So, I ordered online. I did not keep the name of the website. Seems to me that it was identified as a Canadian pharmacy, but I'm pretty sure it was NOT. There was no doctor's prescription needed. Just fill out a form and pay via credit card. Turns out, if memory serves, that my order for Cialis was actually fulfilled by a Chinese company, as the return address and data sheets in the package were all in Asian hieroglyphs. I got about 40 pills of the standard 20 mg dosage.
Findings for me and my recommendations:
Cialis works in about an hour or less. Though I've not used Viagra, I have a few buddies who have, and based on all the evidence, I recommend Cialis over Viagra because 1) it lasts longer, which 2) could make the effective cost per "performance" lower for you. Everything I've read says Cialis lasts much longer. Like 5 to 10 times longer. Than the other two. And the cost per pill isn't all that much different.
So, my 40 pills lasted quite a while. I didn't always take one when I was out for fun. If I were just seeing a massage gal, I didn't worry much because that's her job to get me hard and get me off. And with enough stroking and lube I knew I could bust. So, I just used the pills when full service was a sure thing. Even then, I forgot sometimes to take a pill, which led to disappointment most of the time.

Then I got low and went online and fournd a site and ordered some more. Again, a place that didn't need a script. I think it may have been this place:

The second time, I bought a pretty large supply, 120 of the 20 mg pills. This time they came from India and the packaging is distinctly NOT in the US style. I continue to split them in two and find the results are predictably good. The cost ends up less than a buck per dose. I still have some remaining.
OK, here'are my recommendations: (If you don't mind your doctor giving you a prescription and paying a pretty high domestic price, then the following won't be of any value to you.).
1 - Do NOT give out your phone number. I thought maybe it was needed for shipment, so I did. Should have given out my burner number. Somehow, they think you need to order over and over and over. For the past 3 years, they call at least once a week from all kinds of spoofed US area codes. They sound Filipino or maybe Indian on the phone,. I learned to immediately hang up or press ignore. They are relentless. So DO NOT give out your real number.
2 - Don't have the package sent to your home if you have a wife or S. O. The packaging will demand an explanation if she sees it before you do.
3 - Get the 20 mg pills and split them in two, or maybe get the 40 mg pills and split them twice. The per dose price is lower that way and you may still get the same effects. Play around and see what works for you.
4 While I've not had any credit card issues with the pharmacy, it might make sense to use a pre-paid card from Walmart or something like that. A credit / debit account that you could ditch after purchase.

In the end two things happen. Some are down for straight to the action without a meet / greet. And those that agree to a meet / greet almost always end up going further.
And those that do neither of the above are just wasted credits and the cost of doing this.
