This Rx is no joke, works great. Heart issues can be a reason to be denied. I think they come in 50 & 100 mg. I cut it down to 25 mg and gtg. Only use them when I get with my mainly lesbian friend. I need the extra stiffness to get deeper than 3". Use with caution.

But if you're trying to keep secrets I would order them online without a script. The only issue would be if you live with your SO and don't want her finding out. It will most likely require a signature although not always. I have tried Bluchew as well but it's been a while.

P.S. Not to be a dick but I don't understand why you can't get your regular doctor to prescribe them also, the generic ones are cheap also. There's too much messed up stuff going on to try to buy meds from some dude in truck somewhere.

So after cumming, do you stay erect or is it YMMV?That's not what it's designed for, so not necessarily. Staying hard after orgasm is all about pelvic floor control. Ie: Kegels, the muscles used to stop urine flow. Training those will do more for you than anything.
However, due to the increased blood flow the shrinkage period is also a lot longer. And the refractory period is significantly reduced. So if you're young enough (<40/50) or even half decent pelvic control you can probably power through the shrinkage / refractory period till it fully recovers. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. Without it, never. Think of it as going from 100% guarantee to 65% and riding a fine line that takes a bit of focus to maintain then back to 85%.

What is the go to?My doc has given me script for Cialis generic I get from a compounding lab. Its like $1 a pill for 30 days for 5 mg. Then when I go to see a provider I add two 20 mg Viagra. Usually does the trick. The daily Cialis will work but adding the Viagra gets me rock hard and go multiple rounds if needed.

Took your advice and went to the website for Amazon. I already have Prime so it was pretty easy to click the link for "Medical Care" and then click on "Clinic" and start the process. First thing that pops up on a blue banner is "Discreet and affordable ED treatment". Couple of questions later and I was done. Got the prescription ordered and delivered by Amazon in 24 hours. $33 for the doc "visit" and then $22 for the prescription once the "doc" signed off on the questions. I got 30 count Sildenafil 50 mg tablets for $22 in a bottle with 2 refills if I need them.

Just some general information for you guys. I hope you all find this helpful.
You can order this stuff online. Any place that sells SARMS will also sell cialis / viagra. Additionally, if you're in town and just need like a couple pills, goto the local sex shops. The Rhino sex pills have everything in them that you need. Ask the person at the front counter for their recommendation. I even think 711 sells sex pills.
If you're looking to get some viagra / cialis. Look it up vis Google by the generic names. Tadilafil and sildenafil. If you're uncertain of the dose you want, do the same google search for recommended doses.

Dosage matters. Everyone is different.
Timing of taking the product matters as well. Take it on an empty stomach. This matters.
Side effects can be different. From none to backache to headache to can't get rid of the erection.
Start low dose and go from there.
