I would not worry so much about cameras unless they are in place where you are actually doing it with a girl - however the information below was posted on the Columbus board. This is for all of Ohio.
The two subsections from the law on the books regarding what I posted below.
(A) No person shall solicit another to engage with such other person in sexual activity for hire.
(D) If a person is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of any provision of this section, an attempt to commit a violation of any provision of this section, or a violation of or an attempt to commit a violation of a municipal ordinance that is substantially equivalent to any provision of this section and if the person, in committing or attempting to commit the violation, was in, was on, or used a motor vehicle, the court, in addition to or independent of all other penalties imposed for the violation, shall impose upon the offender a class six suspension of the person's driver's license, commercial driver's license, temporary instruction permit, probationary license, or nonresident operating privilege from the range specified in division (A)(6) of section 4510.02 of the Revised Code.
Sec. 4510.02. (A) When a court elects or is required to suspend the driver's license, commercial driver's license, temporary instruction permit, probationary license, or nonresident operating privilege of any offender from a specified suspension class, for each of the following suspension classes, the court shall impose a definite period of suspension from the range specified for the suspension class:
(1) For a class one suspension, a definite period for the life of the person subject to the suspension; (2) For a class two suspension, a definite period of three years to life; (3) For a class three suspension, a definite period of two to ten years; (4) For a class four suspension, a definite period of one to five years; (5) For a class five suspension, a definite period of six months to three years; (6) For a class six suspension, a definite period of three months to two years; (7) For a class seven suspension, a definite period not to exceed one year; (8) For a class eight suspension, a definite period not to exceed six months.

It might come as a surprise, but you can lose your driver’s license in Ohio without breaking any traffic laws.
Don’t pay your child support. Get caught with illegal drugs. Drive off without paying for your gasoline. Drop out of school before you’re 18.
Those are just a few of the 46 ways. Being an alcoholic or taking a weapon into a school will cost you, too.
In fact, the No. 1 reason for license suspensions last year — 168,772 of them — was not having auto insurance or providing proof of it when asked.
‘‘The law is broad," said Fred Stratmann, a spokesman for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. ‘‘The General Assembly has included a lot as a way of possibly deterring crime (and) . . . encouraging good citizenship, in addition to good driving.
‘‘Few people know, if you get caught with a prostitute, you can lose your license."
And hard-luck stories don’t get you any breaks at the BMV.
Dearrea King, a 52-year-old North Sider, is raising her three grandchildren. She didn’t have auto insurance, which an officer discovered when she was caught speeding on Mock Road in October.
‘‘I couldn’t afford insurance," she said recently outside a 10 th-floor Franklin County Municipal Court courtroom. ‘‘Although my license had never been suspended, I lost it this time for no insurance."
King, who works part time at one of her grandchildren’s elementary schools, was in court to have limited driving privileges restored during weekdays.
James Dietrich, 36, of Grove City, had a similar tale of woe. He was unemployed and supporting a 9-year-old daughter last spring when he was involved in an auto accident.
‘‘It was a choice of paying the rent or buying insurance, and I chose the rent," he said. Dietrich is now working as a bouncer in a tavern. His driving privileges were restored for nine hours a day.
Losing your license for skipping out on a gas station wasn’t even a penalty in Ohio until March 2004.
Madison County Sheriff Jim Sabin came up with the idea when he stopped for gas on the way home from a Florida vacation. ‘‘I saw a sign on the pump saying you’d lose your license if you drove off without paying," Sabin said. ‘‘I thought that would be appropriate in Ohio, too."
Sabin was a member of the legislative committee for the Buckeye State Sheriffs’ Association. ‘‘I brought it up at one of their meetings, and they agreed to endorse it," he said.
License suspensions are on the increase in Ohio. Three years ago, they numbered 540,163; last year, 616,907 — a 14 percent increase.
Computerized data for this year are available only through July. But 2005 could be another record-breaker. The state is on pace for about 636,000 suspensions. Ohio has 7.5 million licensed drivers.
The auto-insurance rule can catch up with Ohioans even when they’re not on the road.
Each year, the BMV mails about 200,000 letters to Ohioans asking them to provide proof of proper insurance. If they do not reply within 90 days, their licenses are suspended for six months.
If a notice is returned because an Ohioan has moved without leaving a forwarding address, the bureau uses its other databases, including annual auto-registration lists, to find a correct address, Stratmann said.
Ohio law requires drivers to notify the bureau within 10 days of changing their address, he said.
On the road, the BMV suspended 155,327 licenses last year because motorists didn’t have proof of insurance when they were stopped for a traffic infraction; it suspended an additional 13,445 through random checks.
Getting your license back can cost hundreds of dollars.
The tab is $425 after a drunken-driving conviction, not counting fines and court costs. Reinstatement fees for a lack of insurance depend on how many times a motorist has been caught without insurance: for the first violation, it’s $75; for the second, $250; and for the third, $500.
Motorists paid the bureau a total of $45 million last year to have their licenses restored, Stratmann said.
License suspensions usually range from three months to several years, depending on the violation and a motorist’s driving record.
Some Ohioans didn’t have much time to compile a record. About 1,300 students lost their temporary-driving permits or driver’s licenses last year because they dropped out of high school, were expelled or were truant before age 18.

Ok, I just got back from a cruise. I saw some promising SWs, but was looking for advice on what I saw, as I am pretty new here. I saw a 30ish? Blonde thin SW with a bandana in her hair(i've seen her before, but same as this time she was picked up before I could turn around.) around W45th on Lorain. Is she legit or looking to rip-off? About a week ago I picked up a 40ish(still bad with those ages) with dark hair named Pam around Lorain and Randell. After picking her up, she immediatly did the LE test, which I happily passed. Maybe this "sting" was planned long in advance, but the weather just makes everything too...obvious. I know that were I someone who played 'the game', I would've laid low tonight regardless. If Ellie isn't everywhere tonight (and I mean all over Ohio--see user name), then the other 'gamers' are. A fifty-degree night in January is to 'the game' as Black Friday is to the Christmas shopping season. At least, that's how I would see it.

Ok, I went out last night, followed the normal cruise along Lorain and Clark(I've added Bridge St as I've seen some girls there before). Saw some promising hos, but most disappeared before I could turn around. I again saw that asian female, with the messy black hair in her 30's(I think). But she was picked up both times I saw her. I saw a good looking(SW scale of 7-8) late 20ish girl, but on my pass back, a cop car had pulled up and was talking to her. I took my sign and went away for a little bit. Then my little head got the best of me and back I came.
On my second time through, I saw a Sw, in her 30's, a 6-7 on the scale, with curly brown hair. I pulled onto a side street, she hopped in. She said her name was Tanya(I think). This part throws me a wee bit. Instead of a LE check, she just asks what I want tonight. Well not to be quick, but I straight up told her. So based on the info here - I went out for a cruise from my downtown hotel. From the 40's block up through the 70's on Lorrain I saw plenty of Hos. This was on on Thursday night around 8pm. I had the chance to make a run Monday around 4:30. Went around the circuit twice and all I saw were two. One on Clark, one at about 52nd, skinny and about a 3. The other was a widebody and neither were of any inspiration so I continued to Detroit from 65th on toward 25th but nothing.
Went to scope E 55th to 79th on St. Clair east but nothing there either.
E156th sometimes yeilds a cute BSW but today again a blank and it's been some time since I've seen anything there. Still I look when passing through but probably at the wrong time.

So I was out on Lorain around 11 last night and saw a dark haired SW(7 on the scale). I flip my car around, and pull up behind the car picking her up. So I cruise on seeing a few SWs. On three occasions, I have seen what appears to be street walkers at Eastgate. Really nice looking but I could not catch 'the look'. I would also want to know how to hook up with this russian market. I live out that way and will continue looking...rich

About 10:15 this morning was in the area and cruised the usual circuit once but saw nothing. Decided to check out a previous report about Detroit and headed up 85th then west to 95th.
WSW spotted around 94th walking west. I turned down 95th and offered a ride. Name was Lisa and I have some digits to share. First we did the LE check then went to a quiet location trying to find a spot for FS. I settled for BBBJTCIM since there was no good spot in the daylight. About a 7 skill and easy on the eyes. Was driving the Lorain path last night, 7pm - 9:30 pm last night and saw little to no activity. If anyone has any new paths let us know?
I decided to roll around the track just to see how it looked during the football game. I saw nothing between 8P and 9P. Then Just like magic they seemed to be everywhere. I saw a cute slender Latina with long black hair walking with a Blond girl around W. 65th and Lorain. When I circled around I saw more and more SWs appearing. I pulled into a lot around W 40th to consider my options. A gal walked from the street to my car and jumped in. I asked if she needed a ride. She asked if I wanted a date.

Any time there's a new mayor, they like to step in and clean house. It's not like Jackson is calling up the vice squad and telling them to crack down on prostitution. The Cleveland PD jumps into action so they look like they're doing their part to make the city better. The fact is none of these people really give a crap so they put on a show for a few months. I'll second the previous report and say that one can usually find some action on the east side if you are into the BSW thing. My personal rule is not to pick up any that are larger than me, but YMMV. Also, skip them if they're acting crazy or just look plain mean. Central between 55th and 79th is usually a good place to start. I do want to get on the soapbox a little on this one because I am sharing a experience I just had that was not pleasent. I contracted mono. As best as I can figure it was from a girl I dated from real life not from mongering. JayAssuming you're going to a better quality club I think you're being paranoid. As a (not perfect but somewhat effective) workaround, Google supports 9I believe) a limited form of POSIX / PERL regular expression searches (if you've ever seen them, they usually start with the phrase "regex:"). Can use this to search for a 9-digit number that has any number of any kind of characters between the digits. (I don't think google's implementation is smart enough to let you script the word "one" for the numeral so it's not foolproof). Prob. Want to limit the amount of spaces between digits of the number or you're going to get stuff like data table for log functions, web pages with pi spelled out to billions of decimal places, etc.)
If enough people are interested in being able to do this, post and request it (or better yet PM me). If I get enough requests I'll create a template script and post it here. (But only if a lot of people want it since my skills in that query syntax are very rusty and it'll take me some time to get it right).
