The majority of ones with whom "success" (by our definition) is possible are pros (by CC's definition) even if they don't advertise it. As you're in the communication process with a non-pro, if things are progressing then at some point you'll get a "by the way, I do charge for my services" message.
In hitting up CC veterans, there seem to be a few trends that point to better chance for success: 1) if they advertise on other forums besides CC; 2) if they have high karma / feedback; 3) if you can get them to communicate via e-mail or text.

First, there's absolutely value in just cuddling with a pretty woman, chatting with her, with no strings attached. You're not trying to date her, you know she'll leave when the sessions over. It's transactional and easy. Good looking guys in their 20's can likely get this any time they want. Average looking guys pushing 50 (like me) have a lot less options.

I've read many of your reports and have received much appreciated additional info via DM. I've been trying to get together with her for around 2 months.
