Decided to make the trek to S&R on GG BLVD and I have to say, it was a rather pleasant experience. I stopped taking my BP meds. Knowing that the docs these days make their money from their prescription pads, added to the fact they are totally unsympathetic to the side effects, plus a little research into natural alternatives made me throw my quack m. The. And his Lisinopril off the Dangle train. Guy was nice enough to prescribe Levitra, however. I'm feeling fine.
I went to see that Mila chick that advertises on BP last Summer. I pretty much decided that she is a quack and all I really got was a $400 HJ, but she did give me a few things to think about. One was that when you're stressed, the muscles between your navel and your best friend tense up and restict blood flow. Massage that area often. Take a lot of long, slow and very deep breaths. Also, what you eat has a lot to do with blood flow, which is what allows little willy to become big willy. Less red meat, more fish, try to eat a green salad and eat it last, not first.

Parked in back and walked in the side door. Only saw one Non-asian (maybe hispanic? Young. 20s) took my $.6 for an hour. Only girl I saw was 40's, mostly slim. Called herself Ashley. Went for table shower and she was friendly, polite, hands roaming everywhere, so I figured I was in for a chance or more than just massage. (Previous experiences have ended in miserable failure).
Went to the room, lay down and she gives me soft (under my direction) massage, with some sort of lotion. It felt nice. We exchanged names, but no other talking. Maybe more, but can't avoid the stress due to self-employed.
I thought it was just me getting older, but now that you mentioned it, it did coincide with around the time that my hobby activity was on the decline.
I tried vitamin V, but I didn't like the head rush feeling that you get.
I'll try more exercise and better diet.

As for BP drugs and ED, I had always suspected there was a connection and kept asking various doctors about it.
