Hey its Neysa the Italian sensual massage just letting you guys know I was arrested for the first time EVER in my life in Nashville! If anyone is interested in how it happened and how they did it and went about it PM me. Or I guess I will take the time to post the story. They are really getting good! For them to come after me for my little sensual massages they are really getting down to business! Its crazy how they did it to! So needless to say it was a big enough scare I will no longer be providing my massages but I'm happy to share the info of how they tricked me and what they looked like and the mucmbers they used! They were good! People BE CAREFULL! Jail sucks!I heard Nashville had really cracked down a few yrs back.I heard they closed the bathhouses,strip clubs etc. also gave u a real ruff time if you were arrested for prostition. I believe they throw every charge at you they can they even go as far as to try to fly u in to meet a guy to go on a cruise when u land in Nashville you are then arrested. That's one reason I never toured that and frankly my buisness was so good didn't make any sense to go else where. I was told along time ago they were going to try to close prostion down state wide that was several yrs back but looks like they are cracking down I've even heard stuff about secret inditements on providers here in town they let them build up then bust you.

Well I had just arrived in Nashville Wed around noon,My buisness is always great there,my phone rings off the hook all day and night so needless to say i had appointments already lined up the moment I got there.I seen one reg first for a half hour massage then had 15 mins till the nest guy.His appointment was set for 3:30 I believe.Well 3:40 rolls around and as any of you that have seen me and have been late already know,Im calling to see where your at lol.Well this guy (called himself Dave) says "Im in trafic,Ill be there in 15 mins."Im like,"OK,well I have someone after you and only ahve 15 mins inbetween the appointments."So anyway he tells me that its ok he will pay me for the full hour reguardless if he see me for it so its not like i havent had that happen before so Im like ok.Anyhow he ends up being like 30 mins late!I had to push back my next client.He calls and says hes downstairs.I was working at the Holiday Inn Express off West end in front of the Vanderbuilt,good area.So I give him the room number and tell him come on up.So he knocks on the door I let him in hes all sweaty,and out of breath,I ask him,have you been running?lol he says yah,tyring to get up here.Ok so as all of you who have came seen me know I gave him the instructions to take his clothes off and lay face down on the towel.He did.His clothes were round about the end of the bed Id say.So I was lighting the candels and what not and he asks me "you do ,do this massage in the nude right?"Im like yah my ad says i do so yah.So I hope on up on the bed and start to massage his back and I say to him what I usually say about the HE and asks him if he wants his at the end of the massage he says yes.Id say about 2 mins later I hear a knock on the door.He gets very scard.I simply get up and say "who is it?"POLICE!Im like"ok hold on let me put on my clothes lol".So I let them in.They ask what we were doing I tell them a nude massasge (thinking that that wasnt illegal lol)So "Dave"says "Yah thats all we were doing is a nude massage nothing illegal."Oh yah by the way let me ad this in real quick....I never took any money from him!He went to offer it to me before he got undressed but i figured since it was only going to be like a 20 min massage that i would give him a freebie to establish a reg client.So no money was ever exchanged!So the cops which there were about 5 undercover (never would ahve guessed they were cops and i was raised by a cop till about 12 and was around them all the time lol they had tattoos all over big earrings ,just didnt look like cops!)So they took him out the door to get his story and then open it back up and say"This guy is married and says he will admit that she was going to give him a nude massage with a happy ending for $100 if we let him go."Im like whatever I give nude massages they keep getting me to say i was providing sex and of course I wouldnt.They arrested me for prostitution and took me in.Turns out the "Dave"was an coffidential informent and was in on it the whole time.They fudged on the report on various things example,they said i took the money and that it was$ 150 and some other discreptencies.(dont know how to spell lol)They took my phone but I intend on going to my phone company and retrieving my records to get the number he called from to post on here.They were even awnsering my phone while we were in the room trying to set up other appointments!So guys be carefull and if ayone has any questions or if I ahve left something out just ask.

NeysaHe must have run up the stairs I've been in same situation client acts scared or even want you to finish him off real quick before u answer door but there always in on it.

NeysaANY type of massage is illegal in the state of Tennessee if you charge for it and aren't a licensed massage therapist. Girls, seriously, if you're going to be in this line of work then INFORM yourself with the law and don't do their job for them by ADMITTING to something illegal.
It's all public access here on the web. You can pull the entire T.C.A. and read it yourself. If you don't know what T.C.A. is, then that's a bad enough start.
It's Tennessee Code Annotated, it's our Tennessee laws, ALL of them written out for you.
No offense Neysa, I absolutely HATE to hear about your incident and from what I understand your were an asset:) I'm just saying educate yourselves.
Also, it probably wasn't the smartest thing to discuss his HE. They probably have you on tape discussing it and that is how they got you for the prostitution charge. You can probably fight it if you'd like because your saving point is that no money every exchanged hands. Although, with your guy being an informant it's your word against his and it's a matter of how everyone feels the day of court. It could go either way.

Oh yah by the way. Amiee (sorry if spelled wrong)I went to the Memphis police dept and they brought out all the law books and I asked them about doing a massage in the nude and if if was illegal. They read and showed me that it was only illegal if you were licensed but it was'nt if you wer'nt. Of course I didn't say anything about a HE but according to the law books he read to me about massage it is not illegal inless you are licensed. If a person comes to you for a massage and knows you are not licensed then as long as they don't care it doe'snt matter. Now the catch is that if you do a massage without a license and you don't have abusiness license for it thenm thats what you are doing wrong! You can not accept money for any service without a business licence to do so. Now this info I telling comes straight from the law books out of th precinct off Union Ave down the road from my house. I checked it out a few weeks ago just because I was staring to get nervous LOL. To much money for to long life was to good had a bad feeling something abd was going to happen LOL well guess I was right.

The two statutes they are referring to are TCA 39-17-918 which provides:
It is unlawful for a masseur or masseuse to expose the masseur's or masseuse's erogenous area for compensation or to touch with any part of the masseur's or masseuse's body, or fondle in any manner or massage an erogenous area for compensation.
The other statute is TCA 62=3-18-104, which provides:
Any person or establishment who advertises or engages in massage for compensation without a current valid license from the massage licensure board commits a Class B misdemeanor. It is unlawful to use the word “massage” or any other term that implies massage technique or method when advertising a service by a person who is not licensed under this part or another chapter of state law.
However, I think the crime of prostitution is broad enough to include the "happy ending". Good luck with your case as I know you are a good person, naive, but still good.

Look at post 2309, it quotes the "compensation part" from the statute. However, all they have to do is to get the informant to say she agreed to a price before hand. If they have her web site, which they probably do, that would qualify as an "admission" under the Tennessee Rules of Evidence.

I am no lawyer and don't know personally I am simply going by what a sheriff that brought out all the law books and sat down and talked to me and read them told me. Bottom line is. I'll be going to court at the end of this month and I will post exactly what is legal and not when I get back on here to post about the outcome. Please also remember that when the guy tried to give me the money I told him not to worry about it and as far as that goes if I was doing the massage for free for him reguardless if my website has a rate or not I will be seeing soon if that still matters.

I guess the long arm of the law finally caught up to her because she is now a guest of the county as of this morning. No details yet so I don't know whether they picked her up just for the warrants or if she arrested for another infraction.

They are not going to go to that much trouble to bust you for only giving massages without out a license since it is a misdemeanor one step up from a speeding ticket. They want you for prostitution. I don't care what the sheriff told you, he is not a lawyer, you can be charged under at least two prostitution statutes. You need to get a Nashville lawyer and find out exactly what statutes you are charged under. You don't need to go into court thinking you are only charged with not having a license and then find out the hard way (no pun intended) you are charged with prostitution. Whether you call it a "happy ending" a "local massage" or a "hand job" it is all prostitution under Tennessee law, and that is what they want to get you for. Take my advise, don't go into court alone.

I just gotta tell a story that happened - we all know that even the losers get lucky sometimes - and man did I get lucky.
Had to take a 4-states across trip to a University town - and I posted some CL ads prior just feeling out the situation - as 'Generous Business Traveler'...

She really does need a lawyer. I know most people don't like to spend the money and Nashville PD knows this. If they are going to work in this buisness they need put money back in a reserve fund. There's two factors here. The legal thing is, you seem to be laboring under the impression that a nude massage with HE isn't prostitution. Disabuse yourself of that notion. The HE constitutes "sexual contact" under TCA sec. 39-13-501(6), and that's enough (IMCLO) to bring you under the scope of TCA sec. 39-13-513 (the prostitution statute proper), should a jury decide that your service involves the agreement to provide the HE.
[Disclaimer: while I have the law degree and I've practiced for a while, I'm not licensed anywhere now, and specifically I'm not licensed in Tennessee; the above does not constitute legal advice and isn't to be construed as such.]
The practical matter is that it's a question for the jury if you go to trial, and the evidence is pretty much going to be your word against the informant. If your lawyer does his/her job correctly, you might have a chance. Not much of one, but there's a very small but non-zero probability you might win at trial.
Sincerely, good luck. Just keep in mind that the deck is stacked against you, so don't persuade yourself that you're entitled to have this all go away just because you were giving away a freebie to get a regular customer later, and don't persuade yourself that you should get a free pass because a nude massage with HE isn't prostitution. The system doesn't work that way. Reality is what it is, it isn't what you want it to be.

BCGI can tell you that it works, but you have to put time into it. Maybe 2 times out of 30, which for me is maybe 7 times a year. CL takes alot of patience to sort out the crap. Adult Friend Finder used to be the place to look, but now it's turned commercial and scam as well. Best bet IMHO is swappernet and swinglifestyle.

All I was saying was that in Memphis I was told by cops I massage and by the sheriff I spoke to at the office that was the case. I am charged with prostitution but first of all I told him no to the money so we will just have to see what they do with it. I already have public defender plus the attorney I used in my divorce and my custody battle so I'm good to go on that. I'm a first time offender and I never took the money so we will see how far they can take it. Plus as far as the HE goes. May have never been said. Going to take some proof don't yah think? Well as I have said before I'll keep the board updated as far as when I get the number called from and more info. I'm far from stupid about all this but its simply crazy they are out this bad to bust someone for a little nude massage with or without the HE! There are girls out ther robbing men and selling drugs and passaing around diseases. Think they should worry about them! I'm a quite person who does'nt bother anyone or cause any trouble and have never offered full service to anyone. For the love of god. Seriously?

I guess the long arm of the law finally caught up to her because she is now a guest of the county as of this morning. No details yet so I don't know whether they picked her up just for the warrants or if she arrested for another infraction.
I saw it too. I'm pretty sure it is related to one of the previous arrests rather than any new issue.

PD is fine - for the 1st court date. Tell your PD what happened & that you want to fight the charges. Do not take a deal. At the least: this will give you more time. The case against you is "He said. She said." UNLESS they have tape. If they have tape & everything happened the way u said - you will NOT get a solicitation charge. One of your posts here u said u didnt get to talk to dude much.....thats public info that should not be public...get rid if it.
Tell the PD you want to fight ie - trial by jury. And you plan to call the asshat guy as a witness. Be firm. Let your attorney talk for you. Not a whole lot of detail. You are innocent. The police and the state have to PROVE.....You know exactly what proof they have. And the state does not want a trial. Too much money. They want to scare you into taking the charge. Since his deal was nothing on him for flipping on you ....calling him to testify as a witness will scare the shyte outta him.

I give up! Like I said use the correct tool for the job. If the state calls him you need someone who knows how to impeach him. I am sure you know there is a lot more to a jury trial than just "I am not quilty because" hell if that worked we would not need lawyers. I do not think they understand knowing what not to ask is just as important as what you do ask. And never ask a question you do not already know the answer too.
I am sure when court time comes it will be just like Raising the Bar or Boston Legal. Yea right welcome to the real hell that awaits you.

The state wants this to happen. Now WHY, would anyone voluntarily give away any of their rights? Esp. if using them is in your best interest? Any defense attorney knows the rules of evidence and discovery just as the state knows it's obligation to disclose the same. The same rules apply to all criminal cases - no matter where the attorney comes from. Thats the defense part of defense attorney. Discovery is not the sole purveyance of privately paid attorneys. It's granted by law to all defendants. You can find it filed under "Motions" in a room off the clerk's office waiting for an attorney to fill in the blanks after date, court and case number, sign and turn into the clerk of the court.

Let us know how things turn out! Well its all a shame that LE just won't leave people alone if they are not harming anyone. I could see if someone was robbing people or spreading diseases or selling drugs to kids but if alla gal is doing is trying to take care of her kids and pay her bills it should be left up to her (my opinion)either way I have decided I will see only people I have seen already and more then one time and that really blows because I really enjoyed meeting my new clients but its to big of a risk. Neysa, every time you open your proverbial trap you dig your own hole just a little deeper. You need to stop posting about your misfortunes immediately and request Jackson delete your previous posts. The rat that set you up was a stoolie and not a cop, and was not in a position to waive your rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure for you. Of course, if he were wired they had probable cause and would have let themselves in if you had refused to open the door. But still better to make them kick the door in than open it for them, thus making their job easier.
(3) After making mistakes 1 and 2, mistake #3 was not keeping your trap shut. Keeping one's trap shut often thwarts LE's best efforts. They know the easiest way to hang someone is to hand them a rope, and it works most of the time. Most folks simply cannot keep their tongues from wagging, and this is usually their undoing.
(4) Not asking for a lawyer IMMEDIATELY upon realizing you were a criminal suspect. Of course a lawyer would have advised you to keep your trap shut, minimizing the amount of damage your unleashed tongue was doing to your case.
I hope you have better sense than to reply to this message, because every time your fingers touch the keyboard you bolster the case against you. You have the right to remain silent, no time like the present to start exercising that right.

A conviction for prostitution is grounds for denial of many if not most professional licenses in most states, so if she were ever inclined to actually get licensed as a masseuse, get a business license, ect, she would not have a rap sheet which included a conviction for prostitution serving as a roadblock to professional advancement.
It is unlikely any lawyer worth his or her salt would let this get in front of a jury. The last thing she would want is to have her fate decided by twelve people who aren't smart enough to get out of jury duty, especially in a provincial bible belt backwater like Nashville. And with her luck the jury would be stacked with prudes who read THIS board just so they can have something to get their feathers ruffled over.

As for the jury trial it is a crap shoot and you have to have an attorney who knows how to pick a jury and conduct a jury trial all you need is one hold out. And yes I know if it's hung they can retry the case but most likely will not go to the expense and would surely take a lessor plea rather than try it over.
One of the main reasons it is not a good ideal to act as your own lawyer is when you attack the informant and undercover LE to discreadit them they can come to think of you as arrogant and overbearing. If it goes to the jury you need them to like you and have empathy for you not contempt. Just sit there smile, look confident and make eye contact with the jury.

There was an arrest Sat. For "aggravated prostitution". Check out her mug shot on the Yahoo group "memphis_mugshots" in the "HIV" photo album. There are 11 mug shots in the "HIV" photo album. I searched the RNI # of all 11 and only 3 are still in jail: Arlene, Susie and Shaunte. The other 8 are out and about. As such, use this info for your protection. I can understand his position.
His position is based on a view from another country where prostitutes aren't addicted to various kinds of drugs and will do anything and everything to get their next fix, and not care what they do or pass along to you in the process. He has said before where he lives prostitutes are well known and loved in their communities and everyone would be shocked and dismayed if they were to be arrested. He feels mug shots are a tool of LE to embarrass the arrested, which may be true in a small degree, but to our purpose here they're an information tool for us fellow mongers. Here in the U.S. most SW are addicted to drugs, and their prostitution activities are not for trying to make a living unless it involves being high on crack all day. I've seldom picked up a SW who was out making money for the electric and cable bill. He doesn't see that here in the U.S. there are SW who willingly pass on HIV to their customers. They also have no problem robbing you, or setting you up for a robbery. Down here in Birmingham a SW who was featured on the First 48 show earlier this year shot a date of her's inside a house she was using because he wouldn't buy her next fix. She then carried his body away and set his truck on fire with his body in it. That is a bad example because she was a well known SW who was well liked, but there's many others here who are just as likely to pull a knife on you and take your money. If someone knows a SW has HIV or that she has committed assault or robbery on some past customer, it's unfair to others here to not be able to show who it is, especially if you have a mug shot of them. When I last commented on this, he made some comment saying am I planning on carrying a photo album around with me to look up a potential SW and make sure they're not one of the ones posted. I was told to find the SW in question and take their picture and post that, but that's not always possible. The issue is others safety. I just can't see worrying about someone's potential embarrassment is more important than passing along the information showing who someone is who might give you HIV or rob or attack you. First of all, most street walkers could care less if their pictures are posted or not, as most are so high they could care less, and most have been arrested so many times it is just routine to them.
Second, If a SW has HIV or other STD's, their foremost interest is making the $$$, most don't care if they pass anything to you or not. For the most part think about it. If a SW has HIV what does she have to loose? NOTTA

For my experience, I don't personally have the funds to put out a large amount at one time, which would be required by an escort who advertises. If I had hundreds of dollars at a time extra then there's definitely a few escorts and the like I would sample, Sam I Am being one. :P Mongering is a different beast all in itself. Some part for me is Thrill of the Chase and finding someone new out there or at least new for me. Part of it's Price for what I get. I nut pretty quick and most escorts are usually one pop and your gone so paying for 30 mins and getting to use 10 and 5 of that's undressing isn't a great value for me. Yea I could go with 1 or 2 hours and make it multiple pop but the price starts compounding. He died at The Med.

FYI, there was a bust of 3 traveling providers in Little Rock last Friday where the guy was verified by one of the major verification sites and had references that was allegedly called by these providers.
Also jump over to the Nashville board and read the post by one of the provider members about a bust in Nashville. It was a friend of hers and the detail is interesting (Babee Doll did a nice reply BTW). There are rumors in Nashville that a known provider flipped and is now working with LEO.
It appears that when you read all the major sites they all seem to feel LEO is reading and using the posted info to help in staging these bust. Word has it the Escorts dot com is used alot. I have noticed both in TN and AR there are a lot of new providers listed on that site that I have never seen a picture or an ad on any other site nor do they have any reviews.

This is the most frustrating aspect of all this. I just got my county tax bill on my commercial property, over half to a school system that is so terrible you can't even send your children there. Violent and property crimes going through the roof and they sit around in an office figuring this out. What a waste of resources. They are so out of touch with reality, it makes you wonder how bad it will have to get before they start to focus on solving crime instead of raising money.

For sure SL... I saw them, there were 3 of them at the shut down laundry mat at the corner of macon/national friday night. two white (one blond, one burnette), one black, way too obvious. Was over on the north end today and LE had both ends of Vernon closed off and had the big "Blue Crush" trailer parked on the street and several cars marked and unmarked. Anyone else see the activity or hear what was going on? Saw alot of LE activity on the north end today. Saw 2 cars and a tan Suburban having a group meeting on Summer and Berclair area. So this particular advertiser is using the geographical information derived from the IP address to "customize" the ads to lead the "mark" to believe that these are actually women from his local area, when in fact they are not. Kind of deceptive, IMHO. Not that there is anything wrong with a little eye candy, just don't sign up for their "free" (I bet) service with the idea that you are actually going to meet let alone fuck any of these "local girls". What's really funny is that few adds show up with my actual hometown but are mostly tagged with the many numerous small towns within 30 miles of me. And by small towns I'm meaning with populations in low-1000's to even a few hundred. I've seen some hot small town girls in my time but not like these.

Found out that Lana's was an attempted robbery. The owner pulled a gun and shot and killed the would be robber. Should be all over the news this evening. Channel 3 had their tower broadcasting live. Well, I dont know if the girl in the picture is Summer Smith or not, I just know that I have been with the one in the picture. If my memory serves me right she said her name was Michelle or Melissa, but as I said it was last fall and I never saw her again after that time. I found her around the national macon area.

Single males are usually considered the bane of the lifestyle but these people are as single friendly as you will find. It'll be a good time. Their parties usually are.Single guys are always welcome at any event JP's host. Simply over the years, single guys are a better guest. They are often on their to toes to be nice and not egt out of line. PLUS all females and couples who attend our events KNOW that we invite single guys. That does not mean they all will do a single guy. Many married guys love to watch there lady with another guy. But they will seldom confess to it. And we get single females who are just out looking for one thing, SEX with NSA.

Look at escapeparty.com from Nashville and them this one. See the difference? I'd skip Mphs & go to the Tunica one in Dec. But I probably wouldn't go to this brand at all.
You want the event and the accomadations to be in the same building.

BabeeFirst I agree that a Swingers Party is BETTER when it all happens under one roof. But this one at Hollywood Disco is to open the door for those who may not be OK with going to any event with 2-3-400 people. We have made this so EZ for folks to just show up with little planning on their part.
And it is much cheaper than most events. And the big clue is we welcome singles.

If you plan to become anything of a regular in the swinger scene you need to be careful about showing up w/ an escort. best thing to do is use a semi-pro or someone from out of area that doesn't travel. If you get caught swinging with an escort, the "community" will get very hostile.... i guess they firgure if you pay a chick to leverage into their wives/girlfriends, it's the same as treating them as ******. Anyway, it can be done... but be aware of the politics!Last spring we had a guy in Memphis pull this at a few of our parties. We did not hang him, we just laughed at him. No one would swap with them as we were not sure if we would have to tip her or what. He showed up three times with three ladies. All the girls where nice, acted as they should and did make the place look a bit brighter. But at our events, if you act decent, are clean, you will most likely score with out a lady.
I have had ladies try to "work' my events and they have been forced to leave. Paying for sex at a Swingers Event is not kewl at any level.
