A new task force to study human trafficking and prostitution at Connecticut massage parlors will convene for the first time on Tuesday.
The meeting comes after a Hearst Connecticut Media investigation found in February that many illicit massage parlors operate around the state, while police and municipalities struggle to shut them down.
The task force, lead by state Reps. Robyn Porter, D-New Haven, and Jillian Gilchrest, D-West Hartford, will make recommendations by the end of the year to the General Assembly on how the state can curb the decadeslong problem.
The National Human Trafficking Resource Center reported a total of 52 unique cases of human trafficking in Connecticut in 2019, a slight decrease from 2018.
The Connecticut Trafficking in Persons Council's 2019 annual report was supposed to contain detailed data on human trafficking cases from the Chief State's Attorney and every municipal police chief, but that information was lost due to email glitches, according to Steve Hernandez, executive director of the state's Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity and Opportunity. As a result, that data will not become public until 2021, Hernandez said.
Trafficking experts worry that the pandemic might cause an uptick in trafficking in 2020.
"Vulnerable people become even more vulnerable during emergencies," Hernandez said. "I can only imagine we are seeing that with trafficking as well. ".
On the internet, it is easy to find graphic reviews from people who claim to have bought sex services at Connecticut massage parlors. Around the country, police often use these review boards, including a website called Rub Maps, as one source of information when investigating possible prostitution and human trafficking crimes.
Hearst Connecticut reviewed 10 years of police records for 30 massage parlors with user "reviews" posted on Rub Maps. As of Jan. 6, the site identified 98 massage parlors in 47 towns where anonymous reviewers claimed to have engaged in sexual acts.
Based on investigations from Connecticut's Department of Labor and the counter-trafficking nonprofit Polaris, there are 250 illicit massage businesses operating in Connecticut at any given time, the state Trafficking in Persons Council said in its 2018 annual report.
Sometimes these businesses make trafficked individuals to engage in prostitution by withholding their immigration papers, forcing them into debt or using physical violence. Connecticut police have identified evidence of women living at some massage parlors around the state, police records show.
Police records also indicate that stamping out prostitution can be a decades-long battle for local law enforcement. A Hearst Connecticut investigation found that police records show businesses suspected of prostitution often continue to operate.
Prostitution arrests mostly focus on the female employees of massage parlors, not the johns patronizing them. These arrests are often an insufficient tool for combating the sex trade, police said.

People forget this is a country built on "religion". Right now churches are divided on gays, trans people and all that jazz. If you want to see them unite try to legalize this thing. There's a lot of ambiguity in the bible but pretty much "jezebels" are hated on throughout the book. If that were to ever happen, the conditions would have to be perfect. The woman movement maybe has the best chance since they are headed for an eventual clash with religious institutions. But then, you would have to have a judge with the balls to make a decision to legalize it on the basis of "women can do whatever they want with their bodies. " Also the judge really can't have balls because only a female judge would be able to get away with it. And that judge would have to put up with a lifetime of violent harsassment from the church and far right maniacs. I mean, constant stalking, death threats and picket lines. She would have to put her entire life, her family life, and career on the line for the kind of women who probably made fun of her for being smart in high school. I can't see that happening.

I was listening to this podcast the weeds yesterday and they're disgusting trafficking. A lot of these legislators / prosecutors are looking to get a lot of name recognition to win elections labeling these stinhs as human trafficking and saving the day in reality the most charges to get is massage without a license or whatever at the end of the day.

Right now they are so hurting for state revenues and they have one of the worst state pension unfounded obligations in the country, besides Malloy having used a bunch of fed funds that were for highway and transportation to balance past years budgets, which Lamont has to use for their designation or refund to the feds. So it will be either find new revenue sources or tax everyone out of the state and bankruptcy. This is something if legalized he could pull out of the shadow economy and tax, about as effectively as they do bartenders and waitresses.

So remember, either pay your own bill, or get a different burner number. Or hope your provider will cover for you!

First, life being good and getting girls are not one and the same. How you define life getting better is really up to you. For me, economic opportunity is first and foremost. Anywhere I live I'm there for work. Everything else is secondary. So I wasn't really talking about quality of life, at least not for myself. I'm happy long as the moneys coming in.
But if gettin laid is the be all end all to your existence, what I was saying to dude is he should consider a change of location. I don't think its a stretch to say CT is not quite Miami. When it comes to hookin up its just a game of numbers man, that's really what I meant. The later bars stay open, the later liquor stores stay open, the better chances you have of gettin laid. Its less about the ability to get girls and more about the opportunity. Living in a big city my night could start at 12 and I'd still have a good time. Here if I'm out driving past 1 am I'm legit scared of being followed by the boys for just being out. Even some of these hoes act like I'm a creeper for textin them late. "Officers and detectives located several individuals that were in a room at the hotel having a get together," Kozlowsky said. "None of the individuals were Shelton residents. The individuals were acquaintances of Whyte and it is believed that Whyte came to the hotel to meet them. ".
Detectives have completed several search warrants for the investigation, Kozlowsky said, adding that "several items of evidentiary value" were seized.

I have done it but with a camera shy GF vs a provider. There is an app you can download that will allow you to record with the screen off. I finally get some time after catching up on my homework here back from a long trip in Europe. Know this: in Paris, doing this biz is not illegal (for the girls), however soliciting is. That is so the girls can report crimes against them without fearing to be locked up. The benefits is you can talk straight texting to the agency. They handle the deal right to the door. No ghosting, dropping in the conversation or being jumped at the dark corner.
Anyway, each girl I met was better than the previous one except number 3. The real names were Tanya 26 y, then Sasha 23, number 3 disaster which was Udina by screen name and the last Anna 24 y.
The last one was an ovrn the same day I had H in the AM with her. She was outstanding and the most gorgeous. All were. I'll post pictures. After an hour of research, I selected one, screen name Karalina. I realized later they change the girl name advertised frequently in their adds. Not sure why. Texting was immediate and clear. I asked for a high heel, short dress no makeup and that is who opened the door with a smile. A beautiful tall blonde long legged brown eyes. I think her breasticules were no real. Too firm and large but I could not really tell.

Yeah. Things need to change here. May be we need the agencies from there. Foo, you know where to go. BDM, we need to get back to how it was. You don't know what you don't have unless it has been lost.
The agency there provide help when in a bind and you do not pay more for that. I have to split this last part in 2 to expand on this and leave the final date for last. I want to expand on how things can go wrong over there and get fixed. It is not as bad as here by my experience. You will not get robbed unless you explicitly ask for it, you will not get mugged by a pimp unless you go SW, you will not get ghosted unless you behave like a dick because a mediator ensures the date to the actual meet, but sometimes some girls may "use" or have a language problem and be unpredictable in keeping their commitment. But even if the situation is bad, with an agency it seems you will be helped, not beaten down or end up in a "high noon at O. K Corral" texting or real shoot out. This is really what we need here. I added pictures of my texting with the agency owner to show the professional attitude they have.
After Sasha that same day, I was eager to nail my next date to settle my ovrn for that same night because the next would be right before my departure in the AM. So coming from Sasha's date, and with the scent of the girl on my face, I take the subway, back to the hotel. I had to put my mask on for the subway so it was like DATY all over again, publicly:).
The lady mediator contacted me, back at the hotel, to see how things went with Sasha. I told her she was great but the lack of DFK and her having difficulties with English at times was not making it possible for the ovrn. You must turn over the keys each time you go out, I guess it is to ensure there is no people swap or shady things going on with room booking like someone stealing the room key and emptying the room with their liability. Paris has lots of street scams and pick pockets.
Arrived there, wait for the door codes, I knew the routine. Right away going in, I saw the interior was not as nice and clean. Not disgusting but not the classy look. Chipped paint and a bit run down. I go thru the coded door, up the stairs, knock at the described door and that is when things started getting weird.
The girl opening the door kind of looked like the one in the pict but with baggy eyes she was huffing on some long straight pipe. She looked at me with glazed eyes and invited me in. Not smiling like the others. I was anyway, but the smile was gradually wiped out. Looking at her more, I recognized the girl in that pict below but in much worst! She had a silk flower robe. When she closed the door, it was all dark with candles and lots of black deco stuff. Very different from the bright places from the 2 previous. Small room with the bed straight up front and a small countertop in front of me. She let some smoke out of her mouth and that was not a cigarette holder she was holding. It was all dark and I could barely see her face and I needed to see her clearly to make my decision. I thought "Holy shit my luck run out".
I asked her to turn on the lights because we needed to talk about deciding for my stay for an ovrn, confirm everything but at this point I no longer felt I wanted that anymore. I wanted to bail and also stay because I was there and the body seemed decent under that silk robe but it was hard to tell.
She ignored my request to turn the lights on, started texting madly while I tried to explain the 1 H vs the ovrn deal and I had little time to decide and let the agency know. On STG that would be a huge flag for bailing but I was not worried for myself. Anyway, got no response for deciding on ovrn or not. I then asked if I could get some water. I could see the kitchen and a faucet on my left. She says: "No". Me: "No? I can't have water? You have a faucet there?" Her: "I can't understand what you say", still texting madly. WTF! I now want out of there. I tried again to talk about the deal to be confirm, which I am sure the agency told her about, but no luck. Since I was there and she still had a decent body I decided to drop the ovrn, cut that BS and ask only for the H because I committed to the agency. So I texted the mediator for the H only, telling her no good for ovrn but OK with H and that I was trying hard to make her understand me. I did not want the agency to believe I was trying to screw the deal. The agency lady responded to just not even try! LOL. Then the girl tells me "I am busy, you need to leave". Me: "What? You are busy?" Then, texting the agency lady that she is telling me to beat it. The lady respond that she is dumb one! (See the texting exchanges below).
That girl had just arrived yesterday. The agency lady started apologizing and proposed me ladies I might like based on my prior choices. Mostly Russians. She presented picts of 5 ladies. All beautiful, some I am not sure why I did not go for, I was getting way too picky. The mediator was trying hard to make up for the fiasco. She really felt bad and that is when she decided to give me the private site with password for trusted clients.
At that point I had only one night left and I did not want to fuck it up. I went to eat and I almost contacted the first girl again but since I was made a VIP at the 2nd agency and she was really trying, I gave it a last shot going thru that site. This one is quite a different story but it could've gone much worse. Good thing that you had a good connection with the handler and bailed quickly. I think we've all had those sessions that you know it's bad from the get go. I can't wait to read the final session, although I know the outcome.

The agency there provide help when in a bind and you do not pay more for that. I have to split this last part in 2 to expand on this and leave the final date for last. I want to expand on how things can go wrong over there and get fixed. It is not as bad as here by my experience. You will not get robbed unless you explicitly ask for it, you will not get mugged by a pimp unless you go SW, you will not get ghosted unless you behave like a dick because a mediator ensures the date to the actual meet, but sometimes some girls may "use" or have a language problem and be unpredictable in keeping their commitment. But even if the situation is bad, with an agency it seems you will be helped, not beaten down or end up in a "high noon at O. K Corral" texting or real shoot out. This is really what we need here. I added pictures of my texting with the agency owner to show the professional attitude they have.
After Sasha that same day, I was eager to nail my next date to settle my ovrn for that same night because the next would be right before my departure in the AM. So coming from Sasha's date, and with the scent of the girl on my face, I take the subway, back to the hotel. I had to put my mask on for the subway so it was like DATY all over again, publicly:)...
