I'll let you know my findings.There used to be a place called Joy Thai Spa in Hollywood that was pretty much what you were looking for, but it closed I think a couple years ago. And even then it was only a couple of the providers that would offer extras and you had to make appointments with them days in advance. I'm sure if you get around to all of the various "legit" Thai places in the region you will at some point stumble across a provider that will do a little extra, but the challenge is of course finding that one provider. Nobody wants to the the one to cross a line and get chased out of a spa.
The thing with Thai places as opposed to a CMT chain place is that usually the majority of therapists aren't licensed. There's a few places in Lakewood for example. The city requires the establishment to have one licensed therapist on staff while the business is open. They can have 5 or 6 therapists on shift, but only one has to actually be licensed. With the big name places, usually everyone on the staff has to be licensed. Not too many MTs are going to risk their license by offering handjobs or anything else. They spend way too much time and money on their schooling to get their license, and their livelihood goes away if they get caught. That, and when you own a legit establishment like I do, you don't hire good looking therapists. You hire legit CMTs who give what you would expect from a CMT quality massage. There used to be a place called Joy Thai Spa in Hollywood that was pretty much what you were looking for, but it closed I think a couple years ago.
