My bodybuilding coach and I developed this stack for stronger orgasms and bigger cumshots, figured yall would get a kick from it. Works even if you're on TRT doses of testosterone, or high doses of steroids and have trouble getting more than dribbles.

Same with bromelain, but gives it the less salty more sweet taste, at least according to my gf. And yes, bromelain as a digestive enzyme is good for general gut health. Most of the stack has general health properties too.

Any suggestions as to why to get a custom stack from individual ingredients instead of something pre-made? More cost effective? Less junk you don't need? Pre made stuff doesn't have the same key ingredients that actually work?

I use fresh celery in a fruit / spinach smoothie instead of the powder, and added 4 mg of copper but this stack is. Money! Downing a can of pineapple juice prior to an intimate workout seems to be beneficial as well. I need to get better at capturing the 'results' though.

All I do is drink plenty of water (which you should do anyway), and take 1 or 2 Soy Lecithin capsules and 1 freeze dried lemon supplement capsule every day (lemon is for kidney health but it probably helps flavor).

Normal maximum semen volume is 5. 5 ml and I'm at 11 ml. I was already producing a lot already though.

Avoid alcohol and smoking, and don't eat a lot of meat.

Not just running or biking, push ups and weights.

Water: at least 120 ounces. Get a 32 ounce bottle and try to refill at least 4 times a day.

Soy Lechithin supplement. Take 5 1200 mg pills a day, especially a day before action.

Bromelain (pineapple extract). Take 3 250 mg pills a day to improve taste, especially a day before action.

Food. Avoid processed food as much as you can, especially at night. Less Doritos and chips and more apples and pears. That belly is hiding your package.

Keep it up, loads will increase in energy and volume.

A couple of things that I've gleaned from Men's Health magazines (and other sources) is that an analogy can be drawn to that time around 2:00 pm after lunch when one gets sleepy. The reason for this is that adenosine builds-up in the brain and all it takes to reduce / dissipate / clear this chemical is a 10 minute nap. I'm not an expert and this is only conjecture, but it seems possible that this reduced sensation / explosiveness could result from the fact that we produce less of something as we age. Strangely enough, when it (I. E. , orgasms) happens on its own while one sleeps the explosive sensation is greatly improved; just as it was in your 20's and 30's. Whether it's testosterone or some other chemical, we should be able to obtain it in the form of a vitamin supplement. The first step though is to identify that chemical.

It takes hard work to stay healthy and eat right but most Americans just want to take a pill that solves all our problems. I do believe that doing the hard work contributes more towards a healthy life and great body function, including sexual function.

Most docs are clueless and most endocrinologists will give terrible protocols and try everything but T therapy. You won't be able to to use insurance without mainstream docs, if you can you can get 8 weeks for less than $50, but most guys have to use a men's health clinic. An 8 week supply from a clinic will cost about $200, but also understand you will have to get some bloodwork done on routine and those costs a few hundred per session as well. This assumes your T levels are sufficiently low, which in all likelihood they are. The good news, testosterone works great at therapeutic levels and mens clinics will often have a menu of other life-enhancing prescriptions, along with giving you a the proper T-therapy protocol. Ex. Endo's will give you 200 mg every 2 weeks (which is retarded), TRT clinics will prescribe you 50 mg 2 x week, and the difference in results is huge.

I didn't like what it did to my walnuts. They shrink up. This is well understood, in the endocrinology world. They aren't making your T anymore.

Keep in mind that you don't need T to get hard. Eunuchs can get erections, and can have sex. They just can't impregnate the harem girls. There is poor correlation between T levels and anything.

I agree w / many that there are lots of things that naturally raise T and don't cause the walnuts to shrink. Lots of sex is one thing. Hanging out w / guys and doing guy things is another.

I am in my 60's and don't have the drive I once had, but it is enough. I do use PDE5 inhibitors when I am seeing sugarbabies, because of subtle psychological issues I would not have if it was just w / a long-time partner.
