On Thursday June 1, 2006 between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. the Dover Police Drug Unit working in conjunction with Operation Safe Streets conducted a prostitution sting in the downtown area of Dover. The sting targeted subjects who illegally patronize prostitutes. As a result of the operation 5 male subjects were arrested for soliciting a prostitute. One subject was also found to be in possession of marijuana and was arrested on various drug charges.
Due to a solitary success at the Best Value Inn in the past, I always give it a look when I pass it on my way to the beach. Since that success about 2 yrs ago, it never looked promising again - maybe because I was always passing in the daylight hours. I passed by on this past Monday after dark and the joint was jumping with plenty of the usual suspects one would expect to see in fertile mongering territory - including LEO, 2 patrol units to be exact, with lights a-flashing. Of course I didn't stop, but maybe things are improving there.

I was coming out of Georgetown Monday night around 11: 30 PM on 9 with the family. Making a right on 113 when my wife says did you see that. Headed toward 404 just before the McDonald's there was one hot BSW a small frame little spinner. Walking on the shoulder of the road wearing damn near nothing. Was in Dover the other day. Was not really mongering but spotted a woman standing in the medium of Rt 13 near Dunkin Donuts. Spun around and caught up with her at Eckards. Hispanic, tall, kind of thin. 25 for CBJ not great but not bad either.

On Friday I visited the Oasis Spa on S. State St. in Dover. I had seen their ad in the News Journal for about a week and decided to TOFTT. It is a small house right on S. State St. (Rte. 113A) with a parking lot in the rear. They have done a very nice remodeling job and the place is clean and bright. I was met by a smokin', young Korean girl who said her name was Angela. We went upstairst to a large (by AMP standards) bedroom. She did not offer any TS and I don't think they have the facility. I paid 70 for an hour massage, which is 10 higher than most AMPs in South Jersey & Southeasten PA. I like my massage soft and she accomodated. I did the perfunctory touches with little response. She was dressed to get undressed (low-cut, lose fitting dress), but it was not on the menu. After some not insignificant cajoling I did achieve a happy ending. She was a very lovely young woman, but I think that a substantial investment of time and money would have to be made for anything other than R & T. As always YMMV. I tipped 30.
I have heard from good sources about a spa in Seaford, helmed by a dancer who used to work at the Canton Inn under the name of Sage, but damned if I can find a listing. I may know more on Friday.

I visited Apple Spa a year or so ago. About the most clinical R&T I could imagine. No shower, fair massage, quick hurry up and finish tug at the end. I don't rememebr the fare - probably basic, but I never returned, and don't think I will.
I don't read CL and hadn't heard of that place near Walmart. I can't imagine anyplace in Delaware being any good, but you never know - maybe the local constabulary will concentrate on keeping the girls off the street around that intersection and let this place behind closed doors alone for now.
I've been going to the Canton Inn quite a bit lately - apparently I'm mad at my money and trying to get rid of it. This is on Rt 40 in Elkton, just across the state line, and across from the new Walmart. It's staffed by Chinese ladies who are working hard to learn English. Saw an ad for a woman on CL who offered massages. After some back and forth emails I decided to drive an hour and a half. Turns out to be the worst mistake EVER! It's even worse - the longtime owner of the Canton Inn, David Lui, known as Mr. Lui, died about a week ago from an unknown illness. He was older than he looked apparently. This makes a sad story even sadder. He was being so hassled still by the authorities that I am sure didn't help his health at all. Small minds in a small town killed a fun place and now the owner too.

GEORGETOWN — Over the last 18 months, prostitution has become a problem that's hard to ignore.
On any given Friday or Saturday night, it's not uncommon for the Georgetown Police Department to make multiple arrests.
According to Lt. Lawrence Grose, single females are taking to the streets to support their drug habits in tough economic times.
'I've been here almost 16 years and in that time there were two arrests up until (the last 18 months) , ' he said. 'Normally, Friday and Saturday nights are pretty bad. '
The most recent arrests were made earlier this month after the department received complaints from residents.
An undercover officer was able to put a stop to the ring before it spiraled out of control.
With assistance from the Lewes Police Department, officers arrested five Georgetown residents in the sting — Everardo Olivera. 33, Orenthal Perry. 36, Ronnie Jones. 52, Raul Perez-Morales. 34, and Julio Velasquez. 21.
'There were single girls walking up and down the streets prostituting, ' Grose said. 'We were looking out for them. '
Grose said he expects the suspects to be arraigned in court within the next week.
Police said the spike in prostitution is largely due to the harsh economic conditions, as well as Sussex County's growing heroin epidemic.
'We've been told people are scared, ' he said. 'Hopefully, we nipped it in the bud. '
Georgetown Mayor Mike Wyatt wasn't shocked when he heard there was prostitution taking place in his town, only hopeful that neighboring communities have taken notice.
'With the economy the way it is, it's not just Georgetown. There's a lot of towns around here that have this problem, ' he said.
'I don't think it's something every single town has, but a lot of people would be surprised at what happens in their towns. '
Wyatt said he's proud of the police department, as he feels its conscious of this issue and proactive in its enforcement efforts.
Other towns may be fearful of bad publicity because of a problem like prostitution, Wyatt said, but Georgetown acknowledged it and took swift action.
'Prostitution is the oldest profession around. I don't condone it, and our police did a fabulous job in taking care of the problem, ' he said.
Police Chief Scott Collins encountered a prostitution problem in Selbyville a few years back, but discovered the incidents traced back to a specific area and a particular group of people.
Though there are no major issues to report at this time, it is on his radar.
'I'm sure there are other instances of it going on, ' Collins said.
'Whether it's a widespread problem or not, it's certainly something we want to keep an eye on.

OK, sorry to PS, but I can no longer hold my tongue on this one! IMHO this girl is a mess and drama waiting to happen. Went to see her and she had quite a bit of notice as I trundled there from the other end of the county. Get there and she spends 20-minutes picking zits in the mirror and bouncing around the room like a pin-ball machine straightening up. Finally gets to it, and wouldn't ya know. Here comes the exact same routine as before!
Got to hear a lot of the sad story, about how she got hauled to jail, some dude was suppose to watch her stuff and kept it, how she had nothing but some hand-me-down clothes, blah, blah, blah. Anyway she has no Identification (ID) so she can't rent the room for herself and apparently some dude (PS?) is renting it in his name for her.
But seeing her creates a problem as she constantly blows up your phone with texts looking for a date. Constant, daily.
Now I try to be nice and treat the girls with respect. So I got weak with the texts and made plans to meet her again. We talked on the phone and agreed to a specific time we would meet. Also she gave me the room number at the Knight's Inn. She had moved rooms. So I get there at the appointed hour, and there is some dude parked in front of her room, on the phone. I watched and waited and eventually he left. I knocked on the door. No answer. Then I noticed the shades were open- a sign no one was occupying the room! I note some dude hanging around outside of the house number she gave me. Now granted it was a different number than the FIRST place where I saw her, which was odd in its own right! So I wasn't about to wander up to her door and confront some dude, so I took a tour. Third time back to her place, I was observing and a girl comes out of the first location, stares at me, pulls out her phone and starts dialing, then talking and pointing at me. 3 strikes yer out and I left!
Then another monger told me she wasn't at the Section 8 housing anymore, that she had moved to the Knights Inn on 279, by the freeway. So I thought that part of it was over. Went to see her and she had quite a bit of notice as I trundled there from the other end of the county. Get there and she spends 20-minutes picking zits in the mirror and bouncing around the room like a pin-ball machine straightening up. Finally gets to it, and wouldn't ya know. Here comes the exact same routine as before!
Got to hear a lot of the sad story, about how she got hauled to jail, some dude was suppose to watch her stuff and kept it, how she had nothing but some hand-me-down clothes, blah, blah, blah. Anyway she has no Identification (ID) so she can't rent the room for herself and apparently some dude (PS?) is renting it in his name for her.
But seeing her creates a problem as she constantly blows up your phone with texts looking for a date. Constant, daily.
Now I try to be nice and treat the girls with respect. So I got weak with the texts and made plans to meet her again. We talked on the phone and agreed to a specific time we would meet. Also she gave me the room number at the Knight's Inn. She had moved rooms. So I get there at the appointed hour, and there is some dude parked in front of her room, on the phone. I watched and waited and eventually he left. I knocked on the door. No answer. Then I noticed the shades were open- a sign no one was occupying the room! So I took a tour and came back and room still unoccupied. Then I got bold and went to the desk to inquire about her room. Dude confirmed the room number she gave was unoccupied and then spent 15-minutes looking through his records and calling other rooms trying to find her. Finally, after a while someone calls and says they are Shantell and she'll be right there. Well 10-minutes later and she's not there. (I could walk the entire property 5 times in 10-minutes!) So WTF! We had plans to meet at a specific time at a specific location and she wasn't there! I drove a long way to get there and waited for nearly as long as the drive and still no show.
So when I get home here comes the virulent texts- "Oh, it's not my fault I needed to go shopping, and just got a ride?" Huh? Right! I suspect she found and tried to sneak in another date. I dunno about the rest of youse, but I expect better behavior out of utr girls! One can get this kinda BS from the strung out, doped up streetwalkers. Who needs it from a supposed "higher level" girl? Maybe other mongers think this is acceptable behavior or that one needs to give a bunch of lee-way to girls like this? I dunno, I've been around the game a bit and know for a fact that no one needs to put up with this kinda BS. Oh maybe if the date were a 10 or the girl a 10 - maybe one puts up with cr@_ p. But there are plenty of fish in the sea, so IMHO who needs additional drama?

But experience suggests to me that if one really wants to help a girl out, being willing to share her info with the general public isn't the way to go about it. Once you share a number with another "unknown" monger you loose any control and you subject that girl to whomever ends up with her number. While still technically UTR (not openly advertising on CL, BP, Eros or elsewhere) she now becomes in effect "high circulation. ".
Now what I have learned from talking to girls who go this path: in the beginning it is like Christmas for them, guys calling right & left. But some percentage (40%-50%) are just tire kickers, guys who get a thrill out of talking to or contacting the girl but who don't have the gumption to follow through. Then there is a percentage (20%- 30%) who are dudes no girl wants to meet, or the ones that do make a date, but never show up or respond thereafter. So that leaves a small percentage of guys who might actually date her. But for the girl a whole BUNCH of aggravation in getting to those few fellows. Is the process of publicly sharing a girl's number really a help? Does she know what is coming? What to expect?
Now as to the ones that do show up, one runs the risk of one of them being a "white knight" - a dude who pulls the "you don't charge enough" game. But also, girls tell me very few guys actually turn into LT dates. Most apparently like the thrill of the hunt, the excitement of opening a new package on Christmas or just like variety. So is that helping the girl by lining her up with a bunch of one-offs?
But another observation is about girls. Not sure how so many wander into the hobby, but think it might have something to do with "hooking up" being "no big deal" these days. {thank Gloria Steinem, reliable birth control, AIDS awareness and Bill Clinton for this cultural shift, IMHO. } So if hooking up is no big deal, then all a girl needs is something to assuage her guilt. Me thinks couching things as "help" or some other euphemism is key to separating what one is doing from what a drug addict does on the street?
But I guess girls fall into this in some circuitous way and don't realize that once in the hobby, they are really operating a business! As such, pricing in a business is key. So supply and demand right? So if a girl's phone is blowing up, because someone passed around her number, she's gunna see the supply-demand curve from one perspective. Dudes on the other hand see the supply demand curve from the perspective of a HUGE number of girls on BP, Eros, Provider Guide, a plethora of AMPs and the ever changing drama of street. But once the initial excitement of a new girl, who gets posted on some thread, dies down then what does the girl do? Does she stick to her higher rate? Does she start offering "specials?" Does she do some marketing or advertising? Create a webpage?
So in the long run the girl needs to figure out some business things for herself. Not surprising that there might be some stumbles in the beginnings of a new business?

So to get credibility, one just needs to post and provide some knowledge or experience. Shoot even asking questions to get an education makes sense too.
When I first came here I read everything in every thread. I considered it a basic education and a way to stay safe. But in reading stuff, I had questions. I posted those questions and in doing so demonstrated I had read old posts and was interested. (I think I first asked about "The Office" Then I did a bunch of recon of the various strolls and posted my observations. One time I wasn't certain if a girl was a SW, so I asked. Now I wasn't posting a review, but I also wasn't asking for a handout either. But after a while it was clear that I was a rookie monger and clear who I was not.
So many different ways to build a little cred.

It does sound somewhat odd for sure. One thing you are right about though CL is that there are ALOT of lurkers here. The few times I posted up info offering a few girls digits, my inbox filled up so fast it was ridiculous. I got an email from the board informing me that my inbox was full and telling me I needed to clean it out. A man who solicited a woman for sex, and was turned down, allegedly opened fire on her motel room door early Monday, according to Delaware State Police.
Authorities said a 24-year-old female was approached by the male suspect at approximately 12:10 am In the Dutch Inn Motel parking lot at 111 South DuPont Highway in the Red Lion area.
The suspect solicited the victim for sex during the course of conversation and the victim refused his advances, returning to the room she had rented and closing the door behind her, police said.
The man knocked on her door and, when she refused to answer, fired three rounds from a handgun into the door before fleeing in an unknown make and model vehicle, according to police.
The suspect was described as a black male, approximately 30 years old, standing 6' tall and weighing roughly 200 lbs. , last seen wearing all dark clothing.

Authorities said a 24-year-old female was approached by the male suspect at approximately 12:10 am In the Dutch Inn Motel parking lot at 111 South DuPont Highway in the Red Lion area.
The suspect solicited the victim for sex during the course of conversation and the victim refused his advances, returning to the room she had rented and closing the door behind her, police said.
The man knocked on her door and, when she refused to answer, fired three rounds from a handgun into the door before fleeing in an unknown make and model vehicle, according to police.

I can recommend Natali in the MDA area. Tall, great body, but pretty thin now with a notable lack of teeth. But that's certainly not a bad thing in some lines of work. She was pretty once and her body is still outstanding. She does a great job for. 40. I've seen her a number of times. She's reliable and doesn't unload her issues on you. Brown hair. 5"7". Top of hill on MDA and around the laundromat. Recommended.
