You'll need a car. Tons of places depending in where you're staying.

Conejitas you can go and hopefully find something decent, they'll come up to you for a drink and ask you if you want to go upstairs. USD goes a long way there.

There's some adult type resorts where you can book ahead, plenty of russians in punta cana as well.
