Last Thursday, 04/27, I had a training class in Indep., so it's very rare that I can be out during the day, during the week.

Was passing by the West Bottoms yesterday and thought I'd make a pass through. It was only 7:00pm, so I figured it would be a bit too early to see much, and I was right. I thought I'the update some of my past few weeks dreams.

Law Enforcement has cleaned up the KCK area to the point that there are hardly any providers out there. Since June they've run two stings out there, arrested nearly 40 hobbyists, and towed almost that many cars. So if you go to KCK and get arrested, your car will be towed. That's something to think about.
During that same time period I read that a total of 4 providers were arrested. That's an awfully small number, especially when you compare it to the number of hobbyists that have been busted. That tells me that most of the providers have either left the area or they're already in jail.
I don't plan to go mongering in KCK any time in the near future.

Took advantage of the great weather and took a drive down Independence Ave. on Sat around 7pm. There were a ton of people out and about, but no pros. I don't believe this guy is suspected in those cases. His appear to be all along one particular corridor in a specific timeframe. There was another guy who I believe they suspected in the 90's cases but were unable to make a case against him. He did some time on a fraud check charge while they tried to put the pieces together, but they never did get it done.

Priscilla's is more of a lingerie and novelty store. I don't think any of them have peep show booths. Some words of warning:

Had the itch on Wednesday night and headed to the stroll to see what I could see. It was about 11:00 and low 40s temperature.
