Went to Juicee's on Saturday night at around 9:30 PM. They had 9 girls working there, which is about 4 more than I've ever seen there before. The different thing was that there wasn't a single dog amoung them. I'd say that least attractive girl there was a 7 on a scale of 10. I actually had a great time and kept telling myself that I'd leave in another hour, another hour, another hour, etc. I wasn't too enthusiastic about the 2 hour drive back home and I eventually found myself leaving at close to 4:00 AM. There are no extras available at this establishment so don't bother patronizing this place expecting to find an atomosphere like Bridgeport. It looks like Rosie is finally starting to get his act together after so many years. He has a door man, the "bartender" who has been there forever, and the large black gentleman who polices the lap dance area. He seems like a big teddy bear of a guy who all the girls love and hug on. I wouldn't piss him off though. He does pretty much let the girls do what they want as long as they don't get too out of hand and the guys aren't mauling the girls and putting their hands in the naughty areas. Takeout might be possible but, unless you're unbelievably lucky, it would take becoming a regular and building up a relationship with the girl. In conclusion, it's still has the outward and inner appearance of a "dive" but it's improved over the last time that I was there. The next step would be to get a real DJ instead of the CD player system that consistently skips and has long period of silence. As it is, I'll give it two thumbs up because I had fun. The drive back home, though, was brutal since I was so tired.

On the west side of Norwich, just off 395 (exit 80) near DMV, is the Holiday Inn.
Just south of Norwich, in Uncasville on Route 32, are a Best Western and a Microtel. The Microtel is the newer of the two.
Just north of Norwich off 395 in Griswold is AmericInn. A brand new place, out in a rural area.
These would be your lowest cost options in or near Norwich. I would expect the Courtyard and AmericInn to be the nicest of the bunch.

I remember those days... You're right. They had regular feature dancers just about every other weekend and most weekends were packed houses for a good part of the night. I finally got the chance to see Vanilla when I was in the area. I set up an appointment with her at an incall hotel. I saw Vanilla again on Tuesday night. She has moved to the Norwich area and booked a room for one night at the local Microtel. Last week I was in Norwich, and decided to visit the spa. BIG mistake! I did my usual, and left some cash (.4) in an obvious spot, and went in for the table shower with Ming. Yes, it is Manchester NEW HAMPSHIRE! I have been making that drive for over six years, and it's still 2-1/2 hours minimum, but getting longer with all of the road construction.
