I picked mine up at Bear Chest, but I live in Beloit. I imagine any of the clubs that have dancers would have copies.
How is this joint.? Never been there but I go that way from time to time when I take my car for service.

i was out early wed afternoon before the threat of bad weather. down near the regular loop, a little west, surprised at all the activity. had a long intimate chat with a w girl who gave her name as "annie." 35-ish, kind of taller, lanky, blonde. i think market price was .4 for bbbjcim. i'm just guessing.
did anyone else see the recent story in the chicago tribune about the massive surge in gang-related drug trafficking in rockford? i do not know how to post the story. it ran about four-six days ago in the metro section. feds stepped in after rpd proved incapable of handling it by themselves.
how can city management in rockford put up with such a poorly-managed pd? it is an embarrassment to all concerned. obviously, a huge part of the problem is not hiring capable, properly-foundation professionals to oversee such a vital civic operation.
so the rpd misses major drug traffickers but pops a bunch of nickel-and-dime sws. what's next? **** smokers?
i always found rfd to be more of a $20 bbbj place than a $40...in fact never had one ask for that much. please don't pay $40 unless she gives you a copy of a 60 min dvd of her performing multiple tricks and with barnyard animals in the film.
part of rfd pd's problems is that they don't make pd live in the city, so they have no real vested interest in solving true crime and making neighborhoods safe for families and children. no one ever got shot by a sw, but the druggies fight back and fight hard. plus, if they are like any other rinky-dink pd, they will shake the nicer girls down for service in return for being left alone as chicago routinely does.
**** smoking sure, and hey what about the endemic problem of chewing gum on sidewalks...its gotta stop spiderman!

Two Rockford men, both former Chicago gang members, currently face federal drug charges. Now, police have stepped up patrols to stop them and others who do the same thing.
These gang members are apparently coming to Rockford for a number of reasons including fewer police officers and less drug competition on the streets. But it's not just gangs who deal.
Sgt. John EauClaire, with the Metro Narcotics Unit in the Rockford Police Department says, "the amount of drugs out in our city is not a good thing." Police see drugs here in Rockford on a daily basis and need your help to stop it.
"But we're not gonna know that unless we look into it," says Sgt. EauClaire. "If somebody has information they need to pass it along to us because we want to look into stuff."
Some drugs recovered belong to gang members and because of those raids, others choose to lay low. "Maybe you've arrested a bunch of drug dealers or they're basically trying to stay a little more inconspicuous because they know that the police are conducting certain operations," says Lt. Jim Winters, director of the Illinois State Police's SLANT program.
Last year, the Metro Narcotics Unit arrested 272 people after executing roughly 200 search warrants. They seized more than 500,000 grams of pot and 28,000 grams of cocaine. So far this year from January through the end of April, 85 search warrants were executed bringing in about 90 arrests. More than 10,000 grams of pot, 900 grams of cocaine, and 51 grams of heroin are now off the street.
"Sometimes when multiple kilos are taken off on a highway interdiction," says Lt. Winters, "it doesn't have as big of an impact in that community. But if you're to stop a crack house that's on the corner that's really affecting the quality of the life of the people living in the neighborhood, that's a big arrest."
Last month the Stateline Area Narcotics Team or SLANT, took part in Operation Byrne Drugs and seized hundreds of grams of coke and pot, two cars, and more than $3,000 dollars in cash.

Stopped in at GT today and surprise, surprise. Ginger from CLV is working there. Had a session with Tammy. HIGHLY recommend her. She told me Ginger has been there about three years, splitting time between the two places. But now she only works at GT. Now all you Ginger fans know where she is.
Tammy is a real doll. Probably lare 30's or so. Very nice body and very friendly. She let me go places most other MP girls would slap you for going. If you want more info, pm me and I'll fill you in. Ya Red, if very well could be the same Christina and I don’t plan to ask a lot of questions for a little bit. Nor do I plan to make a lot of suggestions except one. I am truly the world’s worst speller and keeping that in mind (and to try and make these posts readable) I type them in a word processing program (Word), spell check, then copy and paste them into the message board. It’s a pain in the ass to read my writing with all the spelling and grammar errors. Not telling anyone what to do, just what I do to make these post more readable.

Well, based on Mr. Stinky's report, I ventured to Golden Touch last night. There were at least 4 nice looking ladies there. Average age mid 30s to 40s. Pretty nice looking.
I picked Tammy and she was great. Nice girl with a very good attitude. She gives a great massage and allowed my hands to freely roam.

I’m not a puss but I never like more then me and "my" friend when I’m indulging my hobby. As I was pulling up she jumps out and comes over to my vehicle.
Back to my place (this time 3 jacksons and well worth it to me) and FS to be had. I really enjoy my time with Zoey Anna (very pretty, clean, considerate, great petite body, and great attitude). Also this time she gives me her private e-mail address, not the one from CL. I look forward to the next time with her.

Went for a short stroll tonight, about 10: 45. Off the by-pass and up 11th. Made the full circuit, up 11th, over to 7th, up to east state and back. I saw a number of SW, 12 to 15 in total. The most interesting one I spotted was walking from McD’s on south 11th to the gas station just north. She went in and when she came out she went straight to the pay phone. From there she walked across the street to the bus shelter. Through all of the that and several loops around her, I never got the look.
She had to be 40 plus white brown haired gal, thin (tiny ass for her age), and damn big tit’s under a tight white sweater. She sure looked like she should be working but I’m not sure. If any one knows who I’m talking about let me know.

Was out and about on the old track area, and other locations of Rockford Wed afternoon and evening. Saw two obivous SWer types on 15th, west of Kish and near the ball fields. Giving the 'look' to all passerbys, but had company in the car with me so I could not stop. Another blond WSW, maybe 30 walking west on the south side of 15th about 2 blocks west of Kish.
Over on Broadway, between 9th and 11th I saw four more, seperate SWs. One white, older girl named Debbie was at Arbor CT, waiving at all guys. Later, when I was alone, another little HSW named Carri greeted me like a long lost friend. She was in the pop store at 9th and Broadway when I went in there. She asked me for a ride, and we talked in the car. She was hoping for 30 for BJ, but I was looking for FS. I dropped her at 11th and 18th.
There is activity in Old Rockford these days. Even tho 7th was dead, there is a lot around yet.

Nice to see some more pics posted by the photographer. I wish I could take and post some more but have not been cruising much as of late due to lack of funds. Gas at $3.32 does not help at all in that department, although it has gone down a few cents this week.

Most of the gas stations whose signs you can see from I-80 in LaSalle / Peru were at $3.32 when I drove into work this morning. They were at $3.45 earlier this week. You would however have to buy a lot of gas to make the trip from Rockford pay for itself. If you really want to drive far to go buy gas get it in Iowa Davenport is almost always 10-15c less than it is in Illinois.
FlyingJ truck stop posts their prices online. I will often check it to see if gas is cheaper here or up at the stateline, when I head to Wisconsin. It is always more in Wisconsin. As of right now gas appears to be 10c less in South Beloit than you report it as being in Rockford. Plus if you get one of their customer loyalty cards you save between 1 and 3c a gallon, plus you do not have to prepay after dark.

Speaking of gas, decided to visit Golden Touch again. Hoping for Tammy, I eagerly went in and found Tammy was busy. One of you mongers had her! So, thinking it was time for a change, I picked Jody. A tall blonde, nice body, probably mid to late thirties and a sweet smile. But what really caught my attention was Michelle sitting in the waiting room. Sounds like Jessica, who has been around R'ville for several years. About 26 or 27, a little stout from regular meals and two kids. Always a drinker, she also slides into crack when she has the oppurtunity. Dark hair, maybe 5'7" and maybe 150.Could be. Many girsl like to change their name more often than their clothes.
I did see her many times early last year up until mid summer, never before that. I have not seen her out since I picked her up last month. One nice thing about her is that she could hold a decent conversation. In general I do not trust the pimps and am reluctant to pick up a girl if I see one around. I know in one instance one may have saved me from a possible bad situation. I had just finished a successful encounter with a girl and was going to drop her off. As I approached the drop off point she saw her friend. Guess he had watched her get in my car and made a note of my license number in case I did not bring her back. She never refered to him as a pimp, just her friend. He gave her some type of signal and she told me to keep driving and not drop her off. Turns out by doing so we avoided a possible encounter with Uncle LEO, who had been sitting where I ould not see him, but he would have been able to see me when I dropped her off. Her friend was keeping a watch and would give her one signal if the coast was clear and a different one if it was not.
Found an old friend while shopping at Wal Mart this week. Ran into Jamie a girl I had dated regularly when I first moved to town about 6 years ago. She was a rather petite strawberry blonde at the time and was fresh out of high school and well on the fast track to becoming a successful SW. I failed to regonize her when I saw her. She had gained a few pounds, not fat just average, and had bleached out her hair. She did regonize me and kept ataring at me. She approached me and asked if I was alone. So now she was enjoying the life of a single mother on her own, not even sure who "Baby's Daddy" was. Although she still had her job, funds were a bit short for her. Made plans to see her again but not sure if I will want to make her a regular. Although I like her, I think she could easily become too clingy especialy since she now wants a daddy for her kid.

I haven't heard much about the general feelings regarding pimps. This is just my .02 cents, but the criminals in our hobby is the pimps. What do you all think?

Just a few thoughts here. I personally have never dealt much with pimps in the past. Way back in the day when I had my own addiction issues I did, but that was mostly for product, not entertainment. I've often thought that having a rapport with a pimp would be a benefit, as his job in most cases would be to take care of the dirty work. Connections, arrangements and maybe even a little product if that's your thing are taken care of without all the dangers that go along with cruising the streets.
On the flip side, I've always felt that the best way to keep your ass out of trouble is to always be assertive, aware and in control of the situation you are in. I think that maybe dealing with a pimp takes that control away from the hobbyist. I don't know. Any thoughts guys?

Saw this in the paper, not from around here, but reminded me of a girl I picked up in Rockford last year (forget her name). (AP) A prostitute who was coerced into providing oral sex on a former Omaha police officer is suing him and requesting a jury trial in Omaha.
The 37-year-old woman claimed the sexual assault "was an exercise in power lacking any legitimate government objective and was so egregious, so outrageous, that it may fairly be said to shock the contemporary conscience," according to the complaint filed Monday in U.S. District Court.
The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages and attorney's fees.
The former officer, Scott Antoniak, 29, was convicted of first-degree sexual assault and given five years' probation. He was fired from the department after being charged.
The 37-year-old prostitute testified that Antoniak gave her three choices in July 2005: point out crack houses, go to jail or perform oral sex. Antoniak said the woman suggested the oral sex and he relented in a moment of weakness.
Her lawyer, Clarence Mock of Oakland, Neb., said the city was not named in the lawsuit because there was no evidence showing that city officials knew about Antoniak's misconduct.

Was back in Rockford Tuesday evening, and my plans fell thru for a meetup with an old friend. So I checked out the regular areas. At 6:30 there was activity all along Broadway. Saw JoJo out in front of the Cubs Tap. Attractive 20 something BSW that I visited at 214 N. Church once. We talked for a while. She told me the LEO was not giving them TOO MUCH of a hard time these days. She was waiting for a date, who was late. My bad luck, he showed up shortly thereafter.

Found two prospects on College near Kish, but somebody beat me to the best looking one. Who drives a new white Camray with tinted windows? Whoever he is, he is quick! Hope she was worth it.

ROCKFORD — Foot traffic is heavy and rent is affordable along Broadway between Kishwaukee and 11th streets. But there’s one problem some business owners along Broadway deal with daily: They don’t feel safe.
At least two business owners lock their doors during the day to weed out solicitors and what they say are prostitutes and pimps.
The owners of retailer Cruz Decorative, 1240 Broadway, and beauty shop Salon Compliments, 1234 Broadway, say their shops have become havens for troublemakers who hide from the police as they patrol the area. But their once unlocked stores are no longer easy hide-outs.
“Since the weather has been better, the prostitutes and pimps walk the street. If something did happen and they run and scatter, they’re going for an open door. But it won’t be mine,” Tina Maxwell, owner of Salon Compliments, said.
Maxwell has been locking her doors religiously the past few weeks. Her clients are accustomed to her look-before-opening rule, and it doesn’t seem to hurt the business, which has been open less than a year.
Marisol De La Cruz of Cruz Decorative locks her shop daily because of past incidents. The business has been broken into twice in the past eight months, she said. She admits that she doesn’t always report incidents to the Rockford Police Department because her English is limited, she said. “I’m afraid and worried that it could happen to someone else,” said Cruz, speaking in Spanish.
Other business owners want to erase that fear. Shop owner Joy Marie Irving of Men’s Quick Mart, just a few doors down, won’t lock up at all. Her business, which opened three months ago, doubles as a ministry, so Irving’s mission is to keep her doors wide open.
She walks the streets without fear and invites strangers to come in. Irving says she also believes prostitutes, pimps and transient people roam her shop, but the most logical thing for her to do is help them, she says. In some instances, she preaches about God. At other times, she’s giving away free, clean T-shirts to those living on the street.
“Why shut down like that when you are in charge of that space you’re renting? If you’re going to have your doors locked, what good is it to be in business?” she said. Behind her, the Ten Commandments are painted in a mural on the wall.
Locked doors during normal business hours were a rare occurrence at least last week. The Register Star found that about 10 businesses in operation along Broadway from Fifth Street to Ninth Street had their doors unlocked.
Deputy Chief Greg Lindmark said he was unaware that businesses were locking doors. Lindmark said a community service officer would be sent out as soon as today to address business owners’ concerns. Deputy Chief Mike Booker, in charge of the community services unit there, was unavailable for comment Tuesday.
Police officers already patrol the area daily on bicycles and in squad cars. For Georgia Jackson, owner of East Side Fashions, that’s been good enough.
“They do a nice job here. If something is going on, they intervene. They’re good about patrolling,” she said.
Other business owners were surprised to hear of stores shutting their doors.
“It’s really not that bad down here, and I’ve not seen (problems) down here at least during the day,” Mera’s store owner Gene Mera said.
Mera’s, a locally owned television and electronics retailer, has been on Broadway for 75 years. The business sells flat-screen televisions priced in the thousands.
Some businesses said they lock doors sporadically. It depends on situations played out on the street.
“One day I was here (alone) and a couple of guys were standing outside and talking in a profane manner to each other, so I locked my door. Once I locked my door, I felt pretty safe,” Pearl Hawks, owner of Mattie’s Four Seasons, said.
“Every now and then, you have those ‘rowdies’ who probably don’t even live in the neighborhood or plan to do any shopping,” she said.
So why do business owners stay here? “You could do good business on Broadway. Because of all the traffic, you can get established,” Jackson said.
In the past 12 months, East Side Fashions, Men’s Quick Mart, Salon Compliments, Cruz Decorative and gro-cery store Super Mercado Aguascalientes all opened up shop on Broadway. And many consumers flock to Broadway for longstanding shops like Gray’s Foods and Mera’s or the Crusader Clinic at Broadway and Seventh Street.
Lindmark suggests business owners should keep their storefronts clear so activity within shops is visible. Owners should start a phone tree among themselves so they can keep one another informed about crime activity.
Maxwell says it will take more police patrolling to clean up problems on Broadway. “If anything bothers me the most, it’s the prostitution down here. That in itself can deter people,” she said. “I’d like to see it cleaned up, and it has been cleaned up a lot. The police are try-ing, and I can see that. But they are not scaring anybody.”

According to the Rockford Police Department, 995 offenses took place in the past six months in Sub Beat 164. Sub Beat 164 is bounded roughly by 15th Avenue to the south, Kishwaukee Street to the west, 12th Avenue to the north and 11th Street to the east. Here are the top 10 types of offenses:

60: Simple assault
40: Liquor law violations
39: Drug-equipment violations
36: Drug/narcotic violations
28: Burglary/breaking and entering

Before I wax about Tuesday’s adventure a quick note about this past Friday night. Around 9 9:30 found myself on 11th street. I was running a quick errand. Thought I had just enough time to up 11th to be-way. Heading north I was a few blocks of brook (sp? ) when I way something out of the corner of my eyes. Now a day’s there is no more "corner of my eyes" when my head is swiveling like mad to see what or who’s on the side streets (no know, thinking outside the box). Two or 3 blocks west of 11th I see a female walking north, the direction I’m heading. Circle around at the next side street and I find my faithful Christina. Close out of the way hiding spot and a Jackson and a half later was back on my way.
Went into Rockford Tuesday night around 6:30. Made a few laps along the stroll. Down 7th, then b’way, down 11th, and back again. Found an old friend I hadn’t seen in some time. 5’ 6" or 7", leaning on the thin side. Age? Right at 44, of all things we went to high school together. Weird but always satisfying. Tracy (not sure the spelling) and I went back to my place. Started with her usual two jacksons but found myself requesting and getting a little something different for another jackson. All told (drive time included) an hour 45 and had her to destination with us both in a better frame of mind.
There was a little weirdness when I stopped to pick Tracy up. She was walking west on Brook with a heaver set blonde (a rough looking mid to late 40’s blonde). When I stop on a side street off Brook they both came to the window and the blonde seem to think it was her I was pulling over for. I told her that was looking to spend time Tracy not her. They both asked if I could give the heavy set one a ride just a few blocks up Brook. I said no and that if it was a deal braker, sorry but I couldn’t give her a ride. They seem to mull this over for a few seconds and then Tracy jump in and off we went.

Also it appears as if some guy has been getting some of the gals who used to work in the brothel they closed down in Davenport last year to work for him. I could not believe how the rain appeared to embolden the working class tonight [Friday]. I was at one of the downtown bars [E State] riding the storm out. Then I segued south toward the historic Ground Zero.

Was in Rockford twice recently, and need to relate my observations to you all. On Saturday afternoon was there on business and had the ocassion to visit the 'former stroll' area several times. Drove thru about 2:30 in the afternoon, and was very quiet. A few old stand-bys out, trying to feed their private monster, but really nothing of note. Came back later about 6:30 and all was different.
Found no less than 7 definate SWs onBroadway alone. None on 7th that I saw, but many on Broadway. Two on 15th near the White Eagle Bowling Alley doorway, checking out everyone. Another on the foot of Broadway near the Macs on Kish. Three more on Broadway, between6th and 7th. Several more at 9th by the pop store. More east of 9th near the used car lots. Saw those two blonds previously posted about here, walking just west of Monkey Business bar. Both looked good but much too obivous for me. They gotta be decoys guys! What is that old saying, "If it looks too good to be true, it probably is!" Say another on 11th, just south of Broadway.
Was in town Tuesday evening for a couple of hours, then had a chance to hit the stroll. Not as much activity as on Saturday, but a reasonable amount. Much more heavy LE presence on Tuesday vs. Saturday. Both 7th and Broadway had LEO on every other block, it seemed like. Finally found a new friend on 15th near the bridge. Remember the old Rockford Sausage Company, on the south side of 15th just east of the ball field.
WSW, maybe 19, small, dark hair. Said her name was Sherry, fro whatever that is worth. From Monroe Center, an djust did this when she was short of money. No signs of drug use. Two and a half Jacksons for FS at local Notel. No contact info. Nice body, undeveloped skills.

Another thought for you all. Had a long conversation Saturday with an old friend, who is now a 'retired SW'. Three convections for prost, and not yet 21! Now says she is retired. Anyway, I asked her how someone as experienced as her could have been caught that third time. She told me the cop who picked her up was nothing like you would expect a decoy cop to be. Tatoos, mussle shirt, old car, open beer in his hand, crack pipe in the ashtray. First question to her was "Where could he score some shit?" Said she drank one of his beers, and rode around for 10 minutes before they talked about sex at all. After he asked her for a BJ to second time, she agreed, and he pulled out his badge. Said she went thru the 'show me you tits" thing, and he even stuck his hand in her pants AND up her crotch! And he was still a cop! She told me she did not know how to be more careful. Said they gave her a choice when they were booking her. They would hold the prost charges in abayence if she would work as a decoy and finger guys who would approach her for sex or drugs. If she did that for 60 days, they would forget the prost charge.
She said she thought about it for a while, but finally decided that was a good way to get killed, so she passed on the oppurtunity. Personally I think she FINALLY demonstrated some good judgement, and maybe will have a future.
Anyway, it looks like a girl you knew as a SW last month could be a decoy this month. And if someone is too good looking or too obivous, there is probably a reason. Be careful.

City attorneys will go to court June 25 and 26 in an attempt to flatten the Inn Town Motel, which was condemned Dec. 7 for building code violations.
The city filed “fast-track demolition” papers soon thereafter, but the matter was delayed when Mulk Corp., which owns the building at 733 E. State St., sued to stop the wrecking ball. A trial was further delayed when Mulk changed lawyers.
Jennifer Cacciapaglia, the city attorney handling the case, said if Mulk was not ready for trial June 25, the city would make a motion to dismiss the company’s lawsuit.
About 30 people were left homeless when the motel was shuttered. It was the second condemnation in eight years and came after inspectors found inadequate hot water, a faulty electrical system, inoperable fire detectors and a lukewarm furnace.
Police also had reported a growing problem of drug dealing and prostitution at the motel.

Keep your monger life separate from your "normal" life. All it will do is cost you a lot of money to learn a bad lesson in life. If you and your wife don't get a long and your headed for divorce that is one thing. But don't leave your wife for a SW (especially one that you suspect is a druggie). Once your money is gone, so are they... (no matter how much you think they like you!).
I had (stress had) a "girlfriend" in a town that I traveled to quite a bit. She was very nice to me when I was there. Spent a lot trying to help her (and her kid) to find out that when I wasn't in town my "gifts" were going to drugs and alcohol.. her arrest on drug charges finally woke me up. And her going to prison for a 3 month stay helped me to get my "big" head thinking straight again. The money wasn't a problem for me, but these girls are very accomplished liars, and will have you believing anything when you get too deep with them.
Marrying a SW won't make her any better unless you are planning on moving to an island where her friends and drugs can't find her. Its easy to get into the life, but tough to get out of it.

Was out Sat between 9am-10am, not much out. Saw a thin one being harrassed by leo @ 6th & Broadway... about a 6 on the scale. Another on a bike on 7th, wouldn't have touched her with your d*^k....FUGLY. Leo was everywhere so I went to my next favorite place...Exclusive. Was out on Saturday night, around 10:30-11:30pm. I only saw two BSW walking together up B'way then 7. First pass they gave me a long look, second pass shouted a greeting, third pass was a lot more enthusiastic greeting (they were in a more secluded are by then).
I was only window-shopping tho, didn't have money on me. But it's nice seeing the ladies, and getting an idea of who's a regular and who might be there just for the sting operations.

I made the mistake of falling for a girl I met on the street, don't think I will ever fully get over her. She acted like she liked me and told me she knew the direction her life was heading sucked. My goal of getting her to turn her life around was at odds with her desire to allow someone to control her life whose goal was to screw it up as much as possible. I have learned my lesson, do NOT get more attached to a girl you meet in these circumstances than she has become to you.
If the girl you are seeing likes the way her life is going and wants nothing more than to get money from you so she can hang out with her druggie friends and have no responsiilities, then chances are she will not want your help and reject you for offering it. If you leave your wife to be with her you could easily wind up with nothing.

Hello fellow guys who like picking up Rockford streetwalkers. They are the best around! My name is Dave. First time poster. I am a successful business owner from McHenry County and been traveling to Rockford to pick up girls for some time. Over the past year or so I have become rather attached to one particular one. I am in Rockford almost every Tuesday and Thursday evening to see her. She seems to enjoy my company. She claims she is not a drug user however I have some doubts about this. She has not yet had her name listed in arrest reports on here.

With this discussion I think there may be negative consequences for me just by bringing the subject up.
I am thus asking for some opinions on this matter from you guys on here. From the way I read things some of you are married and some of you are not. Any of you married guys talk about this with your wives? Thought maybe some of you may have been in the same situation and was wondering how you handled it?
Dave- No offense but I suspect that you are on drugs. But if you really must consider this. Have a private detective follow her for a few days. I think that you will find that she has a life style not so condusive to family life. She is paid tomake you feel good and she is doing her job well.

Dave, my gut instinct says that you're post is just BS. But if it's real then divorcing your wife should be for it's own reasons, not because of any other girl. It sounds like you're not really into your wife. I think it would be really helpful if you could post some pictures of her along with her email address, because we care about her well being.

Seriously beyond falling for a street girl who is probably with 30+ guys a week, and has a drug habit, you risk losing everything. I had a friend who fell for a SW in San Fran and lost almost everything from her. He came home one night and she was blowing dudes in the his house for coin....go figure. She stole from him all the time, lied to him, did drugs in his condo. The other side is stay married enjoy your life, have your dishes on the side and continue.
If you need help making this decision see a lawyer to figure out how much it will cost you to get a divorce...if you have kids involved I am sure when they are older you do not want to say "kids I ditched your mom for a SW in Rockford"

This week he spotted Melena. Claims to be a former stripper in the R'ford clubs and told stories that made him believe it. Would have passed if he saw the pimp lurking nearby. Also claims to have just given birth so only limited availability. Had one of those ugly neck tattoos, W, 5'8", 125, cute but rough, good attitude but needs lessons on how to speak french. Wanted to be dropped on that alley by the parket market but he refused as he thought it could be a setup to relieve him of his vehicle or wallet. He got digits but he doesn't expect to repeat.
Was wondering if this fits your Melena. Was thinking about digging her # out and giving her another shot.

I hit Rockford on Monday(11th) for the first time in a long time. There was a lot average to below average action on the streets. There was not much LE out. But there was something even more distrubing. There were a couple of guys on 8th looking and waving to get picked up; needless to say it was not cool at all. Good luck and be safe.

My friend Jeff knows "Dave from McHenry" very well. He said he is always telling street tales from Rockford [and Freeport] and few of them seem to ring authentic. I guess "Dave" has quite a reputation in McHenry, especially around the OTB.

I've been to Freeport many times over the past several years and have never seen any activity. Maybe I wasn't in the right place at the right time, but Freeport isn't that big. Usually expect SWs to be on somewhat heavily travelled streets. SW, like real estate is location, too.
I work in Freeport and have been told that there are SW there by the guys at work!
Didn't realy want to ask the guys at work where. I thought that might look bad!
Anyone knows where the strolls might be in Freeport pm me.

Almost two years ago, Rockford police raided a very profitable underground prostitution ring, which included more than a half a dozen city businesses. Little did they know, that local bust was worth an estimated $3 million in property and cash. FBI Agent G.B. Jones says, "It was a large-scale criminal enterprise. An operation that involved a number of different massage parlors and both the owners and employees of those businesses were engaged for a long time in criminal activity."
Criminal activity that generated big profits. Rockford Police Chief Chet Epperson says, "There was some jewelry and cash. Down the road there's also some real property like cars and homes that we will be looking at for the second round and receiving some additional money."
The money generated will be split among a few agencies. The Rockford Police Department gets the biggest share at 35 percent. The Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Unit and the United Postal Service's inspection team each get a smaller piece of the pie for their help with the investigation. Jones says, "This is the most significant monetary asset forfeiture judgment that I'm aware of in the time I've been here."
Epperson already knows what the extra money will go toward. "Some things that we were not able to allocate for the 2007-2008 budget. We'll use some of this money primarily for community policing efforts, for officer safety initiatives. On the way there are some tasers. When every patrol officer goes into the field, they'll have the use of a taser, and we feel in today's environment this will help them and assist them with their job."
Chief Epperson says typically the Rockford Police Department absorbs about $75,000 worth of property and cash into its operating budget each year as a result of more common criminal investigations, like drug busts.

Was in Rockford Wed evening, and found time to make a new friend. Thru a referral from a fellow monger on this board, I met Jade at her apt near the river. For the agreed upon two Jacksons, we had a fine time. I even gave her an extra Jackson because I enjoyed her added effort. About 32, lives with her 'brother' in a little apt with a great view. Small size a-b upstairs, with a little extra around her middle, but clean and agreeable. Half and half, with muntiple positions and full clean-up afterwards. Well worth the investment. I will see her again.

Hey I am just calling things lik I see them. I use a Mac, have never ownde aa computer that does Windows. For all the stuff that everyone who likes them has to say about Macs they are not perfect. When my old one broke down a few years ago I bought a new one from a mail order place since I cant find anyone who knows how to fix them or sells them around me. When I got it I discovered that my floppy discs would not work, even after buying a drive it would not read any 800k ones that I hve stuff on, some of sentimental value to me. The new Mac that uses the OSX would not run some stuff that the OS 8.6 one did it also could not hook up to my $3000 laser printer- bought in 1991- worth less now but it still worked and sice I was printng only about 5 or 6 pages a month I felt no ned for a new one.
That being said a few months ago Angel noticed her Windows PC was much slower than it should be and had a guy from school come over he ran a prgram on it taht said she had over 14000 viruses and spy prgrams to slow it down He said I would not need to have worry snce my Mac was immune.
Dont know if you wathced Star TRek bu I sort of feel like having a Mac si like being Spock. All this stuff that hurts or kills everyne else oes not effect you, but there was a episode where Spock wsa gonna die and the Doctor did not have a clue that all he needed to do to live ws go home ad get laid!

You need to get yoru gas at a co-op. I bought 1000 galoons in January wabout a week before it hit the lowest I have seen it thsi year $1.84. I now have a credit card like thing that I can use to taake the gas out whenever I want. Only works here bu it has saved a lot of money this year. Angel thought it was stupid when I did it but I figured it was not going to stay low, and if it got lower I did not have to use it, actaully waited untl it got above $2 to start using it. Sort of like what those guys that drive the prices up on the future markets do but on a much smaler scle.

Hey this sounds like a Springer momet if I have ever heard of ne. What you do is have you your wife (dont let her know what it is for) and the girl you have fallen for all be guess on the Springer show. You can thus iform your wife of your intentions, and propose to the girl on the same night. Let us know if yu do since then we can wathc and maybe say hey I pcked up that girl and fucked her brains out once. Plus if things do not work out for yu, you can have a video of it to examine to see where you might have gone wrong.
Saw a fe things I had to coment on here, before getting to reaso I signed on to look at stuff today. A girl who many of you know and like who has been housed at taxpayer expense will be free once more next week on the 26th (whihc is alos the day I give up havng sex with teenage girls). I am talking about Shannon, not her real name. I know it and got email form vinelink about her impending release yesterday. WIll get wnother when she actaully is freed, but figured post it here now while it is in my mind. I tried looking in Freeport on more than one occason. Never did find anything. Of course just might have had the wrong place an time, but Freeport is not all that big and S tned to be in the less affluent sections of town. Rockforrd was always much better to me. If you keep going down Rt 20 you maybe able to get lucky in Galena. The road between Galena and Freeport sucks real bad.
Was out and about Friday afternoon between 1:30 and 3. I had a fairly short window of opportunity (planned window of opportunity). Went rolling through the stroll out of part habit and part curiosity. Wasn’t really looking for anything (or more accurately, I wasn’t really looking for anyone), just strolling. Well, my half hour planned tour stretched into an hour, into an hour and half, into 2 hours. There were a few interesting observations during this time (a hot skinny young sista, a more trim then not late 30’s early 40’s WSW, and few others). As time ticked away my leisurely meandering became more "need" then just looking.
At about the two hour mark I really "needed" to get some. I settled on a rough looking mid-30’s to mid-40’s WSW. Our time together was so much fun, I can’t remember her name. The experience was less then average, not horribly bad, just not a lot of fun. To be truthful, it was what I expected after seeing her as I was driving around and then after talking with her through the window before a deal was struck. It was a "you get what you pay for" kind of a moment.
The particulars; I picked her up one block north of be-way, one block east of 9th in an ally. Agree to a Jackson and a half and then through in a charity half a Jackson at the end. I was hardly able to understand a word she said. Speech impediment, poor education, too long on the streets, too long on drugs, don’t know.
Lastly I wondered if any of you have had similar experience, and settled for less (or for far less) then what you would normally spend your time and money on?

Saturday, made a half hearted tour in the late afternoon. Was surprised by the rain shortly after heading out, poured, then sprinkled in odd patterns, but resulted in the same thing, no sightings other than a very well fed not a chancer and a tranny. Yup, that was a waste of gas.
Sunday was much more interesting. Saw one strong possibility on the side streets near north end of 9th. She must have mistakenly pegged the redmobile for uc tho as she made a point of not making eye contact. Looked like fun tho.
Several definites and possibilities on b'way. Missed out on one to a quicker monger. Only recognized one, Kristin, in her usual haunts. Oddly, 3 showed up that were quite interesting and within minutes our favorite uncle started appearing in the periferal. All of them fit the usual profile, but their actions seemed a bit "off" to me. Didn't stick around long enough to find out.
Take from that what you like.
Decided to break out some reliable digits and called it a day.

Happened to be driving the strolls this morning about 8:30. Saw 2 wsw and 2 bsw in different areas of Broadway and up towards 10th Ave on 7th St. The 2 wsw were on 7th at different locations and from a distance looked pretty good. Both blondes. The 2 bsw's were on Broadway near Kish. Fair to middlin looking. All were actively looking. Wondering if they were too good to be true or if the quality of ladies on our fair strolls is picking up. Don't monger with sw's but wanted to pass this on to everyone.

Residents on the city’s near east side say they’re tired of the drugs, prostitution and gunfire they say plague their neighborhood daily. They say their pleas to police and city officials fall on deaf ears, so they’re voicing them on cardboard.
A sign at 15th Avenue and Sixth Street proclaims “Welcome to the new westside: Drugs, sex, shooting. Thanks.”
No one is claiming the sign as their own, but some neighbors said they echo the sign’s sentiments.
“There’s proof that people are getting tired of the way things are going,” resident Dennis Quayle said. “There’s shootings and stuff all the time. You hear it at night.”
Some residents say the makeshift sign that marked the busy intersection of Sixth Street and 15th Avenue on Monday spoke volumes about their frustration with neighborhood crime.
“Welcome new westside: Drugs, sex, shooting. Thanks,” the broad red pen strokes proclaimed. Tacked to a light pole, the cardboard message was a quiet assertion of residents’ frustration over prostitution, drugs and gunfire — despite continual pleas to city officials and police.
The sign was yet another attempt to communicate their concern. By Monday afternoon the sign was gone. But its message lingered. No one took credit publicly for either making the sign or tearing it down. But few of its neighbors argued with its claims.
Dennis Quayle, who lives near the sign and first noticed it Sunday, said he’s seen his once-prosperous neighborhood devolve into a boarded-up bastion for drug abuse and prostitution. Nighttime silence is broken by gunshots, he said. Prostitutes roam openly, he said, unafraid of being spotted. A wooden board on a house down the street proclaims, in crooked hand-written letters, “Drug house closed.”
“There’s plenty of people getting tired of the way things are going over here,” Quayle said. “Somebody’s getting fed up with it, or they want to make a statement.”
Quayle’s neighbors spoke of a rash of social ills they’ve witnessed, including drug abuse, child abuse and gangs, all of which persist despite phone calls to police, they said.
Police have tagged the area a “hot spot” for crime, just as they have parts of the west side, Deputy Chief Michael Booker said. Officers staged five crime stings in the Mid-Town district — an area defined by First Avenue, 15th Avenue, Ninth Street and the Rock River — since Jan. 1. They conducted the same number of stings in the west side Weed and Seed area, Booker said. Such stings concentrate police manpower in a given area, where officers make arrests for all types of crime.
It’s hard to make an apples-to-apples comparison of crime in the two neighborhoods, and results of the police details weren’t readily available Tuesday. Statistics that detail crime from ward to ward aren’t a fair comparison, either, because they don’t reflect the two neighborhoods specifically.
“You can’t really compare any area of the city to another area because they all have different types of crime,” Lt. Joe Rinaldo said.
Police and city leaders said Weed and Seed sees more gangs and violent crimes, while Mid-Town sees more prostitution and drug abuse.
“It sounds like a pretty accurate description of (the 11th) ward,” said Ald. Jeff Holt, who hadn’t seen the sign. “The sign represents the frustration that those neighbors, as well as the majority of my ward, have with the issues were dealing with.”
Holt said he often fields phone calls from neighbors reporting problems, which he relays to police. Holt said he acts on the calls he receives. Still, when residents feel their concerns aren’t heard by authorities, they sometimes turn to Dave Johnson, interim minister at Salem Lutheran Church. He called the sign “the end of the line.”
“I’d like to see the city more forthright with what can and can’t be done, and explain to the citizens what is going on here, and why (the city’s) hands are tied,” Johnson said. He said residents play as much of a role in curbing crime as police and city leaders do, by banding together to talk about crime and forming an organized effort to stop it.
“We look at the city to take care of a lot of it, but we’re the ones who have to be involved,” Johnson said. “Only when we take an interest in our neighborhood and in each other will something happen.”
About 3 p.m. Monday, police officer Carla Redd searched for the cardboard message to make sure it wasn’t interfering with traffic. She couldn’t find it — which is just what west side resident Kim Philbrook wanted. Philbrook, head of the Forest Avenue Neighborhood Group, said the stigma of crime on the west side is lifting.
“I’m rather disappointed and quite disgusted,” Philbrook said of the sign, which she never saw. “That’s not the west side anymore.”

Never tried it that way. The way I have done it in the past is to find the reports you wish to reply to. Instead of double clicking where it says "QUOTE" click and hold, after a few seconds a menu will pop up, choose "Open link in new tab". Repeat for all the messages you want to reply to until you get to the last one, reply to it in a normal fashion, then go to each tab and use cut and paste to put all the quotes into one reply.
This works on Netscape 7 on a Mac with 9.2. I know at least a couple guys are adamant about thier use of Macs on here. If you are using another browser or a Windows computer the execution may need to be altered slightly, but the theory will be the same.

Shelly was one of three names the last girl I picked up in Rockford gave me. Blonde, petite, skittish as all hell, she had a few tats and guessing she is in her early 20s. Other names she gave were Megan and Sandy. Someone told me he thinks he knew the girl and that Shelly was her real name. Might just be the one he knows her by. Hopefully if it was her the injury was not ral bad, these girls have enough bad luck befalling them. Actually MQ, I was in Rock'ville last evening, and found more activity that I expected. About 6:30 I found four regulars and two new (notice I said new, not young or fresh) providers in the 9th-Broadway area. And later, about 9 I found those and several more around. Even saw two on Kish south of Braodway, near the Walgreens. Was approached by one at Arbor and 15th, when I stopped for the stop sign. Kerry is 30+ and worn looking. I gave her a ride to her sisters over near 8th Avenue and 6th street.
Not interested myself, I just was a taxi driver for her. But there were many more out than I expected. Nothing fresh, but choices. Seventh street is really dead, but other nearby areas contain activity.

Made it to Rockford a week and a half ago (been away from a computer since then).
Did not get lucky at all. Was a bit pressed for time and decided to limit myself to 30 minutes and wound up cruising for almost an hour. Discovered that tends to happen, sort of like kids on video games who say they will stop after just one more level. At least with cruising you win after you find a girl.
Normal areas were all dry. Noticed some road work on 8th St that said the road was closed and had partial baricades but you could still drive through. Maybe they want to give you tickets for that now. The old haunts were all dead.
Looked to areas near them. Saw a couple of blonde gals on 15th St near the Flea Market. Did not get a real good look at them, both appeared in their mid 20s. I had someone following me so did not stop and went around the block. Second time around someone had stopped for them, so cirlced the block again. He wound up picking up the shorter of the two. The other girl looked a bit rough and somewhat familiar, not sure if I picked her up before or found her prison picture. I decided to pass on her.
Wound up wishing I had not. Spent the next 45 minutes or so looking. Granted much of this was in areas that I have not seen girls before. Being extra cautious in these areas since I do not want to try offending a woman who is just out walking. That is what causes complaints to the PD. Did see a few women who were OK looking out but unable to attract their attention so did not make a nuisance of myself.

Was out shopping for company Sunday in the heat. After playing golf about noon, I checked out the normal areas about 4-5PM. Must be all asleep, as I found nothing out and about!
I cruised for about an hour and scored zero results. So I called an aquaintance who has an appartment near the river downtown. For two and half Jacksons, I recevied effective relief AND a shower before and after our workout. Quality acceptable, clean and safe. From the reaction my post has gathered here it does not look like any one here really thinks it is a good idea for me to leave my wife for a Rockford streetwalker. At first I did not really consider me seeing the girl in Rockford cheating on my wife. She was just someone who I was paying to have sex with, something that my wife really does not like doing. I looked at it like a friend of mine who pays a Mexican woman to clean his house once a week. It is something tat his wife does not like doing and thus makes her life easier. Much like Elaine's attitude to having sex has become over the years, I do still find her attractive. I’Ll break them up into two small posts.
Two weeks ago this past Tuesday I was planning to make a quick run through the regular route. After damn near an hour and just about finishing my 2nd full go a round I saw a dark curly haired brunette. As I circled around the block and stopped at the corner, she jumped in. I picked up Mary, somewhere between 30 and 40 WSW.
The first time we were together she mentioned that she lost a lot of weight and as a way to describe her looks that’s as good a way as any. She looks like she used to weight at least 50 pounds more then she does now. Flabby, out of shape.
Another way to describe her is that she’s not all there. Additionally, she is very insecure and worried about you "doin’ something bad to her". She was willing to do about anything and for only a jackson. I do have to say she provided a very good BJ and was pretty tight for a girl that used to be heavy.

Caught a little bit of the bust at the Flying Saucer the other night. Besides the ho's and the Patels, it looked like they were also rousting the ghosts of Yuri Gagarin and Gus Grissom plus the Purple People Eaters (Marshall, Page, Larsen and Eller). Soundtrack by the Ventures ("Telstar," "Outa Space".) All they were missing was John "Shorty" Powers. Chief Meatball might wind up on "Larry King" of the Discovery Channel if he keeps up his star-trekky diligence.
What has amazed me during my two most recent nights of strolling is the resourcefulness of the girls on the street. They're still there, just a little off the old beaten paths and with some dandy new signaling tricks. I think there has also been a distinct upsurge in the number of Latinas out working, especially west of the old strolling grounds. Are rumors of the girl with the baby stroller at the park near Kishwaukee true?
I also finally got to meet and greet "Cathedral Cathy." An old black fellow at a bar on State told me about her last fall and I thought he was bull-jiving. He wasn't - .35 for High Mass.

Ran through Rockford Friday night around 7:30. Made it through the tour once and was headed for another pass when from behind me comes driving up an old friend. More on that in a minute.
On both my first run through and my second I saw an adorable WSW. Early 20’s (if that) blonde petite body. She was wearing tight gray denim pants and a white tight t-shirt. I got to tell you even after all of these years in the hobby (20 plus years, and I really don’t like to think of exactly how many years nor how much money it’s been), I still have a ton of issues with pimps. But still, if I know (they say it, or they have a pimp-brand tattoo) I usually stay away.
I was near the end of my second run when I spotted an older brown/blonde WSW. Robin, she’s in her 40’s easily, thinner and not so easy on the eyes. She’s been out there for a long time, but this was the first I’d been with her. Despite being a few sheets to the wind, she was half descent company. For two jackson’s and a little hideaway stop we did the full dead. I picked her up near the new golf course (or whatever it’s called, mini-put, driving range) between 6th and Kish.
So this post doesn’t run too damn long, I’ll post a second about my encounter with an old friend.
As I mentioned in my last post I was running the circuit Friday night (up 11th street or one block west of there to be specific) when looking in my rear-view I see a little white car trying to get closer and a brunette trying to get my attention. It took only a moment or two for me to recognize her, although it had been more then a year since the last time we were together. It was Stevie, early 30’s WSW. Skinner now and just as jittery as ever.
I pulled over and she pulled up next to me. She wanted to date (and stated it had been a nearly a year since she had dated and would be willing to break her chastity just for me). Despite some wonderful (and some not so wonderful) memories, I told her I was looking for someone.
Her quick tale was that she was moving down to her mother’s house in Missouri this weekend and then on to rehab. Oh ya, she also said she was getting married in month or so. When she was doing ok (not jittery, not twicking) she was truly a great time. No rush, FULL service (she like everything), fully aware, good conversation, the whole package. When she wasn’t doing ok, well it usually was a wasted hour or two with a good chance of getting nothing. I always thought she was one of the ones that was a complete waste to be out there.
Not judging what a person has to do (or what they think they have to do), but still she was probably something special before she got into drugs. She use to talk about a great deal of varied interest she had (once again, on good days). One of the things that stuck with me was that she used to play the violin. No I never heard her play and yes she could have been bull-shitting me, but if you know anything about classical music, playing the violin is a ***** and takes a great deal of talent and work. To finish our reunion I handed through the windows of our vehicles a ten and wished her luck.
Went out around 10: 30 Sunday morning. During my first run up 11th, saw a fairly good-looking blonde being arrested at the Pump Handle. There were 3 or 4 cop cars on the south side of the Pump. The public enemy number one (the blonde) was cuffed and sitting on the sidewalk. She didn’t look familiar, but did look pretty good. She’s in her late 20’s maybe early thirties, thin, dark blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail. Didn’t stop to see what she was doing after she got released.
Made it all the way up 7th and back again when I saw Mary. Mid-30’s, if not into her 40’s WSW. She’s nothing to write home about, but a single Jackson and her willingness to do about anything works for me. I’ve written about her here so I won't waste anyone’s time. Suffice to say, she’s better then my right hand and I know she’s not LEO.

Yes, it seems the shoes are on the wrong feet. However, it looks like to me that it is a bad case of photo editing. When looking closely it looks like the shoes are on the correct feet. The legs are on the wrong side of the body. Look at the ankle area. The ankles are in correct configuration with the feet.

The name of a troubled motel may have changed, but its clientele and their activities havent.
The Sunset Motel was seized Friday at about 1:30 PM through a temporary restraining order.
Sunset Motel customers need to find a new place to live and they say, it's not their fault. The city shut down the inn Friday afternoon because of alleged drug activity and arrested motel manager Lisa Twitty on drug charges.
It was the second time in two years the city took action against the motel, formerly known as the Flying Saucer. Regardless of the name, the property at 2004 11th St. has long been known for its drug activity and prostitution.
The Sunset Motel is no stranger to problems. City officials temporarily closed the motel on April 4, 2006, because of what officials called an infestation of prostitution and drug activity that resulted in nuisance complaints by neighboring businesses.
The motel owners signed an operating agreement with city officials. Per the agreement, the motels owners were required to check in with the Rockford Police Department every day; provide a security guard 24 hours a day, seven days a week; maintain a list of banned customers; not rent rooms for less than 24 hours at a time; and adhere to a host of other restrictions.
In addition to the agreement, the motel owners were told to address electrical, mechanical and property maintenance problems to bring the motel up to code.
According to a news release issued Friday, police in recent weeks have found evidence of continued drug activity in the motel, an activity in direct violation of the Nuisance Abatement Agreement.
The owners were well-aware that if the drug activity continued, we would have the ability to seize the property. This should not come as a surprise to anyone, City Attorney Jennifer Cacciapaglia said.
14 months ago, hotel manager Twitty commented she didn't see it coming. "It was kind of a shock for me," she said, "I didn't know why it was being shut down."
This time around, police say she should. They sent her to the Winnebago County Jail on charges of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Sunset resident Christina Wolfe says, "Anybody that comes here, they I.D. you, fax it downtown, you got warrants, you go to jail. No one surveyed her people coming over here. No one told her when her people could come and go. Basically, it was on her. It wasn't nobody living here. The manager ruined that for everybody here."
The motel's deal with the city also bans visitors after 8 at night and requires Twitty to check in with the Rockford Police Department, not rent rooms by the hour, and maintain a list of banned customers. When city attorneys gave the go ahead to reopen last year, Twitty endorsed the changes, saying, "I think it'll clean up the motel and since we have put so much money into the motel. We like to keep it a nice place for people to come."
Lisa M. Twitty, 34, of Rockford was being housed in the Winnebago County Jail on $10,000 bond, but has recently bonded out.
The city refused to comment on whether the motel would potentially reopen again.

Had the occassion to be out and about in Rockford last evening, and found much company. About 5:30 I must have counted at least 5-6 SWs on 7th, near Broadway, and at least 3 more on 15th and 9th streets areas. About 6 or so, I started seeing that short blond sweetheart that advertises on CL. The one that is about 4'10" or so? But she had long blond, almost ironed hair, down to the middle of her back. Has to be 30 or so, but sure she looked good in her day. Now a little 'hard' for my taste. She was around walking for at least an hour or more.
Was looking for a certain girl, but never caught up with her. By eight or so, I said f**k it, and had dinner with a old friend. Couple more swings thru about 9 and home. Lots of choices, but nothing appealed to me. Maybe next time.

In my humble opinion, GT is much better than ERS or CLV. But like anyplace, it depends on who you get. If you get a girl / woman / old bag - you have the choice of not taking it. I have had very good results at GT lately. Especially with Tammy. I have no problem leaving a better tip for a girl who does her job well. But temember, a lot of the ladies working there and most other places are pretty burned out. Callouses on their palms, carpal tunnel, extended bicep muscles, shoulder stiffness. Giving massages and then jerking the gerkin is hard work. I can just imagine how much Ben Gay they have to rub on their arms after a shift. Investigators are sifting through evidence to prove that a Janesville strip-club owner allowed his dancers to act as prostitutes and recorded the sexual acts between the dancers and the clubs patrons.
Forty-three law-enforcement officers from Rock and Winnebago counties, Janesville police and the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation participated in a search Tuesday of the Wisconsin businesses and South Beloit homes of James and Rebecca Halbach, 7101 Manchester Drive, and Kevin Weaver, 7858 Prairie Hill Road.
Police believe DVDs they found contain sex acts between customers and dancers at Screamin Mee Mees, 402 W. Delavan Drive in Janesville. According to Janesville Police Department Deputy Chief David Moore, someone came forward and told police in late June that prostitution and drug activity were taking place at the club,
According to Moore, sex acts at the club, which boasts full nudity, were recorded and broadcast over an Internet link to computers at the Halbach and Weaver homes. These acts occured in a private area of the club, called the VIP Room. The club is owned by the Halbachs; Weaver is the club's manager. Halbach owns two other strip club, Diamond Jims & The Isabella Queen. The club's corporate offices, Pinnacle Inc., are in Janesville according to Wisconsin Information Services. Neither Weaver nor the Halbachs could be reached for comment.
We have a long investigation ahead of us, Moore said. We confiscated seven computer servers at the corporate offices, and each of those needs to be reviewed by state forensic specialists. We have numerous interviews to conduct, and I can tell you that arrests are pending. No arrests had been made as of Tuesday.
According to court documents filed late Tuesday in Rock County Circuit Court, the informant, an employee of Screamin Mee Mees, said prostitution was occurring in the club and in cars outside.
Court documents indicate that Halbach would monitor the sexual acts at the club from his home, and employees knew Halbach watched what was going on at the club. When officers conducted a routine walk-through of the club, Halbach, who was at home, called and asked an employee what police were doing there, an employee told police during the investigation. Patrons also were aware of the surveillance, police said.
Halbach, who ran unsuccessfully for a seat on the Janesville City Council last year, also owns numerous bars in Rock County. He recently donated $10,000 to the Janesville Jaycees to bail out its struggling fireworks fund. Without his donation, the clubs Fourth of July fireworks and festival were in jeopardy.

"They learn how to make drugs and sell drugs."
Recovering crack cocaine addict Bertha Duarte says she's not surprised nearly half the drug dealers accepted into Rockford Police's Alternative Drug Strategy Program, failed out. 23-year-old Angela Thomas and 28-year-old Victor Leavy were told if they stayed out of trouble, they wouldn't go to prison for selling drugs. Now there's a warrant out for their arrest.
"The boys the girls they sell drugs because it's fast money drugs and prostitution will sell faster than anything else in Rockford," Duarte says. They are both products that bring customers and their money from as far away as the Chicago suburbs. Their money is really needed to help Rockford's faltering economy. After another sales tax increase earlier this summer, more people from nearby smaller towns shop their hometown merchants or go to Janesville or Belevidere to save money on their big ticket purchases.
Thomas was busted for felony retail theft. Leavy, charged with assault while visiting in Minnesota. Now they'll join seven others in prison, after they were arrested during a drug sweep of the Coronado Haskell Neighborhood. The RockfordPD does drug sweeps when they are not busy arresting women who are solicting a ride on a roadway.according to Rockford Police Chief Chet Epperson. Epperson also says despite Thomas and Leavy's relapses, he says the program is doing well.
"The success is not on whether somebody re offended the success is we are ridding the overt drug market in fact we are in that area," says Rockford Police Chief Chet Epperson, oblivious to the fact that when one drug dealer is locked up three more appear on the streets to take his or her place.
Epperson says criminal activity is slowing. In May, 185 offenses were reported. That dropped in June, with 168. Numbers many hope continue to go down.
Epperson says even if the three remaining drug dealers in the program commit a crime, they'll keep the program going. Because police say the Coronado Haskell neighborhood has improved. They're in the process of starting another Alternative Drug Strategy program in a different part of town. Police won't say where, but the information will be released by Thanksgiving.
$250,000 warrants are issued for both people. They each could serve 30-years in prison. Since they used up their get out of jail free card, they'll have felony drug charges along with the assault and retail theft charges.

Noticed that two of Rockford's FORMER finest were busted in the Chicago NW burgs eaarly Saturday morning. Stephanie Schultz 25 and Amber Williams 29 were arrested in Hoffman Estates at the Red Roof for prost and possession. Stephanie were by several names in Rockford, including Karen and Cary. Amber was known as Angel and Lisa. Both are white and worked for a pimp named Player who had a place out east in a rented home a block or two behind the Home Depot on East State.
Hope no one from this board was involved, and Cook County now has their address list on their computer.
Looks like Stephanie made it to prison on drug charges and for assulting a correctional officer. She will be there until at least next Februray. Amber either got luckier or still has her case in the court system.

Sandy Bailey, 34, was arrested by Rockford police Sunday, charged with conducting an elaborate "sex for security" scam in which she allegedly received from her 41 year old husband Mike Bailey nearly $230,000 in cash, food, clothing and housing over the past 15 years in exchange for sexual intercourse on a regular basis.
"It's the biggest incident of its kind I've ever seen," Rockford Police Chief Chet Epperson said. "We're talking coats, dishwashers, jewelry, sewing machines, bathroom cleansers you name it."
According to Epperson, undercover officers spotted Bailey's husband give her $50 in cash at approximately 4 PM, just 30 minutes after they observed the two having sex. Bailey then drove off in her car, returning home two hours later with several bags of groceries. "That's when we made the arrest," Epperson gloated. "After tracking her for years, we finally had proof that she was buying all those goods with illegally obtained money."
During the arrest, Rockford police officials entered the Bailey household and seized more than 150 items Mrs. Bailey had received from her husband over the last 15 years, including a four-speed adjustable food processor, 12 pairs of earrings, a matching sofa and loveseat, a box of two-ply kitchen garbage bags, and a portable radio.
In exchange for these items, Epperson said, Bailey's husband received sex an estimated 1450 times most frequently in their home's master bedroom, but also in the downstairs den three times, and once on the floor of the sewing room. Epperson also suspects that Sandy offered Mike sex in exchange for a trip to Europe in 1997. But he laments "We can't arrest her for that. It is outside our jurisdiction and legal in parts on Europe."
In addition to physical evidence, Rockford police have collected considerable eyewitness testimony. More than 250 Rockford residents have come forward to report seeing Sandy and Mike Bailey together, and several said they witnessed Mr. Bailey flagrantly purchasing items for his wife. "Sure, they'd come in here," said Ray Greene of Greene's House and Home. "I think the last time was during that warm spell when he bought her one of those box fans with the three settings."
Perhaps the most damaging testimony has come from Mr. Bailey himself, who on Tuesday told police that while the couple was dating in 1991, Mrs. Baileythen known as Sandy Balice demanded that he buy her a ring worth over $2,000 before he could have sex with her. Their first sexual liaison took place almost a year later at Bob's Honeymooner Hotel during a trip to Niagara Falls. This trip was paid for entirely by Mr. Bailey who had recently completed his masters degree and started a $50,000 a year job at Snelling & Snelling in Loves Park.
Shortly after they were married in 1992, Mr. Bailey said, his wife who never attended college due to both lack of funds and a lackluster high school record quit her job at the McDonalds on 11th St., where he had met her. According to Winnebago County states attorney Paul Logli, "The former Miss Balice had set some high goals for herself, which saddly she never achieved. According to her friends she hoped to become a McDonalds' shift supervisor by age 21 and assistant manager with full benefits by age 25. But clearly, after meeting Mr. Bailey she concocted this scam and figured why work? Clearly with no job, she must have gotten money from some other source, How else could she have survived? It's now pretty apparent that at that point she began supporting herself by providing a certain service to Mr. Bailey."
Bailey's mother, Sylvia Balice, a resident of the Valley View Senior Home in Yuma, AZ, is being sought for questioning in connection to the case: Police suspect that Balice may have introduced her daughter to the sex-for-security scam after having used it herself from 1966 to 2001. She was forced to end her ride on the gravy train due to the death of Sandy's father, who never filed a complaint against her mother despite being a victim of the scam for over 35 years.
But for all the evidence collected against Bailey, Logli said the case will likely be difficult to prosecute. "Sandy was very careful to cover her tracks," he said. "She even got Mike to put her name on his bank accounts and credit cards."
The Bailey case is not an isolated incident, said criminologist John Ohlmeyer, who said there are "literally millions" of such cases across the U.S. each year that never come to court.
"This kind of thing isn't as uncommon as we'd all like to think," Ohlmeyer said. "A woman finds herself in a situation where she isn't employable or can only find a low paying food service job. Or maybe she wants to become a traditional stay at home mother. So what does she do? She cooks up a scheme to entrap a man with a good job by using her body as the bait. It's frightening, but it happens every day in America."
"There is one group of women who never partake in this type of behaivor, they are called feminists." Ohlmeyer added "Feminists in fact look down on women who do successfully pull off the sex for security scam." But there may be a reason for this attitude. According to popular talk show host and bearer of the truth Rush Limbaugh, "Most feminists become feminists due to the fact that they are unattractive and unable to use their looks to get men to give them what they want."
"This is after all a quality of life issue." according to Police Chief Epperson, who wants to make an example out of Sandy. He goes on "The Rockford PD has had many complaints of this type coming not only from the Bailey's neighborhood, but all over Rockford since I took charge. This is a crime that affects men of every race and income bracket. Had Mr. Bailey not fallen victim to Mrs. Bailey's feminine charms perhaps he would be driving a Porshe instead of just simply having one as wallpaper on his PC. We hope Sandy's arrest will discourage other women from thinking they can get away with it. Although Sandy appears to be at it again. It has been brought to my attention that just hours ago she got Mr. Bailey to bail her out of our nice new jail. I suspect she will reward him for his actions."

On July 20, 2007 members of the Rockford Police Department Special Operations M3 Streets Team conducted a Prostitution/Street crimes operation within the city of Rockford. The focused effort centered on the Mid–town District where complaints of daytime prostitution and related street crimes have been originating. During the course of the operation, male undercover officers posed as customers and targeted street level prostitutes. The operation resulted in a total of five criminal arrests being made with nine charges placed against them. Four subjects were arrested for prostitution. Three of those charges were enhanced to felony prostitution by the States Attorney’s office. The following subjects face criminal charges as a result of this operation. As always the Rockford PD would not have arrested these people if they did not think they were guilty

The White House drug czar, John Walters, says supplies of cocaine are down and wholesale costs for it are up in major US cities like Los Angeles and New York.
He credits increased law enforcement and eradication efforts by the US, Mexico and Colombia. Colombia is the largest cocaine producer.
But Walters, who heads the Office of National Drug Policy, tells The Associated Press a federal report also indicates some cocaine producers may be stockpiling it in Central or South America, waiting for a more receptive time to ship it to the US.
According to a four-page unclassified summary from the National Drug Intelligence Center, the shortage has existed for about two to four months. The shortage is largely tracked by by sharp price increases.

What out around 6 or 6:30, made it thought the circuit once and decided to cut to the chase. Sandy Bailey, 34, was arrested by Rockford police Sunday, charged with conducting an elaborate "sex for security" scam in which she allegedly received from her 41 year old husband Mike Bailey nearly $230,000 in cash, food, clothing and housing over the past 15 years in exchange for sexual intercourse on a regular basis.
"It's the biggest incident of its kind I've ever seen," Rockford Police Chief Chet Epperson said. "We're talking coats, dishwashers, jewelry, sewing machines, bathroom cleansers you name it."
According to Epperson, undercover officers spotted Bailey's husband give her $50 in cash at approximately 4 PM, just 30 minutes after they observed the two having sex. Bailey then drove off in her car, returning home two hours later with several bags of groceries. "That's when we made the arrest," Epperson gloated. "After tracking her for years, we finally had proof that she was buying all those goods with illegally obtained money."
During the arrest, Rockford police officials entered the Bailey household and seized more than 150 items Mrs. Bailey had received from her husband over the last 15 years, including a four-speed adjustable food processor, 12 pairs of earrings, a matching sofa and loveseat, a box of two-ply kitchen garbage bags, and a portable radio.
In exchange for these items, Epperson said, Bailey's husband received sex an estimated 1450 times most frequently in their home's master bedroom, but also in the downstairs den three times, and once on the floor of the sewing room. Epperson also suspects that Sandy offered Mike sex in exchange for a trip to Europe in 1997. But he laments "We can't arrest her for that. It is outside our jurisdiction and legal in parts on Europe."
In addition to physical evidence, Rockford police have collected considerable eyewitness testimony. More than 250 Rockford residents have come forward to report seeing Sandy and Mike Bailey together, and several said they witnessed Mr. Bailey flagrantly purchasing items for his wife. "Sure, they'd come in here," said Ray Greene of Greene's House and Home. "I think the last time was during that warm spell when he bought her one of those box fans with the three settings."
Perhaps the most damaging testimony has come from Mr. Bailey himself, who on Tuesday told police that while the couple was dating in 1991, Mrs. Baileythen known as Sandy Balice demanded that he buy her a ring worth over $2,000 before he could have sex with her. Their first sexual liaison took place almost a year later at Bob's Honeymooner Hotel during a trip to Niagara Falls. This trip was paid for entirely by Mr. Bailey who had recently completed his masters degree and started a $50,000 a year job at Snelling & Snelling in Loves Park.
Shortly after they were married in 1992, Mr. Bailey said, his wife who never attended college due to both lack of funds and a lackluster high school record quit her job at the McDonalds on 11th St., where he had met her. According to Winnebago County states attorney Paul Logli, "The former Miss Balice had set some high goals for herself, which saddly she never achieved. According to her friends she hoped to become a McDonalds' shift supervisor by age 21 and assistant manager with full benefits by age 25. But clearly, after meeting Mr. Bailey she concocted this scam and figured why work? Clearly with no job, she must have gotten money from some other source, How else could she have survived? It's now pretty apparent that at that point she began supporting herself by providing a certain service to Mr. Bailey."
Bailey's mother, Sylvia Balice, a resident of the Valley View Senior Home in Yuma, AZ, is being sought for questioning in connection to the case: Police suspect that Balice may have introduced her daughter to the sex-for-security scam after having used it herself from 1966 to 2001. She was forced to end her ride on the gravy train due to the death of Sandy's father, who never filed a complaint against her mother despite being a victim of the scam for over 35 years.
But for all the evidence collected against Bailey, Logli said the case will likely be difficult to prosecute. "Sandy was very careful to cover her tracks," he said. "She even got Mike to put her name on his bank accounts and credit cards."
The Bailey case is not an isolated incident, said criminologist John Ohlmeyer, who said there are "literally millions" of such cases across the U.S. each year that never come to court.
"This kind of thing isn't as uncommon as we'd all like to think," Ohlmeyer said. "A woman finds herself in a situation where she isn't employable or can only find a low paying food service job. Or maybe she wants to become a traditional stay at home mother. So what does she do? She cooks up a scheme to entrap a man with a good job by using her body as the bait. It's frightening, but it happens every day in America."
"There is one group of women who never partake in this type of behaivor, they are called feminists." Ohlmeyer added "Feminists in fact look down on women who do successfully pull off the sex for security scam." But there may be a reason for this attitude. According to popular talk show host and bearer of the truth Rush Limbaugh, "Most feminists become feminists due to the fact that they are unattractive and unable to use their looks to get men to give them what they want."
"This is after all a quality of life issue." according to Police Chief Epperson, who wants to make an example out of Sandy. He goes on "The Rockford PD has had many complaints of this type coming not only from the Bailey's neighborhood, but all over Rockford since I took charge. This is a crime that affects men of every race and income bracket. Had Mr. Bailey not fallen victim to Mrs. Bailey's feminine charms perhaps he would be driving a Porshe instead of just simply having one as wallpaper on his PC. We hope Sandy's arrest will discourage other women from thinking they can get away with it. Although Sandy appears to be at it again. It has been brought to my attention that just hours ago she got Mr. Bailey to bail her out of our nice new jail. I suspect she will reward him for his actions."Wow what a wild story. Not meaning to interupt you guy's 'original' stories with reports about SW activity in Rockford, but I will anyway. Had the occassion to be out in Rockford about 6PM Monday evening, and found much activity. Between the bypass and Harrison I saw three seperate ladies working, two reasonabally acceptable. Another up closer to 18th and 11, walking north near the gas station.
On Broadway, between 11th and 7th I saw two more near Gray's lot. Not much on 7th until I reached 5th Ave, where two others were hanging out, checking whomever drove by.

A very good friend from East State e-mailed me a short while ago - about 930p, cdt, thursday - and said that Cathedral Cathy was busted earlier today. That is huge loss for downtown commerce in Rockford.

The Inn Town Motel, once a monument to crime and blight, will be gone in about two weeks.
Neighbors watched as crews started demolishing the vacant motel at 733 E. State St. early Thursday morning by removing asbestos. Onlookers described the crumbling, white building as a fortress for prostitution and drugs and said they’re glad to see it go.
“The druglords won’t be taking over anymore,” said Dan Largent, a resident of the nearby Faust Landmark. “They’ll all be gone.”
Owner Shuja Mulk had until Wednesday to ask a court to overturn a judge’s ruling to demolish the motel or to do it himself. Mulk did not come forward by 5 p.m. Wednesday, City Attorney Jennifer Cacciapaglia said. Calls placed to Mulk were not returned by press time Thursday.
“The Inn Town Motel is an example of something that did nothing but put a black eye on this community,” Cacciapaglia said.
The building’s path to demolition started in December 2006 when the city condemned it and bused more than 30 people still living there to hotels. Authorities had received complaints of generally shoddy conditions, but an inspection of the building revealed a mass of safety hazards. Inspectors found more than 70 code violations including roach infestation, improper heaters, faulty wiring and unlighted hallways. Young children had been living there as permanent residents. Police had also reported a growing problem of prostitution, drug dealing and other criminal activity.
When inspectors returned in April, they wore masks and special gear to avoid a noxious mold that covered carpets, walls and other surfaces, she said.
It would have cost Mulk more than $3.6 million to get the motel up to code, city officials estimate.
“It was quite miraculous that nothing happened before we could get out there and vacate the property,” Cacciapaglia said.
The city will spend $153,601 to demolish the building, which Mulk has 90 days to repay. If he doesn’t, the city will place a lien on the land and could eventually own it, Cacciapaglia said.
“The owner allowed it to develop into a condition that was dangerously unsafe on several different levels, and he continued to house people and hold the property out as being safe and secure,” Cacciapaglia said. “He took their money, and that’s not something we look upon lightly.”
It’s unclear what the lot could eventually become. Neighbors said they’re hoping for a park or a restaurant, someplace they could frequent without fear of crime.
“There needs to be some picnic tables and some place to go, maybe for a cookout,” Faust resident Patricia Cunningham said. “There’s a lot of us who would like to have a park.”

There is no US Supremem Court of CA - it's the CA State Supreme Court and that's why I said I hope it makes its' way to the Federal level - SF Federal Appeals Court is tradionally the most lenient in the country and could set a prececent.

I think that each state can and should consider the other states ruling.
Run through just half the tour when I saw Christina just north of Penny Pincher. Pulled over to see what see was doing in about a half an hour, I had an appointment to go to that would last that long. So, I met this chick at my place of employment, she was a temp working right next to my workspace, therefore I had many opportunities to conversate with her. No, I'm not going to describe her in detail, or tell her name, but I will say that she was 18 at the time, latino, and absolutely stupid hot. You would just have to hope the Bambi you met was this fine. Took me about a month or so of the usual bullshit to get this girl seriously thinking about losing her punk bf for a few nights so I could have a taste.
Finally one day she asks me if I would like to hang out with her the upcoming weekend. I told her sure, fully expecting her to lose her nerve and not show. I was right, she didn't show. So on monday she tells me, "I know your mad at me" I said, "How could I be mad at you if I never expected you to show anyway". Now she's pissed because she says I think she is a tease, and dammit if she doesnt decide sitting right there that she is going to show me different that night.
The usual expectations were met that evening, ending with me giving her a gift on her tits and chin. The next day, she was let go, and I'm certain that she thinks I had something to do with it. I did not have anything to do with it. As a matter of fact I was pretty disappointed about it. I wasn't near to done with her. Unfortunately I havent heard from her since.

Did the crack’ ford cruise around 9:45am yesterday. Just one fatty on 11th.
Went back on my way home around 2:45. Saw Holley on Broadway and 11th going into a store, she ripped me off once so I passed. A few on 7th (BSW’s) and then came across Christina on 10th and Harrison. Had occassion to be out on the track last evening. Saw the usual suspects, including the little blond WSW who goes by Foxxy on B'day and 9th several times in the 7-9 timeframe. She was wearing loud yellow streach pants and a yellow shell top, and her hair looked freshly ironed, if you know what I mean. She was being quite obivous to all that she was looking for a date. I considered stopping fo her, but decided against it, right there at GROUND ZERO of the track these days. Too risky for me.
Kept crusing and found a new wanta-be SW up on Kish in the Blue Dalpfin parking lot, right near College. About 5'4" and 100#, white, maybe 22, and slim. Just like I like them! She was very weary of LEO, and it took some talking before she believed I was not him. Not very experienced, but not a druggie either. Probably not her first professional experience, but maybe.

WASHINGTON -- Researchers have figured out how to give an entire community a drug test using just a teaspoon of wastewater from a city's sewer plant.
The test wouldn't be used to finger any single person as a drug user. But it would help federal law enforcement and other agencies track the spread of dangerous drugs, like methamphetamine, across the country.
Oregon State University scientists tested 10 unnamed American cities for remnants of drugs, both legal and illegal, from wastewater streams. They were able to show that they could get a good snapshot of what people are taking.
"It's a community urinalysis," said Caleb Banta-Green, a University of Washington drug abuse researcher who was part of the Oregon State team. The scientists presented their results Tuesday at a meeting of the American Chemical Society in Boston.
Two federal agencies have taken samples from U.S. waterways to see if drug testing a whole city is doable, but they haven't gotten as far as the Oregon researchers.
One of the early results of the new study showed big differences in methamphetamine use city to city. One urban area with a gambling industry had meth levels more than five times higher than other cities. Yet methamphetamine levels were virtually nonexistent in some smaller Midwestern locales, said Jennifer Field, the lead researcher and a professor of environmental toxicology at Oregon State.
The ingredient Americans consume and excrete the most was caffeine, Field said.
Cities in the experiment ranged from 17,000 to 600,000 in population, but Field declined to identify them, saying that could harm her relationship with the sewage plant operators.
She plans to start a survey for drugs in the wastewater of at least 40 Oregon communities.
The science behind the testing is simple. Nearly every drug - legal and illicit - that people take leaves the body. That waste goes into toilets and then into wastewater treatment plants.
"Wastewater facilities are wonderful places to understand what humans consume and excrete," Field said.
In the study presented Tuesday, one teaspoon of untreated sewage water from each of the cities was tested for 15 different drugs. Field said researchers can't calculate how many people in a town are using drugs.
She said that one fairly affluent community scored low for illicit drugs except for cocaine. Cocaine and ecstasy tended to peak on weekends and drop on weekdays, she said, while methamphetamine and prescription drugs were steady throughout the week.
Field said her study suggests that a key tool currently used by drug abuse researchers - self-reported drug questionnaires - underestimates drug use.
"We have so few indicators of current use," said Jane Maxwell of the Addiction Research Institute at the University of Texas, who wasn't part of the study. "This could be a very interesting new indicator."
David Murray, chief scientist for U.S. Office of National Drug Control Policy, said the idea interests his agency.
Murray said the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is testing federal wastewater samples just to see if that's a good method for monitoring drug use. But he didn't know how many tests were conducted or where.
The EPA will "flush out the details" on testing, Benjamin Grumbles joked. The EPA assistant administrator said the agency is already looking at the problem of potential harm to rivers and lakes from legal pharmaceuticals.
The idea of testing on a citywide basis for drugs makes sense, as long as it doesn't violate people's privacy, said Tom Angell of the Students for Sensible Drug Policy, a Washington-based group that advocates legalizing most drugs.

An undercover police officer prowling the popular Web site Craigslist.com found more than just cheap apartments, new jobs and pets for sale. He discovered and arrested a Loves Park woman who allegedly sold sex via the online classifieds page.
Elizabeth Ann Schmidtke, 23, of Loves Park was arrested in Buffalo Grove, a Chicago suburb in southern lake County, after she offered to perform a sexual act for an undercover officer for $100, said Todd Kupsak, public information officer for the Buffalo Grove Police Department.
The officer found Schmidtkes ad during a routine search of Craigslist, the national online network that features classified ads for everything from jobs to dating.
Kupsak did not know specifically what part of the post raised eyebrows for police, only that it was obviously advertising sex.
"Its not like you have to read between the lines", he said. Cmdr. Steve Husak. added "It definitely alluded to what we thought was prostitution, so we made contact,"
Schmidtke and the officer met Tuesday at the Extended Stay America Hotel, 1525 Busch Parkway in Buffalo Grove. During the meeting, Schmidtke offered to have sex with the undercover officer for $100, at which point she was arrested. Kupsak said she probably solicited customers from the greater Chicago area. He did not believe that she was part of a larger prostitution operation.
Schmidtke was charged with prostitution, a Class A misdemeanor and arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Winnebago County court on a DUI charge. She was one I liked, she wanted to come home with me once. But I would have to buy her enough medication to last her until I brought her back home. Although she did not say so I would bet good money that these were not the type of medications that one could have a prescription transfered to the local Hy-Vee phrmacy. I've never found the presence or lack thereof of a purse to be an indicator of availability. Been out on the stroll a couple of times since "Jenny" went back to school. Once during the middle of last week and again yesterday. Must be getting out of practice since I was unable to get lucky either time.
Did see a few girls out on both occasions but most of them were of the very old and worn out variety so I passed. Even the undesireable ones were few and far between.
Saw one gal both times who looked interesting. Don't know if anyone else has seen her. White gal, early 20's, light brown hair, nice sized tits, does not look at all worn out. Both time I saw her she was wearing her hair in a pig tail and I could see she had a tat on her neck. She was wandering the south side of Broadway between 9th St and the used car lot both days. Also I do not know if the girls have moved to a new area of town or not, but over the course of the summer I have gone down Auburn a number of times and seen a few girls walking down the street. A little bit off topic.
One could draw the conclusion that there have not been any stings recently since the Rockford PD have been devoting their resources to other serious crimes. Altough I guess in this instance there are actually some vistoms to the crimes being commited.
During the past week Detectives from the Rockford Police Department have been investigating the Hip-Hop graffiti crew known as “FBC”. FBC stands for Fat Boy Crew. It has been determined that members of FBC are less of a threat to our society than Osama bin Laden and his minions. They were however much easier to find.
According to sources in the Rockford PD, the FBC Crew has been responsible for approximately 100 taggings in the area of Harrison Ave., Charles St., 20th St and Alpine Road, so far this summer. The taggings were placed on buildings, bridges and drainage ditches with markers and paint. The property damage is estimated at this time at approximately $25,000.
Two 16-year-old juveniles have been arrested for Felony Criminal Defacement and brought to the Juvenile Assessment/ Detention Facility. Additional arrests are anticipated as this investigation is continuing. Unnamed sources have indicated that the Rockford PD would find it much easier if those involved would be so kind to make videos of their taggings and post them on You Tube while braging about what they had done.

Law enforcement has discovered that it can be bad PR if they go after something other than straight girls. This happened in PA.
A Newport Township part-time police officer was working as an escort when he was arrested in a prostitution sting at a Wilkes-Barre motel on Friday, according to arrest papers.
Levi Gibbon Jr., 40, of East North Street, Wilkes-Barre, was charged by the state police Organized Crime Unit with a single count of prostitution. He was arraigned before Hanover Township District Judge Joseph Halesey and released on $5,000 bail.
Newport Township Solicitor Richard Shiptoski said Gibbon has been suspended without pay until resolution of the charge, a third-degree misdemeanor. Gibbon couldn’t be reached for comment on Tuesday.
According to the criminal complaint:
State police and the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office were involved in a prostitution sting at the Wilkes-Barre Lodge motel on Kidder Street. An informant told authorities that Gibbon was working as an escort and was to show up at 4 p.m. to meet a client in room 141.
Gibbon, carrying a blue mini cooler, knocked on the door and was greeted by an undercover trooper posing as a client. Once inside the room, Gibbon discussed with the trooper sexual acts that would be performed for an amount of money, the criminal complaint says. Gibbon began to undress as he accepted $200 in marked money. A signal was given to surveillance teams, who entered the room and arrested Gibbon.
Police said Gibbon admitted in a written statement that he was working as an escort and expected to receive money for sexual favors, the criminal complaint says.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday in Central Court.

Much more going on just east of the 15th street bridge area, near the housing project and before you reach Kish. Several BSWs out and about, and no cop sitting there as there usually is. Nothing at all on 7th between Braodway and Charles Street.
Also found no less than four WSW and one BSW on lower 11th, between Reed street and the bypass. Two girls hanging out at the Penny Pincher, and another accross the street on the step of that BJ bar.
I checked out Alburn Street area, as suggested by Rob Roy. I could find nothing at all in the 8-9 PM timeslot. Waste of gas, IMHO.
As I had already hooked up with a friend, I just report the above for general information, for whatever it is worth.

The pictures of her on craigslist make her look as if she is in her 20's according to Rockford PD when Theresa Longardner was first arrested last October she was 40 years old. So it may not be the same woman.

Took an 815 call today. The girl said that Anthony suggested she call me.
Her name was Foxy. I know Foxy. I asked if this was the one I knew, she said maybe then described herself. Description fit but the voice sounded different.
If someone else out there that knows her would like to call her, I'll provide the number via PM. Just seems weird she could get out so quickly.

Once someone is arrested they are allowed to bond out. The fee tends to be in the 100 to 500 USD range, for prostitution charges. From my observations once a girl (or one of her good freinds)is locked up in county gaol and is informed of her bond amount she will ring one of her regular sugar daddies to get the funds. Either that or get one of her friends to really get out on the street and hustle her ass off while not blowing any of the money on recreational drugs. She can post bond herself if she has enough cash on her but these girls tend not to be particularly flush.
She is then supposed to go to court to face charges at a given date and time. My observations have shown that most (but not all) of the young women you might pick up on the street, will ignore this court date. They will then have a warrant issued in her name for failure to appear charges as well as the original ones. When they are then picked up again the first bond amount is forfiet and the cycle starts all over again.
It is a mindset I am at a loss to understand. I have observed young women forfieting over 2000 USD in bonds and winding up in gaol on multiple occasions on charges that to begin with with would have resulted in a fine of 200 USD. I mentioned this to one girl once and she informed me that she found it easier to be arrested and wind up in gaol again than it would be to get to court on time in the first place. She was confident she would not get caught again but of course she was.

HHHI picked up a blonde girl last spring who said her name was Foxy. Rather cute and fun, thought her pussy was worth more than all the other girls. When she told me her name I asked her if it was her real one. She just gave me a dumb stare. Guessing it was not. She was definitely 20 something and not 40 something. Thought I saw Foxy out again last week during one of my several unproductive cruises. Someone else got her or she entered a house before I was able to circle the block to let her in my car.

Also a word of warning there are things out there you not want anywhere near you. Last week near the RR tracks on 7th street I stopped for what looked to be an OK looking dark haired SW. She came to my car and I said Hi. She told me she had something none of the other girls out there had. I asked what? She told me "A dick". I pulled away before the conversation could go any further. From a distance it looked like a better than average looking WSW. Had girls warn me there were some black things like this out there this. Did not know there were some white ones also.
