Is a persons Number of Posts being updated?

I have noticed this on several threads, today on.

Forum.

States & Cities.

Illinois.

Champaign.

Massage Parlor Reports.

JasonKpur has 3 posts visible on the current page, all are Posts: 4. This is a problem if it discourages new members from posting or if folks don't reach senior status because of it.
