Just my 2¢ but asking a provider "WTF" isn't going to endear you to her. YMMV. Remember respect is a 2 way street.
Regarding 'juicy details'. There's a select number of Sr's on my board that I take them at their word completely and they accept mine. If it's good we say so, if not good we say that too, and only that. Specifics are handled by pm's and email and not published openly. No sense in titillatating the lurkers who never contribute and local leo with details.

Were those same people untrustworthy before they made 25 posts? Intelligent mongers ask the right questions and get the right answers (not necessarily complete answers - you may have to put some brain power to work to figure it out).

5. Only you have your back: be careful out there. If you get caught doing something illegal or embarassing with another person, that person probably will fold under questioning to avoid prosecution.

So I recently set up a Google Voice number to use for my extracurricular activities. This allows me to forward all incoming calls to that number directly to voice mail when I don't want to have them ring through (most of the time), and to call out from my GV number to avoid having to carry/pay for a second cell phone. My actual phone bill details are not a concern to me. Just thought I'd share in case anyone out there wants to save a few $. And no, Google's not paying me to shill on USASG. :-p

I've always admired your approach to things Gentleman100. Sometimes it takes me awhile to figure things out. But when I finally "get it", then I appreciate everything my friends have taught me.
You have a good head on your shoulders and a lot of common sense. I've never met you and probably never will. But I like to think that you are a true gentleman in the Cary Grant sense. If you were in the food court in the mall and a provider came to your table, sat down and started chatting because you had seen her a number of times ,would that be OK, hell no it wouldn't! What if your S.O. was in the bathroom, how do you explain this fox at the table.

If you tell the provider it is ok to call you, then it is ok. That would be the only exception to the rule.

BHFirst of all, mongers shouldn't be giving providers their personal number if they don't want someone calling them. If you give a number you use outside of mongering, expect it to be called at any hour.
Second, I agree with those that don't think providers should acknowledge their clients if they see them in the mall. They don't know who you're with...could be with nobody, or with a casual acquaintance, or your ***** with the ho radar wife... in any event the provider really isn't going to know. And if they have any sense of decorum and want you to continue as a client, they shouldn't put a guy in a situation where there is a chance he is with his ho-sniffing significant other.
Has anyone had any success finding companionship in the Vero/Stuart area.

But personally I done see any problem with a provider acknowledging me in a public place. And for those of you who have wives with Ho radar, the best technique is "hide in plain sight" if the need arises. Very effective, might take some practice.

I typically spend in the $2 plus .50 tip, if I enjoy it, range. I have on three occasions been baited and switched and keep in mind I am very particular, after all if I wanted a 5 I could just go to a bar. I usually just go along with the "new" girl in the situation, to avoid hurting her feelings, give her the $2, no tip but I think from now on it will be a deal breaker. I guess what I want to know is how you fellow hobbyists handle the bait and switch and am I going to be wrong for leaving immediately upon site in the future? What do you all think?

Whether you're buying a car or a kilo, you always need to be able to walk away from a deal. The minute people know you will pay regardless of how they screw with the terms after they have been agreed to, the only person that is going to get fucked is you, and not likely in any way you would enjoy.
If anyone complains, or claims you need to pay for services not rendered and tries to make you pay out of fear for your safety. Shoot them.
Better yet, do good research, have some rules and standards, and stick to them like they were handed down to you on clay tablets by your ol' pal the Burning Bush (STD pun NOT intended). Find a few ladies that work for you and stick with them. Better for you; better for them.
Pink spooning your way through the Internet, while sometimes fun, tends to be the root of a lot of the stories I hear about rip offs and disappointing services. Personally I'd love to see a well managed Provider Whitelist and Blacklist. The "hobbyist" community (personally I prefer patron, but I digress) then needs to adhere to shunning anyone on the Blacklist. Take away the financial incentive to do that crap, and they will leave Orlando, or change their ways (hopefully the former).
I know people try to do something similar on the forums from time to time, but it isn't a well managed enough effort to really track aliases, etc. They way they would need to be. So alas. The games continue.

I believe that everyone is a victim of the tough economic times. A lot of people are flat-out broke and worried about just paying bills right now.
My business is way down. I have $70 in my checking account right now. I know all my friends in the service industry are hurting big-time. This town feeds upon tourism and conventions. It doesn't matter if you don't work directly in those businesses or not, it's a trickle-down effect. Supposedly, things are supposed to pick up in the fall. I know there's good convention business that starts at the end of Sept and the rest of the fall is booked solid. I just hope we all make it until then.

What VS said here is mostly true, but providers can vary greatly when it comes to when the clock starts. If you want to see a super hot 18-22 year old on the real deal list, she is probably going to get a lot of calls and will have several appointments per day, so what VS said applies because they will need time to get ready for their next guest.
Most of the ladies I have seen the past couple of years are more low volume providers and are relaxed about time. When they don't have another client coming, they can be in no hurry to move you along. I like the ladies who will sit a talk to you for 10 or 15 minutes before getting down to business and the talking is off of the clock. It makes things nicer, as you both get to know each other a little and what comes later is more comfortable for both parties. The reason they would be willing to sit and talk is because they know you enjoy it and they want to make you happy, which can lead to a future appointments.
For me, after a 45 to 60 minute drive through Orlando traffic, I need to sit down and relax before jumping into the festivities. I tend to gravitate to more mature women that will exchange a couple of e-mails and a bit of phone discussion before the appointment. If the lady is agreeable to that, she is probably going to be more relaxed about time. If she does happen to have another client coming, then you need to respect that and get going, as long as she has given you the time you donated for.
All ladies are different and all ladies are YMMV, because all guys are different. You need to know what you want and then have to do the research required to find what you want. Providers are people too. If she is a good provider, all you have to do is to talk to her and usually she will work with you to accomplish your goals.

At the outset, let me tell you that I have not seen these girls.

Understand who and what your dealing with when you talk about Sheriff Grady Judd. He is an extreme right wing ,bible thumping, Southern Baptist (Meaning the kind of people that are not affiliated with a developed, investigated theology but rather the "fundamentals" developed about 100 yrs. ago) kind of Christian. In his world everything is "Black+White" and mostly white, very reminiscent of "Willis Mccall" the late Sheriff of Lake County.
A couple of years ago there was a Black man who I believe shot a cop and escaped into the woods. the next morning he was found burrowed under a dead tree and was shot to death by deputies. My memories are fuzzy on all the details but I remember the Sheriffs press conference very well. He said and I paraphrase " THE ONLY REASON WE SHOT HIM 88 TIMES IS WE RAN OUT OF AMMUNITION" this gives you some idea of who your dealing with in Polk county.
I imagine any girl who goes to Polk County on an outcall after this is nuts. I think they forget that the CO. line is right below Disney and there are hotels and resorts in that area near the interstate. I'm surprised that Tinaa didn't realize this but unfortunately she knows now.
Sheriffs are also elected so they are politicians and love the press, it was no accident that TV news had all those lovely pictures.

I would agree that it would be wise to remain calm and quiet if questioned by the police. I think it would best not to give them any information. As they say, anything you say can be held against you.

Let me also say how important it is to watch yourself not only on boards like craigslist but on boards like this. Interestingly enough just before all the Criagslist arrests were made I received SEVERAL attacking PM's from one member of this site. Each attack was doing their best to goat me into providing information about myself. Not being 12 and already thinking this member is LEO I didn't fall for it. Mainly because I noticed the same thing happen from this member before the last big busts went down. Be careful. Especially of members who try too hard and NEVER give any information to show they participate in any activity other than 100% legal behavior. You'll notice they don't even use a dream. They straight up say they don't partake.

Try upgrading to IE8 and use the privacy mode. I stopped using IE around version 5 but have heard nice things about 8. Make some changes to the default settings in IE, eg clear cache cookies on exit, don't accept 3rd party cookies, change cache to 1meg not 3567 or whatever the default is etc etc.
Consider an alternate browser, Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera. Consider a proxy server or a Tor session to protect your self if your that paranoid.

Well my intent was not to out this person but ET seems to have done it to himself. done a fair amount of research and comparisons. I suggest and use the Net 10. Ten cents a minute, no extra charges and minimum purchase of $15 a month. For that you get 150 minutes good for 30 days. I have found no coverage issues either. You can buy the phone for about $30 and get 300 minutes, good for 60 days. I have seen them on sale sometimes for $20 with the 300 minutes/60 day deal.
The TracFone is also good. They are 20 cents a minute, but some phones have a deal where you get double minutes for the life of the phone, or you can buy a double minute card.

If the object is to be anonymous, Google Voice alone is not enough.
Google logs and archives EVERYTHING. So if Uncle LEO wants to find out who is using the Google Voice #, they just go to Google and voilá, they give LEO the number you are forwarding calls to.
It might make it more annoying, but it isn't much of an obstacle. Paired with a burner it might let you extend the service life, but alone it is not useful against LEO or government agencies...or a civil suit subpeona or court order for that matter (for those of you who might be risking divorce). If you are naivè enough to set up the Google Voice account from your home without using proxies/anonymizing services, you're screwed to, since, as previously stated, GOOGLE LOGS EVERYTHING, which includes your IP address when you use their services. In other words, don't do a Google search on how to commit the perfect murder and be surprized when the prosecution introduces them into evidence.
Burners are tried and true Yo-Tech. Criminal tested, Cartel approved. If cycled properly, the only way to get caught and tied to it is active survailance and a TriggerFish device (which intercepts your phone's just like a cell tower...right out of the air). Other than that, they'd have to catch you in possession of the phone.

This is the fourth provider that has complained to me about this member. Each one has told me his name and how he calls and emails them all the time with weird stuff about their services. One of them, another popular provider and poster, (not Tinaa), told me that he frightens her. They can't complain to the police for obvious reasons. I passed on her complaint to Jackson and asked that the member be banned but he is still posting.

I travel the state and net 10 is cheap and works everywhere. It's also the cheapest way to go if your into the chatlines which are great formerting bargain providers and non pros
done a fair amount of research and comparisons. I suggest and use the Net 10. Ten cents a minute, no extra charges and minimum purchase of $15 a month. For that you get 150 minutes good for 30 days. I have found no coverage issues either. You can buy the phone for about $30 and get 300 minutes, good for 60 days. I have seen them on sale sometimes for $20 with the 300 minutes/60 day deal.
The TracFone is also good. They are 20 cents a minute, but some phones have a deal where you get double minutes for the life of the phone, or you can buy a double minute card.

Oh Tina, if you were tested positive then why does it say this on the clerk's website? This is funny because the Clerk's website has listed me dead twice this year. I guess I got better(The bane of having a popular real name). They do make mistakes as well.
Not saying this is the case because I am not sure(none of you are) and I have never met Tina before. It is all speculation until the courts figure it out.
I do agree that Tina should not be providing service without some sort of documentation proving her innocents other than her own word against the states.

Why don't you just go take a new test and share it with a senior member that you trust, that would help you out a lot.
I asked her to do that when it first came to my attention from another member on here who asked me what to do with the information.
After berating me saying I had it out for her etc., etc. she flatly refused to get tested, were I her I would have jumped at the chance to clear my name, it would have been relatively easy, with a few precautions she could have put the issue to rest.
She didn't do it and so we are left to draw our own conclusions..................VS

How does this help you? You are digging yourself a bigger hole on here. If you knew something illegal was going on and you did not report it. You are just as guilty as the person doing the crime.
I would think that every provider would get tested, at least once a year but at least every corner. Its easy there are testing places in strip mall now days.
I have even been tested, there is a free hiv testing place on the trail one block south of the Parliment House.

It is simple, are you positive or not?
Either way you have paperwork because if you use the excuse that you have never been tested, you are very irresponsible.
Simply answer the question, how can you be confused?
At the end of the day, you have to live with yourself and ask yourself,. How would I feel if someone I had relations with was positive and did not tell me? Do the right thing.

Keep in mind, I know nothing about the law, but I have an advanced degree in microbiology and spent the better part of 3 years working with t-cell receptors and HIV, so I do a thing about HIV and testing procedures.
My suggestion is look at the arrest records and look at the dates. Everything is there on the Polk County website:
First charge is 9/11/2009. 2009-021415. Released 9/16/2009. Charge is 796.07(2B) - Prostitution. Bond is $1000.
Second charge is 10/13/2009. 2009-023985. Released 10/18/2009. Charge is 796.08(5) - Crime against person, as defined above. Bond is $20,000.
Why was she arrested on Oct. 13? She wasn't picked up again for prostitution, or that charge would be listed as well. No, the only charge listed on Oct 13 is 769.08(5). Keep in mind, while rapid testing for HIV is available, the state uses ELISA and Western Blot tests to confirm, and these tests take 2-3 weeks.
So what happened between Sept 16 and Oct 13 that would warrant a second arrest and raising the bond from $1K to $20K? Well, perhaps a confirmed positive test that took 2-3 weeks to confirm? I'll let you make your own assumptions.
Of course, everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

Three (3) Prostitution arrests.
Two (2) Possession of controlled substance arrests.
Three (3) Possession of drug equipment arrests.
One (1) Petit theft arrest
One (1) Resisting arrest, arrest
One (1) Scheme to defraud arrest--Currently pending trial, 50K bond.
And a few traffic violations.

The two questions in this case: 1) Did she already know she was HIV+ (two sources told me she has known for over a year, don't ask I will not reveal) and 2) Did she continue to practice prostitution after she received notice that she is HIV+? Obviously, yes.
This is not an attack on said person. I will say I feel bad for her and for her children. On the other hand, it is totaly irresponsible to continue to escort after learning one is HIV+. I understand that desparate people do desparate things, but this has got to stop.

She claims she was not tested in Polk county.
I did a little research and found that testing is usually ordered by the judge as part of a sentencing requirement upon conviction or a plea agreement, usually the defendant has 60 days to get tested as well as take a court ordered HIV class.
Her last conviction for prostitution was in 2007 in Orange county and the judge ordered the tests etc. During the process she was also in jail in Osceola county, unfortunately my browser is not supported in Osceola and I haven't bothered downloading a different browser for the search. So I haven't searched their database.
So I think she tested positive, not in Polk county but Polk county prosecutors found the information (probably in Orange county) and had her re-arrested.
So when she said she was never tested in Polk County she is probably telling the truth!
As WARP FACTOR stated and I have also been told by two providers separately that she has known she is positive for 2 years which coinsides with her arrest and conviction ( or adjudication if you prefer) in 2007 in Orange county.

Sorry if I sound like I am splitting hairs, but the charge isn't directly about being HIV positive, it's about being HIV positive AND escorting. So the maybe is, was she caught being a prostitute or not? I think there is little doubt if she is HIV+.

RonI think one of the reason's people are hitting her when she is down is the fact she is out there seeing people and could be giving them what she has. My personal feeling's is keep it out in the public eye but that is just me.

The state won't charge you with "maybe" having HIV. They test you and if you are positive, then they charge you if they catch you being a sex worker. There is no question about being HIV+ or not. Have you heard her lame story? She said someone else ratted her out and that is how she got the HIV+ arrest. Do you really believe that BS? Do you think I could tell a cop that you have HIV and you have sex for money and then they will arrest you for HIV based on my word? NO! The state would not do something so stupid. They only arrest HIV+ sex workers THAT HAVE ALREADY TESTED POSITIVE. Arresting someone for being HIV+ based on someone else's word would be foolish and a waste of time.

I had contacted a lady whom I had not met and she asked if I had references or had done reviews so I did a search on my posts here and sent her the results URL. She checked the posts and agreed to meet me. So I'd say it pays to post instead of lurking or taking pot shots at each other.

I personally have used Date-Check myself, but I realize that is not everyone's cup of tea.
I have heard rumors there is a web-based blacklist some of the locals participate in, but have yet to confirm.
I think Haldol meant a thread where ladies can suggest which of us guys are safe to see, a whitelist for the hobbyists.
TER has a whitelist feature, any provider can whitelist a hobbyist.
I understand the real deal, have posted there myself. I was thinkimg of a 'real deal' forum where providers can report on 'customersl being the real deal.
I've just never seen it if that's also what its for.
It is been awhile since being able to take advantage of all of Orlando's fine offerings so my opinion is probably limited but having said that here is my 2 cents. A White list if stuctured like our Real Deal would be good but how to structure it without offending a member with a not so good review would be a challenge. In the past I have asked my providers to post thier experience with me for all to read. Some have and some are not comfortable doing so. All the other providers read this and can call to confirm or just commit it to memory. Of coarse if your an egotistical grunt and can not handle a honest report you may not want any of this.

One reason was because they said I didn't talk enough about the interaction between myself and a provider. I appreciate all input, good and bad and think a lot of people (based on PM's and what I see here) are in favor of this. So how would we go about starting a thread like that and coming up with a couple of guidelines that we can all agree upon and feel safe with. Maybe if a provider thinks we should have a forum for whitelisted and/or blacklisted clients they could let us know. Either way, I think creating a safer environment for all involved is a great idea.

Some Ideas when providing a reference to a female that isn't acclimated with USA give her the website and directions into the orlando boards. Tell her "my handle is. " from there she can see who provided the reference and pm or call them to confirm.

Even though I believe a "Whitelist" may solve some problems, I also do NOT want my phone number published to the world. This is a "very private" hobby we participate in and having this openness may be too much.
I personally belong to DateCheck, which is NOT that expensive. I have been recommended by about 13 different ladies which is open for review. Isn't that enough?
