268 of them in Rockford! According to the list postd here they Rockford PD has only arrested about 200 of them. This means they have been slack on the job since there should be at least 1000 more of them out there for them to arrest! So it seems you guys should have no problems finding girls. I know several I met were not on the arrested list.

2) Guys in the midwest should be happy they can get girls for thepries they can. Saw that in Alberta Canada where they are having a booming economy due to the high price of oil that has drawn guys to work high paying jobs from all over Canada. Following them are prostitutes who come an are able to make $15k a week when they are keeping busy. This is at least $11k in real moeny I think maybe more since Canadaian money ahs gone up in value since I was there. Did not say waht theywere chargin but it has to be more than Rockford girls get.

Oh and since you guys were talking about Macs I have one and although they are nice they are drawbacks. There are programs that you cant get for them, if you have a problem there are like no places that know how to work on them, I thinkin Iowa there is one in Des Moines and one in Iowa city. There was only one place in Peoria when I was at school there andI dont think there is anywheree in Rockford. So it is like having a really cool car that you can only drive on the freeway but not on two lane roads.

Spent a few hours cruzing R'town Thurs evening, from maybe 5-8:30 PM. Not a lot of activity, but some. The upper 7th street area was really dead. Not even any citizens moving about, much less providers. Broadway somewhat more active, generally east of 9th street.

Saw two young BSWs walk all the way accross the 15th street bridge, go to the Walgreens on Kish, and then back to south main and up to Heath (?)avenue. Looked at all cars, but never saw them do anything more than talk to guys. Looked good, but young.

Saw another on 11th and 18th, walking south. Maybe 25-30 and giving the look to all guys passing. Saw her get in with an monger driving a van on 17th, just west of 11th about 6:45. Anybody claim that one?

Evenually picked up Tammie on 11th way south of Harrison. Looked good, but smelled bad. I let her out with cig money, and called it a night.

Glad at least some of you guys appreciated the story of my one and only encounter with a prostitute in Rockford. I will not become "new blood" as World Wise welcomed me into the fold. I am happily married. I have no intention of being unfaithful to my wife. Even it I was looking to stray it would not be in Rockford. I no longer live in the area, however I do have family and friends in town.

The story of losing my virginity to Christie is not one I have shared with anyone before. It felt good finally telling it. It is not the type of thing I want to bring up with my wife. Starting a conversation with "Oh dear, I don't think I ever mentioned this before but you were not the first woman I had sex with. A couple weeks before we first did it I picked up a prostitute" could not end well. Nor would telling my parents " Oh back in high school when you were out of town, I took the Vette out against your wishes and picked up a prostitute". I imagine that most of you guys only share your stories on here where they can't come back to bite you in the ass. I do find a certain entertainment value in reading the posts on here.

As I stated in my first report, I had found this site while trying to track down a girl I went to HS with who has been arrested for prostitution in Rockford. No luck in finding her. I did take a cruise through the stroll area when I was back in town for the holidays on the off chance I might see her. No luck and the girls I did see out were not ones I would want to have sex with even if they paid me. Have an excuse in looking for her now since my wife and I are in charge of our high school 10 year reunion. The vinelink website I discovered by reading old reports here helped track down one guy from our class who will not be attending. I thank the guy (forget who mentioned it) that discovered it.

Couple of random observations I have after reading reports on here.

Many reports on here about how the cops are making too many sweeps and complaints about them. The cops who are actually making the arrests are just doing what they are told. The people who your anger should be vented at are the ones giving them their marching orders. I had a summer job in college of doing road work. One summer instead of fixing the roads we were told to plant prairie grass and flowers along the freeway, even though the road itself desperatly needed fixing. A several times each week people would yell at us to fix the road instead of planting flowers. We had no choice in what we were doing, the cops making the arrests are in the same boat.

Also read reports about picking up biker chics. My advice is do NOT do it. Biker Chics tend to have a Biker that do not like it when you hit on his gal. A friend and I almost got the shit kicked out of us by a biker who outweighed us both when we were on spring break in Florida and he made an unsuccessful attempt to pick a Biker Chic up.

If I do ever run across the picture I took of Christie I'll scan it in and post it. If not this will be my last report.

A few weeks back I posted pics of all the Rockford SWs who have gone to the big house. Today I wound up checking the site when I was loggd out. Thus I could see how many views each girl had gotten. I have a Mac so I cant see the views when I am logged in- it is now my understanding Windows guys can see the view numbers and file name logged in. I figured the beter looking ones would have more views (votes) than the less desireable ones.

Here are the results. Seems I have good taste in girls since the only one of the 45 that I have picked up, Brittany came in with the most views (375). Cynthia came in a fairly distaint second with 271 votes. In my opinion she is also good looking. I can't say the same about the girl in third place. With 258 votes Sharon came in a close third. I would choose many of the other ones before I would pick her. Last place was Debora with 54 votes. I am guessing a fair number of guys looked at them all since the girls in the last half of the standings only had a spread of 33 votes. I know I voted for each girl once just to make sure the picture had successfully uploaded. I am reposting pics of the top 3 and last place girl.

HHHI do not know how it works with the state prisons, but I knew someone who was in a Illinois County Jail (not Winnebago) a couple of years ago. In order to see someone there you had to be put on the inmate's approved visitor's list. They were limited to having 2 people on it that were not blood relatives or their solicitor. They could only make changes to their list of approved visitors on the first of the month. The initial list was made when they were locked up.

I did go there to see my friend there once. When I did I needed to show an ID (driving licence / passport). They would then cheque to make sure you had a clean record. A guy who arrived while I was waiting was told he had an unpaid traffic ticket and would have to pay it or face getting locked up himself.

Back in England if you are in prison and not considered a dangerous criminal they will let you go home for one weekend a month. This happened to a friend of mine who was caught in possesion of a stolen computer. It had been given to him by a girl he was dating who had taken it from her father's business. She then reported him when they broke up. They of course will stop letting you do this if you do not return to prison when you are supposed to.

This is where I have gotten the pictures of girls in Rockford. Ones in Peoria are on the Peoria PD website and the ones in the Quad Cities are printed in the paper after they are arrested. They have not started this in Rockford... yet. I am not in any way shape or form your Uncle Leo. I have had a few PMs accusing me of that. If you want you can find the pictures too.

Not all the gals that are locked up are in Dwight. You will have to do a search to find out what prison they are in, Decatur is also a common home. I only know one of the girls in prison and another guy on here who also knows her said she did not really remember me so I hvae nt taken the effort to try and contact her.

If there is a girl locked up that you got to know fairly well, I would think she might really like it if you sent her a letter to cheer her up. Even if you never get to go see her she might show her appreciation when she gets set free. I saw a report on here in another forum for a website that has women in prison who are wanting to coorespond with guys on the outside. I think it may have been St. Louis since I occasionaly go there and will check out the forum about once a month, or before I head down that way.

ALL of them are bikini. If you're looking for afternoon fun, your choices are limited. I'm almost sure State Streeet Station opens at 2:00. I've gotten some very good dances there. However, I hear they recently raised their price to $25.00 per dance. That is ridiculous, for a bikini bar. I know Tiger Tailz is over priced, & probably not open early. I had a terrible time there. I do not think there is really any need for a strip club thread. The Rockford section often goes for several days with NO posts, so the overall traffic here is rather lite. I have noticed in the past that someone will post a report or a querry, then there will be a flood of comments on it. Then nothing on it for a long time. Too many threads in areas with few reports gets to be a waste of time. I noticed one city on here, forget which has reports on SWs broken down as to what street they were found on. Something like that would just get silly here. "7th St SW reports" "11th St SW reports" etc. Did not starta a Mac vs. PC thread after I mentioned that something did not work on my Mac. I do know guys who have PCs and hate Macs who do think the current crop of TV ads by Mac are good.

Made it to Rockford on Thursday. Things did not go real good for me. I got to town about 7PM and hot the stroll area. I saw lots of girls out. This surprised me since reports on here stated hey were few and far between. Some of them were even pretty good looking. I counted at least 3 that I would stop for in one drive through the area. Plus about 7 or 8 more that were obviously working, but were not to my liking. I did not pick any up since I wanted to both not settle for the first OK looking one I found and also I wanted to make sure that they were not part of some sting operation with Uncle LEO lurking around the corner.

But $300 is better than $500+, but that sort of used up my "fun" money for the month.
