Travels had me driving down South 895 at about 3pm Sunday. I needed to pee and get some water so I spotted a 7-11 down the road. As I got close I saw a woman walking with purpose down the side way. She wasn't dressing in working clothes, but I guess after having mongered long enough I saw something in her. I pulled into the 7-11 and got out and tried to get her attention but it didn't work so I figured I was wrong. They didn't have rest rooms so I left and when I looked down the street this woman was still walking so I figured what the hell. I went past her and pulled into a carwash but stayed near the sidewalk. Rolled down the window and waited. As she walked by I asked her if she needed a ride. She said yes but was only going a few blocks. I said no problem. She said she was headed home after a long night. (It's 3pm, so that's a long night.)

After a mile or so, we get to her apartment, and as I stop I figure why not. I asked her if she wanted to make a few bucks. She said sure and then asked if I was a cop and to "show me something". So I wanked it out. She said cool and we drove off to find a spot.

I think what she really wanted was to get close to her 'friends' house now that she was about to 'come' into a few dollars.

We found a spot and she jumped in the back. Told me she normally gets a jack and a half. I asked her if she normally walks the streets and she said no. People call her friend and then he gets in touch with her.

Anyway, service was really above average for a bbbjtccim (or whatever code you guys use). She slowed down when asked, changed her style when I asked. Let me give her face a nice fucking. Drank it all down, or should I ask sucked the head like a straw during the key moment.

I got her friends number and her name, Melissa, for future use.

Hi Guys, I,m still around. I have been going out and doing quite good . I will agree that things are thin out there and hot but if you keep coming out and looking you will see that it is not as bad as some are saying. Some of the girls are in jail but a lot are still out there , you just have to know where and when. Try some of the side streets and a little farther south down Rt 13 and you may see something interesting. I went over Van Buren st. tonight and got a bjcim for 15.00. Hey Guys,
I been out a lot lately and things are maybe picking up some. I spent a few hours on RT 9 tonight and saw several WSW,ers, young and not too bad looking. They are lurking in the dark corners and LE is close by but they are there. All you have to do is look and you will see them.
I see that a few are coming back to the 7-11 but not very good looking.
Ron,s is dead, the big fire sure put a end to that nest, I pass there a lot and the entire lot is empty. Now futher down RT 13 is another story, check outside some of the motels,very productive. When I went past Hak,s I saw a very good looking blond working there, I don,t trust the good looking ones so I moved on. Over Hill top was and has been fairly dead and very hot with Wilmington police. I am fading away from there until this summer maybe.
Browntown is very dead,especially after that dude got shot over there, nobody seems to come out.

Getting closer. Wandered down to Rte 13 for some cheap gas on Friday evening and decided to hit the Wawa along the SB lanes. After filling up took a turn behind the strip mall because the neighborhood looked promising and because of the encouraging post by Piehole (keep your eyes open). Passed two separate ladies who returned the look. Stopped and the second one jumped in. Went through the routine, she was about 5'7" looked youngish, said she was 21, light-skinned or Hispanic, very sweet personality. Dude! If you find the regular 'stroll' to be scary, you will not be relieved by the hill top as IMHO it is even worse. Along with sparse mongering one will have to contend with lots of opportunities to come in contact with the 24 hour pharmacy. But if you start at Del Tech in center city and are not vertically challenged....

Hello fello mongers, I went out Tue the 24th for a look see and after about 45 min of strolling I saw this WSW / HSW on 9 so I pull over on to a side street and she turns the corner and jumps in. Long time since I did the stroll in W. Went out Fri nite (1-27) between 11:30 and 1:30. Nothing at all, couldn't believe it. I started at Term Ave and did the 9 route a couple of times, stopping for a whiz at the bowling alley. Then over Rogers, past Hak's, up 4th to the route 2 turn, back down 4th to Market (waiting for those 3 or 4 lights is a *****), over the bridge, past Hak's, up Rogers, did the 9 a couple more times, over to sb 13, past the airport, all the way down to the last motel, then nb 13 back to 4th, then home. Not a damn thing, and it wasn't that cold or rainy! Where did I go wrong? Am I missing some stops along 13 or 9??????????

Ran up & down 13 Tuesday night between the airport & Hak's between 9:00 & 11:00.
Saw two SW near Hak's right at 9:00. The first was a blond WSW crossing the street towards Hak's parking lot. She was picked up before I could get the car turned around. The second was just standing at the edge of the parking lot without moving for ~1/2 hour and was so bundled I could'nt tell race age or anything else. I had to wash the road salt and stuff off my car so I decided to take a drive up and down Rt 9 and hit the car wash there during my travels. I saw one BSW around Haks and a really strung out looking skinny white girl on 9 near Terminal Ave. I wouldn't have stopped for either of them even if I had been actually in the market. Often I find it as interesting just cruising, not intending to buy. I still look up and down GPB (or is it GVP?) practically daily without seeing anything until I get down near Vandevere. I went to VIP Spa on Shell Rd in Carneys Point, about a 20 minute drive from Wilmington. It was the standard RNT, with TS. The TS was uninspired and clinical, the woman was older although petite, and the tug had to be specified at the end, it wasn't automatic. Maybe if you go more than once then they know. Paid .6 for the hour, .2 tip. For the price, mildly worth it if you just want a tug.

Delaware legislature is going to increase the penalties for prostitution. Being "within 1,000 feet of any school property, residence, church, synagogue or other place of worship" is going to get you fucked harder if you are caught.

Besides the lack of women and strong police enforcement, Delaware prostitution is going to get even harder.

Just wanted to say that you really have to be careful. I dated a sw for about a year several years ago and of course it ended badly. Most of the sw are drug addicts. I dated a sw for a while when she was getting clean. IE on methadone. Things went pretty well for awhile and I really loved the girl. However, she relapsed and there was really nothing I could do. She left to go with some guy who would buy her drugs. Later, she left that guy for another who would take care of her and buy her drugs. She got pregnant by this guy. She 's been in and out of rehab and still walking the streets.

Most of these girls are fatally flawed. We try to "save" them but in the end usually fail.

Just my words of advice. Let me know how things go!

So we have been going out for 4 months now. Of course there were drugs in her backround she too was on meth. The problem I have is she also has to take pschy drugs. In talking with her and her dad she lost her virginity to rape, turned to drugs (heroin) raped again and eventually to prostituion to support her habit.

I will tell you the tough part is knowing that past is insane jealousy. If I see her even talk to a guy I think the worst.

We are still doing well though. I ama dingle parent of an adopted baby so I need to be cautious. Her psych drugs cuase her to run into problems at the clinic. I know these are prescribed as I go with her to pick them up. Doesn't mean they don't come froma crooked doctor. I joined an internet heroin support group who also warned me away on her.This helped me slow down my emotional roller coaster as because of her past I tend to worry.

Seeing a recovering drug user up close and not jsut for 30 minutes of fun (not as young as I use to be) makes me so pissed off at our government. Police are not going to stop drugs. It has to be the military going to the soource and taking it out. Even if we can slow it down some that is a start.

We had a pregnancy scare recently. Thank goodness that came out false. I know I made the cardinal sin falling in love witha sw. THe harder part of it is falling in lvoe with a recovering addict. I sure hope she makes it. SHe has not had a life from 15 to 25.

26 CHARGED: Six known prostitutes were among those arrested Thursday by Delaware State Police during a traffic checkpoint and fugitive roundup near New Castle, police said. Sgt. I don't know where the midvale area is but I would be really shocked if police activity did not increase around Hak's and the so-called "Fantasia presents The Gold Club" right across the street. What a name, btw. Anyway, I drive up and down that road regularly as part of my daily commute and can hardly pass the area without spotting at least one SW, often more than one. Between the SWs and what I presume will be an effort to make sure the Gold Club remains legit, I would bet police presence would be on the increase.

I stopped by the Gold Club recently but won't hurry back. Dancers are ok, but, at least while I was there, remain pretty far afield. Hands off pastie bars do nothing for me unless there is some compelling reason to take the dancer of your choice into the back room. And I don't see that happening in Wilmington.

Corporal ditches bulletproof vest for tank top near New Castle
Standing on the side of U.S. 13 near New Castle, Cpl. Melissa Ivans didn't look like a state trooper.

Shorts and a tank top replaced the usual bulletproof vest and utility belt. Add some fake bruises to the arms and neck from the dirt off a car tire and Ivans was ready to try attracting johns on the prowl for sex.

State troopers operated a prostitution sting Wednesday afternoon, which led to the misdemeanor arrests of at least three men on charges of soliciting sex

Officers also arrested two women in the area on charges of loitering.

This operation was Ivans' second time to pose as a prostitute for a state police sting.

She nabbed the first john Wednesday afternoon.

"You have to be improper," Ivans said. "And not do much talking, they'll start talking to you."

Prostitution has been a problem along U.S. 13 since at least the 1960s. Part of the highway also has adult bookstores and strip clubs. There are also hotels where rooms can be rented for a couple of hours.

Some of the hookers and their customers gathered at the Lord De La Warr motel near Memorial Drive before it was demolished in 1998. After that, they moved to the Red Rose Inn near McMullen Avenue, which was demolished in 2003.

Steven B. Pennell, a serial killer in the 1980s who was executed in 1992, was known to cruise the strip near the U.S. 40 split.

In recent years, some of the prostitutes began to work in some of the residential neighborhoods just off the highway. For at least two years, they have been in the Leedom Estates neighborhood, where Bacon Avenue intersects with U.S. 13. The prostitutes often walk the alley behind two shopping centers and the streets of the 52-year-old neighborhood of small, single-family homes.

After New Castle County police cracked down on the activity in Leedom Estates, the prostitutes and their customers moved to other areas of U.S. 13. But the women and their customers have recently returned.

On this day, Ivans pretended to be a streetwalker, playing with her hair and stumbling along the shoulder -- to appear impaired -- while cars and 18-wheelers sped past.

Several men stopped to inquire about her possible services. But instead of the sex that police say the men were seeking as the suspects and decoys pulled into an abandoned church parking lot, they became part of a state police sting.

Five in all -- female state troopers and parole officers -- played the part of decoys.

During the operation, several men, young and old, approached the women. Some stopped after several trips around the block, others decided against it and drove away.

About 12 drivers stopped and talked to the women in the first two hours they were on the street.

Being careful not to cross the line into entrapment, the women would barter deals with the drivers. The average negotiated price Wednesday was $20 for oral sex and $40 for intercourse.

While several men inquired, not all said the magic words that would lead to their arrest -- making a monetary offer. Some said they were "too pretty" and decided the women had to be police officers.

The first two arrested tried to flee after police said they made deals. The third was stopped on the shoulder while he was trying to exit the parking lot.

Soliciting prostitution, a misdemeanor, carries a $500 fine for first-time offenders. Additionally, the men arrested Wednesday had their vehicles impounded, and each had to pay more than $100 to retrieve them.

Not a victimless crime

Capt. Robert Coupe with the criminal investigation unit at Troop 2 watched the sting from a nearby parking lot. He said state police hold a prostitution sting about twice a year during the summer and spring months.

During the rest of the year, he said, troopers look for places where prostitutes hang out and make arrests for prostitution and loitering.

The decoys can sometimes have trouble looking like prostitutes, he said. Many troopers who volunteer for the stings are in good health and do not appear to suffer from the many physical problems that often plague prostitutes.

Lt. Jason Sapp with the patrol division at Troop 2 said there are about 20 established prostitutes in New Castle County.

He said the sting is intended to act as a deterrent for johns and prostitutes, and restore a safer environment to the neighborhoods where the prostitution occurs.

The main problem with prostitution is that the activities occur in neighborhoods with families and children, he said, adding the purpose of the stings is to restore a sense of safety to community members.

The operation was a cooperative effort by state police, the Office of Parole and Probation and a governor's task force.

Sapp said state, county and city police work together to address the crimes.

"We as law enforcement officers have been unable to arrest away the problem," he said.

Hey Guys,
I am still around. I come in here and look all the time but I stopped making reports. I came in, gave a million dollars of information to my fellow mongers and got about two cents worth of info back. It seems that nobody wants to make reports. Also Magic Papi and I beleive that the LE read the reports to so we both let up a bit. I still go out quite a bit but not as much as before. I have my own little stable of regulars and also a fine looking girlfriend now so I am happy. I stay in only a few areas now and I am doing very good with the ladies. Lots of years of work and gas has rewared me with a lot of regulars and phone numbers, I am laying low and seeing only the special ones. I haven,t been down rt 13 in New Castle too much, the heat is on big time there and rt 9. I would like to get together with my partner in crime Magic Papi and tour the area a few nights. It has been a while since we teamed up. Look for some reports from me soon.

Prostitution crackdown continues

Fifteen women were arrested and charged with prostitution, Wednesday, as law enforcement officials continue a crackdown on the alleged activity along the U.S. 13 corridor south of Wilmington.

State police spokesman Cpl. Jeff Whitmarsh said county police and state Department of probation and parole officers joined state troopers in the sting aimed at improving quality of life issues along the New Castle Avenue and DuPont Highway corridors.

In addition to the street-walking suspects - each charged with a misdemeanor offense and released - state police also arrested Harry Hopkins, 44, of Wilmington and Tyrone Bunche, 44, of Newark.

Both men were charged with possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia, Whitmarsh said.

Andre Parker, 30, of New Castle, who was stopped in the Shell gas station parking lot on the corner of S. Walnut and A streets, was arrested for having a loaded .380 Bersa handgun.

Parker was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of a deadly weapon by a person prohibited and violation of probation.

Whitmarsh said the cooperative effort highlights the success achieved when Delaware law enforcement agencies work toward for a common goal.

HB # 439 has passed and is now moving to the Senate for consideration, where it will likely pass just as easily. I don't think there is any location in the state where you can find a prostitute and not be within 1000 feet of a school, church, or residence.Looks like that new law passed. But that is not the worst of it! Look what the new law says; it is VERY broad and open (all inclusive) in the language!

Note this language: "an agreement or understanding that in return therefor that person or a third person will engage in sexual conduct with the person"

So I assume that if one makes a date for a strip tease, dancing, back rub or other legal service and there is an inference that there is an "understanding" that sex is part of the deal, one has crossed the line and is guilty of violating the law. WOW! So if you offer to help with books, tution, gas money or pay for "time" and one thinks that is an "understanding" for eventual sex, you are guilty? Geez!

I wonder how this might apply to private dances in a strip club? What about the peep shows in the adult bookstores? After all the definition of "sexual conduct" means any act designed to produce sexual gratification to either party.

And note the inequity of the law! For Class A misdemeanors the lady gets a non-suspendable fine of $500 while the gent gets $1000!

(a)(1) A person is guilty of prostitution when the person engages or agrees or offers to engage in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee.

§ 1343. Patronizing a prostitute prohibited.

(a) A person is guilty of patronizing a prostitute when:

(1) Pursuant to a prior agreement or understanding, the person pays a fee to another person as compensation for that person's having engaged in sexual conduct with the person; or

(2) The person pays or agrees to pay a fee to another person pursuant to an agreement or understanding that in return therefor that person or a third person will engage in sexual conduct with the person; or

(3) The person solicits or requests another person to engage in sexual conduct with the person in return for a fee.

(b) Patronizing a prostitute is a misdemeanor. The minimum mandatory fine shall be $500. This fine shall not be suspended.

(c) Whenever any vehicle, as defined in § 2321 of this title, has been used in, or in connection with, the offense of patronizing a prostitute, it shall forthwith be seized and taken into custody by the peace officer or officers having knowledge of the facts of such use.

(d) Vehicle seizure shall apply in the case of a defendant who has a previous conviction for the same offense in the previous 5 years. For the purpose of this section, "prior offense" shall be defined as a conviction of § 1343 of this title.

(e)(1) Any person found guilty of patronizing a prostitute and such crime has occurred on or within 1,000 feet of the property of any school, residence, church, synagogue or other place of worship shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor. I've never added anything to this board but figured I'd put out my recent recon. findings. I was out yesterday around rush hour on the rte. 9 Stroll, there was alot of activity drug & SW's. There were 2 wsw's across from Bowlarama and a lsw older looking at the entrance of rosegate. Didn't look too bad asked me for ride I turned it down and kept patroling. No Cameral with me but next I'll get the pics.

Prostitution decoy sting currently going on as I post this on US 13 at the Hollywood Motel, across from Shooters Supply (gun & tackle store). Multiple decoys being used. The sting started at about 6/7 AM and is still going on as of 10 AM. I think they got a few guys although I didn't see them go down. If you follow the rules you won't even pull over to talk to them as there are multiple signs that it is a sting if you pay attention. They probably got clueless guys and guys who can't speak english since they usually answer yes to any question.

Decided to go out for the stroll this evening so wandered out at around 5:3o PM. Started on Rogers Road: a guy changing a tire and further down another two washing another car were the only signs of life detected. Went north on 13, nothing at the usual spot at Hak's. Wandered up toward town before reversing tracks to the south. On the way south saw some LE activity of sorts at the Motel across from Hak's: couple of cars at least. Should have swung in and congradulated the boyz on their clean up efforts! NOT!

Nothing along 13 down to the split, reverse tracks again and headed north. Usual dirty spots now sparkling clean. Saw potential WSW [ ~5.7" tall, black hair, jeans and white hand bag.] at Happy Harry's across from Pep Boys, but by the time I reversed course and got back down there, not to be found. Made a few loops over to 9 with the same result! Not a sole on the phone at the Gulf station. Hey even tried my favorite loop through the projects and there saw a group of the Project "Principals" roaming the streets!

So the good news is that in two hours of strolling, I found absolutely no stains on the community! Looks like the State's taxpayer dollars have done a fine job of scrubbing things squeeky clean! Yousa!

Even though LE is cleaning up, there are still a few girls out, some of them not much on looks, but what the hell, also when I was passing through it seems as though the parking lot across from Hawks seems to be a rest stop for LE, the good thing about you guys in DE is that you can drive about an hour either way to PA, or MD and both of these spots always have action, sometime MD moreso than PA, Yes gas is still high, and if you go to MD you have tolls going and coming. So I decide to do some window-shopping to cure a case of insomnia. Hit the strip at 12:30 for one hour to see what might be stirring. First pass at Wawa south of 'the road across da bridge' saw a BSW carrying a shinny silver handbag. She was prolly about 5'6" but a good 160 to 180 so I let it pass. Saw her later over at HH's leaning on the mailbox. Strolled down by the motels just in time to follow Delaware's finest pull into the gas station at the Relax Inn. He was helping his buddy with a lady in cuffs. Gee wonder what THAT was all about?

Back up by the Wawa there were a couple of county and/or bridge cops making traffic stops. In four passes by this location I saw 5 separate cars pulled over in the same place. If one is headed off of I-95, headed for the stroll, better keep the speed down as it looked like they were picking 'em off like flies. Of course it could be the end of the month 'let's get our quota' kinda thing.

On a turn along 9 came on the motel from the side street. Saw two people sitting in the shadows but could not tell anything about them. Didn't look too closely because the Rt. 9 side of the place was jumping with people just hangin'. Across the street I noted a WSW in the Gulf station, she was about 5'2" and 140 to 150 lbs, scraggly/frizzy long blonde hair, baggy pants and oversized sweat shirt. Again not my type.

NOTHING up by Hak's as it looks like this place has been sanitized completely.

So it looks like the clean up is working and the community is winning its fight against the terrible scourge!

I do note however that this is the end of the month and checks won't come until Monday, so the pickings might pick up this weekend.

So I decided Saturday evening might be a good time for the stroll so I hit it at about 12:40 AM. Now I have to say there are Pros and Cons to this approach. More about that later.

Saw an FOP meeting at the Wawa south of 295. Mostly guys in navy blue standing next to 2 Crown Vics one white the other silver. [Saw one set of brown stripe pants on one pass, tho. Maybe these were are friends the Bridge Cops?] They hung out at the Wawa for about 1/2 hour.

Route 13 is completely sanitary! Or at least from what I saw early on. Not a creature was stirring along the entire stroll. Is this cause & effect from recent posts here? lol! But prospective strollers should remember, that while out there one is NEVER very far from a Doughnut shop! [Why can't the Doughnut shops on 13 be more like the DD near Kensington?]

I was surveying the vast cleanliness; I noted that the 1 AM hour was a poor choice for the stroll. I guess the bars close about then so the traffic picked up and I'm not thrilled about cruising around with a bunch of drunks. Second, there are too many civilians wandering around on their way home legitimately. Too hard to distinguish an opportunity from just a couple hoofing it home from a night out.

So I was about to pack it in when I thought I'd loop over to 9 so I could give a complete report. Route 9 was a completely different world! B&W SW pair (1,2) at the Gulf station, but 3 guys as well. These girls should have run the guys off, as it was too busy for anyone to stop. As I was watching that scene disappear in the rearview, an obviously drunk BSW (3) came stumbling off the curb at me in an attempt to flag me down. I had to swerve to avoid hitting her and needless to say, I didn't stop. A little further down the street was another BSW (4) hanging out at the bus stop, but she had friends lurking near by. Then down just before the bridge where the semis park overnight I saw yet another BSW (5) who gave me a good dose of the eye. I didn't want to stop under the bridge (there was a tinted window van parked there too) so I headed up further and looped back. On this pass SW #5 was further south at another bus stop and she came into the street to wave at me and try to flag me down. Unfortunately she was across from the 24-hour pharmacy and there were some "sales associates" waiting to serve drive in customers. Did not see SWs 4 & 3 on the reverse trip but #1 & 2 were still at the Gulf with a couple of guys still hanging around.

So I looped over to 13 figuring on another run. Just as I made the turn toward town on 13 I saw a navy blue Crown Vic pull out of Hak's lot headed south. I was watching that he didn't make a U turn on me and didn't see until I was past her, a thin WSW (6) headed for the bridge. I slowed down a few hundred yards down the street and as I was waiting for her to stroll my way, another car pulled up next to her and stopped, and well you can guess the rest of the story! <ggg>

For my final attempt I took a stroll across Church Street to Northeast Boulevard for the last bit of 13. This northern section of town was hopping! Lots of couples and guys headed home. Pair of black & whites with about 5 boys in blue were in the median near one of the clubs and I noted about 20 or 30 "yutes" (My Cousin Vinny) dispersing the scene. I got an escort out of the neighborhood from a couple of natives in an SUV that tailed me for much of my travel and broke off after I crossed Lee. So I figured Karma just wasn't on my side this day and broke of the stroll heading onto the expressway and off into the wild blue yonder.

Summary: If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have had no luck at all!

I have visited the northern Delaware strolls, it has been a complete disappointment and more of a disaster. Why a disaster? Because not only have I only seen 1 or 2 women, who looked more like zombies or whales, but now the stroll has been taken over by transvestites/transexuals!. Amazingly, they are pretty brazen about it and the cops don't bother them. I saw one black guy strutting around Rt.9 and Terminal Ave with his man-titties hanging out! Absolutely disgusting. When I passed by an hour or two later he was still strutting around with his drug dealing buddies and his TV prostitute buddies.

On another occasion I saw 2 different white transvestite prostitutes down by the motels and McDonalds on Rt.9, Rt. 9 and Rogers Rd, and the road that connects WaWa to Rt.9. The transvestites/transexuals have also laid claim to Northeast Blvd. I have seen at least 3 different ones working that area. In the past you would usually only see them in downtown Wilmington, but now it seems they have taken over most of the strolls. Apparently, the police don't have a problem with them, because I never see any of them busted or harassed and see the same ones each time I visit the stroll. And I know the police are around, because I do counter-surveillance and see the marked, unmarked, and Safe Street squads do their work and they never bother them. It seems Wilmington and New Castle County police departments must enjoy their services or something.

In my opinion the northern Delaware strolls are dead and are not worth checking out especially if you have to travel a significant distance to check them out. The stroll has been pretty dead for the whole summer and now with the cold weather coming it will only get worse. Basically, go to the nothern Delaware strolls if you are gay or a drug user because you will find plenty of opportunity if you are into those things. If you are into women, better to visit some of the various bars in northern DE. Those places have a bunch of slutty women who will go home with you for a drink or two or good conversation or just good looks if you have them.

Lastly, watch out for the police. They do watch Rt.9 and Rt.13 (especially from Ron's Bar all the way down to 13/40 split) like hawks. They have a variety of unmarked vehicles that are far from the Crown Vic standard. I have exact details about a few of them. I would advise being mindful of any car, truck, bicycle, because you would be surprised at what New Castle County police are using as unmarked vehicles. They hide very well and will get you when you think absolutely no one is watching. Believe me, I have seen more than 2 or 3 go down by these hidden vehicles. If all of your lights work and you don't have any warrants or drugs in the vehicle you will be OK, but butter to not get caught by them in the first place.

I generally don't monger-shop in Northern De for the same reasons. I'm not nearly as adept at picking out the TVs/TSs etc, but I do have to say, when it comes time to decide if they're man, woman or beast, the trend seems to be toward door number 3.

Now, as far as picking up non-pros at area bars, I wouldn't mind hearing a for-instance or two.

They are there and there in abundance. YOu just have to look. I last went out this morning did my loop didn't stop as I was more jsut ona long coffee run. I saw no less then 10 out at 8 Am across my stroll. They ranged from a 2 to about 7. They are there jsut look. Also go to less traditional routes. If you start out by thinking any female potentially could be that could help.

As a funny side note, I was drving up 4th street stopped at a red light and a black girl ran up to my car looking for a cig. Scared me i cracked the window and she is like I need a cig. What,s up guys? It.s been a while for me to but I do come in almost everyday and read the reports. I get a big kick out of some of them like,"hey guys, there,s no pussy in Delaware. That,s like saying "there,s no fish left in the ocean". As long as there is drugs there will be prostitutes and drugs come in everyday and a new substance hooker is born everyday. Guys, they are out there!!! You just have to know where to look. True there aren,t out as much as they used to be but they are still there.You just have to know when and where to look. I always did my homework and I have a list of regulars as long as sr cochise,s dick! I still keep in touch with him and we are going to team up again soon and go out and get some real action,we are two dudes well in the know. Thank you Settledown, a man in the know. I have my own little special areas and I do well. I wouldn,t touch rt 9 with a 10 dick! LE is walking the streets arresting everything that moves down there. Rt 13 is very rough too but, check the side streets, bars, oh and ask the bro,s, they will tell you where to find a girl but usually for a fee. I travel GVB just about everyday and I have yet to see a trannie that has been reported, just Coleen and a few bsw,ers.
Guys, if you really need someone to "honk on BoBo" go to club 2000, there is always something there day and night, not the best in town but a quick trick.

So first of all I have to concur. Plenty to be had out there. Even when Im not mongering I may take the long way just to look though some of my favorite areas just to see waht is avialable. I never and I truely mean never fail to see some, defined as a few to more then 10 out in areas.

Also, I can not emphasize enough that if you are a bit agressive the goods can be had virtually anywhere. If you are in a lower middle class to low class neighborhood there is potential. Eight people were arrested Sunday and charged in connection with a report of prostitution activity at a New Castle area hotel, police said Wednesday.

Three of the women and two of the men arrested claimed to be employed by Lovable Ladies Escort Service.

The alleged bust happened when Delwaware State Police officials said saw a suspicious-looking vehicle parked outside the Rodeway Inn Hotel at 3 Memorial Drive.

“When the trooper drove past the suspicious vehicle, it attempted to quickly leave the parking lot,” said police spokesman Cpl. Jeff Whitmarsh. “The Trooper subsequently conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver of the vehicle -- Pablo Fernandez, 25, of Philadelphia.”

During the Jan. 18 stop, Whitmarsh said, Fernandez told the trooper he had dropped off a woman that he only knew as Jessica, an escort out of Philadelphia.

Fernandez soon gave the Trooper the room number in which Jessica was in, Whitmarsh said.

“When the Trooper arrived at the room, he knocked and was met by Sunil Bommareddy, 30, of Vienna, Virginia; Venkateeswa Palepu, 30, of Newark, Delaware; Vidyasagar Bommareddy, 31, of Palatka, Florida; and Steven Adams, 37, of Philadelphia, PA,” he said.

The trooper later learned there were, "some girls in the bathroom," Whitmarsh said.

An investigation revealed the ladies were hired by Venkateeswa Palepu, Sunil Bommareddy and Vidyasagar Bommareddy. When the women and their driver's -- Adams and Fernandez -- arrived at the motel, it is alleged that an agreement for sexual acts was made in exchange for $200.00, Whitmarsh said.

Ben, I am going to go on the assumption you are genuine in your posts and not just trolling.

If in fact your are brand new to the game as your posts suggest, I recommend you abandon Wilmington, drive about 1/2 hour north of here, and cruise Kensington Avenue in Philadelphia. The best pickings are from Lehigh Avenue north to about Erie Avenue.

While you're driving up and down the avenue, keep a lookout for the girls walking the street. If one "gives you the look" as you pass, she’s a working girl. Pull around the next corner and wait. She'll see you make your turn and follow you. If, after she gets closer, you realize she’s pretty skanky (which will happen, especially if you are cruising at night) tell her you just stopped to make a phone call and drive off. Fifteen alleged prostitutes and four “Johns” were arrested Thursday in Rosegate, Manor Park and Simonds Gardens near New Castle, police said.

7 men arrested in prostitution sting

Seven men, ranging in age from 17 to 80, were arrested today during a joint undercover police sting targeting "johns" soliciting sex and drugs from undercover female police officers along the USA 13 and Del. 9 corridors near New Castle.

New Castle County police spokesman Cpl. Trinidad Navarro said police from the county and Wilmington police departments conducted three operations simultaneously on USA 13 south of Wilmington, USA 13 in Wilmington Manor and New Castle Avenue (Del. 9).

The first customer, a 17-year-old boy from New Castle, was arrested shortly before noon when he rode up to the undercover "prostitute" on a bicycle and tried to sell her drugs. He took off when officers converged, but was captured and charged with delivery of drugs and resisting arrest.

In the next three hours, undercover officers arrested six additional men on misdemeanor soliciting a prostitute charges for offering money for sex from the female undercover officers.

Arrested were a 26-year-old man from the first block of Chatham Lane in Newark, a 30-year-old man who lives in the first block of Oregon Ave. In New Castle, a 45-year-old trucker from Chicago, I'll. , a 64-year-old man from the 300 block of Central Ave. In New Castle, and an 80-year old man from the 700 block of Ellen Drive in Bear who offered the fake prostitute $20 for sex, police said.

In addition to the solicitation offense, Andrea Prince, 38, of the 2100 block of Stonegate Blvd. In Elkton, Md. Was charged with possession of cocaine and maintaining a vehicle for keeping controlled substances, Navarro said.

I've taken a few rides down that area N. of DM bridge. I've seen a few SWs, didn't stop though. That area is so wide open, LE can see down that street for half a mile. I usually monger in the day time, either on the way to work or home from work. I'm more used to K ave. in Philly or 3rd or 9th in Chester. For some reason, these areas feel a little safer. “Tric Ticks” to Take Effect February 1, 2008

State of Delaware- There are a variety of issues that affect ones quality of life that are all too close to home for many Delawareans. These issues range from loud radios, to loitering to prostitution.

In particular, prostitution poses a threat to the community because of the criminal activity that accompanies this behavior. The primary reason many prostitutes engage in this lifestyle is to support a drug habit while others simply see prostitution as a way to make money to support themselves or their family.

For many years, the residents of New Castle lived with this demoralizing activity on their door step. With several of the hotels, which in many ways facilitated this crime, along the Route 13 corridor closing, many citizens hoped the problem of prostitution would go away... but it didn't. In late 2007, the Delaware State Police arrested a serial rapist for his part in targeting woman, many of whom were prostitutes, and sexual assaulting them.

In recent months, the residents of Claymont and certain areas of Wilmington have begun to complain to the police about the problem of prostitution infesting their communities. In an effort to curtail this criminal activity, the Delaware State Police will be continuing its enforcement effort and will also be launching "Tric Tics" on the Delaware State Police web site.

This service will allow any citizen to view Prostitution Related Arrests, from any law enforcement agency who would like to be included, and for the first time, will include pictures of the solicitors (aka 'Johns'). The information available will include the arrestee's name, age, location of arrest and charges.

Colonel Thomas F. Mac Leish says, "We hope this effort, through this new online information, will serve as a deterrent and prompt someone to think twice before they engage in or solicit a prostitute. Those who don't want their name posted on-line, should simply not engage in this behavior."

In response to a rise in prostitution activity in parts of New Castle and Wilmington, state police announced the names and photographs of arrested prostitutes and, for the first time, their solicitors, will appear online on the state police Web site beginning Feb. 1.

State police Cpl. Jeff Whitmarsh said authorities hope the prospect of having one's name and picture publicized will deter people from engaging in prostitution.

"If they don't want their names and mug shots posted on the Internet, they should think twice," Whitmarsh said.

Whitmarsh said prostitution has begun to hit too close to home for many Delawareans, who have lived with this activity on their door step for years.

In the past, state police conducted prostitution crackdowns along the U.S. 13 and Del. 9 corridors because crime there tends to spill into nearby communities.

In late 2007, a serial rapist was targeting women in that area -- picking them up, driving them to a remote area in Glasgow and sexually assaulting them at knifepoint.

The man accused of those crimes, Ramazan Sahin, 22 of Bear, was indicted in November on 15 counts of first-degree rape in the attacks on 11 women between March and October. A grand jury also indicted Sahin on 12 counts of second-degree kidnapping and 28 weapon charges.

Whitmarsh said the prostitution problem has spread to the Claymont area and certain areas of Wilmington, prompting residents there to ask for help.

"Prostitution poses a threat to the community because of the criminal activity that accompanies this behavior," Whitmarsh said. "The primary reason many prostitutes engage in this lifestyle is to support a drug habit, while others simply see prostitution as a way to make money to support themselves or their family."

In addition to its continued street enforcement, the Web site initiative, known as "Tric Tics," is another law enforcement tool officials hope will help relieve the problem by allowing the public to see who these offenders and their clients are.

For the first time, residents accessing the Web site can view a "Prostitution-Related Arrests" page, which includes the names and photographs of suspected 'Johns' posted by any law enforcement agency in the state, Whitmarsh said.

The information will include names, ages, locations of the offenses and charges of those arrested

Two Charged with Armed Robbery, Attempted Carjacking

New Castle County Police have arrested two suspects who robbed an area victim who attempted to solicit a prostitute. The victim was set up by the duo who robbed him at gunpoint before attempting to steal his truck.

On Tuesday (1/15) at 3:11 p.m., County Police responded to the Fairwinds community near Ellen
Drive and School Bell Road for a report of a robbery in progress reported by a passing witness. When police arrived, they contacted the male victim who was bleeding from abrasions and contusion to his head and face.

The victim reported he had stopped at the convenience store near Fairwinds and parked his truck in the parking lot. Before he could get out of the vehicle, he was approached by a female subject who offered him sex for money. The two agreed on a price and the female subject entered her car. The woman then convinced the victim to drive onto Ellen Drive so she could tell her “cousin” where she was going.

As the victim drove on Ellen Drive, he encountered a male subject walking who the woman claimed to be her cousin. When the victim stopped the male subject quickly walked up to the truck and pointed a handgun toward the victim. He then shoved the weapon into the victim’s mouth as he rifled through his pant pockets taking cash and cigarettes. The victim then grabbed the weapon and tried to remove it from the suspect as they fell to the ground. The female suspect then began kicking the victim about the head as the male wrestled the gun away from the victim. The two suspects then ran and got into the victim’s vehicle, but were unable to drive off as the victim quickly reached inside and took the keys.

Police searched the immediate area and found both suspects hiding in the rear of the Afton Motel. The male subject was found to be in possession of a handgun and the female was found to have what appeared to be fresh blood on her boots. Both were conclusively linked to the crime after the victim positively identified them. Police have charged the following suspects:

• William Barben, a 34 year old male who resides in the 200 block of Pennewell Drive in New Castle, has been charged with robbery, possession of a deadly weapon (gun) during the commission of a felony, attempted carjacking, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and conspiracy. He has been arraigned and committed to the Howard Young Prison after failing to post $94,000 secured bail.

• Brenda Herd, a 33 year old female who resides in the 500 block of Highland Avenue in Newport, has been charged with the same offenses, plus prostitution. She has been committed to the Women’s Correctional Institute after failing to post $53,500 secured bail.

I am always happy to share information in PMs with regular members here. For those that are new they do need some general information to get started. When I first started I never realized there wazs major activity minutes from where I work. Thanks to Nightman and others I learned fast.

The secret is to be able to identify the "look". Once you know that it really helps. I have said over and over they are everywhere. I was one of the ones to recently post about Claymont. Now the residents are pissed off, and le is moving in.

Its really a balancing act. You want to help your brother monger at the same time not completely blowing up your fertile pasture.

A large percentage of the working girls are typically trying to support their habbit. So typically, starting in a lower class neighborhood or drug activity area will certainly be a high hit rate area. Of course then you need to be aware of your surroundings to be safe. The areas I monger in by day I would never drive though at night.

The guy that got jumped was stupid and avoidable. Before we make to much fun of him think about the fact anytime a girl gets in one of our cars she could be packin. For me a big part of the thrill is the hunt. Identifying where they are etc.

I spent skads of time scouring Claymont to figure out higher rate places. I really think Nightman found a spot better than me there I am trying to figure out as his description was not the frequency I saw them. (Nightman are you in Claymont proper or close)

Maybe becuase I am primarily a day time looker my results vary from others. For 5 years now for instance I have scoured Browntown to no great degree of success. I really have a thing for latinas too but get a very very low hit rate (maybe 5 girls in all those years).

A search though archived posts will certainly get you on the main path to the working ladies. In exchange of receiving some information I am always willing to give some information.

Lets not get testy at each other. Instead, lets serarch for a reliable way to share information. Even vague info is better than nothing.

Last question for you Chester cruisers. Is there any no tell motels in that area? I always prefer to take my action behind closed doors. I have wanted to go there more but the absence of a no tel worries me. Like the patio in Philly for isntnace.

Some of the older sw's out there that you would never pick up for the deed can be useful. I had one that I knew was always out but I would never do the deed. Something about her didn't do it for me. Prostitution sweep nets eight arrests

State police post photos on Web site

Six women were arrested Thursday night on prostitution charges and two men for allegedly patronizing a prostitute in a sweep along South Market Street and Del. 9 near New Castle.

Photos of the eight suspects have been posted online on the state police "Tric Tics" Web site -- the first photos to be posted on the state's new site for publicizing prostitutes and their customers.

The catchy name of the site, derived from the words "trick" and "ticket," is meant to capture the public's attention.

State police spokesman Cpl. Jeff Whitmarsh said troopers and probation-and-parole officers conducted the sweep for five hours and then processed warrants for each of the suspects.

"We know we're not going to rid the streets of prostitution, but our sincere hope is that we'll be making a difference in the quality of life for the people who reside in those impacted communities," Whitmarsh said.

The two suspected "johns" were a 45-year-old man from New Castle and a 52-year-old man from Wilmington.

Both men were watched by undercover officers as they approached, negotiated and drove away with known prostitutes.

When the men were stopped by police, the troopers spoke to the women, who confirmed that they agreed to offer sex in exchange for money.

Whitmarsh said two of the prostitutes also were wanted on outstanding warrants.

The information on the Tric Tics Web site includes names, ages and charges filed against those arrested, as well as locations of the arrests.

The News Journal does not run the names of prostitutes charged with misdemeanor offenses.

Police have conducted past crackdowns in the same areas along the U.S. 13 and Del. 9 corridors because other crimes, such as loitering, weapons and drug-dealing, spill into the communities nearby.

"Simply put, this behavior demoralizes a community," Whitmarsh said.

The police are just going to offer reduced charges, some money, catch & release, etc. if the women agree to say that the men wanted sex in exchange for money. Bam, you are arrested and placed on the webpage. Fuck that, I'll pass.

I don't see what the big deal is New Castle County Police been doing this on there web site for a few years now. And nobody worried then, what the problem is. I just look at it as our tax money going to waste when they need to involve the F.B.I and ATF an DEA to do local police work. Its a shame they can't fight drugs this way. Seem like the pussy is free but the crack cost money. Keep on and Wilmington will be just like Philly, cops getting shot and all.

The difference between New Castle County and what the State Police are doing now is that you do have to go through a small degree of due process to end up on the website with NCCPD.

You had to be legitimately charged with prostitution. What the State Police are doing is completely removing due process. You cannot be charged with a crime solely off of accomplice testimony. Keep in mind that the women are not witnesses, but accomplices to a crime. You could be charged with a crime if a innocent witness made the same statement. But in these cases you have alleged co-criminal testimony. By itself, it is not enough to charge a person. If these guys kept their mouths shut, most likely this will get thrown out as soon as it crosses the DA's desk because there is no way they will get convictions. However, the arrest is on record and the arrest is all they need to put you on the webpage.

New Castle County Police only put up people who got caught in their own stings. Stings in which they gained evidence which meets the probable cause requirement to make an arrest. Just stopping someone in a car and asking the passenger what happened is not enough probable cause to make an arrest. Having an undercover officer being propositioned, recording this proposition, etc. etc. is enough evidence to make an arrest.

Unfortunately, the State Police will keep doing this because most people arrested for prostitution crimes are not willing to defend themselves and often speak too much when arrested and prevent such a defense from even occurring. If anyone ever challenges these kind of arrests this program will be changed pretty quickly.

To summarize, assuming the men arrested did not admit to engaging in prostitution or thinking about engaging in prostitution, these arrests are illegal as they do not meet the requirements to establish probable cause.

There is a big difference in the law in what the State Police are doing now. Be careful.

If the men arrested did indeed keep their mouth shut. However, LE pressures and question the men before they are told about their miranda rights. That would be illegal. After LE gets all of the answers for their questions, the subjects are arrested and mirandized. If you fail to co-operate (as LE would say), they will either arrest you or let you go. Usually it is the former, not the latter. They will try to fabricate another charge just to harrass you. I also believe that the law could be challenged successfully. The problem, is who wants to go that far out on the limb. The govt. lawyers will turn your life inside out to ruin you because you dared to defy them.

Btw, LE goes after pros and johns because it is a "soft crime". 99% of the pros and johns do not carry guns. LE do not like to go after "hard crimes" because those criminals carry guns. Investigation of $10,000 heist during poker game points to inside job

The tale seemed bizarre from the moment Delaware State Police first reported the brazen early-morning ripoff of a card game at the Wild Quail Country Club a few miles west of Wyoming.

Armed bandits burst into the clubhouse shortly after 1 a.m. on Feb. 22, forced a dozen players to the floor, assaulted several and made off with cash, electronics and car and house keys.

On Tuesday, state police added a new twist. They announced the arrest of one of their own, saying Trooper 1st Class HyunJin Kim -- one of the players forced to the floor with his head in a pillowcase by three men still at large -- aided the robbery.

Kim, 27, of Dover, was charged with 11 first-degree robbery counts and related charges. He was suspended from his job and bail was set at $246,000 pending a Friday hearing.

Col. Thomas F. MacLeish, state police superintendent, said he was saddened by the arrest. He said investigators identified Kim through retail store videotape images, captured a day before the robbery, that linked him to the crime scene.

"When the focus of the investigation became one of our own, they left no stone unturned in the pursuit of that investigation and in bringing these people to justice," MacLeish said, repeatedly referring to Kim as "Mr.," rather than "trooper."

"Mr. Kim is an aberration," MacLeish said, and "not indicative of the caliber of the troopers we have serving the citizens of the state."

Police did not identify other suspects or provide additional information about the crime or victims, citing the investigation.

According to court records, Kim -- who has served 2 1/2 years with the Troop 3 patrol division -- was one of those ordered to the floor about 1:35 a.m. when the robbers burst in on a regular gambling session that, according to a police, had been played every Thursday night at Wild Quail for the past three years.

The assailants walked away with about $10,000, several cell phones, credit cards and keys to homes and vehicles after assaulting two people, police said in court records.

Wild Quail is one of central Delaware's more prominent country clubs. A spokesman said the game was not sanctioned by the club and signs now have been posted prohibiting wagering.

The facility is the focal point of an upper-income neighborhood long viewed as the leading edge of a suburban sprawl trend from Dover in the late 1980s. MacLeish, the state police superintendent, lives in the neighborhood.

Wild Quail's attractions include a golf course, tennis courts, pool and restaurant. A full-privilege membership at the club costs $2,855, according to accounts from two Supreme Court members who recently received, and then returned, honorary memberships.

During the robbery investigation, detectives learned Kim was one of the players and left the club before troopers arrived. Kim "informed everyone [at the game] that he needed to leave before troopers arrived" and fled, police said in court documents.

The people he played cards with knew that Kim was a state trooper, police said.

When detectives questioned Kim on Feb. 25 about the robbery, he could provide few details, saying his view was obstructed by the red pillowcase placed over his head.

"Once we knew he was there, an administrative investigation was immediately launched into his actions," state police spokesman Sgt. Joshua Bushweller said. "He was alleged to be a victim and failed to remain at the scene of the crime."

He was not a suspect until Sunday, Bushweller said.

Detectives recovered the 12 red pillowcases and traced them to the Camden-Wyoming Wal-Mart.

Detectives then turned to the store's surveillance video, which provided images of two customers -- Kim and an unidentified man -- leaving the store after buying the pillowcases and getting into a black car with tinted windows.

Kim owns a black Nissan Altima with black tinted windows, police said in court records.

Detectives later served a warrant at Kim's home on Artis Drive west of Dover and recovered the receipt for the pillowcase purchase, and house and business keys belonging to one robbery victim and the car keys of another.

No one answered the door Tuesday afternoon at Kim's home. Kim's black Nissan was parked outside with a Department of Defense registration decal on the windshield with inspection stickers from Pennsylvania.

A spokesman for the 512th Reserve Air Wing at Dover Air Force Base said a Sgt. HyunJin Kim is a member of the unit, but state police could not say whether that is the same man.

Flora King, whose front door looks out on Kim's home and driveway on Artis Drive, described her neighbor as pleasant and neighborly.

"I don't know what's happened to his life. It's hard to tell," King said. "I saw all the police cars over there yesterday, but they didn't tell us anything. Then I saw him on the television and I thought: 'Oh my God!' "

King's brother-in-law, Wayne King, lives just north of Kim along Artis Drive and gave a similar account before learning of the trooper's arrest.

"He's a darn nice guy, I'll tell you that. If you need any help, if he's available, he'll help you," King said.

State police said part of the investigation will deal with questions about the legality of the card games and whether any of those participating during the past three years could face misdemeanor gambling charges.

Kent County Chief Prosecutor Christina Showalter said she was unable to comment Tuesday on the state attorney general's stance on private card games.

"There's precious little in the state's antiquated gambling statute to give specific direction on what is permitted by law for friendly card games," Showalter said. "The Department of Justice has an obligation to the public to provide accurate information, but I can't give a short answer. Attorney General [Beau] Biden is keenly aware of the interest and the right of the public to have an answer on this. The office will be providing further information without being case specific regarding questions about the gambling statute in the criminal code."

Gambling is specifically prohibited by Delaware law.

"We had to prioritize," Bushweller said. "We have three violent criminals on the street and our primary focus was the safety of the public to do everything we could do to apprehend these violent robbers."

Criminal court cases initiated by Kim as a state trooper have been continued in the wake of his arrest. Bushweller said investigators are now going to have to take "a close look at all of his work."

OTHER RECENT STATE TROOPER ARRESTS

• In July 2007, Trooper Brian C. Talley, 33, of Dover, a 12-year police veteran, was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing for illegally entering the home of a female friend. He pleaded no contest in September and was given probation before judgment, which includes payment of fines and three months of probation, according to court records. Court of Common Pleas Judge Merrill C. Trader discharged Talley in early October and the charge was dismissed. He remains an active trooper with the department.

• In November 2006, Cpl. Sean McDerby, 34, was charged with one count of illegally disseminating an unidentified person's criminal history and 14 counts of unlawful access to other unidentified people's criminal histories -- all misdemeanor offenses. Police said he used a state computer to access the information. The trooper, who still is active with the department, was given probation before judgment in April after pleading guilty to misuse of computer information and unlawful use of criminal history. The charges were dismissed in September after no incidents and payment of his fines, according to court records.

• In June 2006, Sgt. Charles R. Mullett, 45, was charged with 10 counts of felony theft of drugs, and two counts each of possession of hypodermic needles and syringes, possession of cocaine and official misconduct in connection with stealing confiscated drugs from police evidence lockers. Mullett pleaded guilty to theft of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and official misconduct. He was sentenced in December 2006 to one year of probation for each crime. He was discharged from probation in August, according to court records. Mullett is no longer with the Delaware State Police.

Wilmington can be slim pickins at times. Start with 4 th st west of 95. After scanning take 4th to Union st, turn left, then left again on Lancaster. Keep your monger vision on. You could turn left on Clayton to see if anything wondering on a side st. If not, continue on Lancaster past 95 to rt 13 s. Cross the river and keep looking as you move through the industrial area. After you pass the notel (playboy channel btw, ) move to left lane and turn at next light. Follow this rd to rt 9 bare right and scan while proceeding to Del Mem Br. Rinse and repeat.

Check out this dream I had last night.

So I drove down to delaware two nights ago. My bad luck was that it was kinda cold outside so I don't think it was a good night for me. I drove around some different areas, trying to get acquanted with rt 13 and rt9. I think I was going the wrong way for a while, so I turned around towards the city again. I was in some back streets in a neighborhood and saw what I thought might have been a BSW, but I'm pretty intimidated by Delware overall. The death rate and crime rate there is really high and wilmington is a very dangerous city for its size, compared to philly.

I know kensignton is no picnic either, but I could just sense something wierd about the area I was in. Seems like the guys hanging outside, look, walk and carry themselves a bit different. Its almost as if they aren't smart enough to know that the more intimidating they look, the less likely pople are gonna come down their area for business of all types.

I saw a bunch of dudes just staring me down, and then said fuck it and drove to philly.

So guys been a bit but some updates for you.

Route 9 is blistering hot. Both in terms of girls and le. It is unbeleivable how hit and miss it is. I made a couple passes through there on the same day recently. The first pass dead nada zip. THe next pass though it was like I went to the buffet. A total of 9 girls out in that stetch. I am wandering if there isn't a daddy or two putting his girls out. Haven't seen the first signs of life in Claymont despite numerous trips and various times of the day - in fact twice today including some side streets.

Well it is hot out there, just back as had to cool off.

Stopped into the office just a the Men in Brown were leaving, naturally things were clean and fresh. Those guys sure know how to clean a place up. Nice to see them doing their job, eh?

Since it was too hot and 3 per is my limit, I packed it in.

Any thoughts on why all of the arrests were on just two days; February 7th, March 31st, even though the list was updated on April 2nd.

Could it be that they only made arrest during Sting Operations. (There was probably no stings ran in April.) Do the patrol cars make stops during normal operations? If you believe that these are the only arrest, then it would seem no arrests for prostitution were made on the other days of the two months. (It is possible that arrests were made during April and May, but they have yet to be posted.)

I would suggest that you keep your wits about you and be especially on the look out for stings. A monger would be wise to schedule hunting on the day’s right after a sting (if you notice an operation today, come back tomorrow, it is likely to be safer). Few LE departments can afford to run stings daily.

Hmmmmm! Just thinking out loud.

So after the week before I thought I would take it easy. Nope another busy week. First off two warnings. In both cases I got them from two different sources at two different times. Both sources were working girls so I do not guarantee the validity.

If I had two cents for every street girl that told me that (enter name here) had HIV I'd have at least a buck fifty. Not that it is always untrue, but as soon as I mention another girl, a lot of them immediately say she has AIDS. I think they are all trying to ruin each other's business. Normal girls are catty anyway, strippers are worse and I would bet that sw's are no different. Coming from 2 different sources would raise the threat level to orange. The herpes accusation might be more believable, b/c most girls just want to use the nuclear rumor option anyway. But then again, I hear that close to 1/3 of women under 25 have some sort of STD anyway - herpes, chlamydia and that HPV thing among them.

First, thanks to the regular posters like Pay for It, Nightman, Cochise, etc.. Your stuff is informative. I'm an occasional lurker, first time poster. Here are a couple of dreams I think I've had in the last month:

I picked up Envy, early 20s, brunette near WaWa on Rt. 13. Nice time for BBBJ & cfs for $. 6. Seemed like a nice girl with her head on fairly straight, not too burned out. Body looked better in clothes, but no complaints.

GVP, Riverside, and that general area are going to be hot for the next few months. The city had a press conference down there earlier this month about cleaning up the area. Definitely going to be some prostitution and drug stings to look out for, although I doubt they will bust more than 5 people on prostitution stings there. You have to be real green to get fooled down there and not see takedown squad among other alerts that should be obvious. Not to mention the quality issues.

Took a lovely nap this afternoon since the nice weather is so conducive to sloth. Had a wonderful, but a bit bizarre dream about "the stroll." [Apparently seeing that map left an impression?] So in this land of make believe I went out on the old stroll in the evening and found a very hot place!

Apparently I pulled on to the stroll at about 10 PM since I recall the news just coming on. Right there in my fantasy land, on Rt9 between 9A and Rodgers was a traffic stop. Three sets of flashing lights for a car full of gentlemen. Gray on the 3. The 'watch guys' at the liquor store near there were mysteriously absent. Made the loop in Clockwise fashion - it was dry. Continued on, and as I was coming down Rodgers, for some reason I automatically made the turn before the bus shelter to pull over and regroup. Strange things happen in dreams wouldn't you agree?

Anyway, almost hit two "bsw" who were headed over to a car on the side street with a tall gent standing outside the open door. He had on combat boots, navy blue pants, same colored t-shirt and same ball cap. The ladies proceeded over to "chat" with this gent and after I reversed course and drove by they called out for me - "hey baby!"

Now these two women were well dressed in color coordinated shorts and tops. But the absolute fun part was that the two ladies had on the whitest of white shoes I have ever seen.

Now when did the sw's on the stroll start working in pairs? How is it that a sw ends up on Rodgers with brand new sparkling white tennies? When did the sw's on the stroll start having a "pimp" that turned them out? When has anyone had a sw call out to them?

Anyway headed down to the office for a look see. Dead. Made a couple or three loops through prospective areas and nadda.

Headed back up to the stroll for a couple of loops but a few blocks up from Rodgers on Rt 9 was found SIX sets of flashing lights. This impressive sight looked to be an ecumenical convention of Browns and Blues. Since most of the street was blocked, paid more attention to my driving but saw a handful of gents being detained.

Then when I swung down Rodgers again and I saw the white shoe pair still "working" the street.

Decided it was warm enough that I should let someone else fish there.

Maybe I'm a fool and passed up the time of my life? Just figured this was a good opportunity to end up on the new State website! But the thought of that awoke me with a jolt and sent me out of my slumber.

Of course waited a respectable time to let the chill subside before I could report this dream and put it behind me.
