They essentially have the same roster with only a few name swaps. They may even be the same entity behind the scenes, but I don't know that for sure. I've only booked these girls through SFK and Booker M, and I've only briefly communicated (http://www.usasexguide.nl/forum/showthread.php?26373-Korean-Agency-BB&p=5414790&viewfull=1#post5414790) with the Kbliss booker without ever booking with them. If they were to allow me to book without asking me for verification, it would imply some kind of information sharing, but I haven't tried that yet.
I might never try it, because I'm content to book through SFK. They existed before Kbliss, and their presentation has been the more honest of the two, and that honesty should be rewarded. Don't think this was mentioned yet. Funny the homepage has her old name of Hera, same with URL. Her new SoCal name is Danna, not sure why they change their name LSC ladies usually have a good rep.
