You know, a couple years back I was in an AMP in COI, When the Fire marshal wanted to perform an unannounced inspection.

Sorry for this late post, I've been busy.

Such ordinances exist because of the difficulty of proving a prostitution offense in an MP setting without the use of undercovers literally taking the house over - so MPs are harassed for having condoms, license issues, etc. This is why the girl so often leaves the room when its time to get a condom (most often with a 1st time customer). She's getting it from some hiding place...even some rubber mine that may have been dug outdoors. But if the MP accumulates a number of these violations they can be literally harassed to death and forced to close. But fwiw, nobody will do a day of time for the crime of solicitation of prostitution because LE needs to prove the contract was made of sex for money prior to the honeymoon.
So if you're talking about the bust of AC about a year ago that made a big splash in the OC Register, arrests were made but prostitution charges were not filed or prosecuted. They were immediately back in business. I'm not stating that there are not risks of police harassment and unpleasant LE related events if you go to an MP. Only that you will not end up with a prostitution related offense on your record if the cops bust in on you.

If you are getting freaked out over this, it might be time to look elsewhere for a hobby. BBBJ might be scary, but so is having the condom break when "bumping uglies" with the provider.

You have not had it pounded too deep. Don't freak out, just be safe. You can contract HIV/AIDS from unprotected fellatio, even though the odds are very small. Most reports I have seen imply that it would require cuts or abrasions both in the woman's mouth and on your penis. The odds of getting it from saliva would seem to be infinitesimal.
However, that would seem to be small comfort when, 15 years from now, you discover you have HIV!

I'm going to add to the discussion but not arguing - I do that for a living and not here, so I won't go and dig out and cite my sources, but it is my clear understanding that the most recent pronouncements from those researching infectious disease are that the chances for a heterosexual man to contract HIV as a consequence of BBBJ from a woman, is nothing more than a theoretic possibility. First time post, new member. Having spun my wheels waaaay too many times along Tustin in Orange, I was totally seeking out the HE. Went to a 'under new mgmt" local in SJC. Its been around for a while and Cash has mentioned a few times. Wanted to try K. T. After reading a review. I asked them if they have any other locations and was told they only have #6 and #5 here. MMS gave me her cell and said I can call to check on the weather conditions prior to visiting.
The whole time we sat and talked, C@#$y was sitting across from me in a very nice sundress, teasing me. MMS said she would waive the room fee today. So, I took C@#$y in back. She washed me down and started a FBSM which led to some BBBJ and then more FBSM and then CFS. We hit most of my favorite positions. Total time spent in back, 45 mins, total damage .8.
On the way out MMS stopped me to make sure I was well taken care of. She said total fee would be $.4 from now on, for me.

Thankfully it was late and the place was already closed (not from the area so who knew?) When I came out of the driveway I turned west onto Katella, there were three B&Ws sitting and waiting in the inside roadway near Palmwood facing east (the place where there's an island between the main road and the frontage road. It may have been a DUI stop, but that close to AC is creepy. Again, not being from the area was glad that #6 was already closed.
Similar thing happened in COI on Gale at the "massage mall" the next night. But that time I didn't see the cops until after I left the place, so beat it out the side driveway instead of right onto Gale.

This may be old news to most of you, so bear with me. I checked out two of those places ad'v in the OCR on Tustin ave in Orange. I hit Island Day Spa (nice place, clean) about 10 times, actually looking for a REAL massage the 1st couple visits. And I got it.
Eventually, I tried different girls, different days to get the HE. On the 5th girl, I got *T. Excellent FBM, and she's the only one who actually let me touch her. I went inside and ate lunch. 45 minutes later I get back to my car and the same LE officer takes up following me out of the restaurant parking lot. Now I'm freaked. I don't want to go home. I don't want to go to work. I drove down to Newport Harbor where a friend lives on his boat. The guy follows me all the way down the Balboa Peninsula. I parked in the lot and walked down to see my friend through the locked dock security gates. The officer gets out of his car and stands up on the sidewalk and watches both of us sit on the back of the boat talking. He stayed there for a half-hour before finally leaving. I waited another hour and left without incident. What is up with LE? Don't they have real crimes to solve? Anyone else with a similar experience (minus the mexican meal and boat)?

Stay safe.Nothing to worry, he didn't get pulled over or stopped for questioning. Just keep going with your business, and even if the police decided to question, just remain calm and tell him nothing.

if he was local LE as you said, best thing would have been to head in one direction and just keep going. Most won't leave their own town, some might but not too far. You probably could have lost him within a half hour. As for the Mexican meal? El Ranchito has several locations far from where you started out.
PS - in the time you took to dodge him you could have been all the way down to Tijuana!

This is definitely intimidation if not more. Don't want to freak you out too much, but if that's your car and it's registered to you, he knows who you might be.
If the patrol car had an unimpeded face-on view of you, then most likely they have pictures of you as well. Most patrol cars have constant video surveillance. This maybe just a little intimidation however, but for him to spend that amount of time,( sounds like more than an hour) tailing, waiting and observing, then he's fact finding. There's no way the average deputy patrolman is going to be allowed that much time to observe someone of interest without special permission from his superiors.
Here's the good news. They don't have any hard evidence. Just stay out of the area. Go to L.A. county for some R&R for a while and For God sakes, next time you walk out of the AMP and see LE, Don't go directly to your vehicle. If possible, walk down the street, go to another building or get on a bus. calmly get the hell out of there.

As I drove out of the parking lot he followed me. I made a few turns and he stayed on my tail. I drove a few blocks back toward the airport and stopped in at a mexican restaurant by the 405 and MacArthur. He followed me into the parking lot. I went inside and ate lunch. 45 minutes later I get back to my car and the same LE officer takes up following me out of the restaurant parking lot. Now I'm freaked. I don't want to go home. I don't want to go to work. I drove down to Newport Harbor where a friend lives on his boat. The guy follows me all the way down the Balboa Peninsula. I parked in the lot and walked down to see my friend through the locked dock security gates. The officer gets out of his car and stands up on the sidewalk and watches both of us sit on the back of the boat talking. He stayed there for a half-hour before finally leaving. I waited another hour and left without incident. What is up with LE? Don't they have real crimes to solve? Anyone else with a similar experience (minus the mexican meal and boat)?

Very clean place but very weird. Got offered NOTHING (not even a name) from the Asian girl working and she was the closest thing to a hottie I saw all weekend. So bored, SHE ACTUALLY YAWNED DURING THE MASSAGE!

Thanks to all who have responded and PM'd. I should have been a detective. Talked with a friend of a friend who knew a guy, etc... from what I have learned, LE has been doing a "customer count" of several establishments in the Skypark area. Apparently, if a business has too many male customers over a certain period of time in contrast to the surrounding normal businesses they can use that information to obtain probable cause for a search warrant of the premises (including setting up a sting inside).
Apparently it is the modus operandi of some of the people who own multiple locations to drive from one to the other, check on the status of things, and collect profits. Since they don't know exactly who is running the outfit they will periodically follow anyone, male or female, who leaves the place, is dressed well, and drives a over-priced luxury car. I sorta fit that mold. Looks like I disappointed them. Again, don't know if this is the real reason for my misadventure but it is the most plausible thing I have heard yet. Stay safe out there. AMP.

They will go after the things that the general public might perceive as a nuisance and give the appearance they they eliminated these issues.
The intent, is that we see this action and re-elect them because of their good recent performance. I'd suggest that most of us have a better short term memory than long term.

So they try to accomplish with pure harassment what they cannot accomplish via actual law enforcement. Which brings me to a very difficult point that I was discussing with my buddy Dickbreath this afternoon. We have a conundrum on these internet sites. Intuitively it seems to be an excellent service to the community to post these warnings about a place and it's customers experiencing LE harassment. However, this also plays right into the hands of LE. They mean to find numerous ancillary harassing techniques, and that includes reduction of demand. And that means that they are slapping each other on the back when warnings are posted about their harassing behaviors. Obviously warning posts will deter mongers from going to the subject MP, business is negatively impacted, top providers get scared away by business reduction and the harassment to their own selves, and the place ends up with "for lease" signs on the door.
So I realize it is incredibly counter-intuitive, but I am beginning to think it a better thing for mongers to get up to speed on their own rights and knowledge of what it takes to be convicted of a prostitution related crime, and NOT broadcast incidents of harassment that will scare off others. We are after all outlaws because this society continues to officially find our hobby to be a criminal activity. No matter the hypocrisy and foundation of lies that criminalization is built on. Also in part because mongers will never lobby their government and fellow citizens to end outrageous criminalization of victimless crime.
So perhaps the least we can do is grow thick skins, take our risks, stand our ground, and stop rewarding LE for harassing behavior by reporting about how we were victimized by such harassment. I'm not so naive to believe that this is LE's most effective weapon against MPs.
