I can confirm the SS in Lake Forest (near Foothill Ranch) does sometimes give a HE. So I finally got there and it is pretty much the same as the older train station as I knew it two years ago. Just want to offer a couple of pointers, so that you don't read more into the situation, based on your insecurity.

- Drink a glass of water every morning, and BEFORE EVERY MEAL! Water helps fill you up, and has a ton of other "hidden" benefits (better bowel movements, helps skin, replenishes cells that are water starved from salty fast-food diets).
- Drastically cut out the soda! Soda has so many carbs and sugars. Don't drink diet soda as a substitute. Studies show diet drinks don't really work. People have lost over 15lbs in one month just from cutting out soda. Crazy, huh?
- Less portions throughout the day vs. 2-3 huge meals. If you don't eat breakfast, DRINK A GLASS OF WATER AND HAVE AT LEAST SOMETHING (an apple or a banana, or almonds). Helps increase metabolism.
- Working out and exercising is also very beneficial. Mix aerobic exercise (treadmill, jogging, elliptical, stair climbing, etc.) with weight lifting with anaerobic (weight lifting). Weight lifting increases metabolism, and always proves much better than just aerobic exercise alone.
Keep in mind while working out you are gaining muscle mass too, so even if you aren't dropping pounds you are dropping size. Losing weight is probably 65% diet and 35% exercise. Keep up the good work, and shoot for realistic goals.

My preference has always been to go as soon as they open. But it seems to me that unlicensed apartments and other hidden locations are riskier. There's no good reason for me to be there. When the Harbor and Fair locations were busted last year I think only one customer was cited and this was because he admitted to getting a HJ.
If you're ever caught in a sting at a licensed site, just point to the city license with the pictures of the girls that's usually on the wall in the lobby. Here's something interesting I discovered. If you have an Android-based phone use the free navigation app when driving around. Put it on voice command and say "erotic day spa" (or just type it in). You'll be surprised how many places pop up up around you wherever you are. The query "erotic massage" gets you less hits, and therefore less choices. Good massage and happy- as for rates, if they ask upfront usually a bad sign- I pay 40 for basic. 50 for a goodmassage and nice HJ. 60 for great massage and more fun. Hhaha we all thinking the same thing? Ok ok this place is on lake forest. They had some suck reviews since they have been open. Its way down lake forest thats why I only tried them once. Keep trying. It will eventually happen. A good place to start is rubmaps, which is a website dedicated to the AMP scene. This way, you should find a place that is known to be a sure thing. If you strike out there, chances are it could be something about your demeanor and not the place itself.
